        8주간의 척추안정화 운동이 볼링선수의 FMS와 하지 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of 8-week spinal stabilization exercise on functional movement screen(FMS) and lower extremity function of bowlers. After performing spinal stabilization exercise twice per week for 12 weeks, bowlers showed the following results. A 12-week spinal stabilization exercise program influenced changes in FMS, indicating significant differences in deep squat (p<.01), huddle step (p<.05), and inline lunge (p<.05). However, it showed non-significant differences in shoulder mobility, leg raise, push up, and rotary stability. This effect also influenced changes in lower extremity function. The spinal stabilization exercise significantly improved right and left extension in peak torque (p<.05), right flexion (p<.01), and left flexion (p<.001). With regard to changes in total work, the results showed a significant difference in left flexion (p<.01), but it indicated non-significant differences in right extension, left extension, and right flexion (p>.05). In average power, differences were significant in right extension (p<.05) and right and left flexion (p<.01), but it was non-significant in left extension (p<.05).

        코어 근육이 요통에 미치는 영향에 관한 문헌 연구

        This literature review seeks to examine and verify the interactions and effects of Core muscles and Low Back Pain. Core or trunk are waist, pelvis, and abdomen muscles, which provide stable spine stabilization and body movement. These Core exercises are designed to show more muscle activity when performed in an unstable state, and there are various methods of exercise for Swiss ball movements, slings, and pier movements. In addition, Low Back Pain is experienced at least once in about 80% or more of the adult population. Low Back Pain There are many causes, but weakening of the lumbar trunk muscle strengthening reduces the stability of Core muscles, causing illness and pain. The interaction between these Low Back Pain and Core exercise depends on the exercise method of the previous study, but after participating in Core exercise, it is effective in improving the physical function and pain of back pain Low Back Pain. There are many causes of Low Back Pain, but Core exercise may be offered to prevent this. As a result, it is necessary to apply a lot of rehabilitation in the field of sports to systematically manage the competitiveness of athletes and the health of the general public, and to develop new training methods through verification of sustainable effects.

        12주간의 근력트레이닝이 대학생의 신체구성과, 기초체력, 1RM 및 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 12 weeks strength training has on body composition, basic physical fitness, 1RM and isokinetic muscular function of university students. Subjects: University students (24 male, 8 females) were 12 weeks of strength training. In this study, in addition to applying the movement did not participate in an exercise program. Participated voluntarily. Methods: Healthy Students in 33 patients (24 men, 9 women) were 12 weeks of strength training. Analysis of body composition and basic physical fitness, 1RM and isokinetic function were measured. Results: Changes in body composition did not change the weight. % Body fat and WHR than before exercise significantly decreased in men. women was a tendency to decrease. Physical fitness exercises in all the men and women were significantly higher than before exercise. All items(Leg press, Leg curl, Leg extention, Abdominal) 1RM in men and women were significantly higher than before exercise. Isokinetic exercise(knee extention, knee flextion) capacity than before the men and women in both exercise were significantly higher than before. Conclusions: Taken together, these results, 12 weeks of strength training, including basic strength of the college to improve the muscular function is considered. Therefore, based on these results, we enter adulthood, because college students are stressed the importance of strength training.

        반복이차계획법을 이용한 엔드플레이트 접합의 실제적 최적설계

        The optimum values of members consisting of end-plated connection are searched by using theoretical optimum, SQP method, and practical optimum. These values are obtained as the theoretical and practical optimum values by bolt size, and the optimum value of cost function. The SQP method is verified by investigating reliability of convergence and the structure engineer can use directly the practical optimum value of this program when he designed the end-plated connection. If the material property such as strength of bolt and plate and beam size are given as a input data, it is expected that this program is the excellent optimum design program that is searched the optimum value as concerns all end-plated connection.

