온라인 토론 유형이 비판적 사고기능의 개발과 인지적 참여의 수준에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate recent research issues on effects of online synchronous versus asynchronous discussions to develop students' critical thinking skills with the advance of information and communications technology. Participants in this study were 75 college students. Among them 37 students and 38 ones were randomly assigned to synchronous discussion and asynchronous discussion groups, respectively. The former participated in discussions on the Nateon Chatting settings during an honour and half a week, whereas the latter did on the bulletin board of Daum Caffe during one week. And both of them did online discussions for 4 consecutive weeks. Right after discussion learning, they took Watson-Glaser' Critical Thinking Appraisal, and discussion contents were analyzed students' level of cognitive engagement during discussion according to cognitive engagement analysis rubric. The difference between two discussion groups' mean scores from the administration and the analysis were compared by a t-test. One result yielded from this study showed that there was no significant difference between two discussion groups in the development of students' critical thinking skills. This means that the development of their critical thinking skills in online synchronous discussions is still hard tasks due to technological and strategic problems as well as short experimental sessions like the case of this study. Another result appeared that there was a significant difference between in both levels of recall engagement and non-productive engagement. It indicates that the frequency and interactions of participation during synchronous discussions were higher than those of asynchronous discussions. It suggests that the design of synchronous discussion settings need to be done to critical or extensional levels of cognitive engagement in online environments. 이 연구는 정보기술의 발달과 토론학습의 특성상 비실시간 토론보다는 실시간 토론이 비판적 사고력의 개발에 효과적일 것이라는 최근 연구쟁점을 검토하였다. 연구 참여자 75명은 실시간 토론(실험집단)에 37명, 비실시간 토론(통제집단)에 38명으로 각각 무선 배정되었다. 실시간 토론집단은 네이트온(Nateon) 채팅환경에서 매주 1시간 20분씩 4주 동안 토론을 실시하였다. 반면에 비실시간 토론집단은 다음(Daum) 카페에서 집단별로 생성한 토론 게시판으로 한 주 동안 자유롭게 토론하였다. 4주간의 토론학습이 끝난 후에 Watson-Glaser의 비판적 사고력검사(WGCTA)가 실시되었고, 인지적 참여의 분석체제로 토론내용이 분석되었다. 두 집단 간의 검사와 내용분석 결과의 차이는 t-test로 검증되었다. 연구결과는 첫째, 실시간 토론집단과 비실시간 토론집단 간에 비판적 사고력의 개발에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 온라인 환경에서 비판적 사고력의 개발에 여전히 나타나는 기술적 및 전략적 문제와 함께 짧은 실험기간의 문제점으로 지적되었다. 둘째, 실시간 토론집단은 비실시간 토론집단보다 인지적 참여의 수준 중에서 재생적 참여와 비생산적 참여에서 의미 있게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 실시간 토론이 비실시간 토론보다 토론 참여와 상호작용의 빈도가 높았기 때문으로 해석되었다. 토론이 비판적 및 확장적 인지의 수준까지 높여질 수 있는 실시간 토론환경의 구축에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
알코올성 간질환 변증 설문, DSOM, SF-36을 이용한 알코올성 간질환 환자의 금주 효과 연구

Objectives : This study was done to evaluate the effect of stopping drinking, using alcoholic liver disease questionnaire, Diagnosis System of Oriental Medicine (DSOM) and Health Related Quality of Life (HRQOL). Methods : 49 men who satisfied the requirement participated in this trial. They stopped drinking for 6 weeks. They were analyzed using DSOM, alcoholic liver disease questionnaire and SF-36. The data were classified by age (<47,$\geq$48) and alcoholic intake per day (<100g,$\geq$100g). For HRQOL, the SF-36v2 Health Survey was used and Quality Metric Health Outcomes Scoring Software 2.0 (QualityMetric, Lincoln, RI, USA) was applied for the analysis. Results : The alcoholic liver disease questionnaire had a partial correlation with DSOM. Generally stopping drinking decreased Heat (熱). Especially in the group drinking over 100g per day, the correlation was high. In the group over 48 years old, spleen (脾) was improved comparatively. In the group with low HRQOL (PCS<31.43, MCS<23.33) deficiency (虛) was improved. Conclusions : We found that stopping drinking can improve pathogenic factors of alcoholic liver disease and the alcoholic liver disease questionnaire be a useful diagnostic method on alcoholic liver disease by comparison with DSOM.

