        랜덤포레스트를 이용한 낙동강 본류의 남조류 발생 영향인자 분석

        본 연구에서는 랜덤포레스트를 이용하여 8개 보 지점별 남조류 발생 주요 영향인자를 도출하고, 조류경보제 기반의범주형 예측모델을 개발하였다. 8개 보 지점의 랜덤포레스트의 변수 중요도를 살펴본 결과, 상류의 보 지점들은 남조류 발생에 있어 보 운영에 따른 영향을 직접적으로 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 효율적인 보 운영을 통한 남조류 관리가 가능할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 중류 구간은 DO와 E.C가 주요 영향인자로 도출되었다. 공간적으로 구미와 김천에 대규모 산업공단들이 밀집되어 있으며, 환경기초시설의 배출량이 큰 영향을 끼치는 구간이다. 따라서 폭염 및 가뭄 시기에 중류 유역에서 배출되는 환경기초시설의 방류는 본류의 E.C를 증가하게 하고 남조류 발생을 촉진 시키는것으로 나타났다. 중·하류에 위치한 보 지점들은 폭염 및 가뭄의 영향을 가장 많이 받는 지역으로 여름철 가뭄에 따른남조류 대발생에 대비하여 선제적인 관리가 필요한 지점으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 지점별 남조류 발생 영향인자를 도출하였으며, 맞춤형 조류관리를 위한 정책적 의사결정의 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the main influencing factors of the occurrence of cyanobacteria at each of the eight Multifunctional weirs were derived using a random forest, and a categorical prediction model based on a Algal bloom warning system was developed. As a result of examining the importance of variables in the random forest, it was found that the upstream points were directly affected by weir operation during the occurrence of cyanobacteria. This means that cyanobacteria can be managed through efficient security management. DO and E.C were indicated as major influencers in midstream. The midstream section is a section where large-scale industrial complexes such as Gumi and Gimcheon are concentrated as well as the emissions of basic environmental facilities have a great influence. During the period of heatwave and drought, E.C increases along with the discharge of environmental facilities discharged from the basin, which promotes the outbreak of cyanobacteria. Those monitoring sites located in the middle and lower streams are areas that are most affected by heat waves and droughts, and therefore require preemptive management in preparation for the outbreak of cyanobacteria caused by drought in summer. Through this study, the characteristics of cyanobacteria at each point were analyzed. It can provide basic data for policy decision-making for customized cyanobacteria management

        Photocatalyzed degradation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases were carried out over precoated titanium dioxide(anatase) illuminated UV light in a flow reactor. photocatalytic oxidation of acetylene, propylene, and propane gases respectively indicated high conversion rates (78.0%) to CO₂gas. And photocatalytic oxidation of three gases according to a fold, twofold, and threefold of titanium dioxide(anatase) respectively gave high conversion rate. The longer reaction time was, the higher conversion rate to CO₂gas showed.

