        학생선수 라이프스킬 역량 함양을 위한 방안 연구

        이 연구는 학생선수 라이프스킬 역량 함양을 위한 방안을 고찰함으로써 학생선수 라이프스킬에 관한 이해와 지도에 기초 자료를 제공하고 향후 학생선수 라이프스킬 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 데 그 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 목적에서 연구되었다. 이를 위해학생선수 라이프스킬 내용 전문가 5인과 학생선수 3인 학부모 2인을 선정하여 학생선수 라이프스킬 콘텐츠 개발 과정과 현장 적용사례에 관한 자료와 심층·집단 인터뷰 등을 통한 구체적인 자료를 수집하고 내용을 분류하며 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 라이프스킬 역량 함양을 위해서는 라이프스킬의 의미와 가치 등에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 필요성에 대한 당위성을 확보하고, 올바른 인성 중심의 내면화 과정이 자연스럽게 일어날 수 있도록 여건을 조성해야 한다. 둘째, 연구 참여 전문가들의 경험적 지식에의한 라이프스킬 프로그램 설계 및 절차의 일반화 방안은 라이프스킬 이해-해당 종목 특성 파악-프로그램 개발-적용-평가로 프로그램 개발과 적용, 평가는 순환적 반복을 통해 체계화를 이룰 수 있다. 셋째, 학생선수 라이프스킬 함양은 학교-훈련-일상생활에서 감독, 지도자, 학부모 모두 일치성 있는 교육을 통해 학생선수 삶으로 전이될 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 넷째, 학생선수를 바라보는 다양한 시각의 변화를 중심으로 학생선수의 체육학적 지식의 활용, 훈련 지도의 근거 틀 마련, 학생선수의 전인교육을 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 이 연구가 학생선수 라이프스킬 역량 함양을 위한 프로그램 구성 및 적용을 위한 이론적 틀 정립 및 방향성에 도움이 되길 기대한다. The primary purposes of this study are to develop and create the measures for enhancement of life skills of student athletes, to provide basic data for understanding and guidance on life skills of student athletes, and to suggest a proper direction for development of life-skill programs for student athletes. For the study, the interview was made on five experts on life skills of student athletes, three student athletes, and 2 parents of student athletes; various materials and data were collected on the processes of development of contents for student athletes’ life skills and application of them in the field, and in-depth interviews and group interviews were conducted. The collected data and materials were analyzed and summarized. From these, it was possible to conclude the followings. First, for development of the competence in life skills, it would be significant to define the significance of life skills upon the understanding about the meaning and values of life skills, and to provide with conditions to naturally lead an appropriate-personality-centered internalization process. Second, the generalization of design and procedure of life-skill programs upon experiential knowledge of the experts, participated in the study, is made in an order of the understanding of life skills, the identification of characteristics specific to the corresponding sports field, and development-application -evaluation of the programs while such development-application-evaluation of the program could be systematized through cyclical repetition. Third, for enhancing life-skills of student athletes, it would be important for them to be given to student athletes through consistent education in school, training, and daily life by their coaches, instructors, and parents, so they could be immersed in their lives. Fourth, it would be essential to consider the current changes in various perspectives on student athletes while utilizing student athletes’ knowledge on physical education, establishing a framework for guidance on training, and providing student athletes with holistic education. It would be significant if findings of this study could be used for establishment of a theoretical framework and a direction for planning and application of the programs for development of the competence in life skills of student athletes.

        Videoscopic Surgery for Arteriovenous Hemodialysis Access

        Background: When an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is created using the basilic or deep cephalic vein, it is additionally necessary to transfer the vessels to a position where needling is easy; however, many patients develop wound-related postsurgical complications due to the long surgical wounds resulting from conventional superficialization of a deep AVF or basilic vein transposition. Thus, to address this problem, we performed videoscopic surgery with small surgical incisions. Methods: Data from 16 patients who underwent additional videoscopic radiocephalic superficialization, brachiocephalic superficialization, and brachiobasilic transposition after AVF formation at our institution in 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Needling was successful in all patients. No wound-related complications occurred. The mean vessel size and blood flow of the AVF just before the first needling were 0.73±0.16 mm and 1,516.25±791.26 mL/min, respectively. The mean vessel depth after surgery was 0.26±0.10 cm. Percutaneous angioplasty was additionally performed in 25% of the patients. Primary patency was observed in 100% of patients during the follow-up period (262.44±73.49 days). Conclusion: Videoscopic surgery for AVF dramatically reduced the incidence of postoperative complications without interrupting patency; moreover, such procedures may increase the use of native vessels for vascular access. In addition, dissection using a videoscope compared to blind dissection using only a skip incision dramatically increased the success rate of displacement by reducing damage to the dissected vessels.

