      • LC-MS/MS를 이용한 S.D. Rat 혈장 중 Arctiin 분석법 개발

        KIOM-MA128 is a novel oriental herbal medicine which is for atopic dermatitis and asthma. The purpose of this study was to develop on analytical method of arctiin in rat plasma after oral administration of KIOM-MA128. Analyte was separated on a Atlantis dC18 reverse phase column, using gradient mobile phase (A:B = acetonitrile: 0.1% formic acid in water) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. Detection was performed by electrospray positive ionization mass spectrometry using multiple reaction monitoring of the transitions of arctiin at m/z 552.4 → 372.8 and internal standard (carbamazepine) at m/z 237.0 → 194.5. The limit of quantification was 1 ng/mL for arctiin. The precisions were lower than 15% and the accuracy was between – 12.21 and 3.2%. The maximum concentration found in plasma samples was 4.1 ng/mL. The present method was successfully developed for detecting arctiin in plasma and this results would be utilized to the further study.

      • 氣血의 相關性에 關한 文獻的 考察

        氣와 血은 水穀의 精微로움과 腎中의 精氣로 만들어지며 肺·脾·腎의 正常的인 機能에 依存한다. 氣와 血은 生命活動을 維持시키는 重要한 基本 要素이다. 氣와 血은 各各 固有의 機能이 있다. 氣는 無形으로 陽에 屬하고 活動力이 强하며 溫煦·推動作用이 있고, 血은 無形으로 陰에 屬하고 活動力이 弱하며 濡養·滋潤作用이 있다. 그러므로 氣와 血 사이에는 密接한 關聯이 있다. 만약 氣와 血의 相互關係를 維持하는 機能이 失調하면 "百病乃變化而生"한다. 氣血의 調和가 疾病의 豫防과 治療의 原則이다. 氣血의 相關性을 生理·病理·治療上의 觀點에서 歷代 文獻을 通하여 考察한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 氣血의 生理的 關係는 相互依存的이며 氣爲血之師하여 生血, 行血, 攝血하는 作用이 있고 血爲氣之母하여 載氣, 化生氣하는 作用이 있다. 2. 氣血의 病理的 關係는 氣病은 血에, 血病은 氣에 相互影響을 미쳐 氣血同病이 나타나며 氣滯血瘀, 氣不攝血, 血隨氣脫, 氣血兩虛의 類型으로 分類할 수 있다. 3. 氣血의 治療上의 關係는 調氣爲上, 調血次之의 治法이 運用되며 氣滯血瘀時에는 理氣行血法, 氣不攝血時에는 益氣攝血法, 血隨氣脫時에는 大補元氣와 補氣固脫法, 氣血兩虛時에는 氣血雙補法을 使用한다. Ki(氣) and Hul(血) are made of food(水穀)' s essence and vital essence(精氣) in the kidney-Ki(腎氣), and they are dependent on normal function of lung, spleen, kidney. They are basic element for maintenance of vital activity. Ki and Hul have characteristic function. Ki is immaterial, is included in Yang(陽), has energetic activity, makes the body to be warm(溫照), and promotes the activity of body(推動). Hul is material, is included in Yin(陰), has a little activity, and has the effects of the nourishing(滯養) and moisturizing(滋潤). Therefore there is close correlation between Ki and Hul. If Ki and Hul lose their fuction which maintains the mutual connection, all diseases take place from it(百病乃變化而生). The harmonies of Ki and Hul are the prevention of disease and the principle of therapy. The results are as follows 1. The Physiological mutual effects of Ki and Hul have two types. One type is that Ki makes Hul flow(氣爲血之師), the other type is that Hul is a mother of Ki(血爲氣之母). The first type has the effects such as promoting generation of blood(生血), promoting circulration of blood(行血) and promoting Hul-control(攝血). The second type has the effects such as Ki-loading(載氣) and Ki-transforming(化生氣). 2. The Pathological mutual effects of Ki and Hul can be classified as stagnancy of Ki and Hul stasis(氣滯血瘀), out of the Hul-control by the lowering of Ki(氣不攝血), bleeding resulting from exhaustion of Ki(血隨氣脫), and deficiency of both Ki and Hul(氣血兩虛). 3. The principle of medical treatment about the disease by both Ki and Hul(氣血同病) has 4-types. In the case of stagnancy of Ki and Hul stasis(氣滯血瘀), we can promote blood circulation to remove Hul stasis(活血祛瘀法). In the case of being out of the Hul-control by the lowering of Ki(氣不攝血), we can invigorate Ki for promoting Hul-control(益氣攝血法). In the case of bleeding resulting from exhaustion of Ki(血隨氣脫), we can use invigorating primodial Ki(大補元氣法) and invigorating Ki for the prevention of weakness(補氣固脫法). In the case of deficiency of both Ki and Hul(氣血兩虛), we can invigorate Ki and Hul(氣血雙補法).