      • 탈냉전 시대 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐의 형성배경과 실태

        본 논문에서는 잭 도넬리의 인권레짐 분석을 기초로 탈냉전 시대 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐의 형성배경과 실태에 대해 연구하였다. 잭 도넬리는 『국제인권 : 레짐분석』이라는 논문에서 국제인권레짐을 선언적 레짐, 장려적 레짐, 실행적 레짐, 그리고 강제적 레짐으로 분류하여 서술하고 있다. 그러나 그는 유엔에 의한 강제적인 인권레짐의 형성은 불가능한 것으로 보고 있으며 강제적 인권레짐이 형성되기 위해 「국제적인 의사결정」과 「국제적인 감시체제」가 형성되어야함을 설명하고 있다. 이러한 분석의 기준에 덧붙여 본 논문에서는 「국가주권에 대한 제한」 및 「국제법의 주체로 인식된 개인」을 강제적 인권레짐이 형성될 수 있는 기준으로 설정하고 그 시대적인 요인을 네 가지로 분석했다. 첫째, 구 소련과 구 동구권 공산국가들, 그리고 제 3세계 국가들의 민주화의 실패로 야기된 대규모 인권침해사태, 둘째, 세계화의 확대에 따른 정치적, 경제적, 사회적 측면에서의 인권침해 현상, 셋째, 저강도 분쟁으로 불리는 새로운 국제분쟁의 유형과 국내분쟁의 급증으로 인한 집단학살이나 대규모 살육과 같은 인권침해사태의 증가, 마지막으로, 인간안보를 중심으로 새롭게 대두된 신안보개념의 등장 등이 유엔에 의한 강제적 인권레짐의 가능성을 담보해낼 시대적인 요인이라고 보았다. 이러한 현실적인 유엔의 강제적 인권레짐 실태로는 심각한 인권침해를 저지르는 국가에 대한 유엔안보리의 인도주의적인 군사적 · 경제적 제재조치, 인도주의적인 관점에서 탈냉전 시대 변화해 가는 유엔의 평화유지활동, 전 세계적인 감시체제를 가동하면서 유엔의 인권정책을 통합한 유엔 인권고등판문관 활동, 그리고 심각한 인권침해를 저지른 각 국의 개인범죄자들을 처벌할 수 있는 국제형사재판소 활동 등을 들 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze on the background and the realities of the United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights in post-cold war era. In 1986, Jack Donnelly presented the most prominent paper in the international human rights field called "International Human Right : A Regime Analysis." In the paper, he regarded international human rights activities as human rights regime and arranged the international human rights regime into four categories, declaratory regime, promotional regime, implementation regime, and enforcement regime. There are two major problems in his international human rights regime analysis. First of all, he insists that enforcement regime would be hard to be realized in the international society because of nation states sovereignty. Secondly. he ignores the important role of human rights Non-Government Organizations at the level of international politics. Because of the date of his thesis, he couldn't focus on human rights regime in the post-cold war era. This thesis gives the major reasons for the United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights. Why is United Nations' enforcement regime for human rights necessary in the world? First, the side-effect of democratization is more serious human rights violations in former Soviet Union and the Third World. Second, globalization has had a negative effect on human rights on the political, economic, and social level. Third, low-intensity conflict throughout the world has caused more death and injury than it did during the cold war and civil was has also broken out more frequently than interstate conflict since cold war. This means the United Nations peace-keeping operations have suddenly had to increase due to the increase of low-intensity conflict or civil war. Finally, a new security concept has replaced the traditional security concept. It mainly focuses on human security including social, economic, environmental security. This thesis mainly presents four major categories of the United Nations' human rights enforcement regime. These are the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Peace-keeping Operations, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the United Nations International Criminal Courts.

        피스톤 가공용 CNC 선반 HOT-1000 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is the development of a lathe which can cut any pistons of oval shape with high speed, accuracy and precision by CNC (computer Numerical Control) method. Y axis which is the mechanism of position determination with high speed response has been aded to the CNC lathe and ovality and profile has been cut under the synchronous control of C-Y-Z axes. In the case of ovality of Φ0.5mm, the productivity can be improved up to 1500rpm by high speed cutting than modeling method.

      • 정신분열병에 대한 Risperidone의 효과 및 안전성에 관하여

        In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risperidone, 10 patients with chronic schizophrenia were examined for 8 weeks in a silgle-open study. After the wash-out period of 1 week, risperidone was administered. Efficacy was evaluated by means of Positive and Negative syndrome Scale for Schizophernia(PANSS) and Clinical Global Impression(CGI). Safety assessment included the Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS), vital signs, body weight, ECG, and laboratory tests. The results were as follows 1) On the PANSS total score, there was significant improvement of total score after 1 week (P<.05) of administratiom. 2) On the PANSS positive and negative subscal, there were significant improvement of posotive and negative scores after 2 weeks (P<.05) of administration. 3) On the PANSS general psychopatholgy subscals, there were significant improvement of general psychopathologyscores after 1 week (P<.05) of administratiom. 4) On the CGI, there was significant decreasement of clinical impression of severity of schizophrenia score after 2 week (P<.05) of administration. 5) A statistically significant increase in body weight (P<.05) was observed after 8 weeks of administration. 6) EPS reached the peak at the end of the 1st week of administration of risperidone (11.8± 24.25) but they were easily relieved by addition of benztropine and clonazepam. There was not significant change in laboratory tests, vital sign, ECG after 8 weeks of administration. These results suggest that Risperidone is an effective antipsychotics and clinically safe except for increased body weight in chronic schizophrenia.

      • 와우 갑각 전기자극 뇌간유발반응용 원추형 전극의 개발

        This paper introduces a new zinc coated copper wire electrode with coiled cone shape which has low surface resistance and tolerance to the motion artifact for promontory stimulation electrically auditory brainstem responses (PSEABR). Auditory brainstem responses (ABR) can be used to predict hearing threshold level with a great deal of accuracy particularly for a young child who cannot cooperate mechanically and some hearing impaired who are exaggerating a hearing loss for economic compensation. While severe profound sensorineural hearing losses may not be implemented by auditory potentials, PSEABR is proven as a useful tool even for some sensorineural related hearing impaired. It was shown that PSEABR gives the electrical stimuli to promontory of the cochlear instead of giving acoustic stimuli. For this reason, PSEABR can be used as an alternative for cochlear implantation, and can also be used as an optimal device selection and neural information for MAP. It was found that the role of electrode is very important in PSEABR. Even though this cone-shaped electrode was applied in animal experiments, waveforms are well produced by PSEABR. Thus, it was concluded that cone-shaped electrode turned out to be a useful preoperative audiological evaluation tool in deciding time for cochlear implantation surgery.

