기업정보화에 따른 효과는 크게 두 부분으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 첫째는 회사 내부 운영 효율성 제고를 통한 비용 절감 효과이며, 둘째는 회사의 잠재 능력 향상을 통한 경쟁력 향상 효과이다. 본 연구에서는 기업정보화를 통한 경쟁력 향상 효과에 초점을 맞추어, 이를 평가하는 프레임워크와 실행 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기업의 경쟁력에 대해 정의를 내리고, 기업 경쟁력을 자본, 조직, 경영, 지식의 4가지 구성 요소로 분류하고, 각각의 요소를 구성하는 세부 요인을 설정한 후, 각 요인의 특성으로 양, 질, 활용도의 3가지 관점에서 살펴 보았다. 또한 정보화를 통한 기업 경쟁력 향상 효과를 업무 경쟁력 향상고 제품ㆍ서비스 경쟁력 향상으로 구분하였다. 업무 경쟁력 향상이란 기업 내부 프로세스인 업무 프로세스의 효율성 향상을 뜻한다. 이것은 업무 표준화, 사원 만족도 향상, 자원 활용성 향상, 업무 구조 개선으로 나누어 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 제품ㆍ서비스 경쟁력 향상은 시장 분석 능력 향상, 개발 기간 단축, 생산 능력 향상, 고객 만족도 향상, 기업 이미지 개선의 5개의 세부 측정 항목으로 이루어져 있다.

1920~30년대 식민지 조선의 종합잡지에 나타난 ‘조선 역사’ — 텍스트 계량 분석을 중심으로 —

This study aims to quantitatively review articles related to Korean history in 10 general magazines published in colonial Korea in the 1920s and 30s to investigate the representation aspects of Korean society at the time. From 1920 to July 1937, the total number of articles in the 10 general magazines was 21,716, and the number of articles related to Korean history selected there was 1,014, which was about 4.7%. The most notable thing in the author of 10 general magazines on Korean history was the existence of Cha Sang-chan, who wrote 88 articles. He published articles on various topics focusing on politics and foreign relations. The main characteristic of the general magazine's article on Korean history is that from the time before and after the port-opening to the forced annexation, that is, from the point of view of the time, ‘modern history’ was the main material. The magazines that expressed this interest prominently were and Gaebyeok, Samcheonri by period, they were centered on Gaebyeok in the 1920s and Samcheonri in the 1930s. And Jeong Yak-yong was featured only in the magazine Shin-Joseon. Through this, it can be seen that the Korean Studies Movement in the 1930’s, which was based on the rediscovery of Jeong Yak-yong's thoughts, had little resonance with other general magazines. 본 연구는 1920~30년대 식민지 조선에서 발행된 종합잡지 10종에 실린 ‘조선 역사’ 관련 기사를 계량적으로 분석하여 ‘조선 역사’에 관한 당대 조선 사회의 재현 양상을 검토하려는 것이다. 1920년부터 1937년 7월까지 발행된 종합잡지 10종의 전체 기사 수는 21,716건이었고, 그 중에서 선별한 ‘조선 역사’ 관련 기사의 수는 총 1,014건으로 그 비율은 약 4.7%였다. 종합잡지 10종의 ‘조선 역사’ 관련 기사의 ‘저자’ 중에서 가장 눈에 띄는 존재는 총 88건의 기사를 쓴 차상찬(車相瓚)이었다. 그는 ‘정치’와 ‘대외관계’ 분야를 중심으로 다양한 주제의 글을 발표하였다. 종합잡지의 ‘조선 역사’ 관련 기사에서 나타난 주된 특징은 ‘개항’ 전후부터 ‘강제병합’까지의 시기, 즉 당대의 시점에서 ‘현대사’가 주된 소재가 되었다는 점이다. 이러한 관심을 두드러지게 표출한 잡지는 『開闢』과 『三千里』였고, 시기별로 본다면 1920년대에는 『開闢』, 1930년대에는 『三千里』가 중심이었다. 그리고 정약용(丁若鏞)은 『新朝鮮』의 기사에서만 집중적으로 출현하는 양상을 보였다. 이를 통해 정약용(丁若鏞) 사상의 재발견을 디딤돌로 삼았던 1930년대 조선학운동은 다른 종합잡지의 공명이 미미했음을 살펴볼 수 있다.

We consider a cyclic server system under N-policy. This system consists of multiple queues served in a cyclic order by a single server. In this paper, we consider the following control policy. Every time server polls one queue, the server inspects the state of the queue. If the total number of units is found to have reached or exceeded a pre-specified value, the server begins to serve the queue until it is empty. As soon as the queue becomes empty, the server polls next queue. An approximate analysis of this system is presented. Sever vacation model is used as an analytical tool. However, server vacation periods are considered to be dependent on the service times of respective queues. The results obtained from the approximate analysis are compared with simulation results.

In modern society, the importance of inter-enterprise collaboration on supply chain is more emphasizing, depending on the industrial structure is going advanced. Therefore, the studies for advancement of inter-enterprise collaboration are taking, and especially the studies about how IT systems affect those advancement are taking. However, there are a shortage of recognition to each IT systems on B2B collaboration, additionally there is not much study of its application. In this study, we analyze the Performance Model relationship between the level and the importance of IT system for B2B collaboration in small and medium-sized enterprise, and draw a priority order for improvement of IT systems for its effective practical use.

본 연구는 지금까지는 초보 단계에 머룰러 있지만 무궁화위성의 발사를 계기로 점차 활성화되고 있는 우리나라의 위성사업에 대해 먼저 알아보고, 이 위성사업의 기술적, 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 위성 서비스 시장 규모는 초기에는 500억원 정도에 머물겠으나, 무궁화위성의 수명이 거의 끝나가는 2005년에는 약 1500억원 정도로 커질 것이다. 그리고 위성 관련 단말기 시장은 연간 1500억원 정도 될 것으로 예상된다. 특히 DBS 서비스와 위성 비디오통신 서비스는 서비스 시장의 2/3 이상을 차지하는 큰 시장이 될 것이며, DBS 수신기 시장도 성장 가능성이 매우 큰 분야이다. 무궁화위성은 우리나라를 위성 보유국의 대열에 낄 수 있게 하였으며, 위성 제작 기술 보유국이 되는 기반을 마련할 수 있게 하였다. 무궁화위성 이후의 위성사업계획과 연구 투자 계획에 비추어 볼 때, 2000년대가 되면 우리나라도 위성 발사체 분야를 제외한 대부분의 위성기술을 보유하는 나라가 될 것으로 예상된다.
