        부산지역 파킨슨병 재활서비스의 현황 및 분석

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the current and future status of Parkinson's disease rehabilitation service in Busan. Methods: A literature search of domestic journals was conducted using the keywords "Parkinson's", "exercise", "rehabilitation", and "physical therapy". The chosen databases were Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), e-articles, and Korean studies Information Service System (KISS). International literature was searched in PubMed, Pedro, DOI, Publisher, CINAHL (EBSCOhost), and PsycINFO using the same combination of keywords. Results: The results of this study showed that 33 medical institutions provide Parkinson's disease rehabilitation service and five do not. Regarding the composition of Parkinson's disease rehabilitation teams, 15 medical institutions provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as their rehabilitation program, 15 medical institutions provide physical therapy and occupational therapy, and three provide only physical therapy. The study found that muscle-strengthening, flexibility, endurance, and balance exercises were commonly provided in all 33 medical institutions for Parkinson's disease. Additional exercises were provided in only three medical institutions. The frequency was five times a week in 20 medical institutions. Conclusion: Medical institutions located in Busan provide a variety of Parkinson's disease rehabilitation services, not only in general hospitals but also in multiple medical institutions, although the composition of their Parkinson's disease rehabilitation teams and the frequency of treatment vary.

        Hyun Soo Kim, Jong Woon Cheon, Min Su Kim, Chang Kil Jung, Kyung Rok Kim, Jae Won Choi, Dong Woo Kang and Sun Young Kim1 Departments of Internal Medicine and Pathology1, DongKang Medical Center, Ulsan, Korea Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative disease and caused by Actinomycosis species, principally Actinomyces israelii, which are part of the normal inhabitant on the mucous membrane of the oropharynx, gastrointestinal tract, and urogenital tract. It usually affects cervicofacial, thoracic and abdominal tissue. Cervicofacial type has the highest percentage of occurrence with 50%. Actinomycosis frequently occurs following dental extraction, jaw surgery, chronic infection or poor oral hygiene. It may also be considered as an opportunistic infection in immunocompromised patients such as malignancy, human immunodeficiency virus infection, diabetes mellitus, steroid usage or alcoholism. But, actinomycosis rarely occurs in adults with normal immunity and rare in the esophagus. We report an unusual case of esophageal actinomycosis which was developed in a patient with normal immunity and improved by therapy with intravenous penicillin G followed oral amoxicillin, and we also reviewed the associated literature.

        ResNeXt 모델 기반의 외래잡초 영상 판별 시스템

        In this paper, we propose a system that recognizes weed images using a classifier based on ResNeXt model. On the server of the proposed system, the ResNeXt model extracts the fine features of the weed images sent from the user and classifies it as one of the most similar weeds out of 21 species. And the classification result is delivered to the client and displayed on the smartphone screen through the application. The experimental results show that the proposed weed recognition system based on ResNeXt model is superior to existing methods and can be effectively applied in the real-world agriculture field.

        SDR 기반 Polar 송신 변환부의 DDS 주파수 특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 차세대 디지털 무선통신시스템에 적용하기 위하여 소프트웨어를 기반으로 한 Polar 송신기를 설계하고 분석하였다. 구현한 Polar 송신기는 CORDIC 알고리즘을 적용하여 I/Q데이터를 입력받아서 진폭과 위상정보를 독립적으로 처리하는 Polar 변환을 하도록 하였으며, 소프트웨어를 이용하여 DDS의 출력신호의 주파수를 Sweep시킬 수 있도록 구성하였다. 구현한 Polar 송신기는 소프트웨어 제어를 통해 DDS의 주파수 제어범위 내에서 1.16 GHz까지 주파수를 제어할 수 있음을 보였다. 향후 이득, 위상, 출력 등 제어 가능한 블록요소들을 제어할 수 있음을 보였으며, 소프트웨어를 이용하여 SDR기반 디지털 무선통신시스템에 적용이 가능함을 보였다. In this paper, we implemented polar transmitt converter based on software for next generation digital wireless communication system. The implemented converter converted from rectangular to polar by CORDIC algorithm, and be made up of sweep for DDS output frequency using software control. The implemented converter shows can frequency control up to 1.16GHz within DDS frequency control range by software control. it means that transmitter can be control of varied blocks such as gain, phase, output and etc.. The implemented converter can be applied digital wireless communication system based on SDR.

        근사 선탐색을 이용한 동적 반응 최적화

        An approximate line search is presented for dynamic response optimization with Augmented Lagrange Multiplier(ALM) method. This study empolys the approximate a augmented Lagrangian, which can improve the efficiency of the ALM method, while maintaining the global convergence of the ALM method. Although the approximate augmented Lagragian is composed of only the linearized cost and constraint functions, the quality of this approximation should be good since an approximate penalty term is found to have almost second-order accuracy near the optimum. Typical unconstrained optimization algorithms such as quasi-Newton and conjugate gradient methods are directly used to find exact search directions and a golden section method followed by a cubic polynomial approximation is empolyed for approximate line search since the approximate augmented Lagrangian is a nonlinear function of design variable vector. The numberical performance of the proposed approach is investigated by solving three typical dynamic response optimization problems and comparing the results with those in the literature. This comparison shows that the suggested approach is robust and efficient.

