모의 양육효능감과 놀이신념 및 모-자녀 상호작용행동의 관계 : 양육미혼모 가정과 양부모 가정을 중심으로

본 연구는 만 2세∼만 5세 11개월 자녀를 둔 양육미혼모 가정과 양부모 가정의 모-자녀 각 15쌍을 대상으로 모의 양육효능감과 놀이신념이 모-자녀 상호작용행동과 어떤 관계를 지니는지 알아보고, 양 집단 간 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 양육효능감척도(PSOC)와 놀이신념척도(PPBS)가 사용되었으며, 한국판 어머니행동평가척도(K-MBRS)와 한국판 아동행동평가척도(K-CBRS)를 사용하여 개별 모-자녀 쌍에 대해 15분 간 모-자녀 상호작용행동이 관찰되었다. 연구 결과, 모-자녀 상호작용행동에 대하여 모의 양육효능감과 놀이신념 간, 그리고 모의 상호작용행동과 자녀의 상호작용행동 행동 간 상관이 나타났다. 모의 양육효능감과 놀이신념에서 두 집단 간 차이가 나타났으며, 모-자녀 상호작용행동에서는 집단 간 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 모 상호작용행동의 하위요인별 집단 간 차이가 나타났고, 시간대에 따라 집단 간 차이가 나타났다.

In this article I argue in favor of new media education as an essential and innovative force in the field of art education, seeing the infinite potential of new technology advancements and their creative applications to teaching contexts by forward-thinking art educators. The views and perspectives that I will share here have been developed from first-hand experience teaching various media courses as an art educator and artist at three colleges and also from my own artistic and creative experiences with digital media practices.

민들레 잎과 뿌리로부터 물추출물을 제조하여 항산화 활성 및 라디칼 소거활성을 분석하기 위하여 linoleic acid에 대한 과산화물 생성저해율, DPPH radical에 대한 소거활성, chemiluminescence를 이용한 hydroxyl radical에 대한 소거활성, EPR을 이용한 superoxide anion radical에 대한 소거활성 및 hydrogen peroxide에 대한 소거활성을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 민들레 잎의 물추출물의 뿌리의 물추출물 보다 지방산에 대한 과산화물 생성 저해율이 높았고, DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical 및 hydrogen peroxide에 대한 소거활성 역시 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. The antioxidative and free radical scavenging activity of water extracts of dandelion were investigated. Antioxidative and radical scavenging activity were assessed by means of different tests; inhibition of peroxidation on linoleic acid model system, scavenging DPPH radical, scavenging of hydroxyl radical by chemiluminescence assay, scavenging of superoxide anion radical by EPR spectroscopy and scavenging of hydrogen peroxide. The leaf extract showed strong antioxidant activity in linoleic acid system. The antioxidant activity of water extracts of dandelion increased with increasing concentrations of extracts. The scavenging activity of the dandelion extracts, on inhibition of the DPPH radical, was related to the reaction time. Hydroxyl radical were generated by fenton reaction and dandelion extract was found to scavenge OH in a concentration-dependent manner. The water extract of leaf had effective scavenging activities on hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion radical. From the teses data, it is evident that water extract of dandelion leaf is an effective scavenger for OH, O_2^--, DPPH^-, hydrogen peroxide. And, the antioxidative effect observed is believed to be partly due to this radical scavenger activity.

Protein contents per dried weight were increased continuously during malting but thos per seed decreased. Glutein was the most abundant in the protein composition of barleys. Glutein and prolamm were decreased during malting but albumin and globulin were increased up to malted 3rd day. Albumin was the major protein of malting. The chromatogram patterns of albumin on Sephacryl S-200 column chromatography was not different between 2-rowed and 6-rowed barley, and increased low-moleculat proteins during making. Glu, Asp and Pro were the major amino acid composition of albumin. Asp, His, Ile and Phe were increased in both barleys during malting, but Ser, Gly, Arg, Thr and Lys were decreased. Amino acid content of barleys were changed little during malting.

This paper was carried out to study on the food & daily habit score and lipid contents in serum of adult man as basal research for research on the effects of food & daily habits on the lipid contents in serum of adult man. The number of normal, dangerous leval and hypercholesterolemia was each 133(60.5%), 62(28.2%) and 25(11.3%) of adult man. respectively. The mean age. weight. Broca's index(RBW) and Quetelet index(BMI) was 48.4 9.5. 67.7 10.2. 109.1 14.3, 23.6 3.0. respectively. The numbers of good food habits was 5.4 percentage, but those of bad food habits was 35.5 percentage, It was appeared to bad the mode of dietary and hormony of food. The contents of trigryceride and cholesterol in serum was 115.8 and 192.4mg/dℓ, respectively. The numbers of triglyceride contents(90∼120mg/dℓ in serum was 53(24.1%) of the subjects of research, and those of triglyceride contents (150-210mg/dℓ) in serum was 133(60.5%) of the adult man.
