고강도 유산소운동에 따른 청소년의 최대산소섭취량 성장 관련 호르몬 세로토닌과 작업기억의 관련성

The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship on maximal oxygen uptake, growth related hormone, serotonin and working memory by high-intensity aerobic exercise for 12weeks. The participants were male middle-school students who were divided into two groups; control group(n=8, non-exercise) and high-intensity aerobic exercise group(n=10) by treadmill 75 % VO₂max intensity did 12 weeks for 3 times a week. Also Measured was for performed in pre and post(after 12 weeks) same test by body composition, maximal oxygen uptake, blood sampling and working memory test. All data were analyzed descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA for repeated measurement in case of significant within groups and interaction. Also after high-intensity aerobic exercise data influence analyzed with multiple regression analysis. Result was shown maximal oxygen uptake, GH, serotonin, working memory not significant within groups, however shown to difference significant in the period(p<.05), (p<.05), (p<.05), (p<.05). Especially interaction effect between groups and period was significant in maximal oxygen uptake, serotonin, working memory(p<.05), (p<.05), (p<.05). The correlation analysis from after high-intensity aerobic exercise between GH and testosterone were negative correlation(p<.01), between GH and maximal oxygen uptake were positive correlation(p<.01). And correlation analysis from after high-intensity aerobic exercise between working memory and serotonin(p<.05). Also predicted into positive influence from maximal oxygen uptake to GH, serotonin, working memory by after high-intensity aerobic exercise(p<.001), (p<.05), (p<.01). Thus, we known through this study result that positive influence for increasing maximal oxygen uptake on the GH, serotonin and working memory in adolescent male by 75%VO₂max of high-intensity aerobic exercise.
규칙적인 걷기운동 참여가 중년여성의 정신 건강 상태와 건강 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 2013년 제 6기 1차년도 국민건강영양조사를 토대로 40-64세의 중년여성을 추출하여 걷기운동의 참여 유·무에 응답한 1,446명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 중 ‘전혀 하지 않음’으로 응답한 대상자 551명을 비운동 집단으로, ‘하루에 10분 이상 걷기운동을 3일 이상 한다.’라고 응답한 895명을 걷기운동 집단으로 구분하여 정신건강 상태와 건강관련 삶의 질의 차이를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 정신건강 하위요인인 스트레스 인지도와 우울감 여부에서 걷기운동 집단이 비운동집단에 비해 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 건강관련 삶의 질 하위요인인 운동능력은 걷기운동 집단이 높았으며 불안/우울은 걷기운동 집단이 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노년을 준비하는 시기인 중년여성에게 주 3회 이상 규칙적인 걷기운동은 정신건강과 삶의 질을 개선하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted with 1,446 women aged 40-64 years who responded to participation of the Walking exercise based on Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2013. In this study, 551 respondents who responded as ‘non exercise’ were classified in ‘control group’. The other 895 respondents who responded as ‘the walking exercise more than 10 minutes a day and more than three times a week’ were classified in ‘walking exercise group’. With those two groups analysis was conducted for finding differences between mental-health status and health-related quality of life. The result, there showed significantly lower walking exercise group than non-exercise group on stress perception and depression in mental-health status. Also there showed significantly higher walking exercise group than non-exercise group on activity ability and showed significantly lower anxiety/depression in health-related quality of life. Therefore, the regular walking exercise of three times a week to middle-aged women was shown improve in mental-health status and health-related quality of life.
VDR 유전자 FF/Ff 타입별 우수 쇼트트랙 선수들의 VO₂max, HRmax, AT의 차이연구

A study on between the polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor gene and VO2max, HRmax, AT was examined in 36 Short tract skaters. Methods: Genomic DNA was extracted from Blood samples and vitamin D recep-tor genotypes were determined with the established methods. The VO2max, HRmax, AT was measured using grade exercise test. The difference in VO2max, HRmax, AT between VDR genotype groups(FF/Ff) was ana-lyzed using independent t-test. The FF genotype group showed significantly higher VO2max than Ff genotype group.
고교야구선수의 가족기능과 합리적 진로의사결정의 인과모형

The ultimate goal of this study was to strengthen capability to actively cope with the problem of social adjustment high school baseball players experience when they decide in the future to retire as baseball player s or choose another career. Participants were selected from high school baseball players and then data of 35 3 players were analyzed by using cluster sampling method. For data processing, Amos 20.0 programs were used(α=.05). Specifically, measurement and structure model were verified in order to verify the research hypotheses. Conclusion of the research is as follows: First, family cohesion, family adaptability improve when parent-adolescent open type communication of high school baseball players is high. Second, rational career decision-making improves when family cohesion and family adaptability are high. Third, when parent-adolescent open type communication is high, family cohesion, family adaptability improve consecutively and finally, rational career decision-making also improves. The present study provided basic data for a career theory that would reflect the importance of communication among family members of high school sports players.
Goose Neck Snare를 이용한 중재적방사선 시술: 임상적 유용성에 대하여

Purpose: To valuate the value of goose neck snare in removal of foreignbody in endovascular system. Methods & Material: Foreignbody removal in endovascular system using goose neck snare were done in 4 cases. In one case, a broken guide-wire was located in left subclaviar vein and in three cases, guide-wires were located in vena cava. Results: Technical success was achieved in all four cases. Couclusion: Goose neck snare technique is safe and effective in removal of Foreignbody in endovascular system.
단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고의 원인과 방사선학적 소견: 중례보고 및 가스분석 결과

목 적:단무지 공장에서 질식사고를 일으켰던 가스의 종류를 알아내고, 이러한 가스중독의 방서선학적 소견을 소개하기 위하여 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고자 3예중 생존자 1예를 대상으로 단순흥부X-선검사와 CT 소견을 분석하였으며, 가스의 종류를 알아내기 위하여 단무지를 유리병에 넣어 발생된 가스를 가스크로마토그래픽을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식사고자중 생존한 1명의 방사선학적 검사에서 신속히 호전되는 폐경결(consolidation)을 볼 수 있었으며 이는 폐부종의 소견임을 알 수 있었다. 협기성 상태에서 단무지를 담은 유리병의 상층부 가스를 실험 분석한 결과 이산화탄소, 에칠알코올이 다량으로 검출되었으나 독성가스는 주로 황화수소이였다. 결 론:단무지 공장의 질식 사고자에서 폐방사선학적 소견은 폐경결을 보이는 폐부증으로서 이는 실험을 통해 단무지에서 발생되는 유독가스인 황화수소 때문임을 입증하였다. Purpose: To identify the main toxic gas released from salted radish in rice bran(Dan-M-Ji) and to introduce the radiological findings of the patient who was exposed to the gas. Materials and Methods: Chest radiographs and CT scans of one survivor among three men who were exposed to the gas from Dan-Mu-Ji were reviewed. Gas obtained from the closed bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was analized by using the gas chromatography. Results: The radiographlc examinations of the survivor were suggestive of pulmonary edema with it's rapidly improving consolidations in both lung. The headapace gas within the bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was mainly composed with carbon dioxide, ethyl alcohol and hydrogen sulfide, of which hydrogen sulfide was considered the main toxic gas released. Conclusion: Under the anaerobic condition, Dan-Mu-Ji released toxic hydrogen sulfide. Inhalation of hydrogen sulfide might produce non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
