        労使関係の変化と人事制度改革の胎動: 1980年代後半、A自動車会社における 日本型人事制度の模索

        Led by exports after 1960s, individual and national capital occurring during the industrialization process utilized low wages and long labor hours as the major methods of international competitiveness and wielded in-depth involvement⋅dominance over the Industrial relations of individual companies in order to maintain these two major methods. Until 1987, collective Industrial relations in Korea is characterized by those subordinate to capital imposing the authority over workers on different legislative and labor administration placing restrictions on any action involving labor’s three primary rights limiting the autonomous labor movements. The Industrial Relations style of A automobiles prior to 1987 could be described as a ‘Militaristic regulations and controls.’ The laborers had no choice but to endure verbal and physical abuses inflicted by on-site managers⋅supervisors who had the authority over performance assessment aslong with long work hours lasting 12 hours each day on top of poor working environment. This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of personnel management of A automobiles regarding the demand proposed by the labor union and the process of the unrest erupting among the personnel management after the establishment of labor union. Then, the paper will investigate and analyze specific period of time during which A automobile took actions to reform its personnel management system to resemble those from Japanese companies. 본 논문은 노동조합 결성 이후 A 자동차의 인사 노무 관리의 동요 과정을 당시 노동조합(노동자)이 요구한 근거 자료를 통해 분석해, A 자동차의 인사 노무 관리의 특징, 동요의 원인, 노사의 대응 과정을 분석해 일본의 직능자격제도에 의거한 단일호봉제로의 수렴과정을 고찰⋅분석한다. 1960년대 이후, 수출 주도형 공업화 과정에서 개별 자본 및 총자본은 국제 경쟁력의주요 수단인 저임금과 장시간 노동 체제를 유지하기 위해서 개별 기업의 노사 관계에 깊숙이 개입⋅지배하고 있었다. 1987년 이전의 한국의 집단적 노사 관계는 자율적인 노동운동을 규제하는 여러 법률 및 노동 행정에 노동자에 대한 권리를 강요하는 자본 종속적인 노사 관계로 특징 지어진다. 전제적인 노무 관리와 자본 종속적인 노사 관계는 A 자동차 회사에서도 예외가 아니었다. 이른바 군대식 규율과 직장 통제를 특징으로 하는 A 자동차 회사의 인사노무관리는 노동조합 결성 이후 동요되기 시작했다. 노동조합은 과거불합리하고 차별적인 인사제도의 개정을 강하게 요구하기 시작하면서 사측의 현장관리통제력과 인사노무관리기능은 빠르게 동요 및 기능 저하를 우려하는 단계까지 이르게 된다. A자동차 회사는 노사관계안정화장기계획을 발표하고 한편으로는 인사부서의 조직확대⋅ 정비를 진행하면서 다른 한편으로는 인사노무관리의 쇄신을 목적으로 인사제도 개정작업에 착수하게 된다. 본 논문은 1987년 전후, A 자동차 회사를 대상으로 노동조합 설립 이후의 노사관계 및 인사노무관리가 커다란 혼란에 빠지는 시기에 초점을 맞추어 당시 A자동차회사의 인사노무관리의 특징을 고찰⋅분석하고 있다.

        문화진화 관점에서 본 중독사회

        Objectives : Although South Korea has achieved a high level of economic growth, addiction is becoming more prevalent in communities. In the 21st century, behavioral addiction is spreading quickly as well as substance addiction. Especially since 2010, digital addiction such as the Internet, smartphones and games has been proliferating in society. The purpose of this paper was to explain why modern society has turned into an addiction society from the perspective of the cultural evolution. Methods : The diverse literature in relation to cultural evolution addiction society were searched and reviewed. Results : At first, how a culture occurred through shared intentionality and language in prehistoric times was discussed. Next, how cultural evolution has progressed from agricultural, scientific, to industrial revolution was addressed. Then, psychological mechanisms behind the cultural evolution were suggested in terms of anxiety and narcissism. Last, neurobiological mechanisms under addiction society were provided from the perspective of the left brain and dopamine. Conclusion : Considering the negative aspects of the addiction society, I hope that we would be aware of the authentic existence and live as one.

