      • 예측적 공간정보 모형을 이용한 Web 기반의 환경관리시스템의 개발 및 적용

        본 연구는 G7 과제의 일환으로서, Internet상에서 운영될 수 있는 광역적 환경 관리 시스템의 개발에 목표를 두었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 아직 더 많은 연구가 수행되어야 하지만, 예비적인 개발 성과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다 : 1) 통합적 환경 정보 관리 시스템, 2) web 기반의 제어 엔진, 3) 지표수환경 관리 시스템, 4) 지하수환경 관리 시스템, 5) 하수도 및 시설 관리 시스템. 본 엔진의 핵심 방법론은 다양한 편미분 방정식의 해석에 있어서 각 미분항을 서술하는 범용적 다차원 유한요소 행렬이다. GUI 지향적인 web 기반의 시스템을 구축하기 위해 공간 정보 관리 시스템(ArcView) 및 Visual Basic이 폭넓게 사용되었다. 개발된 시스템들은 환경 문제의 복합적인 관리의 필요성으로 인해 매우 집약적인 프로그램으로 구성되었다. web 기반의 엔진은 환경관련 사업의 통합적인 관리를 위한 정책 결정 도구로 제공될 수 있을 것이다. This study is aimed at the development of comprehensive environmental management system, which can be operated on the basis of world wide web, as a topic of G7 project. Even though there should be lots of works remaining to achieve this goal, preliminary products can be summarized as follows : 1) integrated environmental information management system, 2) web based control engine, 3) surface water environment management system, 4) subsurface water environment management system, 5) sewer and waterworks management system. The core methodology of the engine is the generalized multidimensional finite element matrices to depict the terms in the analysis of various partial differential equations. Spatial information management system (ArcView) and Visual Basic were extensively employed to construct GUI oriented web based engine. The developed systems were composed of very intense computer codes due to the necessity of combinatory management of environmental problems. The web based engine could be served as a decision tool for the integrated management of environmental projects in Korea.

      • GSIS와 AHP법을 이용한 쓰레기 매립지 예비 평가 방법

        According to grow interest in environmental quality with improvements of a standard of living site selection problems of environmental hatred facilities, such as waste landfill sites caused regional conflicts. This study investigates a waste landfill estimation method that was used to storage, management, analysis and display of environmental information provided by geo-spatial information system(GSIS) analytic hierarchy process(AHP) as a decision-making method. If GSIS is integrated with AHP, site selection problems of environmental hatred facilities shall be able to very useful, because of AHP with flexibility which appropriately reflect opinions of the related group. 생활 수준의 향상으로 환경의 질에 대한 주민들의 관심이 높아짐에 따라 쓰레기 매립지와 같은 환경 혐오시설의 부지 선정 문제가 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다량의 환경학적 정보를 저장, 관리,분석,표시 할수 있는 GSIS와 결정 과정에서 사용될 수 있는 AHP를 이용하여 쓰레기 매립지를 평가하는 방법을 연구 하고자 한다.       • 화학적 산화법에 의한 부식산의 분해 처리기술에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 광산화공정을 통한 부식산의 분해특성 분석;Characteristics by Photocatalytic Oxidation Process

