        Connection is necessary element of every structure. Connection is important element to increase composition rate of composite beam. Welding joint has been used at composit beam-column connection. Welding joint's quality control is harder than high strength bolt's one. This study based on the experiments of 4 specimens by beam-column connection test. In this paper, we analyze behavior of composite beam-column connection through an experimental study and wish to present application possibility to TSC beam.

        음식물류폐기물 공공 자원화시설 운영에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ)

        본 연구는 음식물류폐기물 공공 자원화 시설 운영의 문제점과 제도 개선방안을 위하여 실시하였다. 현재 운영중인 음식물류 폐기물의 가동율 현황과 자원화 시설의 확충 계획에 대한 분석을 통해 시설의 무분별한 신규건설로 인한 국가의 예산이 낭비되지 않도록 그 대안을 제시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 공공 자원화시설 신규 확충보다는 기존 민간 자원화시설을 활용하여 예산을 절약하고 음식물류 폐기물의 안정적인 처리는 물론 자원순환을 촉진시킬 수 있는 정책전환이 필요하다. 음식물류 폐기물을 친환경적인 방법으로 안정적으로 처리하기 위해서는 제도개선이 필요하며, 이를 위해 민간 자원화시설 가동률 저하를 줄일 수 있는 준공영제 도입이 필요하다. 또한, 공공 자원화시설의 검증된 기술과 경제성 확보 방안 마련이 필요하다. This study is conducted to find out the problems of the public food waste recycling facility operation and its improvement. In order to save the national budget by analyzing plans to expand including operation rate for the food waste recycling facility, the alternative ways are suggested. The result can be as follows: Policy switch is required not only to save budget and stable disposal of food waste but also to promote resource recycling rather than expanding public facilities. In order to change the policy for stable and eco-friendly disposal of food waste, it is necessary to adopt semipublic system that prevent the decline of the rate of operation of private resource recycling facility. Furthermore, it is required to prepare both qualified technologies of public resource recycling and the ways of profitability secure.

        음식물류폐기물 공공 자원화시설 운영에 관한 연구 (Ⅰ)

        본 연구는 음식물류 폐기물 공공 자원화 시설 운영의 문제점과 제도 개선방안을 위하여 실시하였다. 기존 음식물류 폐기물 공공자원화 시설에 대한 실태조사를 통해 운영에 따른 문제를 분석하였으며, 이를 위하여 음식물류 폐기물의 발생량 및 자원화 현황, 공공 및 민간 자원화시설 현황, 전국의 주요 음식물류 폐기물 공공자원화 시설의 실제 운영과정에서 나타난 문제점을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다: 현재 국내 음식물류 폐기물의 분리 수거량은 약 97%인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 대부분의 공공 자원화시설은 음식물류 폐기물의 자원화가 아닌 단순처리에 급급한 것으로 나타났으며 경제성도 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 바이오가스시설 대부분은 실시설계와는 달리 가스 생산량 및 수요량이 전혀 맞지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study is conducted to find out problems of the public food waste recycling facility and its improvement. Through a research on the actual condition, it is possible to analyze the problem of operation. Moreover, for this improvement, with analysis of the current state of recycling rate including its generation and the problem that can be shown from the real operation of the public/private food waste recycling facility, the results are as follows: It can be shown that the current amount of domestic food waste resource recycling is about 97 %. Almost every public recycling facility is analyzed to be economically infeasible and is not for recovery but to simple disposal. Especially, most of Biogas facilities appeared that amount of production and demand is not appropriate differed from enforcement design.