        글로벌 환경규제와 일본 자동차회사의 대응전략

        Environmental pollution and a problem of the climate changes are the most important problems of the global community now. The International community concluded a variety of agreements in conjunction with an environmental problem so far. Korea is a greenhouse gas discharge country of the tenth place of the world and depends on import for most of the energy.And the ratio that export accounts for in macro-economy is high, and the industrial most are industry to use the energy for a lot. However, in Korea, there are the green industry which is a future growth industry and the green technical level in the low situation. This study takes up the auto industry of Japan with such a problem and considers a correspondence strategy for strengthened environmental regulation recently. The auto industry in particular has an industrial characteristic to exhaust a lot of carbon dioxide from product production to the disposal; from the reason of the environmental regulation in the inside and outside the country main; became a target. Therefore, I think that it will often suggest it in the correspondence strategy of the Korea company for the environmental regulation in future to analyze a correspondence strategy of the auto industry for the environmental regulation in Japan

        설명동의의 신경윤리(Neuroethics)

        Informed consent has problems with readability, length, complexity, and so on. On the one hand, rigid requirements related to informed consent discourage subjects to participate experiment. On the other hand, it distracts from more serious ethical problems in clinical research such as decision-making capacity. Recently, there is increasing evidence that some proportion of the population has difficulties with decision-making capacity. Therefore, the neuropsychological tests associated with decision making are needed before giving valid informed consent. The decision making related to informed consent can be described by the interplay between emotional and cognitive functions. How can we investigate this empirically? An appropriate scale measuring neuropsychological function in informed consent should include both cognitive and emotional abilities. Nowadays, the MacArthur Competence Assessment Tool(MacCAT) was widely used. But it relies predominantly on cognitive abilities such as understanding, appreciation, reasoning, and expression of choice. Considering recent empirical studies, the inclusion of emotional abilities in relation to decision-making seems to be essential. Iowa Gambling Task (IGT) requires emotional function as well as cognitive function to perform proper decision-making. Thus, it would be necessary to administer both the MacCAT and the IGT in people who have deficits in decision making and in giving valid or invalid informed consent.

        저성장기 일본노사관계 재편과정의 재검토-1970년대 및 1980년대를 중심으로-

        Japanese industrial relations based on the company by the collaborationist labor refers to labor relations.It assumes lifetime employment, a seniority system, a house union system a component. It means a management leadership model, the labor-management relations characterized by the principle of union-management cooperation. It is the system which the Japanese-style labor-management relations experience the history of intense opposition between the labor and management of the 1950s, and was established at the mid-1960s of the rapid economic growth period. However, the Japanese-style labor-management relations were forced to reorganization by the first, the outbreak of the second oil crisis of the 1970s. The improvement of business operations that a private enterprise pushed forward to overcome an oil crisis in the background had a direct influence. I recognize that the first oil crisis of 1973 is an important turning point in Japanese management-labor relation, and this article reexamines the reorganization process of the Japan labor-management relations in this time. Particularly, the labor-management relations of stable dispute structure of the rapid economic growth period pay attention to what was switched to the labor-management relations of non-, having a fight characterized by the cooperative stable structure of the low period of growth and consider lifetime employment, the reorganization process of the longevity payment system and consider the cause and next influence.

        1990년대 한국 A자동차회사의 인사제도 개혁에 관한 연구 -일본형 인사제도의 시도와 좌절-

        This paper was analyzed in comparison with the previous studies the personnel system reform of the A motor company in the 1990s. The important fact which this research clarified is that workers do not necessarily aim at the equality of treatment in wages and promotion. The labor union recognizes it as the wages having to reflect worth of labor and worth of the labor force, and they are calling this the internal fairness of wages. Concretely, a labor union is on the basis of a low rank job. Just 10% of wage differential is recognized to be fair wages. Although the labor union has not denied workers’ wage differential, what is the reason the wage differential has not appeared? It is because there was a conflict involving acceptance of a personnel evaluation system inside a labor union. Acceptance of the personnel evaluation system was just a problem of the labor union. The union tended to participate in the personnel evaluation system from experience of the labor movement of Japan. If the argument on the salary system which started taking advantage of change of the service system in 2005 is located in the extension of the personnel-system reform of the 1990s, I will think that the acceptance problem of a personnel evaluation system is just the most important problem in salary system introduction.

