        급성 심근 경색중 후 추적 관찰에 관한 연구

        To assess the change in left ventricular function after hospital discharge, 57 patients with acute myocardial infarction were studied before discharge and 26 of them after discharge as well with either or both of treadmill test and radionuclide ventriculography(RNV). Follow-up study patients were 2g men with mean age of 53.1. Their infarct locations were anterior in 16 cases, inferior in 8 cases and anterior and inferior in 2 cases; 21 cases were in Killip class I, 3 cases in II, and 2 cases in III. Follow-up study was performed 2~19 months(mean 7.3 months) after acute myocardial infarction. The results were as follows: 1) Predischarge study showed that a relationship is present between regional wall motion abnormality, Killip class, peak serum CK and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF). 2) Predischarge and follow-up treadmill tests showed no significant change. 3) Follow-up RNV showed worsening of regional wall motion only in 1 case: Other cases showed either improvement or no change in regional wall motion. 4) Overall patients showed a significant increase in LVEF on follow-up. By location, only anterior infarction showed a significant increase in LVEF. 5) Killip class I patients showed a significant increase in LVEF on follow-up. 6) Most cases in this study were uncomplicated myocardial infarction and they showed improved LV function(suggested by RNV) on follow-up. Treadmill test also seems to be valuable for evaluationg improvement in exercise capacity on follow-up. So it is recomended that treadmill test or RNV be performed after discharge to evaluate change in LV function objectively.

        다층배선 비아 구조에 대한 응력과 Electromigration 해석

        Results of stress analysis on Metal 1/Via 1/Metal 2 AI-0.5%Cu interconnect are reported as it cools from ILD (Inter-Level Dielectric) deposition temperature to room temperature and subsequent heating to 200℃ (electromigration test temperature) for three values of Metal 1 reservoir length for a fixed length of Metal 2 reservoir length. Computed stress fields are connected to the vacancy concentration distribution in line and via by assuming both steady state for the vacancy concentration and no current flow in the reservoir region during electromigration test. Finally, the reservoir effect on the electromigration lifetime is analyzed using the normalized vacancy concentration distribution in the reservoir region of the multilevel Al-Cu interconnect structure, which were used to estimate the probability of the initial void formation in the reservoir region.         수익률 및 변동성 예측방안에 대한 연구: 한중일 주가지수를 이용하여

        본 연구에서는 한국, 중국 및 일본 3개국의 주가지수를 사용하여 수익률 및 변동성을 예측하는 방안에 대해 연구한다. 분석 대상인 금융시계열 자료인 주가지수가 장기 기억(long memory)을 가지고 있을 경우 정수만으로 차분함에 의해 정보가 과도하게 손실되어지는 것을 막기 위해 실수 차분으로 과잉 차분을 피할 수 있는 분수적분 ARMA 또는 FARIMA(AutoRegressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average) 모델과 FI-GARCH(Fractionally Integrated Generalized AutoRegressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) 모델을 이용한다. 하지만 분석대상인 원래 시계열 자료의 선정기준이 되는 "시점"의 애매함이 존재하기에 본 연구에서는 퍼지수 및 퍼지 회귀 모델을 고려하여 FUZZY FARIMA 모델로 수익률(return)을, FUZZY FI-GARCH 모델로 변동성(volatility)을 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 수익률은 단변량 ARFIMA모델을 다변량 ARFIMA모델로 확장하여 예측치를 추정한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 퍼지 FARIMA모델은 수익성 분석에 우위성을 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 FI-GARCH 모델을 이용한 변동성 예측 분석은 아주 타당성을 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. This paper investigates how to protect big loss of information by difference when the time-series data set with its long memory. We use a ARFIMA (AutoRegressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average) model and FI-GARCH (Fractionally Integrated Generalized AutoRegressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) model which are possibly to avoid over-difference problem by real number difference. Also we suggest unique forecasting models for return with FUZZY ARFIMA model and volatility with FUZZY FI-GARCH model which are considering Fussy number and Fussy regression model. We forecating for return estimator by extension of single ARFIMA model to multiple ARFIMA model. We also forecasting for volatility estimator, evaluate the degree of forecasting, using PI which is based on the Black and Scholes Put Option model.

      • High Performance Computing 환경을 위한 고성능, 무정지 파일시스템 구현

        In the current high network-centralized computing and enterprising environment, it is getting essential to transmit data reliably at very high rates. Until now previous client/server model based NFS(Network File System) or AFS(Andrew's Files System) have met the various demands but from now couldn't satisfy those of the today's scalable high-performance computing environment. Not only performance but data sharing service redundancy have risen as a serious problem. In case of NFS, the locking issue and cache cause file system to reboot and make problem when it is used simply as ip-take over for H/A service. In case of AFS, it provides file sharing redundancy but it is not possible until the storage supporting redundancy and equipments are prepared. Lustre is an open source based cluster file system developed to meet both demands. Lustre consists of three types of subsystems: MDS(Meta-Data Server) which offers the meta-data services, OST(Object Storage Targets) which provide file I/O, and Lustre Clients which interact with OST and MDS. These subsystems with message exchanging and pursuing scalable high-performance file system service. In this paper, we compare the transmission speed of gigabytes file between Lustre and NFS on the basis of concurrent users and also present the high availability of the file system by removing more than one OST in operation.

        Recently the development of application field for Data Base, the existing FMS's, has become to transform its model to DBMS. As a part of these processes, we could find the way how general file can be applicable in Data Base areas. This paper aims to introduce a changing process from widely used COBOL Data Structure in FMS to conceptual schema E-R Type, and to show the representation method of processing in Entity - Relationship Model.

        승모판막 질환에서의 Doppler 심초음파도를 이용한 확장기 좌심방-좌심실 평균 압력차에 대한 연구

        Diastolic LA and LV pressure gradient was determined with doppler echocardiography in 35 patients with mitral valvular heart disease and was compared with that determined with cardiac catheterization. In 23 patients who underwent mitral valvular replacement, pre and postoperative pressure gradients were observed, Correlation between pressure gradient and pressure half time was investigated with Doppler echocardiography. The results were as follows; 1) 1n total 35 patients with MVHD, mean ΔP in Doppler and cath were 15.8±6.3 (mean±S.D.) mmHg and 17.0±6.7mmHg, respectively, and the correlation coefficient was 0.91. 2) In 15 patients with pure MS, mean ΔP in Doppler and cath, were 15.5±6.1mmHg and 16.1±5.6mmHg, respectively, and the correlation coefficient was 0.90. 3) In 23 patients who underwent MVR, preop ΔP and postop Δ4P were 17.0±6.2mmHg and 2.2±0.9mmHg, respectively, and the difference was significant. 4) In 13 patients with Ionescu Shiley valve, ΔP and T were 2.1mmHgSl.lmmHg, and 110±50msec respectively. In 9 patients with St. Jude valve, ΔP and T1/2 were 2.3±0.7mmHg and 65±22msec, respectively, 5) The correlation coefficient between ΔP and T1/2 was 0.48 in total 35 MVHD and 0.57 in 15 pure MS. The correlation coefficient between ΔP divided by cardiac index and T1/2 f, was 0.63 in 15 pure MS. Therefore, Doppler echocardiography is a useful noninvasive diagnostic tool for measurement of the pressure gradient between LA and LV in MVHD, and can be used to assess the severity of preop, MVHD and postop. result and to follow up patients after operation.
