CM at Risk의 국내 건설시장 도입 및 활성화 방안 연구

Nowadays, construction projects are increasing its complexities, risks and demands for greater' input and management skill. Also owners are gradually inclined to transfer their risks to other parties. In order to respond this situation, it is necessary that the different kinds of delivery systems suitable for the clients' needs be diversified and adapted to the Korean construction industry. In this background, the study is to present the approach to introduce CM at risk, one of the alternative delivery systems in Korea, by revising some regulations and proposing various types of this system.

The shearing process for the sheet metal is normally used in the precision elements such as a frame of TFT-LCD or lead frame of IC chips. In these precision elements, the burr formation prevents the system assembly and needs the additional burr removing process. In this study, we have developed the novel ultrasonic deburring system to remove the small burr came from shearing of the sheet metal effectively. The deburring tool is driven by the stepping motor and alumina and SiC particles are used as abrasives. Ultrasonic power and the flowing resistance of the abrasives make ti possible to abrasive the burr.
ZnSe 단결정에 대한 열자극 발광과 열자극 전류의 동시측정

두 종류의 ZnSe 분말을 사용하여 sublimation 방법으로 성장한 ZnSe 단결정(as grown)에 대하여 TSC와 TSL을 동시 측정하였으며, PL과 DLTS를 측정하였다. PL 측정으로 I_1, I_2와 DAP 발광을 관측하였으며 DLTS에 의한 깊은준위를 관측하였다. TSL과 TSC의 동시 측정으로부터 얻은 그로우 곡선을 점근 해법으로 분해하여 세개의 준위를 얻었으며 그들의 활성화에너지값은 0.22 eV, 0.30 eV, 0.39 eV이었다. PL spectrum과 열자극 완화과정의 동시 측정 결과로부터 0.22 eV 근방에 impurity에 의한 주게준위와 native defect에 의한 받게준위가 각각 전도대의 아래와 가전자대의 위에 존재하는 것으로 판명되었다. DLTS 측정과 동시측정 결과로부터 0.30 eV와 0.39 eV의 준위는 V_se vacancy와 관련되는 주게 준위임을 알았다. Simultaneous measurements of TSL were carried out on ZnSe single crystals grown by high pressure Bridgman technique and the PL and DLTS signals were observed. Photoluminescence spectrum at 10 K on the ZnSe crystal reveals I_1 and I_2 lines, as well as DAP emission line. DLTS spectrum on the ZnSe crystal show electron trap at 0.33 eV. Two TSC and TSL peaks were observed near 215 K and 230 K, which are identified as having originated from two donor trap levels at 0.30 eV and 0.39 eV, respectively, below the bottom of the conduction band. We also observed single TSL and TSC peaks at 150 K which were identified as having originated from a donor and acceptor trap levels at about 0.22 eV below the conduction band and over the top of the valence band, respectively.
Association between colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor gene polymorphisms and asthma risk

<P>Colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (<I>CSF1R</I>) is expressed in monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. These cells play important roles in the innate immune response, which is regarded as an important aspect of asthma development. Genetic alterations in the <I>CSF1R</I> gene may contribute to the development of asthma. We investigated whether <I>CSF1R</I> gene polymorphisms were associated with the risk of asthma. Through direct DNA sequencing of the <I>CSF1R</I> gene, we identified 28 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and genotyped them in 303 normal controls and 498 asthmatic patients. Expression of <I>CSF1R</I> protein and mRNA were measured on CD14-positive monocytes and neutrophils in peripheral blood of asthmatic patients using flow cytometry and real-time PCR. Among the 28 polymorphisms, two intronic polymorphism (+<I>20511C</I>><I>T</I> and +<I>22693T</I>><I>C</I>) were associated with the risk of asthma by logistic regression analysis. The frequencies of the minor allele at <I>CSF1R</I> +<I>20511C</I>><I>T</I> and +<I>22693T</I>><I>C</I> were higher in asthmatic subjects than in normal controls (4.6 vs. 7.7%, <I>p</I> = 0.001 in co-dominant and dominant models; 16.4 vs. 25.8%, <I>p</I> = 0.0006 in a recessive model). <I>CSF1R</I> mRNA levels in neutrophils of the asthmatic patients having the +<I>22693CC</I> allele were higher than in those having the +<I>22693TT</I> allele (<I>p</I> = 0.026). Asthmatic patients with the +<I>22693CC</I> allele also showed significantly higher <I>CSF1R</I> expression on CD14-positive monocytes and neutrophils than did those with the +<I>22693TT</I> allele (<I>p</I> = 0.045 and <I>p</I> = 0.044). The +<I>20511C</I>><I>T</I> SNP had no association with <I>CSF1R</I> mRNA or protein expression. In conclusion, the minor allele at <I>CSF1R</I> +<I>22693T</I>>C may have a susceptibility effect in the development of asthma, via increased <I>CSF1R</I> protein and mRNA expression in inflammatory cells.</P><P><B>Electronic supplementary material</B></P><P>The online version of this article (doi:10.1007/s00439-010-0850-3) contains supplementary material, which is available to authorized users.</P>
안결핵으로 인한 유사뱀모양맥락막염과 뱀모양맥락막염에서 빛간섭단층촬영 소견