        수질계의 부식산을 화학적 산화처리하기 위한 방법의 하나로 광산화공정을 도입하여 부식산의 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 광산화공정은 UV단독, UV/TiO₂ 및 UV/H₂O₂ 시스템을 실험하였다. UV 단독 조사시 TOC 제거율은 pH 7-9에서 가장 높았으며, 흡광도는 강알카리성 영역에서 감소율이 향상된 결과를 보였다. 각 시스템별로 처리도를 보면, UV/TiO₂ 시스템의 경우 TiO₂의 농도가 50ppm일때 TOC 제거와 흡광도 감소의 효율이 높았으며 50ppm 이상을 투입해도 처리율에 변화가 없었다. UV/H₂O₂ 시스템에서는 과산화수소의 농도가 20mM이 최적의 주입농도로 조사되었으며, 그 이상 투입할 경우 TOC와 흡광도의 처리율이 저하되었다. 탄산이온을 첨가할 경우, TOC 제거율 및 UV 흡광도의 감소율 모두 감소하며, TOC 제거율이 흡광도 감소율에 비해 상대적으로 더 크게 나타났다. The efficiency of Photocatalytic Oxidation Process were investigated for the treatment of Aquatic Humic Substances (AHS). In UV-only system, pH 7-9 was the optimum pH range for TOC removal, and alkali range was the optimum pH for absorbance decrease. In UV/TiO₂system, the optimum TiO₂ dosage was 50 ppm and over 50 ppm of TiO₂ dosage was not effective for removal of AHS. In UV/H₂O₂ sytem, optimum H₂O₂ dosage was 20 mM, when over 20 mM dosage, removal of TOC(Total Organic Carbon) and absorbance was decreased by addition of carbonate ions and TOC removal was more effected than that of absorbance.

      • MECHANISMS OF FOULING IN FINE-PORE DIFFUSER AERATION

        Diffuser fouling is classified as one of three types. A, B, and C, based on the nature of the foulant. The accumulation of inorganic foulants, such as fine particles and precipitates, characterize type A fouling is characterized by the formation of biofilm, fortified by the entrapment of inorganic particles within the biomass. Hypotheses were developed to describe the mechanisms of dynamic change in diffuser operating performance as a result of the three different types of diffuser fouling. The hypotheses specific to each type were evaluated by testing the appropriate hypothetical equations using the data produced in this study. Results indicate that the physical properties of the biofilm are important factors in fouling, causing a significant change in diffuser characteristics. Entrapment of inorganic particles, such as sands, within the biofilm, significantly increase the dynamic wet pressure(DWP) and alter the bubble size. The association between DWP and bubble size could be quantitatively described by a hypothetical fouling equation for the three different types of fouling in these laboratory studies.

      • 北漢江 源流水城의 生態學的 硏究 1.鎭東里 溪谷 一帶의 植生

        The flora of vascular plants and the forest structure in Mt. Chombong were studied from 1987 to 1990. 106 families, 413 genera, 801 species, 36 varieties, 17 formaties of vascular plants were classified. Of these, 35 taxa including Megaleranthis saniculifolia and Hanabusaya asiatica are endemics. Phytosociological studies indicated that the vegetation were divided into Quercus mongolica association two subassociation, Abies holophylla and Acer mono. Along the altitude gradient, the importance value of Q. mongolica was the highest at all the stand except for Betula davurica and Acer mono at 800m. Frequency distribution of DBH showed convex form in Q. mongolica but L form in Acer pseudo-sisboldianum. This means there are no natural regeneration fo Q. mongolica, recently.

      • 춘천지역 도시열섬의 특성과 대기질에 미치는 영향

        An observational study of urban heat is1and was carried out using field data obtained during 6 day in May and August 1992 in Chunchon(Population size 180,000). Air temperature was measured at 04 points along two sampling routes by thermisters attached to cars, Both routes cover urban and rural area and across the center of urban area, Continuous observation of air sonde was performed to clarify heights of nocturnal boundary layer(NBL) at the center of urban area. Surface meteorological observations were performed at both urban and rural site. This study showed that heat island Phenomena was obvious1y observed at the urbanized area during the night time With low wind Speed. The average NBL heights extended to about 100 meters, but varied with meteorological conditions. After sunset the air temperature decreased with time at both sites and cooling rate at the urban site was Heater than the rural site. The maximum heat island intensity was 7.5°C at 21 LST May 4. Using the two meteorological data gets obtained from urban and rural sites, the air Pollutant concentration was calculated by Gaussian plume model which can obtain not only horizontal distribution of concentration but also vertical distribution. The result indicated that the concentration resulted from urban meteorological data set was lower than that from rural meteorological data set. It was also calculated that the air pollutant extended to higher level in urban meteorological data set than that in rural meteorological data set.
