        The purpose of the present study is to investigate and analyze effects of aerobic dance training on housewives' life satisfaction. 270 subjects were selected from members at aerobic dance clubs in Kwangju. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed with SAS 6.12 statistics package. The findings of the study were : 1. 65% of the subjects participated in the aerobic dance activities 4~5 days a week while 18.3% of the subjects participated every day. 2. 67.4% of the subjects participated in the aerobic dance activities for 30~50 minutes and monthly mean expenses were 30,000~50,000 won(56.1%). 3. In comparison of the housewives' general characteristics with the motive of participation in the aerobic dance activities, there were no significant differences. 4. According to the subjects's jobs, there were significant differences in the motive of participation. Especially, employees for management and administration had higher motive of participation(3.644). 5. In comparison of life satisfaction with the aerobic dance activities, all parameters(duration, periods, degree and existence of the activities) were related with the life satisfaction. 6. In case of participation for more than 5 years, more life satisfaction was observed.

        This article presents suitable model for small portfolio selection. Since the small portfolio selection model is formulated as a Gomory's cutting plane algorithm of Integer programming, the value of decision variables in the optimal solution of this model is an integar, and therefore the stocks exchange hands becomes a round-lot. Accordingly, transaction commission can be reduced. This model can be reduced that input-data by selecting the stock. (i.e. classification by industry of stocks) The small portfolio and small investor can be profitable selection to stocks. The cost due to the diversification of the stocks holds offsets the unsystematic risk.

        대형경유차 저공해기술 적용에 따른 나노입자 배출특성

        Diesel engines which emit a lot of PM and NOx have been known as a main air polluter. Especially, diesel particulate matters (DPM) including black smoke are hazardous air pollutants to human health and environment. The nations retaining advanced engine technologies have reinforced emission regulations. To meet these regulations diesel engine manufacturers have developed low-emission diesel engines, aftertreatment equipments, alternative fuel technologies and so on. In this study, particle number concentrations characteristics according to particle size and engine driving conditions were analyzed when these low-emission technologies were applied. There was a tendency of increasing particle number concentrations from heavy-duty diesel engines with increasing engine rpm and load rate. In the cases of CDPF (Catalytic Diesel Particulate Filter), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) engine and ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) more than 99% of particle number concentration were removed.

        補中益氣湯 및 少陰人 補中益氣湯이 S-180에 對한 抗腫瘍效果와 Cyclophosphamide에 依한 副作用에 미치는 影響

        연구배경 : 암은 사망률 1위를 차지하고 있는 질환으로서, 치료는 수술요법, 방사선요법, 화학요법 및 면역요법 등을 주로 활용하고 있는데, 그 중에서도 활용도가 높은 항암제에 의한 화학요법은 암종에 대한 감수성 차이, 치료후의 부작용, 재발 및 합병증 등의 문제점으로 부작용을 감소시키면서 항암효과를 높이는 치료법이 요구되고 있다. 이에 암에 응용될 수 있는 한방제재를 개발하고 있는 암의 치료에 기여하고자 한다. 방법 : Sarcoma 180을 이식하여 생쥐의 생명연장율과 cytophosphamide를 다량 투여하여 부작용을 유발시킨 백서의 GOT, GPT활성도, BUN 및 creatinine 함량을 측정하였다. 결과 : 실험군에서 공히 생명연장 효과가 인정되었고, GOT, GPT활성도도 유의성이 인정되었다. 혈청중 BUN 및 creatinine 함량은 소음인보중익기탕군에서 유의성이 인정되었고, 보중익기탕군에서는 유의성은 없었으나 감소하는 경향이 있었다. 결론 : 보중익기탕 및 소음인보중익기탕은 정기를 보익하고 면역기능을 촉진시켜 암종을 억제하는 효과가 있어, 암의 한방치료 및 예방에 응용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Experiment was done to study the effects of liquid extract of Bojungikgitang(BIT) & Soeuminbojungikgitang(SBT) on the antitumor activity against S-180 and the reduction of side effects induced by cyclophosphamide. The results were obtained as follows : 1. The survival rate against S180 was increased in both BIT-treated group and SBT-treated group. 2. GOT was significantly decreased in both BIT-treated group and SBT-treated group as compared with the control group. 3. GPT was significantly decreased in both BIT-treated group and SBT-treated group as compared with the control group. 4. The amount of serum BUN was significantly decreased only in SBT-treated group. 5. The amount of serum creatinine was significantly decreased only in SBT-treated group. From above results, it was thought that Bojungikgitang & Soeuminbojungikgitang had antitumor activity against s-180 and the reduction of side effects induced by cyclophosphamide.

