        미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

        In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

      • 고상 에피텍시 성장을 이용한 elevated source/drain 공정연구

        Recently, semiconductor devices require the ultrashallow junctions and low leakage current. Self-implantation to make preamorphization prevents channeling and minimizes junction depth. But in this way, implantation with high energy makes defects like dislocation loop in depletion region and interface between amorphous silicon and silicon wafer. But solid phase epitaxy using low pressure chemical vapor deposition prevents channeling, allows the easy control of junction depth by amorphous layer thickness, and improves the conventional processes. Amorphous silicon films in source and drain by LPCVD are elevated from the Si substrate. This structure is called "elevated source/drain". The elevated source/drain process improves metal contact and simplify the fabrication process. Usually, the amorphously-deposited Si films by chemical vapor deposition are crystallized to polycrystalline films due to a formation of SiO₂layer at the amorphous Si/Si substrates interfaces. Formation of SiO₂layer on Si surface can be effectively prevented by flowing the Si₂H?? gas during the heating-up procedure for amorphous Si depositions. In this way, amorphously deposited Si layer onto (100) Si substrates was grown epitaxially during the post-deposition heat treatments. The suppression of surface SiO₂can be explained in terms of adsorption of SiHx adspecies, instead of oxygen from residual gases in the reactors, to Si surfaces after desorption of hydrogen from H-passivated Si surfaces. Employing Si₂H?? flowing and solid phase epitaxial growth, high-quality epitaxial Si layer was obtained at low temperatures below 500℃ without conventional high temperature cleaning procedures. Amorphous Si films on Si substrate are epitaxially grown and amorphous Si films on SiO₂layer remain as amorphous with proper heat treatments. Uncrystallized amorphous Si films on SiO₂layer can be selectively etched using the HNO₃/HF/HNO₃/CH₃COOH solution with proper mixing ratio and elevated source/drain regions were formed.

        The proximal tubular model is based on a simulation of fluid and ion transport across the tubular wall. This model includes a space between the basolateral cell membrane, tight junction and the basement membrane as lateral interstitial space. Salt transport into the interspace would induce an osmotic water flow across this membrane. The accumulation of salt and water solute within the interspace would create a sufficient hydrostatic pressure to drive this solution out across the permeable basement membrane ( σ, reflection coefficient = 0). We tested with this model the influence of σ and permeability characteristics (Pi) of the proximal tubular epithelium on transmembrane volume(Jv) and ion(Ji) fluxes and potential difference. Epithelial transport mechanism specifically included the possibility of coupled transport processes and the linear theory of nonequilibrium thermodynamics. The model predicted the following results. An increase in PNa decreased the reabsorption of all the major ions and water due to diffusion of Na into the lumen. An increase in Pa had an opposite effect: The electrochemical gradient favoring chloride reabsorption was established shortly after the initial segment. PHCO3 was ineffective in affecting proximal tubular transport of water and ions. While σNa, and σcl had very little effect on the proximal tubular transport, σHCO3 had a significant effect on JNa, Ja but not on JHCO3. It was due to an increase in convective flow of sodium and chloride secondary to an increase in Jv. It is concluded that the changes in σi or Pi for specific ions can have a differential effect on tubular transport since ion fluxes are the sum of both diffusive and convective components; the electrochemical gradient affects the former, and water flux and σi between which there is a kind of reciprocal relation affect the latter.

        Verrucous hemangioma is a structural variant of capillary, cavernous or mixed hemangioma which undergoes a reactive proliferative epidermal change. Most verrucous hemangiomas are present at birth, but in some cases, they appear during infancy. In most cases, the Iesions arise on the lower extremity. The differentiation of verrucous hemangioma from angiokeratoma circumscriptum is important because they are different on the therapeutic and prognostic aspects. We report a case of verrucous hemangioma which develop on the left lateral malleolar process of 18-year-old girl. The lesion was 3.2×2.6×1.5 cm sized, dark and keratotic. Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and irregular acanthosis in the epidermis. Greatly dilated vessels were seen just beneath epidermis or enclosed within the papillomatous epidermis in upper dermis. There were numerous capillary luminas and proliferation of endothelial cells in the lower dermis and subcutis. Treatment was by wide surgical excision and skin graft.