Taylor and Ford in the 1910s led to the "scientific management" for the entire industry from the manufacturing spread of TQM Total Quality Management has been structured as a management efficiency, such as 6-Sigma techniques were developed. SW development also introduces the idea, such as CMMI and SPICE-based process management, management practices have evolved. However, in recent years to increase the knowledge of workers in the manufacturing process oriented management approach is under serious challenge. Business performance or productivity will be varied depending all motivation, human relationship, job involvement rather than simply putting a lot of time. Especially in the SW industry which is depending on human resource, Creativity should be limited in traditional management methods. Recently, Google and Apple, Cisco and global advanced companies adopt a human relationship management. Their productivity and creativity in product development has been successful by giving autonomy and motivation, enthusiasm and vision to tile employees. Human relationship management since the mid-1990s, appears as a new paradigm so called Agile process in the field of SW development. Agile processes emphasis on light, flexible and responding to changes immediately in the business environment step away from traditional management approach which is the heavy and complicated process. In this paper, agile project management concepts and practices which is applied to industry will be examined.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate how type I diabetes mellitus (T1D) affects the folliculogenesis and oocyte development,fertilization, and embryo development. Materials and Methods: A comparative animal study was conducted using two different mouse models of T1D, a genetic AKITAmodel and a streptozotocin-induced diabetes model. Ovarian function was assessed by gross observation, immunoblot, immunohistochemistry,oocyte counting, and ELISA for serum hormones (insulin, anti-Mullerian hormone, estradiol, testosterone,and progesterone). Maturation and developmental competence of metaphase II oocytes from control and T1D animals was evaluatedby immunofluorescent and immunohistochemical detection of biomarkers and in vitro fertilization. Results: Animals from both T1D models showed increased blood glucose levels, while only streptozotocin (STZ)-injected miceshowed reduced body weight. Folliculogenesis, oogenesis, and preimplantation embryogenesis were impaired in both T1D mousemodels. Interestingly, exogenous streptozotocin injection to induce T1D led to marked decreases in ovary size, expression of luteinizinghormone/chorionic gonadotropin receptor in the ovaries, the number of corpora lutea per ovary, oocyte maturation, andserum progesterone levels. Both T1D models exhibited significantly reduced pre-implantation embryo quality compared withcontrols. There was no significant difference in embryo quality between STZ-injected and AKITA diabetic mice. Conclusion: These results suggest that T1D affects folliculogenesis, oogenesis, and embryo development in mice. However, thephysiological mechanisms underlying the observed reproductive effects of diabetes need to be further investigated.

In this paper, a novel speed control strategy using an acceleration feedforward compensation by the estimation of the system inertia is proposed. With the proposed method, the enhanced speed control performance can be achieved and the speed response against the disturbance torque can be improved for the vector-controlled induction motor drive systems in which the bandwidth of the speed controller cannot be made large enough. The experimental results confirm the validity of the proposed strategy.

A useful software platform (SWP) and a development environment for Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of the Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) are designed. The designed SWP has the layered architecture for increasing reusability. The development environment is designed to help the application engineers who design the algorithm by model-based development (MBD) method or who calibrate the parameters. The application software (ASW) modules generated from the TargetLink model to control the vehicle and the developed SWP modules are integrated and verified on vehicle. Because the SWP has layered structure, it is possible to reuse in another ECU except the dependent part of CPU. This software Platform is also applied to HMC’s ECUs for the EV and HEV project.