      • 결장직장암 환자의 임상적 고찰 : 조선대학교 부속병원의 10년 간의 결과

        Background and Objectives: The colorectal cancer rates 4th in the total cancer prevalence in Korea. The clinical patient demographics were considered with the incidence rate of the colon and rectal cancer. The clinicopathological factors were analyzed for the 5 year survival rate. Materials Methods: Of the 282 patients who were operated from Jan. 1, 1992 to Dec. 31, 2001 and diagnosed by pathological biopsy as colo-rectal cancer, 234 patients were followed up. The age, sex, location of the cancer, TNM stage, operation method, histopathological classification, metastatic region, complications after operation and the survival rate were investigated. Results: Of the 234 patients, male and female consisted of 120 cases (51.3%) and 114 cases (46.7%), with an average age of 61.6 years. The average follow up period was 52.3 months and the peri operative mortality was 5.6%. The site of the cancer was most frequent at the rectum with 127 cases (54.3%). The patients were classified according to the TNM stages with 38 cases of stage 1 (16.2%), 98 cases of II (41.9%), 72 cases of III (30.8%) and 26 cases of IV (11.1%). The 5 year survival rate in the age group older than 50 was 63.3 % and 73.5% in the group younger than 50. In regard to the operation type, the 5 year survival rate was 65.4% for elective operation and 65.8% for emergency operation. The 5 year survival rate for well differentiated, moderately differentiated, poorly differentiated cancer, and mucinous adenocarcinoma was 73.7%, 60.2%, 58.3%, and 92.6%, respectively. The 5 year survival rate of each of the TNM stage is 81.1%, 74.8%, 57.0%, and 11.5% for Classes I, II, III, and IV, respectively. Conclusion: The clinical factors were analyzed for the 5 year survival rate with no statistical significance for the age, sex, and location of the cancer. The TNM stage and histopathological differentiation were statistically significant. The colon cancer showed better prognosis compared to the rectal cancer.

        There are many kinds of pile foundations that propagate structural loading to ground, by recently in most case steel pile is used. In the case of steel pile the structural behavior of pile cap which combined with spread footing is important. Three kinds of forces, vertical force, horizontal force and moment are acted on pile cap. In this paper consider that acting vertical forcepressure on pil cap. This study based on the experiments of 4 specimens by steel pile cap test. We would like to inspect the property of pile cap reinforcement composed of domed structure by experiment for vertical pressure of it and analysing the behavior with a computer program.

        The structure of C_(24)H_(38)N_(4)Ni_(2)Cl_(4)0_(4)has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group ◁수식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요), unit cell constants, α=8.6020 (50) Å, b=11.0450(50)Å, c=16.5500 (50)Å, α=85.807(5)°, β=85.910 (5)°, γ= 64.487(5)°, V= 1413.89 Å^3, T=295.9K, Z=2, D_c=1.1372Mgm^(3). The intensity data were collected on an Enraf-Nonius CAD4 diffractometer with graphite monochromated MoKα radiation (λ=0.71069Å). The molecular structure was solved to by Direct method and refined by full-matrix least squares to a final R=9.87% for 2998 unique observed F_0>4σ(F_0) reflections and 343 parameters.

        The structure of C_(17)H_(18)NO has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal system is monoclinic, space group ◁수식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요), unit cell constants, α= 5.6640 (50 ) Å , b= 10.7020 (50) Å , c= 11.9460(50) Å, α=105.800(5)° , β= 92.415(5)° , γ= 96.285(5)° , V= 690.61 Å^3, T= 294.9K, Z=2, D_c= 1.2134Mgm^(-3). The intensity data were collected on an Enraf-Nonius CAD-4 Diffractometer with graphite monochromated Mo Ka radiation (λ = 0.71069 Å ). The molecular structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to a final R = 3.77% for 1618 unique observed F_0>4_ σ<(F_0) reflections and 176 parameters.

        The structure of C_(20)H_(20)N_(4)O_(2)C_(12)C_u has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal system is Monoclinic, space group Pa, unit cell constants, a=7.8644(9)Å, b = 18.1689 (4)Å, c = 9.0150 (5)Å, (β= 109.91(1)˚, V=1211.12 Å^3, T= 294.9K, Z= 2, D_2=1.322Mgm^(-3). The intensity data were collected on an Enraf-Nonius CAD-4 Diffractometer with graphite monochromated Cu Ka radiation (λ= 1.54184 Å). The molecular structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matxix least squares to a final R = 6.59% for 2498 unique observed F_0 > 4σ(F_0) reflections and 254 parameters.

        유색미에 관한 연구 : Ⅲ. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성

        국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU 128계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50. CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 타나났다. Aims of this study were carried out to develop the useful lines induced from mutation and pedigree breeding methods among the collected genetic resources from national and domestic areas. In this study, Stem height of CNU126 line and check among them were high, while CNU128 was lower than other lines. Spiklet length of CNU88 was longer, but that of CNU126 was shorter than check. Number of spiklets per plant of CNU50 among lines have twice time than check. 1,000 grains weight of CNU113 was higher than check. In yield per plant, CNU50 and CNU112 were higher than check, Dongjinbyeo.
