        길이가 틀린 아실사슬을 갖는 콜린 인지질에 대한 포스포리파제 D의 반응성

        In order to explore a substrate specificity for cabbage phospholipase D, we examined the PLD reactivity toward the phosphatidylcholines with different chain length of acyl groups. The selected acyl chains were the saturated fatty acid of $C_8:0,\;C_{12}:0,\;C_{16}:0,\;C_{20}:0$. The reactivity of these phospholipids were dependent largely on the ratio of PC : SDS. The PC : SDS ratio showing the optimal PLD activity were found to be 1:1.4, 1:2.2, 1:2.5, and 1:3.6 respectively as the increase of the acyl chain length. Likewise the optimum temperature for the maximal PLD activity were altered markedly to 25$^{\circ}C$, 30$^{\circ}C$, 35$^{\circ}C$, 45$^{\circ}C$ when the length of acyl chains increased. On the contrary the pH and concentration of $Ca^{2+}$ necessary for the optimum PLD activity were not altered significantly. The kinetic parameter $V_{max}$ for short acyl chain substrate was greater than the values for the longer acyl chain, which indicates the fastest rate of hydrolysis. By the same token, the reactivity of longer chain substrate became slower for the hydrolysis activity. 양배추 포스포리파제 D의 기질특이성을 조사하기 위해 아실 사슬길이가 틀린 코린 인지질을 사용하여 그 반응성을 검토하였다. 선택한 아실 사슬은 포화지방산 $C_8:0,\;C_{12}:0,\;C_{16}:0,\;C_{20}:0$이었다. 이들 인지질들의 반응성은 계면활성제 Sodium dodecyl sulfate의 농도에 따라 큰 영향을 받았으며, 아실 사슬길이가 길어짐에 따라 최적 PC : SDS의 농도비는 1:1.4, 1:2.2, 1:2.5, 1:3.6으로 나타났다. 이와 함께, 효소의 최적활성을 나타내는 온도도 길이가 길어짐에 따라 20$^{\circ}C$, 30$^{\circ}C$, 35$^{\circ}C$, 45$^{\circ}C$로 크게 변화하였다. 이와는 달리 최적 pH와 $Ca^{2+}$농도는 사슬길이에 따라 큰 영향을 받지 않았다. $V_{max}$ 값은 아실 사슬의 기질이 가장 커 가수분해가 잘 일어남을 보여주었으며 사슬길이가 길어질수록 반응속도는 감소하였다.

        유아교사의 다문화교육 관련변인들 간의 관계 구조분석

        In recent years, major issues surrounding multicultural education, which highlight the importance of education about the mulcultural approach to, have been issuing. Especially, in Western society that emphasizes the role of multicultural education for teacher training is required to practice multicultural education of teachers for teacher training. This study attempts to incorporate integrative analysis, which clarifies structural relationship among early childhood teachers`` multicultural literacy, multicultural education contents, multicultural teaching efficacy and multicultural education practices will. Thus, The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among different Variables related to multicultural education 235 early childhood teacher``s residing in Seoul, GyeongGi-do in Korea completed questionnaires about multicultural literacy, multicultural educational contents, multicultural teaching efficacy, multicultural education practices will perceived by early childhood teacher. Thus, the following are research questions that were established for the research objective. First, is the effect of multicultural education practices will significant early childhood teacher``s multicultural literacy. Second, is the effect of multicultural educational contents and multicultural teaching efficacy significant early childhood teacher``s multicultural literacy. Third, is the effect of multicultural education practices will significant early childhood teacher``s multicultural educational contents and multicultural teaching efficacy. A variance matrix of this sample was analyzed using AMOS 19.0, and the maximum likelihood minimization function. The goodness of fit was evaluated via RMR, RMSEA with a 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follows: First, teacher``s multicultural literacy was found to have a significant direct and indirect effect on teacher``s multicultural education practices will. Second, Teacher``s multicultural literacy was found to have a significant direct multicultural educational contents and multicultural teaching efficacy. Third, multicultural educational contents and multicultural teaching efficacy was found to have a significant direct effect on teacher``s multicultural education practices will. For date collection 250 copies for intercultural educational related variables scale were widely distributed targeting teachers at kindergartens and child care centers located in Seoul and GyeongGi-do 235 copies of the questionnaire were used in the analysis of this study. In conclusion, the variables, which were suggested in this study, namely, multicultural literacy, multicultural educational contents and multicultural teaching efficacy could be confirmed to have significant influence on early childhood teacher``s attitude toward multicultural practices will. These results will be able to offer basic data to the specific and substantial understanding of early childhood teacher``s multicultural practices will toward multicultural education and to the teacher curriculum for pre-and in-service teachers. In our society, cultural diversity and practicality become commonplace, multicultural education is able to maximize its effectiveness when conducted systematically from infancy. And Multicultural education desirable in order to confirm a commitment to multiculturalism, and the qualities of the subject of education, teachers are required. To this end, this paper did draw the following conclusions were drawn. First, in order to enhance the commitment to multicultural education for teachers`` efforts to promote literacy for multicultural education is the most urgent conclusions in this study turns as teachers for multicultural situation trying to think of others and other open consciously or opinion, it is important to recognize accurately the perspective of the culture. In other words, teachers should be sensitive to the learner``s background, and the recognition that this diversity can be questioned in the curriculum or classroom instruction and their classroom to create a more integrated and professor of multicultural literacy to students of diverse backgrounds to foster a commitment to accountability will need to perform. Second, the early childhood teacher himself will be responsible for infants with a variety of backgrounds, constantly tries to study and correct understanding of the concept as laying on their learning and life needs to be able to respond appropriately. Third, the teacher``s positive attitude is an important factor influencing the success or failure of the multicultural education. Teacher in a multicultural society is keenly aware of the different cultures, and they have recognized the cultural presence of the infant so that they can learn it effectively planning and teaching activities should practice and understand the different cultural values in you will need to create that can be one of the ``background`` In summary, this study was able to verify the proposed variables, the content of multicultural education, multicultural literacy, and multicultural teaching efficacy, affecting in the Multicultural Education Practices Will. These specific results will be able to provide the basic data, in order that the theoretical and practical understanding and commitment to multicultural education in early childhood teacher is required for the multicultural society of the teacher education courses.

