To investigate the effects of growth retardants. Chloro Chorine Chloride (〔2-chloroethyl〕trimethyl-ammonium chloride) on the yields and its composition factor in rice culture, this experiment was conducted in the fields of Agriculture Chonnnam National University. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The culture io the normal fertilizer level 1) In the heading. and maturing date. there was no difference between non-treatment and treatment plot. 2) The length of culm in the treatment plot was shorter 3 to 4㎝ than non-treatment plot . . And although the length. of ear in the treatment plot was getting to be shorter than non-treatment plot, the length of ear in the spraying plot immediately after root setting period have a tendancy to be shorter in case of high concentration and, on the other hand, there was no difference in the spraying plot in the effective tiller stop period. 3) The number of ear per hill in the low concentration immediately after root setting period were more than the spraying plot in the effective tiller stop period. 4) The weight of 1.000 grams in complete brown rice of treatment plot was higher 0.7-,.1.1 grams than non-treatment plot. 5) Brown/ Rough rice percentage io the treatment plot have a tenda~y to be higher than non -treatment plot. And. among treatment the 1 ,500ppm spraying immediately after root setting period was higher O. 7 percentage than the another. 6) . The weight of brown rice per 10a has a significance. io 5% level. And the 1.5OOppm spraying immediately after root setting period showed the highest yields among the treatment plot, -higher 2.2% in the weight of brown rice. 7) The proper period of CCC spraying was at the period of root setting and the suitable - concentration of growth retardants CCC was 1, 500ppm. in the view point of growth and its yields. 8) By the results of、analysis on heading period leaf. the oontents of nitrogen and silicic acid in the 1. 500PPm spray plot after root setting period and-at the effective tiller stop period have a tendency to be higher than non-treatment 2. The culture in the heavy fertilizer level 1) In the state of the growth. there was no siginificance between non -treatment plot and treatment plot. 2) 'Brown/Rough rice percentage in the treatment plot have a tendency to be somewat. high. 3) There was no significance in the weight of brown rice among the treatments. 4) In the case of heavy fertilizer level. there was no significance both growth and its yields. 5) By the results of analysis on the beading period leaf. there was no significant diffe- rence in the amounts of nitrogen and silicic beetween non-treatment plot and treatment plot.

프로스트 시에는 다양한 모습의 자연이 존재하고 자연은 시의 주된 소재이고 주제이다. 그는 워즈워스와 같은 위대한 시인과도 필적하는 자연시의 대가이다. 지금까지 살펴본 바와 같이 프로스트는 단순히 자연예찬론자가 아니다. 그의 진정한 관심은 인 간과 인생이다. 그는 “시는 즐거움으로 시작해서 지혜로 끝난다”는 시 이론대로 뉴잉 글랜드 지방의 자연과 그 곳의 사람들을 통해 인생을 어떻게 살아가야 하는지 생각하 게 해준다. 쉬운 구어체를 사용하여 운율을 엄격히 지키고 있는 프로스트의 시는 단순하면서도 격조 높은 음미의 가치를 제 공한다. 프로스트는 시의 형식과 주제, 모든 변에서 삶의 지혜를 일관 되게 추구하고 있다. 그는 현대를 살아가는 우리에게 인생 기로의 신중한 선택과 후회 없는 삶의 자세,인간의 고립과 소외 문제, 그리고 사회적 의무와 책임을 다하는 삶의 태도에 대해 설명해 준 다. 즉 일탈을 추구하는 욕망을 자극하면서도 사 회적 책임과 질서를 유지하려는 문명화된 인간의 태도를 보여준다. 프로스트 시의 매 력은 피상적으로 읽으나 심오한 인생철학을 생각하며 읽거나 문학의 즐거움과 교훈적 역할을 모두 만끽할 수 있다. 프로스트는 인간이 살아가는 방법에 대해 해답을 직접 제시하지 않는다. 하지만 그가 제시하는 인간 삶에 대한 철학은 독자의 삶의 화두가 되어 숙고할 계기를 준다. 이러한 특정 때문에 프로스트는 위대한 시인으로 평가받고 세대와 세대를 거쳐 그의 시가 수많은 독자에게 읽히고 학자들에 의해 계속 연구되고 있다.