        Renal ischemia is one of the most common causes of acute renal failure. Four factors related to the pathogenesis of acute renal failure are vasoconstriction, decreased glomerular filtration rate, tubular back leak of filtrate, and intratubular obstruction. The cellular response to renal ischemic insults include decreased content of adenosine trihosphate, lipid peroxidation induced membrane degradation, alteration in cellular pH, and calcium or phospholipase induced mitochondrial dysfunction. Much attention has been given to the role of increased cellular calcium as a pathogenetic contributor to cell injury during ischemia. Author studied the protective effects of calcium antagonists on cellular injury during renal ischemia in rat. To investigate the protective role of these agents, author measured the amount of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the enzyme activities of free radical scarvengers-superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase from non-pretreated group and calcium antagonists pretreated groups in control, ischemia and reflow subgroups. The results were summerized as follows: 1) The amount of MDA in non-pretreated group was higher in the reflow compared with the control(<p<0.01). But, in all pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the amount of MDA. 2) The SOD activity in non-pretreated group was lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But, in both verapamil and trifluoperazine-pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the SOD activity. 3) Both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities in non-pretreated group were lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But in all pretreated groups, there was no statically difference in both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities. These results suggest that free radical mediated ischemic injury by renal artery clamp in rat can be protected by intraperitoneal pretreatment with calcium antagonists. As trifluoperazine has a protective effect in renal ischemia, the calcium activated calmodulin dependent enzyme may play a role in renal ischemic injury.

        The system designed in this paper, can mark the interior state of greenhouse using sensors of temperature, humidity and illumination on greenhouse interior by greenhouse system for farm village area's agriculture automation. And, the real time monitor is possible real time monitoring by camera. Also, system that can supply water using spring cooler system and humidifier. The proposed system can sustain a designed environment of the greenhouse through rentilation fan, fluorescent light and roof door control. TCP/IP is used for the remote control of state the sensors in the client program. 본 논문에서 설계된 시스템은 농촌 지역의 농업 자동화를 위한 온실 시스템으로 온실 내부에 온도, 습도, 조도 센서를 이용한 온실 내부의 상태를 표시할 수 있으며 카메라를 이용하여 실시간 관측이 가능하다. 또한 본 시스템은 지붕 개폐, 스프링 쿨러와 가습기를 이용한 수분 공급, 환풍기, 형광등 등을 통하여 온실 내부의 환경을 유지시킬 수 있다. 모든 센서를 이용한 상태와 온실 제어를 TCP/IP를 이용한 클라이언트 프로그램에서 원격으로 관리할 수 있다.

      • 항진균제 알릴아민류의 합성과 생물학적 평가

        For the development of antifungal agents. modification of naftifine which exhibits significant antimycotic activity was performed by replacing the naphthalene ring of it to hetero cyclic rings such as morpholine. benzothiazole. piperidine and pyridine derivatives. The synthesized compounds were tested in vitro antifungal activity against five different fungi with naftifine as a comparative antimycotic molecule. From the biological evaluation two compounds. (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(4-piperidinylmethyl)amine(3d) and (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(3-pyndylmethyl)amine(3D) showed relatively noticeable activity(MIC=50㎍/㎖). On the other hand. the other compounds had no activity.

      • 정신분열병 환자에서 Olanzapine이 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        Objects : The purpose of this study was to test the effects of olanzapine on cognitive functions in schizophrenic patients. Methods : The subjects were 16 haloperidol-medicated schizophrenic patients and 15 risperidone-medicated schizophrenic patients, who participated in an eight-week crossover study from haloperidol and risperidone to olanzapine. Results : The patients in the group of crossover from haloperidol to olanzapine showed significant improvement in Parkinson scale of ESRS and other cognitive functions except for verbal fluency. Negative scale of PANSS and cognitive functions such as verbal memory, verbal fluency, visual memory and executive function were significantly improved in patients In the group of crossover from risperidone to olanzapine. Conclusions : These data suggest that olanzapine has some superior cognitive benefits relative to haloperidol and risperidone, but a larger sample replication study is necessary.