Purpose: To report the usefulness of coherence tomography findings in differential diagnosis of serpiginous-like choroiditis in ocular tuberculosis and serpiginous choroiditis. Case summary: (Case 1) A 51-year-old male presented with blurred vision in the right eye. Fundus examination revealed peripapillary multiple yellowish serpiginous chorioretinal lesions in the right eye. Fluorescein angiography of the active lesion showed hypofluorescence in the early phase and hyperfluorescence in the late phase. Indocyanine green angiography showed hypofluorescence during the early and late phase. Optical coherence tomography of the active lesion showed thick choroidal infiltration, as well as infiltration of the retinal pigment epithelium and loss of choriocapillaries. The quantiFERON-TB test was positive and the patient was diagnosed with serpiginous-like choroiditis in ocular tuberculosis. (Case 2) A 43-year-old male who had been treated for serpiginous choroiditis presented with decreased visual acuity in both eyes. Fundus examination revealed multiple serpiginous chorioretinal atrophic lesions in both eyes, and there was no recurrence lesion. During follow up examination, a new active lesion was observed. Fluorescence angiography and Indocyanine green angiography findings of the active lesion were similar to that of case 1. Optical coherence tomography of the active lesion showed irregularly elevated retinal pigment epithelium and loss of inner and outer segments of the photoreceptors line. He was diagnosed with recurrence of serpiginous choroiditis. 목적: 안결핵으로 인한 유사뱀모양맥락막염과 뱀모양맥락막염의 감별 진단 시 빛간섭단층촬영의 유용성을 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: (증례1) 51세 남자가 우안 시야 흐림으로 내원하였다. 안저 검사에서 우안의 시신경유두 주위에 황백색의 뱀모양의 맥락막망막 침윤이 관찰되었다. 활동성 병변 부위에서 형광안저혈관조영 검사에서 초기에 저형광, 후기에는 과형광으로 나타났고, 인도시아닌그린혈관조영 검사에서는 초기와 후기 모두 저형광으로 나타났다. 빛간섭단층촬영에서 맥락막의 두꺼운 침윤 및 망막색소상피층으로의침윤소견이 보이고, 맥락막모세혈관층의 소실이 관찰되었다. QuantiFERON-TB가 양성으로 판정되었고, 안결핵으로 인한 유사뱀모양맥락막염으로 진단하였다. (증례2) 뱀모양맥락막염으로 치료 중이던 43세 남자가 양안시력 저하로 내원하였다. 안저 검사에서 양안에 뱀모양의 맥락막망막 위축이 관찰되었으나, 재발 없이 경과관찰 중 새로운 활동성 병변이 관찰되었다. 활동성 병변의 형광안저혈관조영 및 인도시아닌그린혈관조영 검사소견은 증례 1과 유사하였으나, 빛간섭단층촬영에서 불규칙하게 상승된 망막색소상피층 및 광수용체 내외절 경계의 소실소견만 관찰되어 기존의 뱀모양맥락막염의 재발로 진단하였다.
