Multiple primary cancer is defined as two or more malignant neoplasms in a single individual. The incidence of multiple primary cancer is likely to increase due to earlier and accurate diagnosis and prolonged life span. Above all, the incidence of quintuple primary malignant tumors is reportedly extremely rare. Herein, we present a case of 65-year-old who had quintuple primary cancers of the liver, rectum, nasopharynx, oropharynx and hypopharynx.

The smart speaker includes an AI assistant function in the existing portable speaker, which enables a person to give various commands using a voice and provides various offline services associated with control of a connected device. The speed of domestic distribution is also increasing, and the functions and linked services available through smart speakers are expanding to shopping and food orders. Through text mining-based customer review analysis, there have been many proposals for identifying the impact on customer attitudes, sentiment analysis, and product evaluation of product functions and attributes. Emotional investigation has been performed by extracting words corresponding to characteristics or features from product reviews and analyzing the impact on assessment. After obtaining the topic from the review, the effect on the evaluation was analyzed. And the market competition of similar products was visualized. Also, a study was conducted to analyze the reviews of smart speaker users through text mining and to identify the main attributes, emotional sensitivity analysis, and the effects of artificial intelligence attributes on product satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to collect blog posts about the user's experiences of smart speakers released in Korea and to analyze the attitudes of customers according to their attributes. Through this, customers' attitudes can be identified and visualized by each smart speaker product, and the positioning map of the product was derived based on customer recognition of smart speaker products by collecting the information identified by each property.

혈관내큰B세포림프종은 악성 림프구의 혈관 내 성장을 보이는 드문 질환으로, 말초혈액 또는 혈관 외 종괴를 보이지 않는다. 이 림프종은 빠른 파종 및 공격적 성향 때문에 나쁜예후를 가진다. 그러나 질병특유소견이 없어 진단이 어려운 실정이다. 저자들은 십이지장 위장관기질종양의 수술 검체내에서 혈관내큰B세포림프종이 진단된 증례를 발견하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare disease of intravascular growth of malignant lymphocytes without an obvious extravascular tumor mass or existence in peripheral blood. It has poor prognosis due to its aggressive behavior and rapid systemic dissemination. But there is no pathognomonic finding, diagnosis of IVLBCL is still challenging. Here we report a case of IVLBCL found within a resected specimen of duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
내열성 한천분해효소를 생산하는 해양세균의 분리 및 특성

제주도 동북해역의 해수에서 한천분해활성을 보어는 해양성 세균을 분리하였으며 16S rDNA유전자 염기서열분석과 형태학적, 배양적 및 생화학적 특징을 조사하여 해양기원의 Agarivorans 속에 속하는 균주임을 확인하고 Agarivorans sp. JA-1으로 명명하였다. Agarivorans sp. JA-1이 생성하는 한천 분해효소(agarase)는 한천의 존재유무에 상관없이 발현되며 성장의존성인 것으로 확인되었고 효소활성을 위한 최적 pH는 pH 8.04 (50 mM glycine NaOH 완충용액)이고 최적 온도는 $40^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 한천분해효소는 기능성올리고당 생산이 가능한 베타-한천분해효소이며 내열성을 보여 $60^{\circ}C$까지 $80\%$ 이상 그리고 $80^{\circ}C$까지 $70\%$의 잔존활성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 분리한 Agarivorans sp. JA-1 균주가 나타내는 한천분해효소를 이용하여 $40^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 액체상태로 있는 한천을 이용한 기능성올리고당 생산에 유용한 것으로 생각되었다. An agar-degrading bacterium was isolated from north-eastern sea of Jeju island and cultured in marine agar 2216 media. Biochemical and morphologicl characteristics and 165 rRNA gene revealed that isolated strain was member of Agarivorans genus, and named Agarivorans sp. JA-1. Agarase was produced as growth-related and expressed regardless of agar presence. Optimal pH was 8 at 50 mM Clycine-NaOH buffer, and activity was maximum at $40^{\circ}C$E Enzymatic activity was maintained over $80\%$ at $60^{\circ}C$t and $70\%$ at $80^{\circ}C$ which is thermotolerant. Hence isolated novel Agarivorans sp. JA-1 strain and its beta-agarase could be used for the production of functional oligosaccharide from agar in solution state.
도시형자기부상철도 제동장치의 기술 요구사항을 반영한 형식승인 시험규격 고도화 연구

철도안전법이 개정됨에 따라 기존 도시철도법의 안전관련 기준인 품질인증, 안전기준, 성능시험, 표준규격 등이 철도안전법 하부 규정으로 통합되었다. 또한 형식승인 및 제작자승인, 완성검사와 같은 승인 제도를 도입하여 인증을 의무사항으로 시행하고 있다. 인증제도 의무화에 따라 도시형 자기부상철도 용품도 인증을 획득할 수 있도록 기술기준과 시험규격이 개발 및 적용되어 한다. 이에 대응하는 방안으로 기존 철도용품에 대한 기술기준 및 시험규격의 연구내용에 자기부상철도 용품에 대한 기술적 내용이 반영된 기술기준 및 시험규격의 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 형식승인 대상 용품으로 기존 연구된 제동장치 중 제동 패드와 제동 실린더의 고유특성을 분석하고 요구되는 기술사양을 적용한 시험규격의 개발내용에 대해서 나타내고자 한다. The type approval system in accordance with the Railway Safety Act Railway Supplies amendment was introduced. The type approval system is mandatory and include the verifying performance of product and quality management system of manufacturer. Technical standard and testing specification of urban maglev railway supplies are required in order to acquire the certification. In response to certification system, study about analysis and development of technical requirements from the urban maglev railways is performing. This paper analyzes the unique characteristics of the brake pads and the brake cylinder of the brake system in urban maglev railway and develop the testing standard applied technical specifications required of the brake system.