      • 단독주택지역의 주거환경에 대한 주민만족도에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of this study is to suggest some policy directions for a better residential environment in detached housing area in case of Taegu metropolitan city. In order to consider the change of urban spatial structure, study areas are classified into three zone-CBD, inner zone and outer zone. A field survey is conducted to measure residential satisfaction levels in term of safety, health and convenience. The main findings of this research can be summarized as follows. In general, the level of residential satisfaction at CBD is the worst with the lowest levels of the all three measures, while that of outer zone is the best with some dificiencies in term of health. The major determinants of the levels of residential satisfaction are found out to be (i) privacy protection, public transport, air quality and neighborhood facilities in case of CBD, (ii) cleanliness, fire protection, sunlighting and shopping facilities in case of inner zone, and (iii) public transport in case of outer zone. As is discussed, zonal problem is unique.

        A 5 year old, 13kg, Jindo dogs was presented with clinical signs of anorexia, weakness and exercise intolerance, and diagnosed as dirofilariasis by hematology, blood chemistry and ultrasonography. In hematology and blood chemistry, the presence of microfilariae in the blood. anemia, leukocytosis, hemoglobinuria and jaundice were revealed. In ultrasonography, heartworms were found in the right ventricle artery and pulmonary artery as structures of hyperechoic dots or streaks. Because of the dog's poor physical status, the owner requested euthanasia. In autopsy, fifty odd of heartworms were ascertained in the right ventricle and pulmonary artery. Tricuspid valve in the orifice of right ventricle and right atrium, and chordae tendineae were deliquesced.

        표면처리가 수리한 구치용 강화형 콤포짓트 레진의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

        Despite significant improvement in the mechanical properties of composite resins, They still undergo wear, discoloration, fracture with time. Repair is an alternative to the total replacement of old composite resin restoration, because it reduces pulpal trauma, and cost, time. The successful bond strength between new and old composite usually requires micromechanical retention and coating of old composite with unfilled resin. Micromechanical retention can be achiveved by sandblasting, grinding, or acid etching. Now application of bonding agent after sandblasting is known as the most effective surface treatment for composite repair. The aim of this study is to compare sandblasting with grinding as micromechanical reughening method and to evaluate the effect of bonding agent, silane primer, and post-cure thermocycling on shear bond strength of repaired posterior composite resins. The three posterior composite resins were used in this study. Charisma, Aelitefil, and Z-100 were for substrate resin and only Z-100 for repair resin. Then they were thermocycled(5∼55℃, 1,000 cycles) for aging. The substrate surface was treated by various methods : 1 group-NT (no treatment), 2 group-BA (bonding agent ; Scotchbond MP), 3 group-SB (sandblastion with 50μm alumina partcles), 4 group-GR (400 grit Sic grinding), 5 group-SB+BA, 6 group-GR+BA, 7 group-SB+PR (primer : Scotchprime-ceramic primer) +BA, 8 group-GR+PR+BA. After speciments 24 hours and the other 5 specimens were thermocycled again(5∼55℃, 600 cycles). The sheal bond strength wa measured by Instron testing machine with 1.0 mm/min. cross-head speed. From the experiment, the following results were obtained : 1. Shear bond strength of sandblasted group was significantly higher(P<0.05) than that of control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05) of bond strength between ground group and control group. However application of bending agent after grinding significantly(P<0.05) increase the bond strength of contorl group. 2. Although the values of shear bond strength of silane-primed groups were higher than those of unprimed groups, there was no significancy(P>0.05) 3. When bonding agent has been applicated, there was no statistically significan difference between sandblasted group and group group(P>0.05). 4. No statistically significant difference of shear bond strength was made by therocyling(5∼55℃, 600 cycles)

        광중합형 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트의 개발에 관한 연구

        The object of this study was to synthesize the experimental light-activated glass ionomer cement change of glass components such as aluminum, fluorine, calcium, and strontium. To reinforce the glass ionomer cement, additions of metallic powder, ceramic powder, and light-activated composite resin to glass ionomer cements were performed. Radiopacity, comprehensive strength, bond strength, fracture toughness, sloubility, and cytotoxicity of the various experimental glass ionomer cements were investigated. From the experiment, the following results were obtained: 1. Experimental light-activated glass ionomer cement showed similar physical and mechanical properties to commercial glass ionomer cement. Radiopacity, resistance of solubility, fracture thoughness, and compressive strength of the experimental cement were superior to those of commercial cements, but bond strength and biocompatibility of the experimental cement were inferior to commercial cements. 2. Addition of amalgam powder to light-activated glass ionomer cement resulted in the lower compressive strength and fracture toughness, but addition of aluminium powder resulted in the enhanced the fracture toughness. 3. Addition of alumina powder (Al₂O₃) could enhance the compressive strength and fracture toughness of the glass ionomer cement without sacrificing of the esthetic property. 4. Physical mixing light-activated glass ionomer cement with light-activated composite resin could enhanced the physical properties except for bond strength.