        초등학교 비만아동들에게 방과 후 복합 Exercise-Diet 프로그램 적용에 따른 비만관련 변인의 효과 분석

        The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of after-school compound exercise-diet program on obesity profile of elementary school children's obesity. For the purpose of this study, we selected 37 elementary school children's obesity. We asked them to compound exercise-diet program for 12 weeks and then analyzed the effects of the program on the obesity profiles(body composition, physical fitness, blood lipid concentration, Routine CBC 8, visual analog scale. Regarding the changes in obesity profiles, participation of after-school compound exercise-diet program dance program group showed significant reduction in fat mass, %body fat. %abdominal fat and significant reduction in TC, LDL-C and significant increse in HDL-C after application of after-school compound exercise-diet program. Regarding the changes in visual analog scale increased significantly positive response after application of the after-school compound exercise-diet program To conclude, Applying of after-school compound exercise-diet program for elementary school children's obesity will be effectively appeared to decreasing of obesity.

        Sling을 이용한 Core 운동이 생리증후군 요통환자의 기초체력과 족부밸런스 및 통증정도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability by analyzing the effect of core exercise using Sling on basic physical strength, foot balance and subjective pain scale in patients with low back pain caused by period pains. Eight female subjects aged 20 years participated in the study and peformed core exercise using Sling during twelve weeks, two per each week. The basic physical strength, foot balance and subjective pain sale were measured as dependent variables. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, the result of basic physical strength showed that there are significant improvements in grip strength of both hands, sit-up, vertical jump and trunk forward flexion. Secondly, when analyzing the foot balance, there were no significant differences in each foot and total weight. Thirdly, subjective pain scale was decreased significantly. Taken together, the result of this study suggests that core exercise using Sling can be an effective physical intervention for the patient with low back pain caused by period pains

        골반 교정 운동과 요부안정화 운동이 검도선수들의 코어 근육 기능에 미치는 영향

        In the current study, a short-term corrective pelvic exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise were performed 12 times to elite kendo (Japanese fencing) players with chronic back pain to find out changes in the muscular functions of the core muscles. Ten elite kendo players at K University, who have chronic back pain, were selected as subjects of this study, and using gym ball and togu, corrective pelvic exercise and 12 times of short-term stabilization exercise were performed, respectively, on subjects. Using an isokinetic equipment, Cybex Humac Norm ; Back Joint system (USA), muscle strength of lumbar during flexion and extension was measured, and the result is as follows. In the analysis of the muscle function of lumbar at 60˚ angular velocity, the peak torque trunk extension and average power showed significant difference (p<.05). 2. In the analysis of the muscle function of lumbar at 60˚ angular velocity, there was significant difference in the peak torque trunk flexion (p<.05) and extension (p<.01). In addition, the total work trunk flexion and extension also showed significant difference (p<.01). 3. In the analysis of the muscle activity of lumbar at 240˚ angular velocity, there was significant difference in peak torque trunk flexion (p<.01) and extension (p<.05). Integrating the results of the current study, short-term lumbar stabilization exercise appears to have positively influenced the lumbar muscle function of the elite kendo players with chronic back pain. Furthermore, we hope for the continued research and development of the rehabilitation program through more clinical applications.

        Active Core 운동이 뇌졸중환자의 SFT와 족부압력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of active core training using all kinds of tools for 12 weeks on the Senior Fitness Test (SFT) result and foot pressure of patients who receive surgical treatment and drug therapy after a stroke. The subjects of this study were 20 patients at a rehabilitation welfare center for the elderly and they were divided into a training group (11 patients) and a control group (9 patients). The exercise method was proprioceptive exercise aimed at stimulating and training somatic senses and the subjects conducted exercise using a sling on an aero-step. The measurement items included body composition test, SFT, and foot pressure and training effect was examined. The 12-week exercise led to the following result. According to the SFT analysis result, stroke patients" active core training using a togu resulted in significant differences between the training group and the control groupin sitting and standing, raising a dumbbell, walking for six minutes, holding hands behind the back, and 2.44M walking round. There was no significant difference between the training group and the control group in foot pressure analysis. To sum up this study result, trunk stabilization exercise, in other words, active core training using a togu resulted in significant improvement in functional physical strength of stroke patients and therefore it can be said that trunk stabilization exercise has an intervention effect. Although there was no significant difference in foot pressure analysis, foot pressure distribution at the neutral position was seen, which suggests that there was influence on balance. Therefore, the researcher hopes that continuous development and study of rehabilitation programs will be made through more clinical applications.