벼 機械移秧 育苗의 播種量 및 種子處理가 苗素質에 미치는 影響

In raising infant rice seedling, in order to shorten seedling period and decrease the number of seedling box per unit area, we investigated infant rice seedling growth, matured seedling ratio and root mat with seeding rates and seedtreatments (pregerminated seed+prochloraz, pregerminated seed+prochloraz+ metalaxyl, soaked seed+prochloraz, soaked seed+prochloraz+metalaxyl). In case of sowing 220~300g seeding rate per box, seedling height in seed treated prochloraz+metalaxyl is the less seeding rate. Top dry weight increase the more in the less seeding rate, but the pregerminated seed+prochloraz+metalaxyl treatment of seeding rate 220g is the heaviest. Endosperm consumption is more in the much seeding rate. Therefore minimum seeding period for mechanical rice transplanting is 8 days in soaked seed, and that in pregerminated seed is about 7 days, with 220~300g seeding rate per box. Root mat formation is good in pregerminated seed+prochloraz+metalaxyl treatment of 260, 300g seeding rate, and pregerminated seed+prochloraz treatment of 300g seeding rate. At 7 days after seeding, 220, 260g seeding rate per box maintain high ratio of matured seedling, and 300g seeding rate also maintains matured seeding ratio to be capable of mechanical rice transplanting, 220g seeding rate require 160~169 boxes per ha for mechanical rice transplanting, 260g seeding rate can decrease the number of the box by 15%, 300g by 23%.

온라인 서점의 평가 속성 및 광고 유형에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate consumers' evaluation attributes and advertising types according to the online market entry types(pure online type and offline-based online type) centering on online book stores. 164 college and graduate students were sampled for this study. This research was analyzed by ANOVA with SPSSWIN 10.0. The results show differences between pure online book store and offline-based one. Internet users evaluate functional attributes like price, distribution system, and security system more important in online book store, while symbolic attributes like brand reputation, book information, and assortment important in offline-based online book store. Also, according to the results of this study, image advertising is more important than information advertising for internet users in both types of book stores. Strategic implication and issues for further study are discussed based on these results.

한밭의 선비와 선비정신

선비는 우리사회의 양심이자 지성이며 인격의 기준이었다. 선비는 시대가 요구하는 이념적 지도자이자 지성인 이었다. 물론 선비의 티를 내는 현(衛)학자 (a pedant) 라든가 썩은 선비 (a corrupt scholar) 라는 말도 있지만, 긍정적인 변에서의 높은 선비 (a scholar of standing)를 두고 하는 말이다. 그들은 일반적으로 전문분야에 탁월한 지식이 있고 문화감각이 뛰어났으며 행동이 바르고 책임의식이 강했다. 정직하고 겸손하며 남을 배려할 줄 알고 공사(公私) 를 명백히 하여 신뢰심을 쌓을 수 있어야 했다. 사람의 성품과 자연의 이치를 터득하여 사회기강(紀網)을 바르게 하는 데 또한 이바지할 수 있어야 했다. 그들이 표출한 정신을 대의적으로 살펴, 경세제민의 정신, 의리정신, 도덕의식 등으로 집약해 보았다. 이러한 전통사회의 선비정신을 그대로 현대에 적용시킬 수는 없겠지만 오늘의 우리는 합리적이며 진보적인 지혜의 원천으로서 그 정신을 자유롭게 선용할 수 있는 입장이 되어야 할 것이다. 그렇다면 한국학, 민족문화, 선비학 등 어떤 명칭이든, 선비의 정신세계를 전문적으로 연구 정리하고 이 를 다시 현대에 적용할 수 있는 바탕을 마련하여 널리 보급할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 역사, 고전,한문 등 전문 인력은 물론 문학,민속학,교육,법학,정치학,경제학,사회학 등의 전공분야에 대한 철학이나 역사연구도 반드시 병행해야 할 것이다. 이는 대학의 연구소나 예산집행이 가능한 공공기관의 연구기획사업,또는 국책사업으로 구체화 할 수 있어야 하고, 물론 영어,중국어,일본어 등 외국어의 도구를 활용할 수 있다면 더 큰 보람과 성과의의가 크게 확대될 것이다 . 그래서 선비를 연구하고 선비정신을 국내외로 보급할 수 있는 여건을 구체화 한다면 이는 최고 품질의 문화상품 (The best brand of culture) 이 될것이다. 물리적 힘이나 군사력보다 더 큰 세력을 문화의 힘으로 확대하여 주변국과 이민족을 복속시킨 것은 오직 중국의 경우만 가능한 것이 아닐 것이다.