        숙련과 임금제도: A자동차의 숙련지향적 임금제도의 모색

        The modification of work organization in accordance with the introduction of flexible production has a lot of influence over the form of usage of labor, wage system and Skill. First the flexible production requires the flexible work organization, the flexible wage system and Skill, when it conflicts with the existing wage system, the practices of labor relations, the wage system and the practice of labor relation will be asked to make corrections. Especially it has been recognized that the wage system is the most important factor for the change and formation of Skill. This thesis focused on the wage system, that is time wage system(work by hour) which is the criteria of wage system for production workers, in order to analyze the features of technology, production method, work organization and proficiency of A automobile in terms of human resource management. Recognized that the time wage system should be improved, the labor and management of A automobile has performed the discussion for ‘new personnel management system’ in the 1990s, ‘Weekly consecutive two-shift system and monthly salary system’ in 2004 and ‘Ordinary wage and wage system reorganization(Monthly salary system)’ in 2013. But the labor and management has failed to reach the conclusion until now even though they already agreed the introduction of monthly salary system. As a result, the productivity deterioration, employment and wage instability has been solidified and the unstable and conflictual labor relation has continued due to Rigid Quantity = Employment = Wages in A automobile. This study intends to reveal the factors of conflicts of labor and management specifically during the discussion for time wage system reform.

      • 시대에 따른 청소년 망상의 변화

        연구목적: 저자들은 지난 30년 동안 입원한 청소년 정시병 환자 중 망상이 분명하였던 환자를 대상으로, 시대적 변화와 청소년 문화의 변천에 따른 망상의 유형 및 내용의 변화를 알아보고, 청소년 환자에서의 망상의 특징을 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 경북대학교병원에 입원하였던 청소년 정신병 환자 중 망상이 분명하였던 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 1977년 1월 1일부터 1978년 12월 31일 사이에 입원한 환자 39명, 1987년 1월 1일부터 1988년 12월 31일 사이에 입원한 환자 41명, 그리고 1997년 1월 1일부터 1998년 12월 31일 사이에 입원한 환자 44명에 대한 망상의 주제 및 내용을 비교하였다. 결과: 1) 망상을 나타낸 환자들은 70년대말, 80년대말, 90년대말 세 군 모두 남자의 비율이 여자보다 약간 높았고, 18∼21세 사이의 군이 가장 높은 빈도를 보였고, 비종교군의 비율이 종교군보다 높았고, 부모가다 살아있는 군이 가장 많았다. 학력은 고등학교가 가장 많았으나, 90년대말이 되면서 대학교 학력을 가진 비용이 증가하였고, 출생순위는 70년대말과 80년대말에서는 중간이 가장 많았으나, 90년대말에서는 장자가 가장 많았다. 2) 망상의 유형은 시대에 따라 의미있게 증가하거나 감소한 것은 없었고, 가장 높은 출현빈도를 보인 것은 피해망상, 관계망상, 과대망상 순이었다. 망상의 내용은 친구들 주제로 한 망상의 출현빈도가 가장 많았고, 통계학적으로 의미있게 증가하였다. 3) 남녀별 차이점은, 남자의 경우 관계망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였고, 친구들 주제로 한 망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였고, 초능력을 주제로 한 망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 감소하였다. 여자의 경우 과대망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였고, 초능력을 주제로 한 망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였다. 4) 연령별로 보면, 18∼21세 경우는 피해망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였고, 친구를 주제로 한망상의 출현빈도가 의미있게 증가하였다. 그리고 12∼147세에서 15∼17세, 18∼21세로 나이가 증가함에 따라 망상의 종류 및 내용에 다양해지고 있었다. 결론: 시대에 따른 청소년 문화의 변천은 청소년 정신병 환자의 망상의 내용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 생각된다.
