        냉장고 냉매소음 저감을 위한 단열 발포재의 진동 전달특성 분석

        In the refrigerator, the two-phase refrigerant-induced noise of the capillary tube in an evaporator-inlet pipe has been a great concern. The capillary tube is usually covered with insulation-foam packed in the space between inner and outer cabinets without any vibration isolation. Therefore, the refrigerant-induced vibration of the capillary tube can be easily transferred to the outer cabinet, which may increase the radiated noise. In this paper, the characteristics of transferred vibration through the insulation-foam are investigated experimentally by using the refrigerantsupplying equipment. The frequency characteristics, such as dynamic Young's modulus and loss factor, of the insulation-foam are also discussed.

      • 이온주입법에 의해 실리카에 형성한 실리콘 나노결정의 구조적 특성연구

        Si nanocrystals have been fabricated in fused silica by ion-implantation to doses of 6×10^(16) to 6×10^(17)cm^(-2) and subsequent high temperature annealing and their structural properties have been studied by Raman scattering and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM). By fitting experimental Raman spectra, it is obtained that both crystallite size and crystal fraction increase with increasing the implant dose, also confirmed by HRTEM. Higher-dose implantation induces shifts of Raman peak to lower frequency and the discrepancy of this downward shift with the Phonon confinement model may be attributed mainly to the stress exerted on Si nanocrystals due to the existence of the fused silica. The Raman-line shift due to stress effects increases from negative to positive values with increasing the dose, indicating a gradual transformation of compressive to tensile stress.

      • 가열로의 열적해석 및 설계인자에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 3차원 정육면체 가열로 내의 전도-대류-복사 복합열전달 특서을 해석하였으며, 연소가스의 유입속도, 벽면의 반사율과 매체의 흡수계수 등과 같은 인자들의 변화에 따른 영향을 살펴보았다. 가열로의 벽면들은 단열되어 있고 가열로 내부로 일정한 온도의 연소가스가 유입될 때 시스템 내부의 온도는 유입 온도와 비슷하게 균일한 온도 분포를 갖는 것으로 예측할 수 있었다. 유입 속도가 증가하더라도 가열로 내부의 온도에는 거의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 가열로는 유입되는 연소가스의 흡수계수가 증가할수록 가열로 내부의 온도는 보다 균일하게 된다. 또한, 가열로 내부 벽의 반사율이 커질수록 벽의 온도는 감소하고 또한 벽면에 작용하는 유효복사열유속은 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 해석 결과로부터 가열로 내부의 온도 분포는 매체의 흡수계수가 클수록 그리고, 벽면 반사율이 작을수록 일정하게 유지될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 결과들을 종합하여 볼 때 가열로의 설계 시 일정한 열의 유입과 가열로를 단열시키는 것이 중요하며, 그리고 매체의 흡수 계수를 크게 하고, 그리고 벽면의 반사율을 작게 하는 것은 가열로 내부의 온도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 중요한 조건이 된다는 것을 알 수가 있었다.

        보건소 건강증진사업 수행과정의 질 평가

        This study purports to assess the process quality of health promotion programs at public health centers. The sample used in this study consisted of 242 public health centers in South Korea. Data was collected with self-administered questionnaires between September. 3rd to September. 23rd in 2002. The 95 returned questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 version. The major findings are as follows; There is a need to improve (1) a procedure for reviewing and analyzing strategic planning, (2) the quality of the staff in charge of program management, (3) the function of planning and training for monitoring and evaluation, (4) the ability of program managers in advising and consulting with clients, and (5) a procedure for organizing resources and information. In conclusion, in order to improve the process quality of health promotion programs at public health centers, integrated support from various institutions such as public health centers, community, regional and national health authorities and administrative departments is required.