        The Working Group on the revision of Clinical Research Methodology for Acupuncture met in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 24 to 26 August 2005. The main objectives of the meeting were to review the regional publication guidelines for Clinical Research on Acupuncture, to make necessary revisions in the guidelines, to make recommendations on further collaboration and activities in the field of research on acupuncture, and to discuss scientific evidence-based approaches in the clinical research on acupuncture. Fourteen members from the eight Member States, one secretariat staff from the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific and ten observers from the Republic of Korea attended the meeting. The members presented their papers to review the current status of clinical research on acupuncture. The drafts of proposed revision to the previous guidelines for clinical research methodology on acupuncture were discussed extensively. The issues covered during the discussion included: the definition of the new terms; reorganization of clinical research design; revision and update of contents (e.g., control group); introduction of Institutional Review Board (IRB) on the section of ethical approval; additional outcomes including health-related quality of life (HRQOL), qualitative measures, etc. In the course of these discussions, the working group developed the revised guidelines for clinical research on acupuncture and made recommendations for promoting the dissemination of the revised guidelines.

        레이저 스페클간섭법에 있어서 스페클크기와 측정 한계에 관한 연구

        The high coherence of laser beam has made it possible to observe interference effects even in the light scattered from rough surfaces. That's why, when object with a scattering surface is illuminated with laser light, we do see a speckled appearance due to random interference. This sort of unique property of laser speckle has brought into existence the new noncontacting techniques such as speckle metrology method of measuring deformation, displacement, and vibration etc of objects with high optical sensitivity. The measurable range of speckle metrology especially used to measure in-plane information, however, is limited by some factors, the so-called strain, rotation, tilt of surface and out of displacement perpendicular to the plane of analysis. This restrictions severly limits the measurable range of speckle metrology by causing the decorrelation of speckle patterns. It is the purpose of this paper to give a survey on the measurable limitation of speckle photography method that is one of speckle metrology. Namely we will discuss the mutual relationships and problems of each limitations adding the restriction of the largest and smallest displacement measurable with speckle methods.

        In order to determine the frequency of physical illness in schizophrenia, 107 schizophrenics were assessed with physical exam and routine laboratoy test. The results were as follows 1) Among the total number of 107 schizophrenics, 31 had the physical illness(29%), and among the schizophrenics with physical illness, female outnumbered male at the rate of 17:14. 2) There was no difference between schizophrenics with physical illness and schizophrenics without physical illness in demographic characteristics. 3) Classification of physical illness were disease of skin 7 (22.6%), musculoskeletal system 5(16. 1%), ENT(ear nose throat) 3(9.7%), endocrine system 3(9.7%), circulatory system 2(6.5%), respiratory system 2(6.5%), digestive system 1(3.2%), genitourinary system 1(3.2%), infection 1(3. 2%), eye 1(3.2%) respectively Authors suggest that physical exam and routine laboratory test should be done for all hospitalized psychiatric patients

      • 도로교통소음의 수평·수직적 전달 및 감쇠 특성

        This study has been conducted to achieve the following objectives: First, in order to understand the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we selected actively developed areas within 100 meters away from the road to measure the level of traffic noise near a road. To measure the noise near a railroad, we selected areas within 100 meters away from the road. In this way, we analyzed the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the traffic noise occurring in diversified areas. Second, in order to understand the vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise, we measured and analyzed the distributional characteristics of vertical sound pressure levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings according to changes of traffic load and types, and the existence or nonexistence of soundproof walls. For the case of the road traffic noise, we also selected we measured and analyzed the different noise levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings from the soundproof wall. The results of Horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: In cases of the soundproof wall + raising ground, raising ground, cutting land, and flat land as distance increases, the sound pressure level steadily decreases. The soundproof wall + raising ground has an especially high distance decrease compared to the other areas, and the sound pressure level for the raising ground is higher than that of the cutting land with a measurement of 10.7~12.1dB(A). Vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the road traffic noise are as follows: The amount of sound pressure level decrease is 12.6- 14.5dB(A) for first floor when measuring the vertical sound pressure levels at soundproof wall, which indicates a fairly large decrease. At fifth and sixth floor, the amount of decrease is 2.3dB(A), which indicates a small decrease.
