The Safety and Efficacy of Daclatasvir and Asunaprevir with Chronic HCV Genotype 1 Infection and Hemodialysis

Aims: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Daclatasvir (DAV) and Asunaprevir (ASV) in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) and chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: 22 chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection at 12 medical centers have prospectively enrolled from Feb, 2016 to Feb, 2017 (NCT02580474). Of those, 9 patients who were followed 12 weeks after treatment ended were included. We evaluated the virological responses at each week 4, 12, 24 and the 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12). The tolerability and safety of patients were also evaluated. Results: Of these 20 patients, there had no resistance-associated variant of NS5A (NS5A RAVs) and 2 patients showed indeterminate NS5A RAVs. 12 patients (54.5%) completed the 24 weeks treatment of DAV and ASV. 6 patients (27.2%) have continued, but 4 patients discontinued study prior to 12 weeks. Overall, all patients (n=9) achieved SVR12. Virologic response at week 4, 12 and 24 showed 94.4% (17/18), 93.3% (14/15), and 100% (12/12) respectively. DCV and ASV were well tolerated among the majority of patients and discontinuation of the treatment due to adverse events (hypertension, bradycardia, leukemia) was occurred in 3 patients. In two patients with indeterminate NS5A RAVs, one achieved SVR12 but the other showed viral breakthrough and discontinued treatment. Conclusions: In this study, DAV and ASV combination therapy for chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection achieved high sustained virological response with few adverse events. Close monitoring of safety and tolerability may be necessary when treating chronic hepatitis C patients with CRF receiving DCV and ASV.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

일반화된 Active Contour Model을 이용한 변형 물체의 움직임 추적과 분석에 관한 연구

본 논문은 일반화된 Active Contour Model을 이용하여 연속적으로 입력되는 영상에서 변화하는 물체의 움직임 추적과 분석 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 연속적인 영상 프레임에서 물체 경계의 추적은 외곽선 모델의 에너지 함수를 최소화하므로써 이루어진다. 물체의 추적, 적응적인 움직임 예측의 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 입력되는 영상에 존재하는 일시적인 움직임 정보를 이용하였고 물체의 움직임과 변형 처리를 위하여 움직임 추적 알고리즘으로부터 변형 행렬을 유도했다. 본 논문에서 제안한 일반화된 Active Contour Model을 입술추적 실험의 행동 분석에 적용하였다. 그리고 그 응용에서 전위 벡터와 변형 행렬의 일시적인 변화는 인간 얼굴 특징의 국부적 변형을 설명하는데 이용된다.

비행청소년의 식생활태도와 식이자기효능감에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with dietary attitudes and dietary self-efficacy of juvenile delinquents. Out of 110 questionnaires distributed to the juvenile detention home students in Daegu, and 150 questionnaires distributed to the juvenile detention home students in Anyang, 210 were analyzed (80.7% analysis rate). These data were analyzed by SPSS program. The results are summarized as follows. Almost all parents’ educational levels showed ‘graduation of middle school’, and only 43.8% of the juvenile detention students were living with parents. In case of incoming status, average income per month was 2,000,000 won, which was lower than normal one. Diet attitude score was higher in boy students than girl students (p < 0.05). There was a higher score of diet attitude in higher educational levels of father. The average score of dietary self-efficacy was 2.51 ± 0.86. This value was lower than the normal juvenile. There was a higher diet attitude score in the higher dietary self-efficacy score (p < 0.001). Therefore, proper nutrition education is required to improve their dietary self-efficacy. The results of this study could be useful data to plan and develop nutritional education programs of juvenile delinquents.

