It is known that physical imbalance caused by overuse of electronic devices causes a decrease in FMS and balance, and when physical deformation occurs, it also affects walking. Previous studies have primarily examined the physical fitness of older people, patients, or elite athletes. Therefore, the purpose is was compare FMS, static balance, and gait patterns of current adult men and women, examine what kind of difference appears, and use it as an index for future exercise program design and data for adult men and women. The subjects of the study were 10 adult males and 10 adult females who underwent FMS, static balance, and gait patterns tests. Independent t-tests were performed to examine differences in FMS, static balance, and gait patterns between groups using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program, with all statistical significance levels set to p<.05. In the first research results, FMS showed that active straight leg raise were higher in adult females(p<.001) and Trunk stability push up was higher in adult males(p<.001). Second, in gait patterns, Cadence was shown to be statistically significantly higher in adult females(p<.05). Therefore, adult males showed inadequate leg flexibility, and adult females showed weakened upper extremity muscle strength. In addition, it was found that the static balance showed a decrease in balance ability for both adult males and females as a whole, and that the adult females had a high Cadence when walking. Post-mortem studies that can prevent injuries should be conducted by verifying the effects of programs that enhance physical function that have declined in the future.

IV pitocin 11.8%, intrauterine rubber bag with IV pitocin 14.3%, abdominal hysterotomy 2.4%. 6) Morbidity : Infection 2.3%, hemorrhage 4.7%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive effects of Pilates mat-exercise for 12 weeks on senior fitness test and reaction time of senior citizens in their 75 or up in G city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the results are like below. First, out of items of senior fitness test, the upper extremity function, lower extremity function, balance, flexibility, and coordination showed significant differences(P<.05). Second, regarding the reaction time, the exercise group showed statistically significant differences before/after exercise(P<.05). Based on the positive effects of Pilates mat-exercise on fitness test of senior citizens in their 75 or up, this study is expected to provide basic data of exercise prescription for senior citizens, on top of preventing falling accidents.

The purpose of this study is to research the effect of pilates mat exercise on balance of the very elderly, to provide the basic data for the exercise prescription for the very elderly. For the subject of this study, we selected the elderly who had no experience in participating in a planned exercise program for a year, and can receive the pilates mat exercise group class among female seniors aged 75 years or older who were living in G city, we set 15 elderly among total 30 as exercise group, 15 elderly as control group. This program was conducted three times a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks. The data was processed by using the SPSS 18.0 program. The mean and standard deviation were calculated and tabulated. The significance level was set to .05. There was a significant difference in balance between forward and rearward on dynamic balance, but there was no significant difference between left and right. There was also a significant difference in the static balance. 12-week pilates mat exercise applied in this study partially increased or decreased balance of the elderly, but it will have a positive effect through continuous exercise.

To evaulate the possible association between IgA antibody and eosinophilic inflammation, we measured total IgA content, albumin, and eosinophil counts in sputa from 27 atopic asthmatics, 6 non atopic asthmatics and 13 non atopic non asthmatic controls (including 6 non atopic healthy controls, 2 patients with atopic dermatitis, 2 patients with allergic rhinitis, and 3 patients with rheumatoid arthritis.) 1) IgA antibody was predominant immunoglobulin isotype in sputum, followed by IgG and IgM. 2) IgA antibody levels in sputa were significantly higher in non atopic asthmatics than controls with no statistical significance between atopic asthmatics and controls. In atopic asthmatics with sputum eosinophilia (eosinophil counts 25% of 200 leukocytes), sputum IgA levels were significantly higher than those of atopic asthmatics without sputum eosinophilia and control,s respectively (p <0.05). 3) Albumin levels in sputa from asthmatic patients were significantly higher than controls(p<0.05). No association was found between albumin level and eosinophil counts in sputum. 4) The ratio of total IgA to albumin levels in sputum was significantly higher (about 10 100 times) than that of serum. 5) There was no significant correlation between total IgA content and albumin levels in sputum. 6) When comparing total IgA and albumin levels in both sputa and saliva from 6 asthmatic patients, minimal amount of IgA and albumin was detected in saliva(p<0.05). In conclusion, IgA antibody was the predominant immunoglobulin isotype in sputum, and apparently locally produced in bronchial mucosa, and IgA antibody levels in sputa were significantly higher in non atopic asthmatics and atopic asthmatics with sputum eosinophilia than controls.
