The aim of this paper is to survey the meaning of "Chi Wu Lun", the subject matter of Chapter II in Chuang-tzu. According to the traditional concept, some scholars assert Chi Wu Lun means "all things are the same afterer all", and the others assert that it means "all the opposed concepts become the same after all." The author has got the following conclusion. Many different concepts are derived from the fact that all things are the different other things. If we find all things are the same after all, we are able to perceive that different other concepts become the same in the long run. In this viewpoint, it is known that the two concepts are connected each other in Chi Wu Lun Chuang Tzu suggested.
Purpose of this study is aimed at examination and to analyze the functional view of education, children's view, social view in the future, teacher's view, educational target and educational leader's view, etc. which will create the basis of educational management views of school principal and thereby attempt to find a solution for developing plan of elementary education under the foundation of this clarification following the general tendency. Following conclusion was drawn through this study: 1.School principals are consider the education is an essential measure of the national and social development also recognize the elementary education plays a major part to socialize the children. 2.School principals consider the children as a leaders of the country and society in the future and intending to raise moral and independent human through education. 3.Consider teachers as a main body of education also the final determinant of education, and so desire an image of teacher as a human being rather than the professional teacher. 4.School principals have a view of the future society as a highly industrialized society, internationally competitive society, rapidly changing scientific and highly civilized society. 5.Recognize educational goal as the individually septended ability that contribute to the development of nation and people was the most important. 6.As a teaching-learning measure, the research activities of children and principally self-control were emphasized. 7.School principle consider the harmony among men to lead their affiliated personel is the most important matter. 8.The educational views of the consolidated school principals develop to tendency is essential principle, practical value principle, existentialism and so they have social education view, Confucian educational view and individual education view according to the realitic perception. On the basis of the aforementioned conclusion, the following programs have been suggested for the accomplishment of school principal's educational management and the improvement of elementary education: 1.Innovate the educational management views and strengthen the research study for the modern management techniques thereby arranging self and realistic teachers' views, then have to innovate the given condition of services which is able to induce spontaneous motives as well as displaying democratic leaderships. 2.Specifying the goals of school educational and promote actualism, emphasize participation of the entire personnel in order to established the school education programs. 3.For the management of education course, it is necessary to have diversity to establish human image to form through educational goal and education upon strengthening of the self-control and localized natures.
본 연구에서는 지방부도로로서 전주-남원간 4차선 도로를 사례로 道路環境要因과 交統事故와의 관계를 조사 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 분석결과와 도로설계시의 示唆點을 도출할수 있었다. 첫째, 사례대상 도로의 교통사고를 잘 설명할 수 있는 도로환경 요인변수로는 교차지점수, 횡단보도수, 곡선반경, 마을횡단여부등으로 나타났다. 이중 단위구간애 交叉地點數가 교통사고율과 가장 밀접한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이러한 분석결과는 사례대상 도로와 같이 지역간 간선도로의 기능을 수행하며 교통량이 많고 교통흐름이 빠른등의 교통특성을 가지는 도로의 경우 도로의 설계시 준거로 삼을 수 있는 몇가지 示唆點을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 단위구간애 교차지점수를 되도록 줄이고, 횡단보도수는 최대 3개 미만이 되도록 하며, 곡선반경도 가능한 400m이상이 되도록 하고, 도로가 가능한 마을을 횡단하지 않도록 하여야 교통사고를 감소시킬 수 있을 것임을 시사하고 있다. Traffic accidents are generally explained it terms of the interaction among driver, vehicle, and roadway factors. The purposes of this paper are to analyze the roadway factors related to accident rates and to derive the road design elements and criteria. According to the results, the main roadway elements, which explained best the relationships between accident rates and roadway factors, were the number of intersections, the number of pedestrian crosses, the redius of road sections and crossing village, etc. Of these elements the number of intersections was the most influential factor related to accident rates by each section of the case road. And the findings from these analyses suggest that the more the number of intersections and the number of pedestrain cross increase, the more the accident rates would increase, and that the more the radius of each road section diminish, the more the accident rates would increase. The road design elements and design criteria to diminish accident rates, such as the number of intersections or of pedestrian crosses, and the minimum radium of each road section, were supposed.
In this paper, I have examined some methods for interpretation of the Hui Shih's seven propositions which are generally considered most paradoxical among his ten propositions, and suggested which one is most appropriate for the right interpretation. His underlying meaning through these paradoxical statements are as follows: Hui Shih indicated the relative limitation, thorugh his paradoxes, of our empirical knowledge that would compare and measure the aspects of spatial things or the progress of time. Moreover he elucidated paradoxically the blindpoints of common ideas about the natural phenomena and the meaning of our language which were accepted being self-evident in our lives.
Traffic accidents bring about not only personnel injuries but also enormous social economic losses. In Chunbuk Province, the total amount of traffic accidents has increased at the annual average rate of 8.8% during recent 10 years (1982∼1992), which is higher than that of 6.2% in the whole country of Korea during the same period. The purposes of this study were to investigate the characteristics of traffic accidents and to propose the countermeasures diminishing traffic accidents, paticulary appropriate to the regional dimension, in Chunbuk Province. In Chunbuk Province the proportion of pedestrian accidents and the rate of traffic deaths to the whole traffic accidents were respectively higher than those of the whole country paticularly on national highways. In this study the countermeasures to diminish these traffic accidents were proposed from the viewpoint of comprehensive approach including human, road environmental and institutional aspects.
