        타자성의 극복, 주체 확립의 길

        In Lee, Soon`s writings, there can be seen both, a desire for material gain and a desire for familism. This makes a character that tries to embody an idea of traditional value and an idea of materialized capitalistic value at once. But he at the end fails in the both ways. He becomes alienated, that is to become someone else not himself, for the reason that he can not be the one who rules material which he wants to, as a central character who keeps the both values of traditionalism and capitalism. Also he becomes alienated again for the reason that he is so far away from his family mentally while he tries not to be. So to say, those characters in Lee`s writings are very alienated from his value, life, and himself. Even though they stand as mainstay of their family, they can not actually enjoy those good matters of their family. In the classics or in other females` writings, a character usually becomes frustrated by the family ideology, but the characters in Lee`s writings do twice for the desire for material gain and patriarchism. This frustration or alienation let itself fall in to the black hole of capitalism and become burrowed by the double theory of capitalism. This alienation also let us find the way to overcome by brothership from getting over the traditional patriarchal lineage. Also subjective view that accepts one`s life as it is, is needed to overcome. Subjective view is the very way to love oneself, and to establish one`s subjecthood. And this makes one love the others. ``you`` becomes ``I`` and that is ``us``. This is written as a piece.

        韓醫學으로 보는 文宗의 疑問死에 대하여

        The authors explained the hypothesis that Moonjong of Lee's Dynasty maybe died by the unexplaining treatment of the Medical Officer named JeonSoonEu. Moonjong had very slight desease called swelling, but Medical Officer gave him very poisonous Pinellia ternata in Pheasant meat, So he suddenly died in the three year of reign means very short period among the Lee's Dynasty. Generally Pheasant like to eat Pinellia ternata during the Summer, So If one want to eat the Pheasant meat must waite till the winter. Because during the winter Pheasant can't found the Pinellia ternata, so Pheasant meat not toxic. ... Who is the orderer, are not yet reaveled instead of JeonSoonEu. One cann't give the confidence as a prime mover of JeonSoonEu, because he is only one of the Medical Officier. So one thinks that probably SeJo, the younger brother, one of the most powerful king during the Lee's Dynasty is the main suspecter. Sejo killed the nephew Danjong, Son and succesor of MoonJong, and catch the reins of government by 'coup d'etat’. If Sejo connect with the Moonjong's died, maybe he is the only one suverean who killed the two kings overall the Korean history.

        관상동맥 시술 도중 발생한 좌주간부 관상동맥 박리에 대한 스텐트 삽입 치료의 단장기 임상 결과 : acute and long-term results

        목적 : 심도자 사용 시술과 관련된 좌주간부 관상동맥박리에 대한 적절한 치료는 아직 확실히 정립되지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 좌주간부 관상동맥 박리에 대한 스텐트 삽입술의 단장기 임상결과를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 방법 : 좌주간부 관상동맥 박리에 대한 치료로 즉각적인 스텐트 삽입술을 시행하는 것이 안전하고 효과적인 방법임을 가설하였고, 이러한 즉각적인 스텐트 삽입을 시행한 10명의 환자를 대상으로 단장기적 임상경과를 의무기록 고찰과 전화 면담을 통해서 평가하였다. 결과 : 전체 환자 모두 처음부터 좌주간부 관상동맥에 유의한 협착을 가진 환자는 없었으며, 8명의 환자는 심도자의 조작으로 인한 박리가 발생한 경우였고(진단적 혈관 조영술 중에 3명, 유도 도자 조작 중에 5명), 나머지 2명은 다른 병변에 스텐트 삽입시술을 하는 중에 박리가 발생하였다. 이 10명의 환자에서 모두 즉각적인 스텐트 삽입술이 시행되었고, 4명의 환자에서 시술 도중 혈압 저하로 Intra-aortic Ballon Pump (IABP)를 장착하였다. 모든 환자에서 성공적으로 스텐트가 삽입되었고, 병원내 사망은 1명도 없었다. 6개월 추적 관상동맥 조영술은 8명의 환자에서 시행되었다. 혈관 조영상의 재협착(직경 협착 50% 이상)은 8명 모두에게서 관찰되지 않았으며, 퇴원 후 평균 31±25개월의 추적관찰 결과 주요 심장사건은 1건도 발생하지 않았다. 결론 : 비록 대상 환자가 적은 연구였지만 좌주간부 관상동맥 박리에 대한 스텐트 삽입술은 기술적으로 안전하고 빠르게 시행 할 수 있으며, 훌륭한 단장기적인 치료 효과를 보여준다. Background : The optimal treatment of patients with left main coronary artery (LMCA) dissection during catheter-based procedure remains uncertain. We retrospectively analyzed the acute and long-term results of bail-out stenting for LMCA dissection. Methods : In cases with significant LMCA dissection occurring during catheter-based procedure, prompt stent implantation may be safe and associated with favorable clinical outcome. We evaluated the acute and long-term results of bail-out stenting for LMCA dissection occurring during catheter-bases procedure in 1- patients. Results : Initially, there was significant stenosis of LMCA segment in these patients. Catheter-induced dissection occurred in 8 patients (during diagnostic angiography in 3 patients and guiding catheter manipulation in 5 patients). Two patients suffered dissection in the setting of stent deployment in other vessels. Therefore, bail-out stenting LMCA dissection was performed in a total of 10 patients. In 4 patients, hypotension developed and intra-aortic balloon pump was placed during procedure. Stents were successfully deployed in all patients. There was no in-hospital mortality. Six-month angiographic follow-up was performed in 8 patients. Angiographic restenosis(diameter stenosis 50%) was not observed in all patients at follow-up study. During a mean follow-up of 31±25 months after hospital discharge, there was no major adverse cardiac event (death, myocardial infarction, and target lesion revascularization). Conclusion : Bail-out LMCA stenting is technically feasible, and showed good acute and long-term results in a small series of patients.

