        신경인지검사 성적의 개인 내 변산성 : 조현병 환자, 형제자매 및 대조군 비교

        Objectives Intra-individual variability of cognitive performance across different tests or domains has been reported as an important index of cognitive function. The aim of the current study is to examine the intra-individual variability across different cognitive domains and tests in patients with schizophrenia, their unaffected siblings, and normal controls. We also compared the variability among three patient sub-groups divided according to the duration of illness. Methods Comprehensive neurocognitive tests were administered in order to stabilize patients with schizophrenia (n=129), healthy siblings (n=38) of the patients, and normal controls (n=110). Intra-individual variability was computed from the variance of the scores of six cognitive domains of the Measurement and Treatment Research to Improve Cognition in Schizophrenia consensus battery. We examined intra-individual variability across six factor-based cognitive scores and individual test scores of each cognitive domain. Results Compared to the normal control and sibling groups, patients showed significantly increased intra-individual variability across six cognitive domains and individual cognitive tests of each domain. Compared to the normal control, siblings showed significantly increased intra-individual variability only across individual tests of the processing of speed domain. Among patient sub-groups, those with the longest duration of illness (≥11 years) showed significantly higher intra-individual variability across six cognitive domains and across individual tests of the processing of speed domain compared to the other two groups. Conclusion This study identified cognitive dissonances across six cognitive domain schizophrenia patients. These cognitive characteristics were not observed in the sibling groups and seemed to progress during the course of illness. 본 연구는 조현병과 관련되어 나타나는 인지기능 결함을확인하였다. 환자군은 인지 영역간의 개인 내 변산성이 크게나타나 수행의 불균형이 두드러졌으며 특히 유병기간이 11년 이상으로 만성화된 환자일수록 개인 내 변산성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다른 인지 영역과 달리 처리 속도 영역에서만 소검사 간 개인 내 변산성은 환자, 형제자매, 대조군순서로 크고 환자들도 유병기간이 길어질수록 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 인지적 특성이 조현병 환자의 인지기능을 이해하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 생각된다.

        최근 휴가기간 동안 국외 및 국내 여행을 다녀왔거나 여행을 갈 생각을 하는 사람들이 늘어나는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 여행을 관리하는 웹 혹은 앱은 흔치 않다. 본 보고서에서는 여행을 다녀왔거나 갈 생각을 하고 있는 사람들이 방문지 및 사진을 쉽게 기록할 수 있는 웹을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자들이 손쉽게 방문지를 지도를 통해 검색하고 그에 따른 경로도 보여줄 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 방문지 별로 찍은 사진들을 기록할 수 있다.

        정수생태계의 지형적인 요인 변화와 윤충류 출현 종 수 및 개체군 밀도 변동에 대한 연구

        The time series data of rotifer community focusing on the species number and total density were collected from 29 reservoirs located at Jeonnam Province from 2008 to 2016 quarterly. The reservoirs had similar weather condition during the study period, but their sizes and water qualities were different. To analyze the temporal dynamics of rotifer community, the medians, ranges, outliers and coefficient of variation (CV) value of rotifer species number and abundance were compared. For the temporal trend analysis, time series of each reservoir data were compared and clustered using the dynamic time warping function of the R package “dtwclust”. Small-sized reservoirs showed higher variability in rotifer abundance with more frequent outliers than large-sized reservoirs. On the other hand, apparent pattern was not observed for the rotifer species number. For the temporal pattern of rotifer density, COD, phytoplankton abundance fluctuation, and cladoceran abundance fluctuation have been suggested as potential factor affecting the rotifer abundance dynamics.

        동물플랑크톤 연구에 있어 DNA 분석 기법의 활용 방법과 과제: 개체 동정에서 군집 분석, 생물학적 상호작용 분석까지

        Traditional morphological identification difficulties, such as phenotypic plasticity, misidentification of cryptic species, and larval stage species, can be compensated for by using DNA analysis techniques, such as DNA barcoding, in surveying zooplankton populations, including species identification. Recently, the rapid development of DNA sequencing techniques has allowed DNA-based community analysis not only for zooplankton assemblages in various aquatic ecosystems but also for the gut contents of zooplankton that are limited by conventional methods such as visual and microscopic identification. Therefore, the application of DNA sequencing can help understand biological interactions through the analysis of zooplankton food sources. The present paper introduces the major DNA-based approaches in zooplankton research topics, including taxonomic approaches by DNA barcoding, community-level approaches by metabarcoding, and gut content analyses, summarizes the analysis methods, and finally suggests the methodological topics that need to be considered for future applications.