        동적 섭식경로모델을 이용한 음식물에 대한 유도 방사능개입준위의 산정에 관한 연구

        한국 환경을 고려하여 개발된 동적 섭식경로 모델을 이용하여 한국인이 섭취하는 음식물에 대한 유도개입준위를 산정하였다. 섭식경로에 있어 중요한 피폭효과를 가지는 I-131은 유아의 갑상선에 대한 예탁선량당량에 대해, Cs-137과 Sr-90은 전신에 대한 예탁선량당량에 근거한 선량개입준위로부터 연령군별로 13개 음식물에 대해 유도개입준위를 산정하였다. 성인은 Cs-137과 Sr-90의 음식물에 대한 유도개입준위 산정에 있어 가장 중요한 연령군으로 평가되었다. 성인의 경우 쌀에서 Cs-137과 Sr-90의 유도개입준위는 여름철 침척의 경우 각각 2390, 47 Bq/kg, 겨울철 침적의 경우 각각 198, 79 Bq/kg으로 침적시점과 핵종에 따라 매우 다른 값의 변화를 보여주었다. The derived intervention levels in Korean foodstuffs were estimated using the dynamic ingestion pathway model which was developed considering Korean environment. The derived intervention levels were estimated from the intervention level of does based on the thyroid committed does equivalent of infant in the case of I-131, and the whole body committed does equivalent for age groups and 13 kinds foodstuffs in the cases of Cs-137 and Sr-90. The derived intervention levels were shown as a considerable variation with deposition time and radionuclide. The adult was the most important age group in the estimation of derived intervention levels for Cs-137 and Sr-90. In the adult, the derived intervention levels for rice were 2390 and 47 Bq/kg for Cs-137 and Sr-90 in the case of deposition in summer, respectively, and 198 and 79 Bq/kg in the case of deposition in winter, respectively.

      • 스트릿 댄스 시장의 과제와 개선 방안 연구 : 전문가 인터뷰를 중심으로

        본 연구는 최근 미디어 등을 통해 주목받고 있는 스트릿 댄스의 주요 과제를 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 문헌조사와 더불어 관련 종사자 겸 전문가 10명을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 스트릿 댄스 시장은 아직까지 제도적 미비함이 많은 것으로 나타났고, 이를 계약, 일자리, 법제도 측면으로 나누어 보았을 때, 일자리 정보 공유, 의무적인 표준계약서 사용,법적 갈등에 대한 지원 등의 개선방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 향후 지속가능한 형태의 발전을 위한 방안으로는 스트릿댄스의 허브 역할을 할 공적 협회의 설립 및 운영이 필요하다. This study looked at street dance, which has recently become popular through the media. The method was to identify major problems in the market and find ways to improve them. A literature survey was conducted, and then focus group interviews were conducted with 10 related workers and experts. As a result of the study, the domestic street dance market still had many institutional insufficiencies. This was divided by type into contracts, jobs, and legal system aspects. Here, improvement measures such as sharing job information, andatory use of standard contracts, and support for legal conflicts were found to be necessary. In addition, for future mid- to long-term evelopment, it is necessary to establish and operate a public association that will serve as a hub for street dance.

      • 기계시각을 이용한 강구 자동 검사장치

        Metal balls are commonly used in mechanical elements and systems including bearings. If there is a defect in a metal ball, it can cause a serious machine failure. By this reason every balls produced are required to be inspected, and the inspection is usually done by human eyes. However, the inspection by human eyes is always with the risk of mistakes, and a need to automate the inspection process is arisen. This paper describes a design of an automatic inspection system for detecting defects on ball surface. A machine vision system is used, and design process and techniques are described in detail. 강구는 베어링을 비롯한 기계 요소 및 장치에서 널리 사용되는 부품이다. 만약 강구에 결함이 있을 시, 이를 사용하는 기계에서 치명적인 결함이 초래될 수 있다. 따라서 제조된 강구에 대해서는 전량검사가 요구되고 있고, 검사과정은 사람의 육안에 의한 검사가 주를 이루고 있다. 그런데 사람에 의한 검사에는 항상 실수의 가능성이 있으므로, 이를 자동화하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 강구의 표면 결함을 자동적으로 검사할 수 있는 장치를 설계한다. 기계시각 장치가 사용되었고, 설계에 따른 구체적 절차와 기술들이 서술된다.