        본 논문은 발달장애유아 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 개발에 요구되는 기초연구로써 연구의 이론적 바탕을 확립하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 방법은 문헌조사 방법 및 현장 인터뷰기법을 병행하였다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫째, 발달장애유아의 가정 내 교육 욕구를 분석하고자 하였다. 둘째, 발달장애유아의 언어발달 양상을 검토하고자 하였다. 세 번째 목적은 유아의 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성의 주요 지침을 설정하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음 몇 가지로 제시된다. 1.가정 내 부모-유아간 관계형성이 우선 고려 되어야하고, 이에 따른 상호작용은 발달적 애착형성이 가능한 방향으로 정립되어야한다. 2.발달장애유아의 언어행동발달양상을 검토한 결과에 따르면, Piaget는 언어행동발달에 있어 감각운동기적 환경탐색 기능을 강조하고 있고, 이는 현재까지 중요한 유아 발달의 기저로 정착되었다. 따라서, 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달을 위한 컨텐츠 개발 내용에 있어서도 이러한 기저에 충실함이 합리적이다. 3.발달장애유아들에게는 언어행동 양상의 갈래가 크게 운동장애 및 감각결함으로 나누어질 수 있으므로, 이 두 가지 갈래의 각기 다른 특성이 컨텐츠 구성에서 충분히 고려되어야한다. 4.자폐성과 같은 중증 전반적 발달장애 유아를 위한 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성에서 특히 고려해야 할 두 가지 요소는 모방행동기능과 반복단순훈련기능 향상으로 결론지을 수 있다. This article planed to establish the theoretical foundations of the research as a basic study needed for developing the contents of verbal(language) behavior development for the infants with developmental disabilities. The methods used in the study was previous literature researches and interviews with subjects. The purposes of the study were divided into three parts. First, it was to analyze the educational needs of the infants with developmental disabilities in home settings. Second, it was to review and discover the language patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities. The third purpose was to devise the major guidelines of their language development's contents. The results of the study were described as the followings. 1.The relationships between the infants with developmental disabilities and their parents and their interactions should move to build the developmental attachments between them. 2.According to the literature findings of their language development patterns, Piaget concentrated on the functions of sensory motor environmental exploring in the language behavior development. The functions have been settled down into the important foundation for the infants' development. Thus, it was resonable that the content's development of the language behaviors for the infants with developmental disabilities should based on the function addressed by Piaget. 3.The language behaviors' patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities generally were classified into motor disabilities and sensory defect(deficiency). Therefore, the two factors should be considered for the constructions of the contents. 4.Constructing the contents of the language behavior developments for the infants with severely pervasive developmental disabilities such as autism, the improvements of two functions, imitative behavior and repetitive simple training should be considered.

      • 정신분열병환자의 혈장 Homovanillic Acid와 3-Methoxy-4-Hydroxy-Phenylglycol 농도비와 임상적 변수와의 관계

        The homovanillic acid(HVA) and 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol(MHPG) , the metabolites of dopamine and norepinephrine, in plasma were measured to examine the monoaminergic contribution to the psychopathology of schizophrenic illness. The relationship between HVA/MHPG ratio and clinical variables, such as positive-negative subgroup, age, onset age, duration of illnesstreatment and presence of family history. Twenty-five patients with schizophrenia after washout of neuroleptics were recruited for this study. The mean value of HVA/MHPG ratio was 2.15 in total patients with schizophrenia. Subjects were divided to two groups as high and low ratio group. No statistical differences were found between the high and low raio group in areas of clinical variables. However there appeared bimodal distribution in histogram. One group(n=21) showed the approximate normal distribution, another small group(n=4) distributed discretely beyond the ratio value 3. All of the patients of small group were positive schizophrenia. This finding suggests the possibility of clustering the schizophrenic illness biologically. In the near future the authors will try to confirm this finding in expanded numbers of subjects and in conjunction with 5-HIAA, another interesting monoaminergic metabolite.

        백서의 절치부 기능상실이 악관절 성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        As a secondary carilage, the condylar cartilage of the mandible is known to be responsive to extrinsic stimuli of local biomechanical origin. The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the mandibular joint to the loss of incisal function in the rat. Seventy five 21-day-old male rats(Sprague-Dawley strain) were divided into three groups and each groups were subdivided into 1,3,7,14, and 21 days groups. In incisor clip group, both the maxillary and the mandibular incisor teeth were trimmed bilaterally to the level of the gingiva every other day. The soft diet group was fed a soft diet consisting of mush or thick soup. The third group of untreated rats fed normal rat pellets constituted the control group. At 90 minutes prior to sacrifice, all rats were injected intravenously with 1 ? Ci/g body weight of [³H]-thymidine (Amersham UK,specfic activity=2 Ci/m mol). The animals were killed at 1,3,5,7,14,21 days and the TMJs were prepared for the histologic,histomorphometric and biochemical analysis. The results were as follows: 1.Both the incisor clip and soft diet groups exhibited reduced size and density of bony trabeculae underlying the condylar cartilage and retarded osteogenesis. 2.The thickness of the prechondrobiasic layer of the condylar cartilage was increased for the experimental period in all groups. 3.The thickness of prechondoblastic layer of superior portion of the condylar cartilage in both experimental group and that of posterior and posterosuperior portion in only incisor clip group were significantly reduced compared to the control group. 4.For all periods, incorporation of ³H-thymidine was signifiactly decreased compared to control group in the incisor clip group, and soft diet group exhibited intermediate in corporation value between the control and incisor clip group. These results suggested that the loss of incisal function by incisor clip and physical consistency of diet may have an effect on growth of the mandibular joint.