        응급실 내원 환자의 만족도 평가 및 관련 요인에 대한 연구

        Background: To examine the influencing factors on patients' satisfaction in the emergency department(ED) for quality assurance. Methods: Patients who visited to the ED were prospectively investigated from November 1 to December 31, 1997. Authors developed questionnaire to investigate influencing factors on patients' satisfaction. A Chi-square test and LISREL 7.0 were applied for statistical analysis. Results: Patients' satisfaction was significantly related to physical environment variables, accessibility variables, kindness of hospital personnel variables, and patient's trust for doctors variables. In path analysis, willingness for revisit was influenced by patients' satisfation, accessibility, physical environment, patients' trust for doctors in order, and willingness for recommendation was influenced by accessibility, patients' satisfaction, and kindness of hospital personnel in order. Conclusions: The influencing factors on patients' satisfaction are physical environment, accessibility, kindness of hospital personnel, and patient's trust for doctors. Willingness for revisit and willingness for recommendation are influenced by patients' satisfation. In spite of some limitations, the results of this study can be used as a baseline information for exploring the influencing factors on patients' satisfaction. Further comprehensive research efforts should be made on the study of patients' satisfactoin in the ED.

        주상병 일치도에 관한 연구 : 1개 중소병원을 중심으로

        Background : The principal diagnosis has been used in many different fields such as hospital statistics, medical research, insurance claim, national health statistics and so on. Some principal diagnoses have a relatively low level of reliability in the medium-sized hospitals. The purpose of this study is to identify the reliability level of principal diagnoses and to suggest ways to improve reliability of the principal diagnosis. Method : Data were collected from a medium-sized hospital located in Pusan. The discharge summaries on 323 patients who were discharged in January, 2008 and the outpatient summaries on 251 patients who visited the hospital on March 28, 2008 were collected, and descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS version 12.0K. Result : The findings are the followings: (1) the diagnostic consistency rate between medical records and doctors’ was 92.0%; (2) the diagnostic consistency rate between medical records and insurance claims was 86.1%; (3) the diagnostic consistency rate between doctors’ diagnoses and insurance claims was 80.2%. The evidence seems to indicate that some principal diagnoses have reliability problems in the medium-sized hospitals. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest the followings: (1) employees should be trained and supervision of hospital activities are needed; (2) network systems should be constructed for each department; (3) professions need to be fostered (4) doctors’ awareness of medical records should be changed.

      • 재생골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구

        The production of waste concrete is increased continuously by urban renewal and reconstruction, and the positive use of recycled concrete aggregates is needed. In this study, it is examined mechanical properties of recycled aggregates concrete used recycled fine and coarse aggregates for the technology development of the highly use of recycled aggregates. In the experiment. Recycled coarse aggregates is substitute for the rate of 0, 30, 60%, and recycled fine aggregates is substitute for natural aggregates the rate of 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% each. The result of the experiment is followed. 1. The slump and variation of slump as the time, is decreased irregularly according to the substitutive ratio of recycled aggregates, and the air content is increased. 2. The compressive and tensile strength is decreased according to the substitute ratio of recycled aggregates, but in the recycled aggregates 25%, the increase of strength is shown about 5% compared with normal concrete.

        상악 매복 견치와 관련된 석회화 치성낭

        A 35-year-old man was referred to the department of Oral and maxillofacial surgery of Chonnam university hospital for the chief complaint of asymptomatic swelling on the buccal vestibule of upper right canine area. Radiographs revealed that the upper right canine was impacted and there was a well-circumscribed pericoronal radiolucency related with the canine. Multiple radiopaque foci were scattered in the radiolucent lesion, and the roots of the lateral incisor and the first premolar related to the lesion showed external resorption. The radiographic features of this lesion were typical of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, but considering the gender and age of the patient, the tentative diagnosis was made as calcifying odontogenic cyst. Microscopically this lesion was diagnosed as calcifying odontogenic cyst, Because calcifying odontogenic cyst has no pathognomonic feature of radiographs, to consider radiographic features with clinical findings is necessary in order to establish more correct diagnosis.(Korean J Oral Maxillofac Radiol 2000; 30: 223-227)

        Follicular stem cell was assumed as a hair matrix cell. But, recently it was suggested that follicular stem cells were in the bulge portion of outer root sheath of hair follicles, and its proofs were reported. We tried to culture outer root sheath keratinocytes in the bulge portion of human hair follicles, and it would be experimental base for many factors and drugs realated with hair growth and differentiation. The outer root sheath keratinocytes were isolated from plucked human hair follicles, and could be serially passaged for up to 2 times on used biologic feeder cell layer.
