전문스포츠클럽 운영 사례 및 개선 방안 연구: 전락북도를 중심으로

목적: 이 연구는 전문스포츠클럽의 운영 사례를 구체적으로 살펴보고 전문스포츠클럽의 효율적인 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 전라북도 전문스포츠클럽 관련 전문가와 참여자 9인을 선정하여 전문스포츠클럽 운영 사례에 따르는다양한 자료를 수집하고 심층 인터뷰, 집단 인터뷰 내용을 분석하였다. 결과: 전문스포츠클럽은 학생선수의 운동과 학업에 집중적이고 효율적인 안정성을 중심으로 운영되고 있었으며 기존 학교 운동부의 어려움을 일반학생 참여, 전문스포츠클럽 행정과 업무 전환, 비인기 종목 중심 운영, 공부하는 학생선수를 위한 명확한 운영 주체를 통해 극복하고 있었다. 또한, 학교, 지역사회, 교육청 등과상호협력적인 시스템을 유지하고 있었다. 개선 방안으로는 첫째, 교육청-학교-전문스포츠클럽이 통합적 운영을 위한 체계적인 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 학생선수의 전문성 강화를 위한 수준과 폭이 넓어진 훈련 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 행정, 재정, 운영 체계, 훈련 프로그램, 전문 지도자 등의 전문스포츠클럽의 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 체계적인 시스템이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 결론: 이 연구 결과는 전문스포츠클럽의 효율적인 안착과 발전을 위한 방향성 및 시사점을 제시하고 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to concretely examine the operating cases of professional sports clubs, and also to present the efficient improvement measures of sports clubs. Methods: After selecting nine participants and experts related to professional sports clubs in Jeollabuk-do, this study collected various data according to operating cases of professional sports clubs, and then analyzed the contents of in-depth interviews and group interviews. Results: Professional sports clubs were operated focusing on the stability for intensive and efficient exercise and study of student athletes, and also overcoming difficulties of the existing school athletic clubs through ordinary students’ participation, change of administration and work of professional sports club, operation focusing on unpopular events, and clear subject of operation for studying student athletes. Also, they were maintaining the cooperative system with school, community, and office of education. In the improvement measures, first, it would be necessary to establish the systematic measures for the integrated operation of school of education, school, and professional sports club. Second, there should be training programs equipped with higher level and wider range for strengthening professionalism of student athletes. Third, it would be needed to establish the systematic system that could secure professionalism of professional sports club including administration, finance, operating system, training programs, and specialized coaches. Conclusion: The results of this study are presenting the future direction and implications for the efficient settlement and development of professional sports clubs.

소규모 중학교 체육 공동교육과정 운영 사례 및 개선 방안 탐색

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth analysis of the operation cases ofa small middle school joint Physical Education curriculum, and to explore improvement methods basedon the analyzed cases. Methods: Four teachers and four students from two schools located in the J region and operatinga small middle school joint Physical Education curriculum were selected as the study subjects, and data such as operation-related data, observation log data based on participant and non-participant observations, in-depth group interview data and unofficial story data were collected, categorized,analyzed and interpreted. Results: As far as the small middle school joint Physical Education curricula are concerned, tennis competition activities and group activities per level were performed using facilities near the two schools to ensure all students’ participation and interest and to overcome the disadvantages of small middle schools. Individualized instruction and interactive instruction were performed through team teaching activities per group led by professional instructors to better improve the advantages of small middle schools. The improvement methods are as follows: First, joint curricula must be planned through avoluntary sense of community along with teachers’ dedication and philosophies shared by the members. Second, it is necessary to derive a process of expanding and elaborating the scope of joint curriculato share and improve the concerns regarding events and joint curriculums among small middle schools. Third, for joint curricula to have a smooth implementation, it is necessary to construct a detailed instruction plan taking into consideration the autonomy of curricula, efficient system securement, andstudents’ individual characteristics and differences. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for legitimacy and substantial operation ofthe small middle school joint Physical Education curriculum. 연구목적 이 연구는 소규모 중학교 체육 공동교육과정의 운영 사례를 심층적으로 분석하고 그에 따른개선 방안을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 소규모 중학교 체육 공동교육과정을 운영하고 있는 J지역의 2곳 학교의 교사 4인, 학생 4인을연구참여자로 선정하여 운영 관련 자료와 참여관찰과 비참여관찰을 통한 관찰일지, 심층⋅집단 인터뷰, 비공식적 이야기 등을 수집하고 범주화하며 자료를 분석하고 해석하였다. 연구결과 소규모 중학교 체육 공동교육과정은 2곳 학교의 인근 시설을 활용하며 모든 학생 참여와 흥미를위한 테니스 경쟁 활동과 수준별 모둠 활동으로 소규모 중학교의 단점을 극복하고 있었으며 전문 강사를 중심으로 모둠별 교사 팀티칭 활동을 통한 개별화 수업과 활발한 상호작용 수업으로 소규모 중학교의 장점을 더욱더 개선하고 있었다. 개선 방안으로는 첫째, 교사의 작은 열정과 구성원 간 철학의 공유와 함께 자발적인 공동체 의식을 통한 공동교육과정이 기획되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 소규모 중학교 간 행사와 공동교육과정을 위한 고민을 함께 공유하고 개선해나가기 위해 공동교육과정의 범위를 확장하고 정교화시키는 과정이 필요하다. 셋째, 공동교육과정의 원활한 안착을 위한 교육과정의 자율성, 효율적인 시스템확보, 학생 개인의 특성과 개인차를 고려한 세밀한 지도 계획 등이 필요하다. 결론 이 연구의 결과는 소규모 중학교 체육 공동교육과정의 당위성과 내실 있는 운영의 필요성을 시사하고있다.

안전한 종합정보통신망을 위한 키 분배 프로토콜과 호 제어

정보화 시대가 도래하면서 여러 가지 정보(텍스트, 화상, 음성)를 통합, 전송할 수 있도록 개발된 통신망이 종합 디지터 통신망(ISDN:Integrated Service Digital network)이다. 이러한 ISDN은 모든 정보가 디지털 형태로 전송되고, 통신망 접속이 개방성을 갖기 때문에 중요 정보 자원에 대한 위협 및 침입 등의 보안 문제점이 증가 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중요 정보 자원을 보호하기 위해, ISDN에 적용할 수 있는 암호화 시스템과 적용방식을 연구 하였고, ISDN 시스템 구조와 ITU-T 권고 Q.931 프 로토콜을 분석하여 효율적인 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 암호화 키 분배 프로토콜과 하이브리드 암호화 시스템을 이용한 사용자 정보의 비밀성을 제공하는 호 제어 방법 을 제안하였다. ISDN is network which has been developed to integrate and transfer some information(data, video, voice). In the ISDN, security problem that threat and intrusion about important information resource increase because every information is transferred in the form of digital and access of network has patiency. In this paper, for protect important information resource, studied that apply application method and encryption system to ISDN, and system structure, ITU-T Q.931 protocol were analyzed, and proposable encryption key distribution protocol, call control with hybrid encryption system for user information privacy to provide security service.