        본 논문에서는 국내의 대표적인 상용인식기들의 성능을 평가하기 위한 평가 방법과 평가 기준을 제안한다. 제안한 평가 기준으로 상용화된 오프라인 문자인식기들과 실험실 인식기를 비교해본 후 각각의 특성을 분석해 보았다. 인식에 필요한 대상 문서는 400 DPI로 스캔한 1000여개의 문서영상과 수작업으로 작성한 원문이 존재하는 KT 테스트 컬렉션을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 인식기의 성능을 평가하기 위해 문자단위 인식률 측정 방법을 제안하였다. 비교를 위한 문서의 유형을 제안하여, 단일 특성을 가지는 문서, 복합 특성을 가지는 문서 등으로 비교·분석하였다. In this paper we propose measure for performance evaluationof character recognition, We used three commercial character recognizers and one laboratory character recognizer for test. The characteristics of each recognizer is compared by proposed evaluation standrd, and analyzed characteristrics For the input test data, KT test collection are used. KT test collection is composed of 1000 document images about and complete source text. In this paper we propose method for measuring recognition rage in character unit for evaluation of character recogrition, The recogrition rates are compared and analyzed by single feature characteristic or mixed feature characteristic.

        Pichia stipitis의 Xylitol Dehydrohenase Defective Mutant에 의한 Xylitol 수율 향사

        본 연구에서는 높은 수율로 xylitol을 생산하기 위하여 P. stipitis CBS 5776으로부터 xylitol dehydrogenase (XDH)의 활성이 결여된 변이균주의 개발과 xylitol 발효 특성에 관한 실험을 수행하였다. EMS를 처리하여 XDH defective 변이균주인 PXM-4를 최종적으로 선별하였고, 변이균주 PXM-4의 XDH 활성을 측정하여 XDH 활성이 완전히 제거된 변이균주임을 확인하였다. 변이균주 PXM-4의 xylitol 발효에서 가장 적합한 cosubstrate로서 galactose를 선정하였다. Galactose와 xylose의 혼합당 배지에서 xylitol 생산이 오히려 낮아졌고, 20 g/L 이상에서는 xylitol 생산이 호히려 낮아졌고, 20 g/L의 xylose를 이용한 xylitol 발효에서 가장 적합한 galactose의 농도는 20 g/L 이었으며, 생산된 xylitol의 농도는 14.4 g/L 이었고, 수율은 97% 이었다. 또한 잔존하는 xylose를 완전히 xylitol로 전환시키기 위하여 xylitol 농도가 증가되지 않는 시기에 glalactose를 첨가함으로써 최종 xylotil 농도를 25 g/L 까지 향상시켰다. 옥수수 속의 산 가수분해 용액을 이용한 xylitol 발효에서 배지 내 존재하는 xylose는 모두 xylitol로 전환됨으로 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과에 따라 XDH defective 변이균주를 개발함으로써 높은 수율의 xylitol 생산이 가능함을 확인하였다. In order to produce xylitol with high yield, experiments were carried out to develope xylitol dehydrogenase (XDH) defective m mutant from Pichia stipitis and to investigate the xylit이 fermentation characteristics of mutant strain. After treatment of P s stipitis with EMS, mutant PXM-4 was selected based on the XDH activity and xylitol production capability. Among the tested c cosubstrates, galactose was selected as an adequate cosubstrate on xyl뻐I production of mutant PXM-4. With the increase of galactose concentration, xylitol production was decreased because the transport of xylose into cell was inhibited by g galactose. The optimal concentration of galactose for the production of xylitol using 20 g/L xylose was 20 g/L. Under this c condition, maximum concentration of xylitol and yield were 14.4 g/L and 97%, respectively. In order to prevent the inhibitory e effect of xylose transport by galactose, galactose was fed with low concentration and the concentration of xylitol produced w was increased up to 25 g/L. In the fermentation of corn cob hydrolyzate by mutant PXM-4, xylose was completely converted t to xylit이 with a 100% yield in 4 days culture.

        Novel circulatory connection from the acupoint Zhong Wan(CV12) to pancreas

        Objectives : Demonstrating a novel circulatory path from the acupoint(CV12) to the pancreas. Method : Alcian blue(1% solution, $20{\mu}l$, pH 7.4) was injected into the acupoint(CV12). Two hours later the surfaces of internal organs were observed by using a stereomicroscope. Results : Alcian blue arrived and colored the omental fat band(OFB) on the pancreas. The OFB connected the head and tail of the pancreas, the pancreas and the spleen, and the pancreas and the stomach. Conclusion : The existence of a novel circulatory path from the acupoint CV12 to the pancreas and its OFB was demonstrated. 목적 : 피부의 경혈(CV12)로부터 췌장으로 액체가 흘러가는 경로가 있음을 보임. 방법 : 생쥐의 중완혈에 푸른색 염료(Alcian blue) 1% 용액을 주입하고, 2시간이 경과한 후 개복하여 내장장기의 표면들을 실체 현미경으로 관찰한다. 결과 : 췌장 위에 있으며, 췌장의 머리부분과 꼬리부분, 췌장과 위장, 췌장과 비장을 연결해주는 망막상의 지방줄(omental fat band)에 Alcian blue가 도달, 착색되었다. 결론 : 중완혈로부터 췌장을 경과하여 망막상의 지방줄에 이르는 액체 순환경로가 있다.

        유기 EL 소자의 전기 - 광학적 특성

        Organic EL devices, which have the single-layer structure of ITO(indium-tin-oxide) /PPV(poly(p-phenylene vinylene))/cathode and the double-layer structure of ITO/PVK (poly(N- vinylcarbazole)) /PPV/cathode, were fabricated and their electro-optical properties were investigated. Experimental results, in single-layer structure, shown that the increment of temperature for thermal conversion of PPV film from 140℃ to 260℃ decreases the maximum luminance from 118.8 cd/㎡(20V) to 21.14 cd/㎡(28V) and shift the maximum peak of EL spectrum from 500nm to 580nm. The lower the work function of cathode is, the more the luminance and injection current of device. In double-layer structure, as the concentration of PVK solution decreases from 0.5 wt% to 0.05 wt%, the luminance of device increases from 70.71 cd/㎡(32V) to 152.7 ed/㎡(26V).
