Radio frequency coil which is capable of transmit and receive the signal has been used for image production in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Tuning and matching characteristic of radio frequency coil is major factor determining the image quality. In experiment the used coil was called a staircase type coil which is simplified the birdcage coil and referred to a simple LC resonant circuit. Because the inductance values of the coils are fixed coil performance was examined by changing of the capacitance values. In this study capacitance values were experimentally determined to increase of-tuning and matching effect in junction of the coil between coil endring and BNC cable to obtain the high quality of image.

고압 커패시터의 고장 분석을 통한 신뢰도 예측

본 논문은 고압 커패시터의 고장분석과 신뢰성 예측 결과를 다루고 있다. 부품의 수명과 고장률을 예측하기 위해서 두 가지 방법으로 고장 모드와 고장 메커니즘을 연구하였다. 에폭시 수지로 성형된 고압 커패시터가 절연내압 시험 하에서 저항이 제로로 되는 고장에 대하여, 근본원인 고장분석 체계를 효과적으로 수립함으로써 고장 메커니즘의 원인을 분석하였다. 특히 세라믹-에폭시 계면에서의 절연파괴 고장 현상이 강조되었으며, 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과의 타당성은 마그네트론에 장착된 고압 커패시터의 열사이클 시험 수행에 의한 가속시험 결과로부터 입증되었다. 시험 결과들은 결함이 있는 로트를 신속히 규명하고 B10수명을 결정하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 유전체의 절연파괴에 대해서 부하-강도 간섭모델을 이용하여 고장률을 예측하였다. This paper presents a result of failure analysis and reliability evaluation for high voltage ceramic capacitors. The failure modes and failure mechanisms were studied in two ways in order to estimate component life and failure rate. The causes of failure mechanisms for zero resistance phenomena under withstanding voltage test in high voltage ceramic capacitors molded by epoxy resin were studied y establishing an effective root cause failure analysis. Particular emphasis was placed on breakdown phenomena at the ceramic-epoxy interface. The validity of the results in this study was confirmed by the results of accelerated testing. Thermal cycling test for high voltage ceramic capacitor mounted on a magnetron were implemented. Delamination between ceramic and epoxy, which might cause electrical short in underlying circuitry, can occur during curing or thermal cycle. The results can be conveniently used to quickly identify defective lots, determine B10 life estimation each lot at the level of inspection, and detect major changes in the vendors processes. Also, thd condition for dielectric breakdown was investigated for the estimation of failure rate with load-strength interference model.

인터넷무역 詐欺와 豫防에 관한 硏究

인터넷무역은 Global Marketing이 가능하고 거래처 발굴이 용이하기 때문에 저렴하고 손쉽게 무역기회를 창출할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점과 동시에 인터넷은 수많은 경로를 통해 정보를 전달하거나 수신되기 때문에 검증되지 않은 정보를 접할 가능성이 높고 익명과 비대면(非對面)으로 이루어지기 때문에 이를 통해 발생하는 리스크도 커지게 된다. 특히 IMF이후 해외바이어들이 내수시장 침체를 만회하기 위한 국내 업체들의 수출확대 심리를 이용하여 외상으로 상품을 받은 후 대금을 지불하지 않는 등 인터넷을 통한 무역사기가 급증하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷무역 피해사례를 살펴보고 이를 통해 피해 발생원인을 분석하고 사기예방을 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하고 있다. 인터넷무역 피해는 인터넷의 특성에 기인한 바가 없지 않으나 상당 부분이 무역업체들의 노력 부족에 기인하고 있다. 따라서 사기예방을 위해서는 제도적인 접근도 중요하나 무엇보다 무역업체 스스로 세심한 주의와 철저한 사전작업이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

성인 남자의 식습관과 혈중 지질 농도에 관한 연구

This paper was carried out to study on the food & daily habit score and lipid contents in serum of adult man as basal research for research on the effects of food & daily habits on the lipid contents in serum of adult man. The number of normal, dangerous leval and hypercholesterolemia was each 133(60.5%), 62(28.2%) and 25(11.3%) of adult man. respectively. The mean age. weight. Broca's index(RBW) and Quetelet index(BMI) was 48.4 9.5. 67.7 10.2. 109.1 14.3, 23.6 3.0. respectively. The numbers of good food habits was 5.4 percentage, but those of bad food habits was 35.5 percentage, It was appeared to bad the mode of dietary and hormony of food. The contents of trigryceride and cholesterol in serum was 115.8 and 192.4mg/dℓ, respectively. The numbers of triglyceride contents(90∼120mg/dℓ in serum was 53(24.1%) of the subjects of research, and those of triglyceride contents (150-210mg/dℓ) in serum was 133(60.5%) of the adult man.

