        초·중·고등학교 학생·학부모·일반교사의 보건교육 영역별 요구도와 보건교육

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of health education in students, their parents and teachers in the elementary, middle and high schools and the current situation of health education class. Method: The subjects of this study were a total of 9450 persons including students, their parents and teachers from 279 schools throughout the country. They were selected through convenient sampling. Data were analyzed through x^(2)­test and ANOVA. Result: Students, their parents and teachers replied that 18 dimensions of health education class (DHEC) are necessary. The four DHEC - healthier life style, sex education, mental health and safety education - showed high educational needs in students, their parents, and teacher. High school students had higher educational need of 'symptom management for daily living' than elementary and middle school students. Students, their parents and teachers in elementary school had higher educational needs of 17 DHEC that those in middle and high school. The percentages of schools with health education class taught by health teachers were 99.2%, 75.5% and 66.0% respectively in elementary, middle and high schools. Health education was given mainly using physical education classes at elementary schools, and creative class hours at middle and high schools. In general, health education took 1-3 hours per week at elementary schools, and less than an hour at middle and high schools. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results, systematic health education class should begin from elementary school to meet the need of health education in students, their parents and teachers, and further study should be made on the number of hours required and the amount of contents of 18 DHEC.

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify needs of health education of the students, parents, general teachers, and health teacher of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Method : 279 schools of elementary, middle, and high school were sampled nonproportionally during the period from June 28 to July 26, 2004 . The data were collected by the questionnaire from 1,888 students, 1,876 parents, 1,695 general teachers, 279 health teachers. A frequency, % and χ2-test were used to analysis by SAS program. Result : 1. It showed that 98.1% of elementary school students, 92.3% of middle school students, 89.6% of high school students answered that they need health education. The most of students, parents, and general teachers had high interests in health education. 2. In the case of students, main causes of needs of health education was 'to prevent diseases or accidents''. But parents answered that it was 'to build up a healthier behavior'. General teachers answered that it was 'more effective systematic and continuous health education'. 3. Over 80% of students, parents, and general teachers about the question of who qualified person is to teach health education as a regular class responded that health teacher is available. Especially 93% of elementary school students answered like that. 4. The most of students, parents, and general teachers answered that health education in the classroom is favorable 1 to 2 hours per week. Conclusion : As results of the study , the majority of students, parents, general teachers agreed needs of health education. Therefore, on the basis of this study, systematic and continuous health education is necessary. Additionally the establishment of independent health subject is required certainly.

        한강둔치에서 재배된 농작물 중의 미중금속 함량에 관한 연구

        한강 고수부지 및 지천인 안양천, 탄천, 중랑천변의 경작지에서 채집된 36종 285건의 농작물에 대한 Pb, Cr, Cd, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu. Hg의 농도를 측정하고 그 결과를 채집 시기, 채집 지역 및 작물별로 비교, 분석한 결과, 작물 중의 중금속 함량은 평균치를 기준으로 볼 때 Fe(34.592 ppm)>Mn(11.071 ppm)>Zn(8.853 ppm)>Cu(1.795 ppm)>Cr(0.237 ppm)>Pb(0.100 ppm)>Cd(0.011 ppm)>Hg(0.003 ppm) 순으로 곡류 및 두류에서는 Zn의 함량이 Mn보다 높고, 채소류와 과실류에서는 Mn의 함량이 Zn보다 높은 양상을 나타냈다. 또한 각 지역에서 채취한 작물의 미량금속 함량의 경우 Fe은 0.004∼203.083 ppm, Cu은 0.017∼22.727 ppm. Mn은 0.000∼74.373 ppm. Zn은 0.080∼37.166 ppm으로 비교적 고농도로 존재하고 있는 반면 유해중금속류인 Pb은 0.000∼0.654 ppm, Cd은 0.000∼0.270 ppm, Cr은 0.000∼l.229 ppm, Hg은 0.000∼0.037 ppm으로 비교적 미량으로 존재함을 알수 있었다. 대상 농작물을 잎, 줄기, 뿌리, 열매로 분류하여 미량금속 함량을 분석한 결과, 분석 대상 금속의 농도가 잎>줄기>뿌리>열매의 순으로 나타났다. 무등의 뿌리 작물에 있어서 Pb은 잎(0.055 ppm))뿌리(0.035 ppm), Cr은 잎(0.118 ppm))뿌리(0.031 ppm), Cd은 잎(0.004 ppm)1뿌리(0.001 ppm), Hg은 잎(0.004 ppm))뿌리(0.001 ppm)으로 뿌리보다 잎에 많은 것으로 나타났는데 이러한 결과로 보아 뿌리는 금속 이온이 흡수되는 기관일 뿐 축적은 잎에 비해 상대적으로 적게 됨을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to determine the content of trace metals in crops cultivated in Han-riverside, Anyang stream, Tan stream, and Jungryang stream. Trace metals (Pb, Cr, Cd, Fe, Zn, Cu, Hg) were detected in 36 crops, 285 samples by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer and Mercury Analyzer. The average concentration of trace metals in crop samples was in the order of Fe (34.592 ppm)>Mn (11.071 ppm)$\geq$Zn(8.853 ppm)>Cu(1.795 ppm)>Cr(0.237 ppm)>Pb(0.100 ppm)>Cd(0.011 ppm)>Hg(0.003 ppm). In crop samples, the contents of Fe, Cu, Mn, and Zn, which ranges were 0.004-203.083 ppm, 0.017~22.727 ppm, 0.000~74.373 ppm, 0.080~37.166 ppm, respectively, were relatively higher than those of Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg, which ranges were 0.000~0.654 ppm, 0.000~0.270 ppm, 0.000~l.229 ppm, 0.000~0.037 ppm, respectively. The concentration of trace metals in crop samples was in the order of leafy vegetables > stem vegetables > root vegetables > fruity vegetables. In the root vegetables, such as radish, the content of Pb was leaf(0.055 ppm)>root(0.035 ppm), that of Cr, leaf (0.118 ppm)>root(0.031 ppm), that of Cd, leaf(0.004 ppm)>root(0.001 ppm), that of Hg, leaf(0.004 ppm)>root(0.001 ppm). As the results, it could be thought that root is the organ which doesn't accumulate the heavy metal ions, but absorb them.

