This study aimed to observe the effects of the tourism risk perception felt by tourists on hesitation and post behavioral intention, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 453 surveys were used for the analysis, and the sample included citizens of Daegu and Busan. Risk perception was derived from three factors: physical risk perception, infectious disease risk perception, and psychological risk perception, and hesitation and post behavioral intention were derived as single dimensions. As a result, it was found that the factor with the highest influence on hesitation was physical risk perception, and as for the influence on post behavioral intention, infectious disease risk perception and psychological risk perception had the highest influences.
외래 노인환자의 위장관계 및 심혈관계 위험도에 따른 NSAIDs 처방 적절성 평가

Background : Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used for treating arthritis and other musculoskeletal disorders in a variety of clinical conditions. Long term use of NSAIDs causes mucosal injury including peptic ulcer, hemorrhage and perforation, and also cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the anti-inflammatory effect of NSAIDs needs to be balanced with the gastrointestinal and cardiovascular adverse effects. Methods : We retrospectively analyzed the medical records of outpatients more than 65 years old, who received NSAIDs from January to June 2015. Based on the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) guideline (2009), we evaluated the use of NSAIDs according to the degree of gastrointestinal (GI) and cardiovascular (CV) risk in the patients. By degree of these risk factors, the patients were classified into 6 groups. Results : A total of 1,691 patients over 65 years received NSAIDs for more than 30 days. Mean duration of prescriptions was 62.8 (±30.7) days. Celecoxib was the most frequently prescribed drug, followed by zaltoprofen, aceclofenac and nabumetone. The group of CV low/GI low risk (4.6%, recommend non-selective NSAIDs) was appropriate in 29.5% patients, and group of CV low/GI moderate risk (65.8%, recommend NSAIDs and PPI/misoprostol or COX-2 inhibitor alone) was appropriate in 87.9% patients. Group of CV low/GI high risk (22.8%, recommend COX-2 inhibitor and PPI) was appropriate in 55.4% cases. However, the group of CV high/GI moderate risk (5.6%, recommend Naproxen and PPI) was appropriate only in 2.2% patients. On the other hand, both group of CV high/GI low risk (0.1%, recommend Naproxen and PPI) and group of CV high/GI high risk (1.1%, recommend using alternative therapy) were highly inappropriate. Conclusion : The use of NSAIDs was appropriate for geriatric patients in the CV low/GI moderate risk group, but was inappropriate for the CV high risk group. In order for the appropriate use of NSAIDs in geriatric patients, we need to establish guideline for NSAIDs treatment of geriatric patients and extend the DUR system. Also, the intervention of pharmacists for geriatric patients is required, with close cooperation extended to the medical team.

This paper analyzes the symbols and expressions, focusing on the painting poetry about a Maehwado(plum blossom paintings). The plum blossoms in the paintings are embodied in the images of seonnyeo(fairy maiden), sinryong(god dragon), and gunja(virtuous man). Conventionally, the beautiful fairy image uses the literary quotations of Miaogusheshan(Mt. Miaogushe) and Luofushan(Mt. Luofu) to further enhance the romance, and furthermore, it acquires a clean and clear image in harmony with the poetic words of ice snow, moon and twilight. The dragon in a strange shape stands out when it is the appearance of gomae(old plum), and its novelty is further emphasized as the winding branches are compared to the tangled appearance of a dragon. Plum flowers in the shape of a virtuous man differ according to provenances. In Maehwado, wise ministers such as Fu Yue[傅說] is expressed in the form of successful people by connecting them with the properties of plum blossoms and plum fruit, and Lin Bu[林逋] living in Gu shan(Mt. Gushan) as maecheohakja[梅妻鶴子] is reproduced as an example of recuse. Through this, it was confirmed that the symbolic meaning of plum blossoms in the painting poetry in the Early Joseon Dynasty was ‘romance and pureness’, ‘mysteriousness and bizarity’, and ‘succeed in life and seclusion’. Plum blossom poetry also sings the symbolic meaning of plum blossoms, but it has been confirmed that individual artists’ experiences and emotions stand out. In the painting poetry, the image of plum blossoms as a virtuous man who went on a government post was a characteristic of Seo Geojeong’s plum blossom painting poetry, a representative DaeJehak(president of national university) in the Early Joseon Dynasty. Through this, it can be seen that the plum blossom painting poetry in the Early Joseon Dynasty expresses the symbolic meaning of plum blossoms in customized language to further clarify its meaning of a painting, while also reflecting the difference of views of each literati in the interpretation of the painting.
상사의 비인격적 감독행동과 자아효능감, 직무스트레스, 심리적 안녕감, 이직의도 간의 구조적 관계: 자아효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this research is to theoretically and empirically figure out the structural relationships among abusive supervision, self efficacy, job stress, psychological Well-being and turnover intention. Design/Methodology/Approach Data for this study were collected from 254 hotel employees in South Korea. The SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs were used for a statistical analysis of survey data in order to test research hypotheses. Findings Results of this study revealed that abusive supervision had a negative effect on self efficacy while it had a positive impact on job stress and a negative impact on psychological Well-being. Moreover, the hypothesis that self efficacy had a negative effect on job stress and a positive effect on psychological Well-being was supported. In addition, the casual relationship between self efficacy and turnover intention was significantly supported. Finally, self efficacy was found to partially mediate between abusive supervision and job stress and psychological Well-being. Research Implications Implications of this study are that abusive supervision and self efficacy play an important role in terms of human resource management. When it comes to service quality increase in hotel business, higher management level in human resource department should encourage Self-efficacy of subordinates and discourage abusive supervision of supervisors in organization. Some theoretical and practical recommendations are suggested.
항공사 객실승무원 역량에 대한 교육요구도 분석:Borich 우선순위를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the priority of educational needs on flight attendants and students preparing for flight attendants using paired t-test and Borich method. The development of competency for flight attendants enable to elevate an abilities of human resource in airlines and an educational quality of curriculum in a department of universities related to airline service. As a result of this study, the most priorities that need to flight attendants were language skills, professional idea, professional knowledge and international mindset. The least educational needs of competency were duty initiative, teamwork, communication in flight attendants who are working in airlines. And the educational needs for university students in studying related airlines were language skills, international mindset, professional knowledge, and professional idea as flight attendants. To reinforce competency of flight attendants and students, we should design new curriculum and develop capacities that match to the trend of globalization.
고객불량행동이 호텔종사자의 고객관계스트레스, 반생산적 과업행동, 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향

Purpose This research aims to determine the relationships among dyfunctional customer behavior, customer relationship stress, counterproductive work behavior and service orientation of hotel employees. Design/Methodology/Approach Survey data was gathered from 269 employees working at hotels in South korea and analyzed structural equational modeling using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs. Findings Results of this study showed that dyfunctional customer behavior had a positive effect on customer relationship stress. Moreover, customer relationship stress had a negative impact on service orientation. In addition, the hypothesis that customer relationship stress had a positive effect on counterproductive work behavior was supported. Furthermore, customer relationship stress was found to fully mediate the relationship between dyfunctional customer behavior and counterproductive work behavior. Research Implications The finding imply that customer relationship stress is important in terms of its effect on dyfunctional customer behavior relative to counterproductive work behavior. Therefore, employees in hotel service industry should be able to develop their capacity to control customer relationship stress. This study suggests theoretical research expansion on dyfunctional customer and offers practical recommendations.