        정수생태계 동물플랑크톤 채집 시 네트 인양 유형 및 수심에 따른 군집 정보 비교

        호소 생태계에 대한 생물측정망 조사 및 평가지침은 동물플랑크톤 조사의 편의성을 고려하여 출현 종 수와 개체군 밀도, 군집 지수 등을 상대적으로 비교하기 위해 수심 5m 이하의 얕은 호소-수변부에서 사선끌기, 수심 20 m 이상 호소-전수심 수직끌기, 그 이상의 깊은 호소-20 m까지의 수심을 대상으로 한 수직끌기를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지침에서 제시하는 방법 중 사선끌기법과 20 m 수직 끌기법을 각각 전수심을 대상으로 한 조사 방법과 비교하여 동물플랑크톤 군집 정보의 차이 및 특성에 대해 분석하였다. 군집 지수의 경우 수심이 얕은 호수에서의 사선끌기법/수직끌기법 비교에서는 차이를 보이지 않은 반면, 수심이 깊은 호소에서는 끌기 수심을 20 m로 제한할 경우보다 전수심 수직끌기를 적용했을 때 다양도 및 풍부도 지수가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사선끌기 및 20 m 수직끌기를 통해 채집한 동물플랑크톤 시료로부터 표면~저층 상층부까지의 전수심을 채집 대상으로 설정한 경우보다 약 3배 정도 높은 개체군 밀도가 계산되어, 동물플랑크톤 총 개체 밀도가 크게 과대 평가되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 차이는 동물플랑크톤 수직 분포 특성상 발생하는 수층별 동물플랑크톤 개체 밀도 차이 및 여과된 원수량의 차이에서 비롯된 결과로 판단되며, 이에 따라 호소를 대변하여 수체 간 또는 수체 내 변동을 보다 정확히 파악하고 호 내 2차 생산과 관련한 기능적 정량 지표로서 동물플랑크톤 군집 정보의 활용을 고려할 경우, 수심에 따른 개체군 밀도 분포와 전체 개체수 환산 시 수층별 기여율을 고려한 전수심 수직끌기 방법의 적용이 보다 적절할 것으로 분석되었다. Biomonitoring Survey and Assessment Manual for lake ecosystem suggest zooplankton collection methods to compare relatively the number of species, population density, and community indices, taking into account the convenience of the field sampling according to the sites' water depth. In this study, the oblique towing and 20 m vertical towing methods presented in the manual were respectively compared with the whole water column-vertical towing and we analyzed the differences and characteristics of zooplankton community information gathered by each collection method. For community indices, there was no difference in the comparison of oblique/vertical towing methods in the shallow lake, but in the deep lake, the diversity and richness indices increased when vertically towing through whole water column rather than when limiting the towing depth to 20 m. In addition, the total zooplankton density collected by the oblique/20 m vertical towing methods was about three times higher than the whole water column-vertical towing method, which means that the density of zooplankton community can be overestimated depending on the collection methods. It appears to be results of differences in the zooplankton density by water layer arising from their vertical distribution and in filtered raw water quantity according to the towing depth/distance. Hence, for zooplankton community information to be used as a functional quantitative indicator representing the entire lake, it would be more appropriate to apply the whole water column-vertical towing method with considering the distribution of zooplankton density by depth and contribution rate of each water layer when converting total zooplankton density.

        담수생태계 특성을 고려한 동물플랑크톤 정량 조사법의 비교와 활용

        Zooplankton is essential biological assemblage in understanding the structure and function of aquatic ecosystems, since it plays as a linkage between primary producers and higher trophic level organisms such as fish. Although zooplankton has planktonic characteristics, the sampling and treatment methods for its community analyses are more complicated and variable compared with phytoplankton due to its high diversity in body size and species-specific depth selection behaviors. In the present paper, we reviewed representative classical methods for field sampling and treatments of freshwater zooplankton in relation with quantification of its community structure, and suggested appropriate methods depending on various research objectives.

