펄스 옥시미터 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

In this paper, we implemented a pulse oximeter system which is measured oxygen saturation coefficient of a human blood in vivc We use the Beer-Lambert Law to measure the percentage of hemoglobin is oxygen saturation. The oximeter sensor are consisted of two LED(RED and INFRARED LED) and a single photodiode. The photodiode measures lights which transmitted through the tissue from two light source alternately, We calculated a ratio of light transmittance between two LEDs and then, it applied for the oxygen saturation coefficient calculation to formula. As a result, the oxygen saturation coefficient that measured from normal conditions men was 96.43[%]

수산화세륨(Ⅲ)으로부터 질산암모늄세륨(Ⅳ)의 제조

본 연구에서는 수산화세륨으로부터 질산세륨 용액 제조 후 질산암모늄 첨가에 의한 질산암모늄세륨 제조시, 출발용액의 산도와 농도 그리고 질산암모늄 첨가량, 반응온도 및 반응시간이 질산암모늄세륨 합성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였으며, XRD, SEM 그리고 TGA 분석을 통하여 결정의 형태 및 구조에 대한 고찰을 수행하였다. 4가의 수산화세륨을 질산에 용해한 질산세륨(Ⅳ)수용액으로부터 질산암모늄 첨가에 의한 질산암모늄세륨 제조시 회수율을 고려한 최적 합성조건은 출발물질의 세륨 농도 70-100g/l, 출발용액의 산도 7 mol/l, 질산암모늄 첨가량 2.5당량, 감압·가열온도 65℃ 및 반응시간 15-30min.이었으며, 제조된 질산암모늄세륨의 결정 화학식은 (NH_4)_2[Ce(NO_3)_6) · ×H_2O(x=6-8)인 것을 알 수 있었다. Synthetic process of ammonium cerium nitrate from cerium hydroxide was presented and influences of concentration and acidity of starting solution, addition quantity of ammonium nitrate, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of ammonium cerium nitrate are discussed. The shape and composition of crystal were determined by SEM, thermogravimetry differential thermal, x-ray diffraction and chemical analysis. The optimum synthesizing conditions of ammonium cerium nitrate were discribed as follows; rare earth concentration of starting solution 70-100 g/l. acidity of starting solution 7 mol/l, addition quantity of ammonium nitrate 2-3 equivalent, the condition of rotary evaporation 65℃ and reaction time 15-30 min. It was also known that the chemical formulae of ammonium cerium nitrate was (NH_4)_2[Ce(NO_3)_6] ·×H_2O(x=6-8) from TGA.

道路施設物管理體系의 改善方案에 관한 硏究 : 釜山廣域市를 中心으로

This study focused on the improvement of road facility management system, for this purpose followings are investigated · the function and classification of road facilities, · the road facility management system which is in force at presence, · conducting an questionnaire survey of public officials and the persons who engaged in related business. From the above investigation, some problems are derived as such, 1) An executive power which manages road facilities was dispersed in several organizations, besides the lacking of mutual help between organizations made management worse consequently evasion of responsibilities happend very often. 2) The shortage of manpower although steady increasing of need far facility management caused problems on the systematical management. The obscurity of work responsibilities between self-governing bodies and the police occurred inefficient road facility management system. 3) The absence of data standardization for road facilities made using datum jointly impossible. The major suggestion to solve those problems are as such; First, private roads and existing roads have being used far road more than five years ought to be reverted to the administrative organ without compensation through establishing regulation and related legislation. Second, clarify the work responsibilities among several management organization. Third, computerization of datum and administrative system are to built up for efficient management. 위선암에서 p53 단백의 과발현과 임상 및 병리학적 예후인자와의 상관관계

Objective: Mutations in the p53 gene, one of the most common genetic alterations in human cancer, are implicated in tumorigenesis and tumor progression. Wild-type p53 negatively regulates the cell cycle; a loss of function by mutation might be expected to result in enhanced proliferating activity and tumor progression. A large number of immunohistochemical studies have confirmed p53 accumulation to be a very common feature of human malignancy. The aim of the present study was to determine whether p53 status in gastric cancer is correlated statistically with various histopathological indicators or not. Methods and Materials: A total of 197 surgically resected gastric adenocarcinomas were examined to determine whether a correlation exited between immunohistochemical expressions of the p53 protein and other histopathological factors. Results: p53 overexpression was observed in 46.2% of the gastric cancers. Overexpression of p53 was correlated with vascular invasion of gastric cancer(p=0.004). In early gastric cancer, the p53 overexpression rate was 42.3%, and of them, a correlation was found between the intestinal type of the Lauren classifcation(p=0.013) and histologically differentiated gastric cancer(p=0.014). Conclusion: p53 overexpression was significantly correlated with vascular invasion of gastric cancer. In cases of early gastric cancer, p53 overexpression was correlated with Lauren classification and differentiation. These results suggest that p53 mutation plays an important role in carcinogenesis in gastric adenocarcinomas. Further study in needed to determine the correlation between p53 overexpression and the prognosis for the gastric cancer patient.

건축에서 "Flux"의 의미에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to explore how modem cities and architecture are adapted to the Age of Flow and Change and to clarify the meaning of the growth of modem cities and architecture in quality. Modem society is changing radically and various fields of it are highly interacting each other. Cities and architecture are not exception of this tendency. Different from other area, philosophy plays an important part as a dominant external factor in theoretical discussion on architecture. Therefore, this study investigated. the meaning of "Flux" appeared in modem cities and architecture from the view of "cinema-philosophy" of Gilles Deleuze and considered how it was expressed in modem cities and architecture through a case analysis. As a movie repeats the trace of philosophy which pursues the time, modem cities and architecture also exhibit the characteristics of "time-image." "Time-image" shows both coexistence and discrepancy of factors which can not go together. Subsequently, it forms continuity by denying the organized relation. The distinction of traditional factor such as wall, column and floor and the boarder between vertical and horizontal space becorres unclear. The similarity between these characteristics of "time-image" and modem architecture exhibits that architecture is in the evolutionary process of finding time as philosophy and movies found time. 'Time-image' that was presented as "Flux" in architecture gives us the true shock on the thinking like a movie does.

병렬 VOD 서버의 확장을 위한 스트라이핑 정책

본 논문에서는 확장 가능한 병렬 VOD서버 모델을 제시하고, 이 별렬 VOD 서버에서 기존의 디스크 공간이 부족하여 새로운 병렬 서버를 추가할 경우, 데이터 분배 문제를 고려한다. 새로운 서버에 미디어 파일을 추가할 경우, 특정 서버에 부하가 몰리는 것을 방지하기 위해 기존의 서버에 저장되어 있는 일부 데이터들을 이동 시켜서 각 서버의 사용가능한 디스크 공간을 조정한 뒤, 각 디스크 부하를 최소화 하도록 고려하여 데이터를 저장하는 스트라이핑 방법을 제시한다.

In the view of the results investigated the effect of air pollutants that is emitted from a new generator facilities, the total estimated concentration which is the summation of a contributional concentration and observational concentration is much less than that of atmospheric environment criterion for the air pollutants. So we can predict that the operation of the new generator facilities with mitigation equipment don't seriously affect around environment. At the same time, we compared the contributional concentration of before mitigation equipment with that of after it to examine the decreasing amount due to mitigation equipment. The result showed that the concentration of SO2, NO2 and PM-10 is reduced to 25%, 30% and 26% of original value, respectively.