자성선숙어(protogynous fish)의 성전환

Studies and reviews have been based on sex reversal diagnosis of histological change and body color change by sexual dimorphism on protogynous hermaphrodite fish, Labridae, Serranidae inhabited at the costal area of Chejudo. Korea Halichorens poecilopterus, Pleragoguw flagellifera and H. teruispinis were summer season, spawing species which mainly spawn in Jun and July, but Pseudolobrus japonicus was autumn season spawing species which mainly spawn in October and November, The standard length range of sex reversal were 13.0-15.0cm H. poecilopterus 9.5-15.0cm P. flagellifer, 11.5-16.0 cm P. japonicus and 10.0-13.0cm (total length) H. teraispinis respectively. Sex reversal mainly appeared before and after spawing season. H. Poecilogterus, H. terusispirus and P. japonicus were composed of monandry and diantry, but P.flagellifera was diandry. By sex reversal, the body colors of H. poecilopterus, P.flagellifera and P. japoricus change from pale red or yellow lines to brilliant green or dark yellow lines. The body colors of H. tenurisspirnis change slight, but containe lateral stripe pattern and blue spot in body center. In P. flagellifera, 1st, 2nd spine process of dosal fin were grown with body colour change. In sex reversal process, histological change of Labridae of inner gonad showed development of various interstitial cells and blood vessel by degeneration of oocyte. Thereafter, spermatogonia and spermatocyte begin to appear at the inner edge regions of the ovarian lamellae and then converted from ovary to functional testis. Epinephelus moara of 30.0~92.3cm in TL, E. Septemfasciatus of 23.4~38.7cm in TL were female with contained oocyte of perinucleolus stage. E akaara of 22.0~33.0cm in TL appeared individuals of ovotestis.

A fieldbus system should be designed by considering the number of sensors/actors(actuators+controllers)and their sampling times. But the munber of sensors/actors which are connected to the network bus can be varied by addition and/or due to the fault of the field devices. That variation decreases the efficiency of the system which is off-line designed optimally. This paper proposes an algorithm that ensures the transmission of cyclic data of the control system where there can be the number change in the field devices. We assign the different weight values to cyclic data and acyclic data. By simulation and experiment, the cyclic and acyclic data are served for the proposed network and the Profibus system. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more robust with the uncertainties of the field devices of the control system.

정확한 완충기체효과가 적용된 질량분석원리에 대한 다중입자 분석 전산시늉

질량분석기로 사용되는 폴 트랩 내에서 보다 실제적인 이온운동을 예측해내기 위하여 약 2천 개의 다중입자의 궤적에 대한 계산을 실시하였다. 보다 정확한 질량 분석스펙트럼을 얻기 위하여 충돌확률에 대한 보다 정확하고 실질적인 함수 값을 도입하였다. 계산된 전산시늉의 결과들로부터 특히 작은 질량의 영역에 대한 분석을 할 경우 본 논문에서 제시된 바와 같이 매우 정확한 충돌확률이 고려되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. To predict the practical characteristics of ion motion in the paul trap as a mass spectrometer, the ion trajectories of the multi-particle(over than 2000 particles) were calculated. In order to expect more practical mass spectrum, the exact expressions for the collision probability was adopted. From the simulation result, we found that the exact collision probability has to be considered to analyze the materials existed in the low mass region.

As IC technology has been developed, SCF(Switched Capacitor filter)is in the limelight by means of filter circuit which can fabricate L-SI and nowadays it has integrated LSI circuits by using MOS technology.But as SCF consists of MOS switches, capacitors and op amps, it is clear that the ability of filter performance depend on the general characteristics of op amps. In this paper, we have tried to design CMOS circuits for YLSI and also presented the simplified op amp design method with ±5V power source.After an example about SCF op amp design was presented, its characteristics are simulated by SPICE 2G.Moreover, this design method would be used in general CMOS op amp design.

인삼 투여가 정신지체아의 GPX와 MDA에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of antioxidant enzyme(GPX) and lipid peroxide (MDA) by ginseng supplementation for nine weeks. Choosing as objects of test women mental retardation, this study analyzed the blood obtained from the objects who were in a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise. The comclusions obtained from this study were as follow. 1. In the tendency of whole activation of GPX, ginseng supplemintation group showed more GPX activation than placebo group. 2. In the change of GPX activation according to the passage of exercise time, there was no difference between each group before and after supplementation for nine weeks. 3. In the change of GPX activation according to (before and after) supplementation, there was no significant difference between each group at a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise. 4. In the change of MDA concentration according to the passage of exercise time, there was no difference between each group before and after supplemintation for nine weeks. 5. In the change of MDA concentration according to (before and after) supplementation there was o significant difference between each group at a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise.