        1920, 30년대 신지식인의 등장은 역사적 당위성을 획득하고 있었다. 봉건체제의 중심계층은 나라를 빼앗기게 한 담당계층으로 더 이상의 지도력을 발휘 할 수 없었고 자본주의의 중심계층이 떠오르지 않은 시점에서 이광수, 최남선, 등, 또 여성으로는 김명순, 나혜석, 김일엽 등의 신지식인의 사회적 역할은 중차대한 것이었다. 그들은 정치적 꿈을 실현할 수 없는 한계 속에서, 근대화의 꿈을 펼치게 된다. 그들은 주로 글쓰기를 통하여 유교전통의 모순을 비판하고, 새로운 근대의 틀을 마련하려는 욕망을 보여준다. 그 중 하나가 전통결혼 제도를 비판하고 자유연애를 주창하게 된다. 이광수와 모윤숙을 통해서 드러나는 자유연애론은 아직 근대 계몽주의에 기초를 둔 이분법적 가치체계에 의해서 정신과 영혼, 지배와 피지배, 남성과 여성 등 모든 것을 지배와 억압 관계 속에서 바라보는 인식론에 바탕을 두고 있다. 반면 나혜석을 비롯한 신여성들의 의식은 육체와 영혼은 분리될 수 있는 것이 아니라 통합되어 개성으로 외화되는 인식론에 바탕을 두고 있다. 나혜석의 글쓰기에서 나타나는 자유연애론은 인간은 살아있는 생명체임을 부르짖는 몸의 정치학이다. 즉 감각을 통해서 세상을 바라보기이다. 감각적 글쓰기는 고백적 글쓰기로 나타난다. 고백적 글쓰기는 폐쇄된 사회에서 소통체계를 찾을 수 없을 때 드러나는 최종의 선택방법이다. 나혜석은 고백적 글쓰기를 통해 자신의 새로운 삶의 돌파구를 찾으려고 했고, 개성적 주체로서의 인간임을 확인하려고 했다. 나혜석은 남성들은 허위의식을 가차없이 내던지고 철저히 자신의 ‘날몸’으로 각인되는 흔적에 의해 포착하려고 했다. 사회는 폐쇄된 남성중심사회였고, 나혜석은 상처를 받을 수밖에 없었다. The emergence of New-intelligentsia had its own historical reason of being in 1920s and 1930s. The central groups of feudalism had no more power and leadership, regarded as those who let their country lost. And therefore, the social role of those new-intelligentsias, such as Lee Kwang-Soo, Choi Nam-Son and females like Kim Myung-Sun, Nah Hye-Suk, and Kim Il-Yup was a remarkable one at the point of which there had been no rise of central leaders of capitalism. They began to dream of modernization in a boundary which they could not make their political dream come true. They show the desires to criticize contradiction of Confucian traditions and prepare the new frame of modernism through their writings. One of those criticizes the traditional marriage system and insists of free love marriage. Thoughts of love marriage shown by Lee Kwang-Soo and Mo Yoon-Suk, is based on the theory of knowledge that interprets everything in relationship of control and suppression like mind and soul, male and female. And that is by the value system in dichotomy based on modern enlightenment move. Otherwise, thoughts of female intelligentsias as Nah Hye-Suk is based on the theory of knowledge that comes out of uniqueness integrated, not divided as body and soul. The free-love theory revealed by Nah's writings is politics of body that claims human as an alive thing. That is to look at the world through sense. Sensical writings comes out as confessional writings. Confessional writing is the last choice that is made when there could be found no communication in a closed society. Nah tried to find a breakthrough of new life by confessional writing and confirm that she was a independent, individual human. She tried to throw out the affectation of males' society and concentrate on the trace made by her plain body. The society was closed and male-oriented, and there was no other way than Nah hurt herself.