        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

        아로마테라피가 여대생의 생리통 및 월경곤란증에 미치는 효과 : A Blind Randomized Clinical Trial

        This study was designed to verify the effect of aromatherapy on menstrual cramps and dysmenorrhea by a quasi experiment (nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design), from March to October, 2000. The subjects of this experiment consisted of 45 college women with menstrual cramps and dysmenorrhea. They were randomized by 25 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. Their mean age was 20.6 years, mean menstrual period 28.7 days, mean menstrual cramps(VAS) 7.25, mean dysmenorrhea (Dysmenorrhea Scale) was 27.34. As treatment, aromatherapy was to give effleurrage of the abdomen with lavender, clary sage and rose as aroma oil, almond oil as carrier oil. For the control group, abdominal massage was given with only almond oil. Data collection included menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhea, the change of symptoms(low abdominal pain, lumbago headache, nausea, fatigue, edema). Menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhea and general, menstrual characteristics of subjects were measured the first day of the pre menstrual period before treatment (pre-test), menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhea, the change of symptoms were measured the first and second day of post menstrual period after treatment (posttest). Data were analyzed by t-test. χ2 - test, repeated measures ANOYA, Cronbach's α with SAS Program. The results of this study was as follows ; 1.Menstrual cramps was significantly lower in the experimental group(p = .001). 2.Dysmenorrhea was significantly lower in the experimental group(p = .027). 3.Less women in the experimental group complained about the six symptoms than women in the control group after treatment on the first day of the menstrual period(p〈 0.05. p 〈 0.01) In conclusion, these findings indicate that aromatherapy with lavender, clary sage, and rose could be effective to decrease menstrual cramps, and dysmenorrhea. So, aromatherapy could be applied to women suffering with menstrual cramps, dysmenorrhea periodically as an nursing intervention.

      • 초등 과학 교육 (지구과학 영역)을 위한 웹사이트 검색과 활용방안

        The purposes of this study were to survey and analyze the internet web-site to use for teaching earth science in elementary science education, and then to analyze its effects on students' accomplishment and recognition. For these purposes, the web- site related to elementary earth science were searched and analyzed. Also, in order to manage a class, four classes were selected from sixth grade of elementary course and divided into two groups: two classes were assigned to a experimental group, the other two were belonged to a comparative group. The experimental group was taught by learning model of using web-site, and the comparative group was worked by traditional learning model. Before and after teaching, the students' accomplishment was tested using a test paper. And then, to analyze their results, the statistics was used. Student's recognition learning with web-site has been surveyed and analyzed. The results are as follows: 1. As a result of searching internet web-sites, meaningfully usable web-sites in a field of elementary earth science education were summed up to 79 sites: 15 sites in a field of meteorology, 23 sites in geology, 25 sites in astronomy, and 16 sites in common aspects. 2. After teaching using web-site, the average score of experimental group was higher than that of comparative group in a part of students' accomplishment. 3. Teaching using web-site didn't have statistically meaningful effects on boys and girls in a part of students' accomplishment. 4. Boys liked new contents and various materials. On the other hand, girls liked to select their own subjects and to repeat to study them. 5. The students recognized studying science with web-site affirmatively: 68.9% of students felt a great interest in using web-site and 89.2% of students answered that they wanted to learn using web-site later. 6. In a level of accomplishment and understanding of learning with web-site, lower level students felt more difficulty to use internet. We suggested that the learning using web-site has affirmative effect on students' accomplishment and recognition for learning with internet web-site. This affirmative effect is caused by these merits students are able to have free and independent works regardless time and place, and get access easily to new and various materials, and they can experience impossible experiments indirectly through simulation.

