조셉슨 전압 표준을 위한 극저온(4.2K) X-밴드 HEMT 발전기의 설계

A new oscillator configuration is presented and tested for Josephson voltage standard operated at the cryogenic(4.2K) temperature. Features of active devices are investigated in aspects of 1/f noise, output power, and current collapse at low temperature. The output power of oscillator is optimized by a nonlinear design approach called Harmonic Two Signal Method(HTSM). The embedding newworks of the generalized six oscillators with tow loads are derived. A HEMT oscilliator is designed in X-Band for the Josephson voltage standard and tested at room and cryogenic(4.2K) temperatures. Oscillation frequency, output power, C/N ratio, and fequency stability are compared at room and low temperatures.

Purpose: Researchers found that blocks of evidence-based practice (EBP) implementation lacked opportunities for EBP education. The study found that physical therapists had negative views of research as well as their roles in EBP, lacked confidence in EBP, and had limited access to web-based materials. The purpose of this study was to highlight the importance of information research technology for efficient EBP in a clinical environment. Methods: The web-based information research technologies that should be used for sustainable EBP include: the clinical practice guideline (CPG) and PubMed's My NCBI service. Journal mailing services and other academic information sources should also be used to gather information from RSS feeds. An EBP library or archive must be created. A site that provides EBP-specific information is also needed. Results: We should usually do EBP. Practitioners must learn and use information technologies that will help them improve their EBP skills. Conclusion: Facilitating EBP implementation and building an EBP system require related education as well as a practical work environment and equipment. However, the highest priority is individual efforts and trial. Information technology will complement the lack of time. It is important to use information research technology to overcome real obstacles. Lasting EBP must use a number of web-based information research technologies to overcome the practical challenges encountered in EBP implementation.

The purpose of this study is to propose rational spatial planning of government office building through a survey of citizens and public officials to use a government office building. Study on the way to get away with the existing theoretical framework by reviewing previous studies and established, Survey of public officials and the citizens using government offices to investigate the trends and spatial planning issues for the construction of public buildings currently being used in public buildings. Government office building are using different programs and grants planning objectives, review a lack of common areas, that do not meet the functional needs of the tenants and public institutions part, the increase in operating expenses was announced. Based on this survey regarding the topic through a case study on building use, information about the spatial plan, details on the design and the design of the building, was set at other locations. Survey results are actively involved in government office buildings and office participation in public hearings on the design of the final draft during composition, government office buildings high priority when considering the publicity ensured composition, spatial planning is necessary for service providers and transport stands to match regional situation , and ease of use of the citizen and the symbolism of architecture and design is required, the composite was investigated building work and civil service efficiency is desirable. 본 연구의 목적은 일반시민과 공공청사를 이용하는 공무원의 설문조사를 통한 공공청사의 합리적 공간계획 제안에 있다. 연구의 방법으로는 기존 선행연구를 검토하여 이론적체계를 정립하고, 설문을 통하여 공공청사의 건립동향 및 사용중인 공공청사 공간계획의 문제점을 알아보았다. 기존 청사는 계획과 상이한 프로그램부여, 공용부분 검토 부족, 기능과 요구에 맞지 않는 공용부분 및 사업비증가가 발표되었다. 이를 바탕으로 설문항목을 건축물 사용에 관한 사항, 공간계획에 관한 사항, 건축물의 설계 및 디자인에 관한 사항, 기타사항으로 설정하였다. 조사결과는 청사 조성시 적극적으로 참여하고 설계시 최종안에 대한 공청회에 참여하며, 청사 조성시 공공성확보를 고려하고, 지역에 맞는 서비스 제공과 교통약자를 위한 공간계획이 필요하며, 이용편의성과 상징성 및 디자인이 필요하고, 복합화 업무 및 대민서비스 효율화가 바람직하다고 조사되었다.