      • SnO₂/TiO₂후막형 습도센서의 제조 및 특성

        SnO_(2) doped with TiO_(2) and other activating agents, is used as a raw material to prepare humidity sensors. SnO_(2) is an n-type semiconductor whose resistance is described as a function of relative humidity. SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) thick film humidity sensors have been fabricated by using typical silk screen printing techniques. The humidity sensitivity of SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) thick film has been investigated. And the sensing characteristics of the fabricated SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) sensors such as resistance change and response time, has been investigated from R.H.20 % to 90 %. Experimental results show that the impedance-humidity characteristics of the humidity sensors depend on the microstructure of surface roughness and pore size distribution.

      • 마이크로파 플라즈마 CVD 방법에 의한 다이아몬드 박막 형성

        High quality diamond films of the silicon on diamond (SOD) structure are deposited using CH₄ and H₂ gas mixture in microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (CVD), a SOD structure is fabricated using low pressure CVD polysilicon of diamond/Si(100) substrate. The crystalline structure of the diamond films which composed of {111} and {100} planes, were changed from octahedral one to cubo-octahedron one as the CH₄ ratios are increased. The high quality diamond films without amorphous carbon and non-diamond elements were deposited at the CH₄ flow rate ratio of 1.5%, and the main phase of the diamond films shows (111) plane. The poly-Si/Diamond /SiC/Si(100) structure shows that the interface is flat without voids.

        전도성 고분자 센서 어레이를 이용한 휘발성 유기 화합물 가스 인식

        휘발성 유기 화합물 가스(Volatile Organic Compounds)를 인식하고 분석하기 위하여 전도성 고분자 센서어레이를 이용한 시스템을 제작하였다. Polypyrrole와 Polyaniline을 화학중합법으로 센서에 전도성고분자막을 형성하였고 이를 통해 VOC 검지용 센서 어레이를 제작하였다. 센서어레이로부터 측정되는 다차원 데이터는 주성분분석법(PCA)과 RBF(Radial Basis Function Network)을 이용하였다. 제안된 시스템으로 VOCs 가스를 인식하는데 있어서 RBF Network이 PCA방식보다 더욱 효율적인 것으로 판단되었다. We fabricated gas recognition system using conducting polymer sensor array for recognizing and analyzing VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) gases. The polypyrrole and polyaniline thin film sensors which were made by chemical polymerization were employed to detect VOCs. The multi-dimensional sensor signals obtained from the sensor array were analyzed using PCA(principal component analysis) technique and RBF(radial basis function) Network. Throughout the experimental trails, we confirmed that RBF Network is effective than PCA technique in identifying VOCs.

      • 젊은 성인에서 흡연에 의한 상완동맥 내피기능의 부전에 관한 연구

        Background and Objectives : Cigarette smoking is a major factor and the most modifiable risk factor for atherosclerosis. Endothelial dysfunction is an early event in atherosclerosis, before the structural change of the systemic arteries. We hypothesized that endothelial dysfunction might be present in the systemic arteries of young adult smokers and that this might be dose-dependent phenomenon. Therefore, we try to certify that smoking is associated with endothelial dysfunction in healthy young adults without other risk factor of atherosclerosis. Subjects and Methods : we studied noninvasively 29 subjects aged 3 to 4 decades without other risk factor of atherosclerosis, they were composed of the two groups, current smokers(n=15) and nonsmokers(n=14). Smoking history varied from 3 to 20 pack years. Using high-resolution ultrasound, vessel diameter and mean flow rate were measured at rest, during reactive hyperemia(with flow-mediated endothelium-dependent dilation), and after sublingual nitroglycerin(NG-induced endothelium-independent vasodilation). Result : Flow mediated endothelium dependent dilation was observed in the control subjects (9.4±3.44%) but was impaired in the smokers(5.8±2.51%)(p=0.004). NG-induced endothelium independent dilation is no difference in all subjects. Conclusion : Cigarette smoking is associated with endothelial dysfunction in healthy young adults.

        한라산 주변에 발생하는 Karman Vortex Street 재현

        늦가을과 초본 사이 제주도 후면에 Karman vortex street가 발생한다. 이러한 vortex가 발생하기 위해서는 기온 역전층과 5 ~ 13 m/s의 지속적인 바람이 필요하다는 것을 밝히기 위한 많은 연구들이 있었다. 이러한 vortex clouds는 발생 후 주 풍향의 방향을 이동하게 된다. Karman vortex street는 기상학에서 매우 흥미로운 주제이다. 본 연구에서는 LES 난류 모델을 이용하여 Karman vortex street에 관한 해석을 수행하고 수치해석을 통해 얻은 결과와 기상 데이터가 일치함을 보였다. From late autumn to the beginning of the spring, the phenomena of the Karman vortex street have been frequently observed in the wake of Mt. Halla in the Jeju island. Some researches revealed that the necessary conditions for development of these vortex clouds are a strong low-level inversion of temperature and a persistent wind speed of 5 to 13m/s. After the cloud is formed, the vortex clouds are shed from alternating sides of Jeju island and then move downwind with main airflow stream. The Karman vortex street in the wake of the Jeju island was one of the interesting topics in meteorology. In this study, CFD using LES turbulence model was developed to investigate the Karman vortex street and the results of CFD showed a good agreement with weather data.