        폐쇄성수면무호흡증 의심환자에서 무호흡저호흡지수에 영향을 주는 임상적 신체적 요인 : 예비연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the influential clinical and physical characteristics which affect apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) in suspected obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients. Methods We evaluated the comprehensive factors including sleep related symptoms, clinical scales, medical history, substance use, and anthropometric data of the 119 participants who complained of the symptoms of OSA. All the participants underwent attended-full night laboratory polysomnography. The correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted to find the influential and predictive factors of AHI. Results A multiple linear regression model 1 showed that higher AHI was associated with higher body mass index (BMI)(p < 0.001) and higher frequency of observed apnea (p = 0.002). In multiple linear regression model 2, AHI was associated with higher BMI (p < 0.001) and loudness of snoring (p = 0.018). Conclusions The present preliminary results suggest that BMI and observed apnea are most influential factors that affect AHI in suspected OSA patients. In the future study we will design the prediction formula for the OSA and AHI, which is useful in the clinical medical field.

      • 건강장애 학생의 성공적인 학교 복귀를 위한 학습지원 멘토링 프로그램 사례연구

        연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 만성적인 질환으로 3개월 이상의 장기결석 상태로 치료를 받은 후 학교로 복귀하는 건강장애 학생의 성공적인 학교 생활 적응을 돕기 위한 학급지원 멘토링 프로그램의 활동사례를 조사하고 이를 토대로 바람직한 학교 복귀를 위한 건강장애 학생의 학습지원요구 및 지원방안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구 참가자는 교대에 재학 중인 6명의 예비교사(멘토)와 5명의건강장애학생(멘티)으로 구성되었다. 멘토링은 2018년 6월~11월까지 한 학기동안 건강장애학생이 소속된 학교에서 주 1회, 회기당 2시간, 총 3회기~17회기에 걸쳐서 개별학생의 건강상태 및 출석율에 따라 개별적으로 진행되었다. 자료수집은 멘토의 학습지원 일지, 멘토링 소감문, 멘토와의 개별면담, 평가회를 통한 집단면담 등을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과: 학습지원 멘토링은 국어, 수학, 과학, 진로 등의 영역에서 진행되었으며, 학교 현장의 협력과 지원 및 멘토와 멘티의 경험은 대체로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 그러나 일부 멘티는 멘토링 초기에 낮은 학업적 자신감과 낮은 에너지·동기 수준을 보였다. 학습지원 멘토링의 어려움은 학생의 낮은 결석, 낮은 에너지 수준, 시공간·거리상의 제약 등으로 나타났다. 학습지원 멘토링의 지원요구로는 좀 더 지속적인 멘토링 제공,멘티의 학업 수준에 대한 정확한 진단, 학습지나 지도안 제공 등에 대한 요구가 제시되었다. 결론: 본 연구결과를 토대로 건강장애 학생의 성공적인 학교복귀를 위한 장기적이고 지속적인 지원이 이루어지기를 기대하며 이와 관련한 체계적인 후속 연구들이 실행되기를 제안한다.

        낙상예방 활동의 지속적 질 관리 프로세스 확립을 위한 위험 사정도구 평가

        Purpose: The aims of study were; (1) to evaluate the validity and sensitivity of a fall-risk assessment tool, and (2) to establish continuous quality improvement (CQI) methods to monitor the effective use of the risk assessment tool. Methods: A retrospective case-control cohort design was used. Analysis was conducted for 90 admissions as cases and 3,716 as controls during the 2006 and 2007 calendar years was conducted. Fallers were identified from the hospital’s Accident Reporting System, and non-fallers were selected by randomized selection. Accuracy estimates, sensitivity analysis and logistic regression were used. Results: At the lower cutoff score of one, sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values were 82.2%, 19.3%, 0.03%, and 96.9%, respectively. The area under the ROC was 0.60 implying poor prediction. Logistic regression analysis showed that five out of nine constitutional items; age, history of falls, gait problems, and confusion were significantly associated with falls. Based on these results, we suggested a tailored falls CQI process with specific indexes. Conclusion: The fall-risk assessment tool was found to need considerable reviews for its validity and usage problems in practice. It is also necessary to develop protocols for use and identify strategies that reflect changes in patient conditions during hospital stay.

      • 웹(Web)을 이용한 간호사의 투약과오 예방 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based education program for medication errors through that nurses can improve and be reminded their knowledge of medication precautions. The method used for the program development was based on the Educational Software Design and Development Guideline which was published by Korea Educational Development Institute in 1996. Research team for the program development consisted of content experts, instruction designers, a system developer, a graphic expert and user coordinators. The program development steps were as follows; 1) Related educational materials such as principles, precautions, guidelines for medication, categories and cases of medication errors as well as policy for health institution to reduce such errors were reviewed. 2) System was analyzed and designed to detail the user requirements and to deliver the learning contents more effectively and instructively. 3) The learning contents were summarized and illustrated through the instructive strategy. 4) System was implemented on the Web. Contents covered by the program were principles of medication and medication errors, guidelines to prevent medication errors, nursing care when medication errors occur, preventive strategies for the medication errors, categories of possible medication errors, care study of the medication errors. The effectiveness of the education program with the clinical nurses needs to be tested in the future.