        낙동강 수생태계 먹이망 구조 분석: 안정동위원소 비 기반의 정량적 생태정보를 이용한 영양단계 시공간 분포 경향 파악

        Recently, quantitative analyses of food web structure based on carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes are widely applied to environmental assessments as well as ecological researches of various ecosystems, particularly rivers and streams. In the present study, we analyzed carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of POM (both planktonic and attached forms), zooplankton, benthic macroinvertebrates and fish collected from 6 sites located at Nakdong River. Samples were collected from upstream areas of 5 weirs (Sangju, Gangjeong-Goryeong, Dalseong, Hapcheon-Changnyeong, and Changnyeong-Haman Weirs) and one downstream area of Hapcheon-Changnyeong Weir in dry season (June) and after rainy season (September). We suggested ranges of their carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios and calculated their trophic levels in the food web to compare their temporal and spatial variations. Trophic levels of organisms were relatively higher in Sangju Weir located at upper part of Nakdong River, and decreased thereafter. However, the trophic levels were recovered at the Changnyeong-Haman Weir, the lowest weir in the river. The trophic level calculated by nitrogen stable isotope ratios showed more reliable ranges when they were calculated based on zooplankton than POM used as baseline. The suggested quantitative ecological information of the majority of biological communities in Nakdong River would be helpful to understand the response of river food web to environmental disturbances and can be applied to various further researches regarding the quantitative approaches for the understanding food web structure and function of river ecosystems as well as restoration.

        간호대학생의 환자안전관리활동 영향요인

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 환자안전관리활동, 환자안전관리 태도, 도덕적 민감성 및 비판적 사고성향을 파악하고 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 전라남도에 소재한 3개 대학교 간호학과에 재학중인 간호대학생 중 임상일습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년으로 연구참여에 동의한 213명에게 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Win 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립t검정(Independent t-test)과 분산분석(ANOVA), 사후검정은 쉐프 검정(Scheffe test), 피어슨 상관관계분석(pearson correlation), 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression)을 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과 환자안전관리활동 점수는 5점 만점에 4.09점 이었으며, 환자안전관리 태도는 5점 만점에 3.85점, 도덕적 민감성은 7점 만점에 4.78점, 비판적 사고성향은 5점 만점에 3.76점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전관리활동은 전공만족도에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 환자안전관리활동은 환자안전관리 태도와 도덕적 민감성, 비판적 사고성향과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 변수는 비판적 사고성향과 도덕적 민감성으로 나타났으며, 본 모형의 설명력은 22%이었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 환자안전관리활동 향상을 위한 방법으로 비판적 사고성향과 도덕적 민감성을 높이기 위한 구체적이고 현실적인 교육과정 개발 및 중재가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students patient safety management activities, attitude of patient safety, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition and to identify the influencing factors for patient safety management activities of nursing students. Data were collected from 213 nursing students in their 3, 4 years who had clinical practice experience and agreed to participate. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, pearson correlation and multiple regression were used SPSS Win 27.0 program. As a result of this study, patient safety management activities was 4.09 points out of 5 points. The average score of attitude of patient safety was 3.85 points out of 5 points. Moral sensitivity was 3.85 points out of 7 points. Critical thinking disposition was 3.76 points out of 5 points. Patient safety management activities showed a significant difference based on the participant’s general characteristics, particularly their major satisfaction. Patient safety management activities were positively correlated with attitude of patient safety, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition. Factors affecting patient safety management activities were shown to the critical thinking disposition and moral sensitivity. The power of explanation for this model was 22%. Based on the findings, concrete and practical educational programs and interventions aimed at enhancing critical thinking disposition and moral sensitivity among nursing students are needed to improve patient safety management activities.

        호텔 직원의 직무불안정성과 정서적 몰입 및 직무성과의 관계 - 정서적 몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        This case study analyzed hotel employees' job insecurity and job performance. It particularly tested the mediating effects of affective commitment on the relationships between job insecurity and job performance. By doing so, this study provides implications for more effective business performance and human resource management in the hotel business. First, it is approved that hotel employee's job insecurity is an important factor determining job affective commitment. In other words, job insecurity leaded to a negative affective effect. Second, it is confirmed that hotel employee's job insecurity had a negative effect on job performance Third, it is approved that hotel employee's affective commitment is an important factor determining job performance. In other words, affective commitment had a positive effect on job performance. Furthermore, hotel employees' affective commitment played a mediating role in the relationship between job insecurity and job performance. This study presents theoretical and practical implications to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance management performance in a hotel environment where human resource management is important. It is necessary to study effective human resource management methods for the improvement of organizational performance and organizational stability as well as individual job satisfaction of hotel employees.
