Due to the development of various types of applications, the activated smartphone market has been rapidly expanded these days. Increasingly game market uses smart devices rather than PC environment because customers use smartphones anytime and anywhere they want. Smartphone users want games which have more sense of reality so than recent released games include physics engines in their applications. However smartphones in market cannot sufficiently provide computing speed which is required by physics engine. This paper implemented and provided the possibility of applications for various types of 3D deformable object simulation with physics engine in IOS based smartphones. Also this paper analysed the possibility of inclusion of physics engine for collision detection and handling of 3D deformable objects in smartphone.
黃芩 抽出物이 DNCB로 誘導된 생쥐의 Allergy性 接觸皮膚炎에 미치는 影響

본 실험은 황금이 Allergy性 접촉피부염의 면역과민반응 및 염증반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해서 시행되었다. 실험을 위해 BALB/C계 생쥐를 DNCB 처리군과 DNCB 처리 후 황금추출액을 경구 투여한 황금추출물투여군(HGET군)으로 나누어 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)를 도포하여 Allergy性 접촉피부염을 유발한 뒤, 시간의 경과에 따라 contact hypersensitivity assay, 피부의 일반적인 구조 혈관생성, 림프구를 비롯한 염증세포, sulfated acid mucosubstance, 비만세포, IL-2 R, ICAM-1 그리고 CD11b의 변화를 관찰하였다. Contact hypersensitivity assay에서 HEGT군은 DNCB처리군에 비해 有意性있는 ear swelling의 감소를 보였다. 피부표피의 변화에서 HEGT군에서 DNCB처리군에 비해 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈관생성, 림프구의 침투 및 표피 기저층과 가시층 세포치 손상은 HEGT군에서 DNCB처리군에 비해 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈관생성, 림프구를 비롯한 염증세포, sulfated acid mucosubstance와 비만세포, IL-2 R 양성반응세포, ICAM-1 양성반응세포 그리고 CD11b 양성반응은 Allergy性 접촉피부염의 면역과민반응억제와 항염증작용에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigated the effects of an immunosuppression and a mitigation of inflammation of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI on Allergic contact dermatitis. In order to study, after oral administration of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI extract, contact hypersensitivity assay, general morphologic change of skin, suIfated acid mucosubstance, mast cell, lL-2R, ICAM-1 and CD11b were observed in BALB/C mouse induced allergic contact dermatitis by the contact sensitizing DNCB. Ear swelling in contact hypersensitivity assay was decreased in the Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI extracts administered(HEGT) group, compared with DNCB painted group. In the general morphologic change of skin, hyperplasia of keratinocytes, increase of lymphocytes and inflammatory cell, increase of vasculogenesis and epidermal lymphocytes infiltration, increase of cell damage in epidermal basal layer and prickle layer were decreased in the HEGT group, compared with DNCB painted group. Increase of sulfated acid mucosubstance, mast cell, lL-2R positive cell, ICAM-1 positive cell, CD11b positive cell were decreased in the HEGT group, compared with DNCB painted group.
한외여과에 의한 Si 미립자 함유폐수 재이용 공정개발 3 : Pilot-Scale 중공사막 모듈에 의한 투과 특성

반도체 산업의 wafer 가공공정에서 발생하는 폐수를 재활용하고자 한외여과 공정을 이용한 막분리 공정의 도입 가능성을 검토하였다. Pilot 규모의 장치에 분획분자량이 각각 10,000, 20.000, 30,000인 한외여과막 모듈을 이용하여 투과유속 및 제거율 등을 측정하였다. 투과수의 성상은 SDI15, 탁도, 전기전도도, 실리콘 농도분석을 통해 공정수로 재이용이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 투과유속 저하를 막기 위한 역세척 방법으로는 압축공기와 물은 sweeping 하는 방법이 가장 효과적이었고, 이때 투과유속의 회복율이 높게 나타났다. 분획분자량 30,000인 한외여과막에서 가장 높은 투과유속을 나타내었다. 또한 폐수의 평균 실리콘 입자 평균 함량은 3.8-5.6mg/ℓ이고, 투과수의 실리콘 입자 함량은 0.2μg/ℓ이하로 나타나 제거율은약 96%이상으로 나타났다. The ultrafiltration characteristics of wafer processing wastewater produced from semicon-ductor industry was investigated for wastewater reuse. Using the pilot-scale ultrafiltration system containing poly sulfone hollow fiber membranes (MWCO : 10,000, 20,000, 30,(00), the membrane performance, such as flux, rejection rate and concentration factor for flux was examined. The SDhs, turbidity, electrical conductivity and concentration of Si particles were measured, and the possibility of permeate reuse was validated from the experimental results. It was shown that the flux was recovered by the sweeping with air and water effectively. The permeate flux of 30,000 MWCO membrane was about 5 times higher than that of 10,000 and 20,000 MWCO membranes. The concentration of Si particle in the saw wastewater was analyzed 3.8-5.6 mg/ℓ and that of Si particle in the permeate was analyzed less than 0.2μg/ℓ. This means the rejection of silicon particle was over 96%.

We describe three cases of morphea which present lesions of the disease at the site of mechanical traumas. In these patients, local traumatization of cutaneous tissue appear to be the initiating event for the developrnent of new lesions (isomorphic phenomenon) associated with their possible morphea prone constitutions. The mechanism involving these local stimuli responsible for the excessive collagen production is lifficult to explain. Upon biologic stress or trauma, normal cutaneous physiology may cause loca production and release of inflammatory mediators/cytokines, such as transforrning growth factor-gthe major connective tissue growth factor-inducer). Perhaps, possible dysregulation of collagen-growth or fibrosis- promoting cytokines causing some clonal overactivity of the fibroblast, or with other undefined mechanisms may cause excessive synthesis of collagen to the local effects of such triggering factors in susceptible/subclinical individuals. Although no definite environrriental/physical influences on t,he developrnent of morphea have been described, rnechanical trauma niay occasionally be regarded as a contributing factor as seen in these patients. Instability of an Amorphous Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide TFT under Bias and Light Illumination

Bias stabilities of amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) under light illumination were examined. An unstable behavior was observed under a specific condition meditated by the polarity of the applied gate bias and the wavelength of the incident light. Under a positive gate bias stress, a-IGZO TFTs showed stable characteristics regardless of the light illumination. However, under a negative gate bias stress, a-IGZO TFTs showed a huge negative shift in the threshold voltage when illumination with light in the blue range was added. Hole trapping at the gate dielectric layer is believed to be one of the major causes of the degradation. Furthermore, a degradation in the subthreshold characteristics was simultaneously found, and could be attributed to changes in the subgap states.