        호도약침(胡桃藥鍼)이 Glycerol로 유발(誘發)된 급성신부전(急性腎不全) 백서(白鼠)의 이뇨(利尿)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        This study was undertaken to determine if Juglandis Semen Aquacupuncture(Ja) has a protective effect against glycerol-induced acute renal failure in rats. Rats were dehydrated for 24hr and then injected with $5m{\ell}/kg$ of 50% glycerol, one-half of dose in each hindlimb muscle. In experiments for Ja effect, rats received $0.1m{\ell}$ of Ja extraction in both sides of corresponding $Sh{\grave{e}}ns{\bar{u}}$($BL_{23}$) of human body and non-acupuncture points(the root of tail) for 3 days after injection of glycerol. The experimental group were divided into the Normal group, the Control group, the Ja to $Sh{\grave{e}}ns{\bar{u}}$($BL_{23}$) group(Ja-AS), the Ja to non-acupuncture points group(Ja-AN). There were significant decrease of Urine vollume, total protein and phosphate level in Ja-AS as compared with the control group. There were not any significant change of Urine creatinine in Ja-AS as compared with the control group. There were significant decrease of Unine glucose in Ja-AS, Ja-AN as compared with the control group. This suggests that Ja-AS could be used in prevention and treatment of acute renal failure. However, the precise mechanisms of Ja protection remain to be determined.

      • 행-열 효과모형에 대한 고찰

        본 연구에서는 순위변수를 가지는 범주형자료분석으로 Anderson(1980)과 Goodman(1979)등에 의해 연구된 선형 대 선형 연관모형(Linear-by-Linear association model)을 토대로 하여, 선형 대 선형 연관모형보다 일반화된 모형인 행-열 효과모형(Row and Column effect model)을 소개하고, 이와 관련성을 지니는 범주형자료에 대한 상관모형(O'Neill, 1978)과 대응분석 그리고 수량화 3법과의 관계성을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 Davis(1988)의 행-열 효과모형의 SAS Macro 알고리즘을 소개하고 사례분석을 통하여 행-열 효과모형의 활용성을 고찰하고자 한다.

      • 장방형내 저온 단일 수평 원관 주위의 동결현상에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study on water in a rectangular cavity with a horizontal cooling tube was carried out to investigate the flow character and thermal behavior in the system. Each experiment was performed with variation of initial temperature and cooling tube temperature. When the cooling tube temperature was -4℃, the supercooling phenomenon was observed regardless of the initial water temperature. And the case of cooling tube temperature was -6℃ with initial temperature was below 4℃, the supercooling phenomenon was also observedin the large region of the test section. When the cooling tube temperature was -10℃, the local region of supercooling phenomenon was observed during the freezing process. And the higher initial temperature was, the higher supercooling degree and the less difference of the ice thickness between upward and downward was observed. It is shown that by controllingthe supercooling phenomena and the cooling tube temperature, it would lead to an increase efficiency of ice making.

        Lymphangiographic Interventions to Manage Postoperative Chylothorax

        Background: Postoperative chylothorax may be caused by iatrogenic injury of the collateral lymphatic ducts after thoracic surgery. Although traditional treatment could be considered in most cases, resolution may be slow. Radiological interventions have recently been developed to manage postoperative chylothorax. This study aimed to compare radiological interventions and conservative management in patients with postoperative chylothorax. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed periprocedural drainage time, length of hospital stay, and nil per os (NPO) duration in 7 patients who received radiological interventions (intervention group [IG]) and in 9 patients who received conservative management (non-intervention group [NG]). Results: The baseline characteristics of the patients in the IG and NG were comparable; however, the median drainage time and median length of hospital stay after detection of chylothorax were significantly shorter in the IG than in the NG (6 vs. 10 days, p=0.036 and 10 vs. 20 days, p=0.025, respectively). NPO duration after chylothorax detection and total drainage duration were somewhat shorter in the IG than in the NG (5 vs. 7 days and 8 vs. 14 days, respectively). Conclusion: This study showed that radiological interventions reduced the duration of drainage and the length of hospital stay, allowing an earlier return to normal life. To overcome several limitations of this study, a prospective, randomized controlled trial with a larger number of patients is recommended.

