        표준화환자를 활용한 실습교육이 피하주사 간호수행능력, 자기주도학습 준비도 및 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of teaching method using Standardized Patients (SPs) on nursing competence, self-directed learning readiness, and problem solving ability-focusing on subcutaneous insulin injection. Methods: This research was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized post-test design. The subjects consisted of 62 junior nursing students at E University. Scenarios to train SPs and checklists to evaluate the students’ competence were developed by our research team. The experimental group (n=31) participated in the teaching class using SPs. The control group (n=31) received traditional practice education. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, c2/Fisher’s exact test, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s a using SPSS WIN 14.0 Program. Results: The mean scores of competence, self-directed learning readiness, and problem solving were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion: As confirmed by this research findings, the teaching method using SPs was more effective than the traditional method to improve junior nursing students’ competence, self-directed learning readiness, and problem solving. Therefore, It is necessary to develop a various of scenarios and to testify their effectiveness.

        고등교육 학위과정에 참여하는 북한이탈(탈북)중년여성의 ‘전환학습’에 대한 현상학적 연구

        This research focuses on the learning process of middle-aged women among North Korean refugees who have attended or are attending in higher education courses for bachelor degree. It intends to explore the meaning of learning in their bachelor degree-acquisition process and to see the life changes and the fundamental meaning of learning experiences based on the transformative learning theory. Furthermore, this study inquire how do the changes affect on their children’s education and the unified Korea. Phenomenological methodology, one of the qualitative research methods using in depth interview, is applied. Eight participants who are middle-aged North Korean female defectors taking or have taken courses at the higher education institutes were interviewed for this study.Major findings were as follows. Extraction from the interview text reveled 1,316 meaning unit. After comparing codes, six categories and 22 subcategories were identified from the data. The categories were: 1) hard and thorny journey - defected from North Korea, 2) settlement between relief and insecurity, 3) learning to live, 4) learning accomplishment and transformative learning, 5) unification practice of two generations, 6) self-realization and its meaning. Learning process of the higher education courses of the middle-aged North Korean female refugees first changed the human life, second influenced mental stability with the improvement of the intellectual, social, and economical status. Third, the research found that learning is the process of realizing ‘humanity’throughout their lives. Therefore, the research have implications for new North Korean defectors policies and their lifelong learning practices. 본 연구는 고등교육 학위과정에 참여하는 탈북중년여성의 학습에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구의 연구내용은, 탈북중년여성의 학위 취득 과정에서 이루어지는 학습의 의미를 알아내고, 전환학습의 관점에서 학습 성과로 얻어진 삶의 변화, 그리고 그 의미의 본질을 파악하는 것이다. 나아가 이들의 변화가 자녀교육 및 미래 통일한국에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 연구 방법은 주제의 특성에 따라 심층면담을 통한 질적 연구 중 현상학적 기법을 활용하였다. 연구 참여자는 고등교육 학위과정을 공부하거나 학위과정을 마친 8명의 탈북중년여성이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구자는 연구를 통하여 1,316개의 의미 단위를 발견하였고, 이를 통하여 22개의 하위구성요소, 여섯 가지의 의미구성요소를 도출하였다. 의미구성요소는 <어렵고도 험난한 길-탈북>, <안도와 불안의 교차점 뿌리내리기>, <배워야 사는 세상>, <배움의 성취와 전환학습>, <두 세대의 통일연습>. 마지막으로 <자아실현과 그 의미>이다. 탈북중년여성의 고등교육 학위과정 학습은 첫째, 평생학습은 인간의 삶을 변화 시키고, 둘째, 탈북중년여성의 고등교육 경험은 심리적 안정과 지적․사회적․경제적 지위를 향상시켰으며, 셋째, 삶은 배움을 통하여 ‘인간다움’을 만들어 가는 과정임을 발견하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과가 향후 탈북자를 위한 정책과정에 반영되고, 평생학습의 장을 넓히는 역할에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        간호대학생의 자아실현과 정신건강에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-actualization and mental health of nursing students. The result of the study in return will provide basic formation for educating excellent professional nurses or leaders. A convenient sample of 400 students was selected from three universities and three colleges located in Seoul and Kyungki-Do. The data were collected suing a direct survey method from the 2nd of September to the 25th of September 1992. The instruments used for this study were the self-actualization test modified by Kim & Lee(1983) and the mental health test modified by Lee(1986). The collected data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation using SPSS PC^+. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The self-actualization of subjects 1) The self-actualization of subjects was moderate higher scores in the areas of Inner Directed, Capacity (p<0.5), Self Actualizing Values and Feeling Reactivity than the freshman and sophomore. 2. The mental health of subjects 1) Moderate mental health problems was found in the 0.5% of the total subjects. This subjects showed higher scores in the areas of Depression than the standardized normal groups(p<0.001). 2) The satisfied groups with nursing as a major showed better mental health than other groups. Especially, there was a significant difference in areas of Obsessive-Compulsive, Hostility, Psychotism(p<0.5), Interpersonal Sensitivity, Depression and Global Severity Index(p<0.1). The satisfied groups with college life showed better mental health than any groups. 3) Birth rank and experience of failure on the college entrance examination did not make any significant difference on the scores of mental health assessment scale. The students without any religion showed higher scores in Depression than those who have a religion(p<0.5). The junior and senior students showed better mental health than the freshman and sophomore. 3. The relationship between self-actualization and mental health of subjects 1) The relationship between the subfactors of self-actualization and the subfactors of mental health ranged between- .46 and .07 2) The relationship of Self Regard and Global Severity Index was the highest o fall the subfactors. The relationship of Self Regard and Interpersonal Sensitivity showed second highest of all subfactors. In summary, self-actualization and mental health depend on satisfaction with nursing as a major and college life, and grade. There was a positive correlation between self-actualization and mental health. Therefore, the efficient management at life guidance program would be required to improve satisfaction with nursing as a major and college life from educational viewpoint.

