Objectives This study sought to test the moderated mediating effect by examining whether career decision-making level (CDM) plays a mediating role in the effect of self-differentiation on adjustment to college Life and whether career preparation behavior(CPB) plays a controlling role in the relationship between self-differentiation and CDM. Methods In order to do so, a questionnaire was distributed to male and female college students nationwide through an online survey company. A total of 351 questionnaires were analyzed and the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and Process Macro v4.1. First, we investigated whether CDM plays a mediating role in the relationship between college students' self-differentiation and adjustment to college Life. Next, we investigated whether CPB plays a moderating role among the three variables. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of CDM through CPB was tested. Results The results showed that self-differentiation, CDM, CPB, and adjustment to college Life were all positively correlated. However, the relationship between self-differentiation and CPB was not statistically significant. Self-differentiation was found to have a positive effect on adjustment to college Life through CDM, and the effect was significant even after controlling for the mediating variable. CPB was found to be a moderating factor in the relationship between self-differentiation and CDM. Finally, the interaction between self-differentiation and CPB was found to have a significant effect on CDM, and CDM was found to have a significant effect on adjustment to college Life. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research are presented.

Epithelial-mensenchymal transition (EMT) is a biologic process that allows a polarized epithelial cell to enable it to assume a mesenchymal cell phenotype. EMT is a crucial mechanism for cancer progression and metastasis in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Multiple complex signaling systems are required for induction of EMT because epithelial cells undergoing EMT must undergo both functional and morphologic changes. We investigated the microRNA profiles of epithelial and mesenchymal lung cancer cell line to evaluate relationship between EMT and NSCLC. miR-149a was down-regulated in mesenchymal phenotypes. Therefore, we aimed to ascertain whether or not the overexpression of miR-149a inhibits invasion of lung cancer. In this study, the expression of miR-149a was down-regulated in advanced lung cancer. Overexpression of miR-149a induced a marked reduction of mesenchymal marker and increase epithelial marker in several lung cancer cell lines. The overexpression of miR-149a inhibits the invasiveness of lung cancer. miR-149a was predicted to directly bind with the 3``-UTR site of NOTCH2 based on the TargetScan. Notch has recently been shown to promote EMT. To assess whether or not miR-149a has a functional role in the down-regulation of endogenous NOTCH2 expression, we performed qRT-PCR in lung cancer cells after transfection with negative control or miR-149a precursor. When miR-149a was over-expressed, NOTCH2 mRNA expression was diminished compared with the control group. After Russian revolution took place in 1917, Bolsheviks took the regime and promulgated their national system as socialism and then began to develop arts for the common people under the leadership run by state. With the help of this peculiar trend of the times. Constructivism painters had a great effect on the practical formative arts by leading an active life in the industrial areas, such as experimental and pictorial conception, formative arts, and architecture, and industrial design as well as textile design and stage costume instead of seeking for irrational and aesthetic arts. Constructivism painters' stage of activity in the field of fashion design was performed for a short time between 1922 and 1925. The constructivism painters wanted clothing and textile design to be expanded comprehensively to the general people but they did not draw attention from many people than they expected. In the early 1920's before revolution took place, the technical production scale was extremely limited and so the realm of it is divided into three main parts. Firstly, the important principal of Constructivism can be regarded as a bold plane delineation, a reciprocal symmetry, a geometrical whole line, the graphic formative of a material, and the functional and basic material contrast together with color contrast, which are the self-conscious expressions for a new sense of life. Costume formative could make painters combine a plane formative with a material-formative pattern element. The painters made it a starting point to embody practical and simplified costume fit for the goal of daily life. The pattern of such a social group in fashion was working clothes and sports wear and the design of this costume was expressed with an oblong rectangular silhouette along with geometrical and architectural pattern. Secondly, Constructivism was an impetus for the industrialization of fashion. It was also a consciously-introduced fashion to bring up a new type of costume generalization from "the lower class" to show common value and benefit, and production system was done from individual production of handicrafts to mass products based on collage and abstract-absolutism painting. Displaying the mechanical process named the zygote of costume in sight endows the practical, technical and industrial character of formative significance. The meaning of industrial production gives an opportunity for the constructive painters to mass-produce model symbols based on constructivism to answer for its purpose and also the purpose of it is to combine the creativity of formative with product goods in sequence harmoniously. Thirdly, Since 1960, a lot of problems in which Constructivism took a great interest have been highlighted again as a hot potato. The reason is that a new trend of development bringing forth from fashion mode of 1960's is trying to aim for "target group called youth" through the advance of technology and the progress of industrial production and the innovation of fashion industry being applied into industrial design. The trend of this new culture made som innovative male and female painters exhibit the design drawn into the principal of the formative of constructivism. Geometrical tailored and the structure of rhythm being utilized into line and plane pattern and three-color tone being highly strained into material, and the pattern of color harmony have a firm foundation among various design models. The plane delineation of this costume is so firm and soft that it presents appearance like construction materials. The formative beauty and the space effect of this costume reveal their identity through the striking difference of color and rhythm. These basic elements are still formed as an important foundation for fashion designers to understand the depth of self-awareness.

This paper particularly focuses on productivity of more than one function in altering the meaning of the underlying derivational suffixes especially those which have one form, but more than one function in altering the meaning of the underlying lexeme, illustrating this phenomenon by referring to examples of the suffixes -er, -ist and -ful. Along these lines, brief reference is made to the methodology in Aronoffs(1976) comparison of productivity and Baayens(1989) productivity index formula. The author analyzes two key aspects of these suffixes: morphological productivity aspect and semantic aspect. Firstly, the productivity of any particular suffix can be analyzed with regard to the variety of its inflectional functions. Secondly, it can be assumed those suffixes that have varied inflectional function, in terms of etymology, begin with one function of meaning inflection that, tin time, extended and divided into many different functions of meaning of inflection. Therefore, from the standpoint of semantics, it seems resonable to consider those suffixes as polysemies rather than as homonyms.

Corporate has changed its approach to CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) from corporate philanthropy including monetary donation and aid into supporting cultural and arts activities as a strategic marketing so as to satisfy customers who seek quality of life and value and to build strong emotional connections with the customers. On the other hand, municipal governments have competitively held regional festivals using its local assets for place marketing in order to contribute to the competitiveness of the region. Therefore, community-based corporate can sponsor or hold local festivals to contribute to communities where place marketing is needed while practicing CSR at the same time. The Gyejoksan Barefoot Festival is a corporate-driven local festival that has been held by Mackiss Company since 2006. The Chungnam based company has built red clay road around Geyjok mountain which is a public place. The Gyejoksan Barefoot Festival is differentiated from other private local festivals in some ways; it has a unique content such as walking barefoot on the red clay road and Geyjoksan became a famous place while Mackiss Company has been practicing CSR. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of awareness about corporate-driven festivals on CSR and corporate image focusing the Gyejoksan Barefoot Festival. As a result, it was found that awareness of corporate-driven festival affects corporate image and SCR. The characteristics of corporate-driven festival can be changed according to the role of CSR in addition to the improvement of corporate image.
