AHP기법을 활용한 공공청사 신축 부지의 합리적인 선정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present the rational decision process for new ward office building site. AHP Technique used in this study considers both quantitative and qualitative factors on the basis of decision maker's intuitive, reasonable or unreasonable judgement by giving weight through mutual comparision of publicity factors. The evaluaion factors were refer to another five ward office there were executed these kinds of new site selection before. These standards are composed of 6 middle groups and classified into 9 detailed standards. Alternative building sites are five places in this district. The final evauation standards are Accessibility, Urban Expansion Possibility, Distrct balance, Enviornment, Financing, Development easiness. And It became clear that the priority of evaluation is Financing > Urban expansion > Accessibility > Development easiness > District balance > Enviornment. In conclusion, it was determined that alternative " E " is the most adequate place for new ward office building.
선천성 담도폐쇄증으로 Kasai 수술 후 장기 치료성적(10년 이상 생존자 대상으로)

To evaluate the long-term prognosis of biliary atresia after Kasai operation, a total of 14 patients (of the 41 patients operated upon from 1982 to 1997), who had been followed up for more than 10 years, were included in this retrospective study. Eleven out of 14 patients survived with their native livers, and their data analyzed for age at operation, clearing time of jaundice, histological outcome, postoperative complications, effectiveness after the application of an intussusception anti-reflex valve, and quality of life. Average age at surgery was 62.8 days. Serum bilirubin was normalized within three months in all patients. Six among the eleven long-term survivors had ascending cholangitis as one of the postoperative complications. The application of an intussusception anti-reflux valve did not show any statistical significance in long-term survival. Most of long-term survivors appeared to enjoy good quality of life. Kasai operation might not be the definitive treatment for biliary atresia; however, Kasai operation made it possible to achieve long-term survival for patients with biliary atresia when the patients were detected and treated as early as possible.
석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용한 고강도 콘크리트 보의 거동

The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavior and ductility of reinforced high-strength concrete beams using fly ash artificial lightweight aggregate. All of 10 specimens have the same cross sectional dimensions (180mm×220mm×2790mm) and are tested in condition of simply supported beam under an two-point loading. Five reinforced high-strength lightweight concrete beams and five reinforced high-strength normal concrete beams with different tensile reinforcement ratio () were tested to investigate their behavior. Test results indicate that the ratio of flexural strength between experimental results and those by ACI 318 is 1.00 in case of normal concrete beams and 1.01 in case of lightweight concrete beams. The reinforced high-strength concrete beams using fly ash artificial lightweight aggregate behave more brittly than high-strength normal concrete beams with equal reinforced ratio after maximum strength. When concrete compressive strength is 40MPa in reinforced high-strength lightweight concrete beams, the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement to balanced reinforcement needs to be limited to 0.5 in order to obtain 3 in ductility factor. 본 실험연구는 석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용한 고강도콘크리트 보의 거동 및 연성을 규명하기 위해 수행하였다. 10개의 시험체 크기는 모두 180mm×220mm×2790mm이며 단순 지지상태에서 2점 가력하였다. 석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용한 고강도콘크리트 보 5개와 천연골재를 사용한 고강도콘크리트 보 5개는 다른 인장철근비 비율()로 보강되었다. 실험결과 휨강도는 ACI 318 기준에 의한 계산값 대비 천연골재를 사용한 시험체의 경우 1.00, 석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용한 시험체의 경우 1.01의 값을 보였다. 석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용한 시험체가 보통골재를 사용한 시험체보다 취성적인 거동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. ACI 규준은 석탄회 인공경량골재를 사용하고 콘크리트강도가 40MPa일 경우 콘크리트 보의 연성지수 3을 확보하기 위해 인장철근비 비율을 0.5 이하로 제한되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the waterproofing properties of membrane coating to the Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC). ALC have basically high water absorbtion and low strength in its physical properties. These properties incite several types of troubles. In these study three kinds of experiment, those are watertight test, adhesion test and application test, are executed. It can be concluded as follows (1) Water content rate of ALC is not related to the performance of membrane coatings. (2) Membrane coatings, which is composed of epoxy resin, is inferior to another resin coating. And so it is necessary that epoxy resin coating is attend to use on the ALC material. (3) It is clear that synthetic resin except epoxy is superior to waterproofing properties such as flow and hardness of coating material.

The impact noise insulation performance of a apartment floor depends on the various factors such as stiffness and thickness of the concrete slab, finishing materials and the construction method. An approach from these point of view it is important to improve impact noise insulation performance and to develop several method. In this study suggest that it will be settled urgently which is to reduce stiffness of the concrete slab, to substitute the lightweight concrete, finishing material and various constuction method such as floating floor system.