정신분열병에 대한 Risperidone의 효과 및 안전성에 관하여

In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risperidone, 10 patients with chronic schizophrenia were examined for 8 weeks in a silgle-open study. After the wash-out period of 1 week, risperidone was administered. Efficacy was evaluated by means of Positive and Negative syndrome Scale for Schizophernia(PANSS) and Clinical Global Impression(CGI). Safety assessment included the Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS), vital signs, body weight, ECG, and laboratory tests. The results were as follows 1) On the PANSS total score, there was significant improvement of total score after 1 week (P<.05) of administratiom. 2) On the PANSS positive and negative subscal, there were significant improvement of posotive and negative scores after 2 weeks (P<.05) of administration. 3) On the PANSS general psychopatholgy subscals, there were significant improvement of general psychopathologyscores after 1 week (P<.05) of administratiom. 4) On the CGI, there was significant decreasement of clinical impression of severity of schizophrenia score after 2 week (P<.05) of administration. 5) A statistically significant increase in body weight (P<.05) was observed after 8 weeks of administration. 6) EPS reached the peak at the end of the 1st week of administration of risperidone (11.8± 24.25) but they were easily relieved by addition of benztropine and clonazepam. There was not significant change in laboratory tests, vital sign, ECG after 8 weeks of administration. These results suggest that Risperidone is an effective antipsychotics and clinically safe except for increased body weight in chronic schizophrenia.

The operational performance of slow sand filters can be considerably improved by the application of a layer of non-woven synthetic fabric to the top surface of the sand media. This improvement is manifested in terms of an increased filter run time and the avoidance of headloss development within the sand media. The relationship between particulate removal and headloss development were investigated with two pilot-scale slow sand filters(filter A and filter B(ACF)) of which diameter was 140 mm and packed with sand in the depth of 850 ㎜. One of the filters was amended by covering the surface of slow sand filters with a ACF(activated carbon fiber) of which specific surface area was more than 1000 ㎡/g and thickness was 3 ㎜. Effective size and uniform coefficient of the sand medium was 0.31 ㎜ and 2.0 respectively. Initial filtration rate was 0.167 m/hr and the raw water turbidity and pH were in the range of 1.5-2.0 NTU, and 7.0-7.7, respectively. The particle removal efficiency of small than 2 ㎛ showed 86, 78% and greater than 3 ㎛ showed 96, 95% in the slow sand filter A and B(ACF), respectively. NPOC removed within upper 50 ㎜ depth and Schmutzdecke in slow sand filter B(ACF). Therefore, amended slow sand filter with non-woven fabric could reduce filter ripening time.

As modern people's interest in health grows, wearable healthcare-related technologies that can collect biometric information and receive health-related services regardless of time and place are developing. This paper proposes the healthcare system based on voice recognition function. Unlike conventional wearable healthcare systems, the proposed system provides real-time telemedicine and diagnosis and the direct connection with doctors is possible through it. And almost all functions of the application in it are operated with voice commands to lower user access barriers. Because it deals with personal information including medical information, encryption algorithms have been applied between all data movements. Finally, the healthcare system proposed in this paper is expected to increase convenience in health care and reduce the medical gap.

흰쥐에 對한 Phosphamidon 및 Endosulfan의 亞急性毒性에 關한 硏究

Subacute toxicity tests of phosphamidon and endosulfan were carried out to examine the adverse effects resulting from repeated daily oral administration of low dose levels (1, 2 and 5 mg/kg/day) to rats for 28 days. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Rats showed clinical signs of salivation hyperactivity, ataxia at 2mg/kg/day dosage of phosphamidon and, in addition, lachrymation, tremor, exophthalmus and diarrhea at the highest level. On the other hand, endosulfan caused only hyperactivity in rats treated with the highest dosage. There was no mortality at any dosage of either pesticide. 2. Rats gained significantly lower body weight, when treated at the 5mg/kg/day dose levels of phosphamidon and endosulfan, in comparison to normal, nontreated rats. 3. Plasma cholinesterase activity was significantly depressed at all levels of phosphamidon during the administration period, but returned to normal within 2 weeks after the last administration. Endosulfan did not change plasma cholinesterase activity at any levels. 4. Leukopenia was detected only in rats treated with phosphamidon at 5mg/kg/day level. No other adverse changes in hematology were observed in rats treated either with phosphamidon at lower levels or with endosulfan at any levels. 5. Cloudy swelling of liver was the only histological change in rats treated with phosphamidon or endosulfan at the highest level. No other histopathological change in rats treated with phosphamidon or endosulfan at the highest level. No other histopathological symptoms were found in spleen, heart, kidney, and bone marrow of rats treated. 6. It may be concluded from the results above that the "no effect level" is 1 mg/kg/day and 2 mg/kg/day for phosphamidon and endosulfan, respectively.

양측 상완 원위부에 발생한 Kimura씨 병의 치험 1례 : 증례보고 A case report

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia(ALHE), or Kimura's disease, is an uncommon lesion of unknown etiology with a predilection for skin of the head and neck region. It usually presents as one or a few smooth-surfaced nodules which are often asymptomatic. Histologically the nodules reveal two components : abnormal proliferating vessels and a cellular infiltrate consisting of lymphocytes and eosinophils, involving both the dermis and the subcutaneous tissue. A case of sixteen years old boy is presented of an unusual lesion around the elbow joint followed from December 1994 to September 1997 at Chungnam national university hospital. We had marginally resected symetrically developed lesion around elbow joint measuring 3x5x7㎝, and then medicated with prednisolone 60mg per oral medication to postoperative 10 days.