      • 혐오자극과 모델링 및 언어적 지시가 발달지체 아동의 상동행동에 미치는 효과 : 사례연구

        The experiment was undertaken to determine the combined effects of aversive, modeling, and verbal instruction on the self-stimulatory stereotyped benavior exhibited by a three-year two-month old with developmental delay, The behavioral interventions were consisted of lemon juice(aversive), behavioral rehearsal(moleling), verbal instruction(prompting), and defferential reinforcement of incompatible behavior (DRI), and continued over 73 sessions. The data gathered across multitreatments design (A-BCD-A-BD-DE) were visually analyzed. The results revealed that all the treatments reduced the occurrences of stereotyped behavior, the significant differences among any interventions were not found, and more importantly, the behavior effects were maintained.

      • 「てもらう」に關する考察 : 韓國語の表現を中心に On Expressions for Korean Language

        韓國語와 日本語의 對照 硏究는 音韻·文法·語彙 등의 分野에서 이루어져 그 共通点과 相異点이 指摘되어 왔는데, 本稿에서는 그 중에서도 授受를 나타내는 「∼てもらぅ」 와 거기에 對應하는 韓國語 表現을 對照 分析하여 考察하여 보았다.「∼てもらぅ」 는 一般 動詞의 「て形」에 붙어 授受의 意味를 나타내기 때문에 「授受 動詞」 라고도 일컬어지는데, 恩惠를 받는 사람을 主語로 하고 주는 사람을 對象으로 하는 구문을 취하고 있기 때문에 韓國人 字習者에게는 어려운 表現이다. 「~てもらぅ」를 韓國語로表現할 境遇 構文을 바꾸어 「주다」로 表現하기도 하고, 構文을 바꾸지않고 「名詞+받다」로 表現하기도 하였는데 둘 다 日本語에 담겨져 있는 行爲者의 恩惠 表示는 나타낼 수가 없었다. 그 의 漢字語의 表現보다는 한글의 表現이 많았고, 韓國에는 없는 構文이므로 여러 形態로 表現되어 있었다. 漢字語 表現은 매우 적었으며 그 중에서도 이번 調査에서 「漢字語+해 받다」, 「漢字語+주다」 의 表現이 1例도 없어 韓國語에서는 定着되지않은 表現임을 알 수 있었다.

      • 타우로우루소데옥시콜린산이 흰쥐의 적출심장에서 허혈 및 재관류 손상에 미치는 영향

        Abstract - In this study, the effects of tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) on ischemia/ reperfusion injury were investigated on isolated heart perfusion models. Hearts were perfused with oxygenated Krebs-Henseleit solution (pH 7.4, 37℃) on a Langendorff apparatus. After equilibration, isolated hearts were treated with TUDCA 100 and 200μM or vehicle (0.02% DMSO) for 10 min before the onset of ischemia in single treatment group. In 7 day pretreatment group, TUDCA 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg body weight were given orally for 7days before operation. After global ischemia (30 min), ischemic hearts were reperfused for 30 min. The physiological (i.e. heart rate, left ventricular developed pressure, coronary flow, double product, time to contracture formation) and biochemical (lactate dehydrogenase; LDH) parameters were evaluated. In vehicle-treated group, time to contracture formation was 810 sec during ischemia, LVDP was 34.0 mmHg at the endpoint of reperfusion and LDH activity in total reperfusion effluent was 34.3 U/L. Single treatment with TUDCA did not change the postischemic recovery of cardiac function, LDH and time to contracture compared with ischemic control group. TUDCA pretreatment showed the tendency to decrease LDH release and to increase time to contracture and coronary flow. Our findings suggest that TUDCA does not ameliorate ischemia/reperfusion-induced myocardial damage.

      • 韓國人學習者の「あげる」「くれる」「もらう」の習得について

        授受를 나타내는 日本語動詞 중 주는 사람을 主語로 하는 「あげる」 「くれる」와 받는 사람을 主語로 하는 「もらう」를 選擇하여, 韓國人學習者를 對象으로 그 使用의 實態를 分析하여 考察하여 보았다. 그 結果, 모든 學習者는 日本語能力이 向上함에 따라 授受動詞의 習得도 向上하는데 세 動詞 중 「もらう」의 習得率이 가장 높고, 전체적으로 「くれる」의 習得이 「あげる」보다 높게 나왔고 「あげる」와 「くれる」는 學年에 따라 다른 樣相을 나타냈다. 誤用의 形態도 多樣하게 나타났는데 「あげる」와 「くれる」의 混同이 많고, 大部分의 誤用은 實力이 向上됨에 따라 없어지지만 이 混同은 實力이 늘어나도 여전히 나타나고 있어 日本語 習得을 妨害하는 母語의 影響이라고 볼 수 있겠다. 또한 처음에는 主語와 視点이 다른 「くれる」의 習得이 늦지만 日本語를 學習함에 따라 徐徐히 그 誤用이 줄어, 학년이 올라감에 따라 「くれる」의 정답률이 「あげる」보다높아졌으며 「くれる」를 「もらう」로 混同하는 誤用도 줄었다. 이와같은 授受動詞의 使用實態의 結果는 母語가 다른 學習者가 授受動詞를 學習할 경우, 重要한 단서가 되는데 日本語敎師가 學生들의 틀리기 쉬운점을 考慮하여, 强調하여 重点敎育할 때 이와같은 誤用은 점점 줄어들리라 생각한다.