        산업대학 성인학습자의 학습경험 의미에 대한 현상학적 접근

        Human beings develop from leaning. Thus, adults who have had a past experience of an academic gap would find a significant life meaning when returning to the pursuit of learning. The purpose of this research is to understand the meaning of mature aged students' learning experience. By applying the phenomenological method, this dissertation attempted to draw the essential meaning of learning experiences from the internal perspective of research subjects. As a result, the following six components were drawn, (1) Sorrow treated as a high school graduate; (2) realizing 'myself' through a learning experience process; (3) the cyclic process of learning experience and experiential learning; (4) achievement of learning; (5) three-step classified 'reflections' arising throughout the entire learning process; (6) self-sustained growth towards 'human becoming'. Furthermore, 'life', 'learning' and 'experiences' are in a straight line, learning is performed throughout the entire life course, and humans can have the power to change themselves by practicing 'human becoming' for living like a human being. This is why learning matters. Accordingly, human beings have to learn ceaselessly all through their lives. 인간은 배움으로 성장한다는 관점에서 학력단절의 과거를 지닌 성인에게 다시 배움의 길로 들어섬은 그들의 삶에 중요한 의미가 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 산업대학 성인학습자의 학습경험에 대한 의미를 밝히는 데 있다. 또한 산업대학 성인학습자 학습경험의 의미를 심층적으로 이해하기 위하여 질적연구방법 중 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 여섯 가지 의미구성요소가 도출되었다. <고졸자로서의 서러움>, <학습경험 과정을 통한 ‘나’ 찾아가기>, <학습경험과 경험학습의 순환과정>, <배움의 성취>, <학습 전(全)과정에 걸쳐 일어나는 3단계로 분류되는 ‘성찰’>, <‘인간되기’를 향한 지속적 성장>이다. 따라서 ‘삶’과 ‘학습’과 ‘경험’이 일직선상에 있으며, 학습경험은 인생의 전 과정에서 이루어지고, 그 의미는 인간다운 삶을 위한 ‘인간되기’인 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 성인학습자의 학습경험은 그들 삶의 변화의 효과성에 비추어 볼 때 고졸자뿐만 아니라 일반 성인으로 확대될 필요가 있다.

        웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 기본간호 실습교육 효과에 대한 융합연구

        본 연구는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 기본간호 실습교육의 효과를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구 설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상자는 M시에 소재하는 대학의 간호학과 2학년 64 명이었다. 자료수집은 2013년 9월부터 10월까지 시행되었다. 연구결과는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 적용한 실험군 의 학습동기(t=5.44, p<.001), 실습만족도(t=6.98, p<.001), 핵심기본간호술 수행능력(p<.001)이 대조군 보다 높아 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 그러나 자기주도학습은 두군 간의 차이가 없어 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 웹기반 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용하여 기본간호 실습교육의 효과가 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구 에서는 간호대학생들의 역량강화를 위해 기본간호 실습교육과정에 웹기반 콘텐츠 간호교육 프로그램이 필요함을 제언한다. This study aimed to examine the effects of the web-contents nursing education program for fundamental nursing. The study is non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were 64 nursing students in M City. The data was collected from September to October in 2013. The result showed that there were significant improvement in learning motivation(t=5.44, p<.001), practice satisfaction (t=6.98, p<.001), core nursing skills(p<.001) in the experimental group than the control group. However, self-directed learning was not statistically signigicant between the groups. Therefore, this study confirmed that the effect of the web-contents nursing education program in the fundamental nursing practicum. Also, the web-contents nursing education program is needed in the practicum education curriculum to enhance nursing students' competencies in these areas.
