      • 수중기지국 기반 수중통신망 구축 및 성능 시험

        본 논문에서는 수중음향통신을 활용하여 CTD센서와 DO센서를 통해 수중환경데이터를 측정하고, 측정된 값을 육상에서 확인할 수 있도록 하는 실험을 진행하였다. 본 실험은 남해 실해역에서 20년 12월 12일부터 20일까지 진행되었으며, 구조물은 해수면에 해상부이 1대, 해저면에 수중기지국 2대, 센서노드 10대를 설치하였다. 모든 구조물에는 송신을 위한 트랜스듀서와 수신을 위한 하이드로폰이 장착된다. 해상부이는 해저면에 설치된 수중기지국과 센서노드에서 수중환경데이터를 수신한 후 육상 서버와 통신하여 패킷을 전송한다. 데이터는 1시간 단위로 전송되도록 설정하였으며 실험결과, 패킷 성공률은 약91.20%인 것을 확인하였다.

      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

      • HPLC를 이용한 농약 carbaryl의 측정법에 관한 연구

        The menasurements of pesticide carbaryl were studied, and the following conditions were proposed as a most good method; 1. These were detected at 222 nm by means of ISCO model 2350. 2. Pesticide carbaryl measurement was performed by means of ISCO model 2350, Spherisorb ODS column, 40% acetonitrile as a solvent, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, and chart speed 0.5 cm/min. 3. The relationships between the concentration and the absorbance of pesticide carbaryl were linear from 0.5 to 5 ppM. 4. Deproteinzation would be used satisfactorily in all of Folin-Wu, trichloractic acid and perchloric acid, and the recovery rate was also satisfactorily for all of them.

        국립 디지털도서관 조경설계

        This winning landscape design was presented to a national design competition for the master plan of new Digital Library on the existing National Library of Korea. The site is located at San 60-1, Banpo-Bong, Seocho-Gu, Seoul and has an area of 142,233㎡. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the client could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design and a landscape design harmonizing existing facilities with new digital library. In this design, we first tried to respect its existing setting and context, a library in a city park environment, Also the design required an interpretation of the meaning of 'digital library' and its relationship with 'old' library.

        인공 석회화 기질의 개발 및 파골세포에 의한 기질흡수에 관한 연구

        To develop artificial matrix resorbable by osteoclasts can be used as a model system that biological function of osteoclasts would be assayed in vitro in a standardized condition instead of using heterogenous bone or dentin slices. The present study developed artificial substrates consisted of apatite crystals. collagen gen. agar, apatite crystals under collagen film, mixture of apatite crystals and collagen, and mixture of agar and apatite crystals. And osteoclastic attachement and resorption activity on the each substrate was assayed in vitro. Osteoclasts attached to apatite crystals, collagen, mixture of apatite crystals and collagen, and mixture of apatite crystals and agar, however, not to agar. This suggested that apatite crystals and collagen should be exposed on the surface of artificial substrate where osteoclasts can attach. Osteoclasts attached to the substrate resorbed the substrate consisted of apatite crystals, mixture of apatite crysals and collagen, and apatite crystals under thin film of collagen, however, not of collagen, mixture of apatite crystals and agar. This suggested that the first phase of osteoclasts in resorbing matrix is to secrete acid and the end result of this phase, whatever it may be, may activate secretion of hydrolytic enzymes specific to organic components.

      • 소 태아 혈청이 연골의 Proteoglycan 합성에 미치는 영향

        Articular cartilage is a highly specialized connective tissue that covers the ends of long bones within the synovial joint cavity. It contains no blood vessels, no nerve fibers, and no lymphatics, accordingly it is nourished from the synovial fluid by diffusion. Articular cartilage is composed of an extracellular matrix(ECM), collagen and proteoglycan. A small number of specific cells, chondrocytes, are embedded in the matrix. They are influenced by the alteration of components in synovial fluid which is derived from serum. To examine the effect of serum on biosynthesis of proteoglycan, this experiment was performed using human articular cartilages which were obtained from the patients who were operated due to various diseases. The human articular cartilages were incubated in 3 kinds of media : DMEM without fetal calf serum(FCS) (control), DMEM containing 1 % FCS, and DMEM containing 20 % FCS. The synthethized proteoglycan, incorporated with labeled S^(35) sulfate, was extracted through PD-10 column after digestion by papain and measured the uptake of [35S] sulfate labeled proteoglycan by scintillation counter. To examine whether difference in concentration of fetal. calf serum is reflected in staining intensity of immunohistochemistry for proteoglycan (avidin-biotin peroxidase complex), immunohistochemical staining was performed. The results were as followings : 1) Biosyntheses of proteoglycan in 1 % and 20% FCS were increased 1.77 times and 2.27 respectively comparing with the control group. 2) In FCS groups, biosynthesis of proteoglycan in 20% FCS was 1.29 times higher than that in 1% FCS. 3) No difference in staining intensity for proteoglycan in the variable concentrations of fetal calf serum was seen. The above results suggest that the compositional alteration of synovial fluid due to various factors influence the synthesis of the ECM in the articular cartilage and immunohistochemical staining is not sensitive enough to differentiate the quantitative difference of antigen.

        전기적 노이즈에 의한 누전차단기의 오동작에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of electrical noise on malfunction of the earth leakage circuit breaker. A three-way experiment for studying its malfunction was conducted, in which electrical products such as radio, alternating current arc welder and cellular phone, distance from the earth leakage breaker to electrical products, and whether or not the earth leakage breaker is contained in the steel box were employed as experimental variables. Eleven earth leakage breakers frequently used in real situations were tested in each experimental treatment. The electrical products were used for generating electrical noise that is known to be able to cause malfunction of the earth leakage breaker. The results showed that except a case for one of the 11 earth leakage breakers when the radio made by M company was located 30 cm ahead of the breaker, malfunction did not occur in any other experimental treatment. Consequently, it is suggested that the breaker should be normally used for preventing electricity-related accidents without fear of its malfunction in industrial sites.

      • β-agarase를 생산하는 해양균의 분리 및 효소 특성연구

        An agar degrading bacteria was isolated from the south ocean of Korea and was identified as Aeromonas sp. This strain produced the amount of agarase (1.4U/ml) with agar as a carbon source and casamino acid as a nitrogen source. The optimum concentration of NaCl for both cell growth and enzyme activity was 2.5%. The agarase was purified by DEAE-cellulose and hydroxyapatite column chro-matograpy. The purified agarase showed a single protein band upon sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) and its molecular weight was estimated to be 50 KDa. The optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme activity were 28℃ and 7.2, respectively. The agarase was stable at pH 6.5 - 8 and 22 - 37℃. The agarase activity was notably inhibited by EDTA, Mn2+, Hg2+, Fe2+ and slightly activated by Na+ and Ba2+.

        The formability of aluminium sheet(Al 1100), i.e., the maximum effective cup height, the uniformity of drawn cup height, the limiting drawing ratio, the thickness distribution of drawn cup and the maximum drawing load are discussed for the square and rectangular cup drawing. Two blank shapes are adopted to compare the above formabilities. One(h-bl) is designed be the slip -line theory and the other(G-bl) is the conventional shape. The five punch shape factors are considered to investigate the wide range of formability. As a result, the theoretical blank shape(h-bl) is recommended to accomplish the higher effective cup height, the larger limiting drawing ratio, the superior uniformity of drawn cup height and more smooth thickness distribution.