        체육활동노트를 활용한 중학교 통합체육수업 사례연구

        This study attempted the development of a theory of integrated physical education by using a physical activity notebook and the examination of its process and effects through practical lessons. The participants were 123 students in 6 classes who used physical activity notebooks in their classes; one representative student was chosen per type (total 4 students) by Quota selection. This integrated form of physical education using physical activity notebooks was carried out based on constructivism. The integration of intra-subjects could record the process of thinking and acquisition resulting from the research activities in the physical education classes. The integration of inter-subjects also could teach related units with respect to all middle school subjects with physical education as the center. The results of this study are as follows. First, the students were able to experience their own reflective thinking by re-finding their traces through the physical activity notebook, and their divergent thinking through various thinking activities. Second, the physical activity notebook allowed the students to create a portfolio which provided customized feedback to teachers and which could be used as a form of evaluation. It was therefore a meaningful feedback strategy for both students and teachers. Third, the students themselves set their goals in their physical activity notebook and tried self-directly and continuously to analyze their physical motions and manage their bodies. As a result of this study, it is suggested that integrated physical education using physical activity notebooks could be practical material for the new physical education curriculum. 본 연구는 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업의 이론적 틀을 정립하고 그에 따르는 수업을 통한 구체적 실천 과정과 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 중학교 6개반 123명을 대상으로 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업을 운영하였으며 그 중 ‘할당 선택’(Quota selection)을 이용하여 4명의 주제보자를 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업은 구성주의에 입각한 교육으로 교과내 통합은 체육시간에 경험하는 탐구적인 활동들의 통합을 중심으로 생각과 습득의 과정을 살펴보았으며 교과간 통합은 체육 교과 중심의 중학교 각 교과군에 관련 단원들을 통합하는 형태로 수업을 진행하였다. 그 결과 세 가지 변화를 살펴 볼 수 있었다. 첫째, 학생들은 자신의 흔적들을 체육활동노트를 통해 재발견하면서 반성적 사고를 경험하게 되었고 다양한 사고요소들의 활동을 통해 확산적 사고를 경험하게 되었다. 둘째, 체육활동노트는 학생과 교사 모두에게 의미 있는 피드백 전략으로 학생에게는 하나의 포트폴리오 형식을 취할 수 있었고 교사는 학생에게 맞춤형 피드백을 제시할 수 있었으며 새로운 평가방법으로도 활용되어질 수 있음을 시사하였다. 셋째, 학생들은 스스로 통합체육수업의 학습목표를 체육활동노트에 설정하고, 자기주도적으로 자신의 목표를 이루기 위해 자신들의 신체 움직임을 분석하고 자기 신체 관리를 위해 노력하는 모습을 끊임없이 보여주었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업이 새로운 체육교육과정에 실천적 자료가 되기를 기대하는 바이다.

        Quantification of Marker Compounds in Cirsium setidens Nakai by HPLC-DAD

        An effective method of high performance liquidchromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) wasdeveloped for the simultaneous quantification of twomarker compounds, pectolinarin and pectolinarigenin, inCirsium setidens Nakai, a Korean wild herb. The twomarker compounds of C. setidens were separated on a C18column with a gradient system. The calibration curves ofthe two standard compounds exhibited good linearity (R2>0.9992). The limits of detection (LOD) values of pectolinarinand pectolinarigenin were 0.52 and 0.41 μg/mL, respectively,while their limits of quantification (LOQ) values were 1.57and 1.25 μg/mL, respectively. The relative standarddeviations (RSDs) of the data of the intra- and inter-dayexperiments were less than 1.65 and 2.78%, respectively. The results of the recovery test were 98.06-105.81% withan RSD value of 1.87-3.50%. In conclusion, the results ofvalidation showed that the proposed HPLC method wasuseful for the quantification of the two marker compoundsin C. setidens.
