Necrotizing pancreatitis develops in about 10-20% of patients with acute pancreatitis, and pancreatic abscesses develop in 3% of them. The mortality of pancreatic abscess has been reported up to 40% in one study. Recently, there are several reports that show good results with n on-surgical therapy, such as percutaneous drainage and endoscopic drainage, but if the non-surgical drainage fails, surgical therapy are recommended. However, there is no definite therapeutic method which is suggested yet so far after the failure of the surgical drainage. So we report the case in which we experienced successful treatment of pancreatic abscess by endoscopic removal of necrotic tissue through the gastrocystostomy, after the failure of the surgical debridement and internal drainage through gastrocystostomy.

신제품이 개발 출시되어 크게 성장 할 수 있다는 것은 그것을 채택, 수용해 줄 수 있는 혁신층과 조기수용자 층의 소비자 구조를 가지고 있어야만 한다. 신제품 수용자의 조기 확보는 신제품 개발에 소요된 비용은 조기에 보충할 수 있고, 많은 고객을 확보하여 매출의 증대가 용이하고, 마케팅비용의 감소를 가져올 수 있으며. 시장에서 리더십을 가짐으로써 효과적 시장 진입이 되기도 한다. 이와 같이 신제품의 수용과 확산의 연구에서 혁신성이 차지하는 중요도가 매우 높기 때문에 많은 관심을 끌어 온 것이 사실이다. 그러나 이러한 혁신과 수용성 연구의 중요성에 비추어 혁신성에 대한 발견 사실의 모호성과 함께 관련변수에 관한 끊임없는 논의가 지속되어 왔고, 동시에 혁신성 연구가 지금까지 취하여 왔던 방향과 주제에 관련해서도 많은 비판이 이루어져 온 것도 사실이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 아직 논리적으로나 실체적으로 방법론이 확립되어 있지 않은 디자인 혁신의 개념을 새롭게 정립하고 그 특징과 요소를 분석하고 객관적인 기준으로 변한 할 수 있는 지표를 찾는다. 또한 디자인 혁신에 있어서 유사성 판단에 관한 실험을 통해 제품 집단의 유형과 기준을 명확히 파악하고 각 샘플의 공간 해석과 함께 시자극적 특성을 정량적으로 평가하는 실험적 이론으로 사용하고자 한다. 이는 디자인에 있어서의 혁신을 인지하고 각 제품 속에 속한 샘플들을 특징별로 지각하는 보다 과학적인 디자인 접근방법에 관해 새로운 방향을 모색할 수 있도록 하였다. However in spite of these Innovation and acceptance, there have kept the ceaseless disputes about finding the Innovation and related function, at the same time the study of innovation has been criticized about the direction and the theme we have taken until now. From this point of view, the methodology has not been established In the area of logic and its reality, and this study tries to set up the concepts and analyze the characteristic and the elements and find the standard to change those characteristics and elements in to objective standard. In addition, through the judgment of the similarity In the design innovation, it tries to identify clearly the types and the standard of the set of the products, Interpret the space of each sample, and use it as the experimental theory to evaluate the visual characteristics, Thus it can perceive innovation of the design. perceive the characteristics of the samples in each products, and find the new direction in the more scientific access to design.
Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

This research team found in previous studies, that the ginseng saponin metabolite IH901 induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells via a mitochondrial-mediated pathway, which resulted in the activation of caspase-9 and subsequently of caspase-3 and -8. Based on these results, the involvement of the Fas/Fas ligand (FasL) death-receptor pathway, in IH901-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells, was investigated. Levels of Fas and the Fas ligand (FasL) mRNA or protein were not increased by IH901, rather they were decreased significantly at 18 h post treatment. Soluble FasL (sFasL) was detectable by immunoprecipitation analysis En the medium of HepG2 cells treated with IH901. Increased levels of sFasL were inversely correlated with the levels of FasL. Preincubation of HepG2 cells with antagonistic anti-Fas antibody showed little protective effect, if any, on IH901-induced cell death. At a $30{\mu}M$ (24 and 48 h) and $40{\mu}M$ (24 h) concentration of IH901, the cytotoxic effect of IH901 was less then $50\%$, anti-Fas antibody prevented IH901-induced cell death. However, at a $60{\mu}M$ (24 and 48 h) and $40{\mu}M$ (48 h) concentration of IH901, cell death rates were about $80\%$ or more and most of the chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic effects of IH901 were manifested. Blocking the Fas receptor did not influence IH901-induced cell death. These results indicate that the Fas/FasL system is engaged, but not required for IH901-induced cell death, at pharmacologically significant concentrations.

Background: This study examined the effects of gabexate mesilate on spinal nerve ligation (SNL)-induced neuropathic pain. To confirm the involvement of gabexate mesilate on neuroinflammation, we focused on the activation of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and consequent the expression of proinflammatory cytokines and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were used for the study. After randomization into three groups: the sham-operation group, vehicle-treated group (administered normal saline as a control), and the gabexate group (administered gabexate mesilate 20 mg/kg), SNL was performed. At the 3rd day, mechanical allodynia was confirmed using von Frey filaments, and drugs were administered intraperitoneally daily according to the group. The paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) was examined on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day. The expressions of p65 subunit of NF-κB, interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, and iNOS were evaluated on the 7th and 14th day following SNL. Results: The PWT was significantly higher in the gabexate group compared with the vehicle-treated group (P < 0.05). The expressions of p65, proinflammatory cytokines, and iNOS significantly decreased in the gabexate group compared with the vehicle-treated group (P < 0.05) on the 7th day. On the 14th day, the expressions of p65 and iNOS showed lower levels, but those of the proinflammatory cytokines showed no significant differences. Conclusions: Gabexate mesilate increased PWT after SNL and attenuate the progress of mechanical allodynia. These results seem to be involved with the antiinflammatory effect of gabexate mesilate via inhibition of NF-κB, proinflammatory cytokines, and nitric oxide.