미국 현대시의 생태적 이해

생물은 생명을 가진 유기체로서 보통 동물, 식물, 미생물로 구분된다. 환경은 생물이나 인간에게 직접, 간접으로 영향을 주는 자연적 조건이나 사회적 상황을 말한다. 자연은 사람의 힘을 더하지 아니한 저절로의 상태, 또는 사람의 힘으로 어찌할 수 없는 상태를 말한다. 생태는 곧 생물과 환경과 자연과의 상호관계이다. 이러한 의미의 생태적 관점에서 미국을 대표하는 현대시인들의 잘 알려진 시작품을 간략하게나마 살펴보았다. 인간의 생명력 확보라든가 인간성 회복문제, 모든 생물을 동성의 생명체로 인식하는 소위 물아일체(物我一體)사상, 물질만능주의나 환경의 심각성 및 자연의 재앙을 보는 현실적 불안정으로부터 인간정신의 변화를 기대하는 등의 시의식을 간과할 수 없을 것이다. 그러면서 직설적 단도직입적 고발형식이나 비판 형식과 같은 의도적 작업의 냄새를 풍기지 않고 작품으로서의 예술성이 일반적 주제의 시작품과 다름없이 잘 나타나고 있다는 것을 알 수 있을 것이다. 인류의 생태문제가 중요한 시대적 의제, 또는 문학적 주제가 되어 초미의 관심사로 생성된 것은 일반적으로 1990년대 초엽이라 보고 있다. 자연과 환경을 보호하고 생태의 위기를 극복하기 위한 사회적 많은 담론과 더불어 문학에서도 많은 작품을 발표하고 많은 논의를 해 왔음에도 불구하고 아직 구체적인 실체 또는 기대치에 값할 수 있는 어떤 결정체를 찾아본다는 것이 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 우리의 입장에선 우선 생태문제에 대한 관심과 더불어 많은 작품을 생산하는 것이 중요하다. 생태적 상상력이나 생태적 세계관이 철저하고 심오한 문학(시)적 조화와 생명력으로 이어져 왔음을 상기하지 않더라도 사회적 함정의 현실에선 소위 그 생태문학(시)이 글쓰는 사람들의 당연한 의무와 책임으로 다가와 있음을 인식하지 않을 수 없을 것이다. 그러면서 뜻을 같이 하는 사람끼리 단체도 만들고 생태학 또는 그 방면의 학자들과 연계해서 연구의 채널을 구축하는 것도 필요할 것이라 생각한다. 다음은 스나이더가 주장하고 있는 생태지역주의를 권고해볼 수 있다. 자기가 사는 지역을 적극적으로 탐구하는 가운데 생태계를 관찰하며 새로운 지식을 얻고 새로운 지혜를 새겨 이 지식과 지혜를 후세대에게 전달해가는 노력을 해야 할 것이다 그것이 자기 고장을 아름답게 가꾸고 지키는 아름다운 소임이라고 생각한다면 이에 대한 생태적 특성의 좋은 시도 많이 생산될 것이다. 생태문제가 우리시대 우리지역 최대의 관심사요 사랑의 대상이란 공동체적 마음을 다시 다듬어 본다.
