        Korea University of Technology and Education(KUT) has recently revised its educational goal perspective in order to keep changing with its surroundings. Education of HRD-facilitator is become one of KUT's educational goals. This paper proposed a curriculum for the education of HRD-facilitators and measurements for certifying of them, on the ground of context analysis of the goal revision, identifying the meaning of HRD-facilitator and his qualification.

      • 기초 전기전자실험실습에서 실무능력중심 통합적 공학교육을 위한 학습과정 연구

        Abstract In this thesis are studied the structuring methods of learning process and learning contents for field-oriented engineering Education in the Elementary Electrical and Electronic Laboratory, in which the practice work contents are combined with the integration of interdisciplinary technical fields and the simulated practical working processes. Some findings are as follows; - The curriculum for the integrated education should be designed in the combination of whole curriculum for the field-oriented engineering education - The tasks for laboratories are to be step by step designed with the simulation of the core activities in the electrical and electronic fields of several production systems. - The students should leam through the exploration on the principles of several type structures for the production system and the characteristics of system components by the self-learning methods. The students should analyze at first the system components and their mutual interactions, and find the dynamic characteristics. Then must be checked the functions of all components and signal flowing process, in oder to find the immanent principles and characteristics of the systems. Through these working process shall be found the problems, to be solved. The students must solve the problems by oneself through the analyse the analyse of the collected data for the problem-solvong.

      • 직업교육에서 컴퓨터매개통신의 환경설계 및 활용 : 한국기술교육대학교 중심으로

        Although application of computer mediated communications(CMC) continues to evolve, most colleges and universities have no plan to prepare for future development. In order to develop such a plan, a vision on the future of CMC needs to be formed. This study attempted to create such a vision by predicting which CMC application will become prevalent. Specifically, this study is an attempt to develop the design of environment and usage of CMC in vocational education areas. In the next five years, our University and most vocational technical schools will then be able not only to reshape their own information and leaming process, but also to communicate and cooperate with other vocational schools.

      • 한국기술교육대학교 재학생의 출신고별 입학성적과 학업성적 비교 연구

        The purpose of the study was to compare entrance exam and grade of the KITE students graduated from general high schools with vocational high schools. To analyse the grade points, course of the study was categorized into ① liberal arts and education, ② basic subjects in engineering, and ③ major subjects. The entrance examination were analyzed in terms of ① high school academic achievements, ② academic qualifying test scores for college entrance, and ③ National Technical Qualification Certificate scores. As some results, the vocational high school graduates were higher than the general high school graduates in terms of the total mean grade points as well as mean grade points of each subject field. While there were no or weak significant relations between the academic qualifying test scores for college entrance and the grades in the KITE, there were significant relations between high school achievements, National technical qualification certificate score and the grades in the KITE.

      • 광 디스크 드라이버를 위한 대물렌즈의 중립 위치 제어

        Optical axis misalignment, which represents the position deviation of the objective lens from the optical axis, is an inevitable assembling error in an optical pick-up. Since the laser power intensity varies with the distance from the optical axis, the misalignment leads to variation of the laser spot power intensity, which is one of the critical factors increasing data bit-error-rate in optical disc drives. In this paper, an auto-adjustment scheme for optical axis alignment is proposed to eliminate the undesirable variation of the laser spot power intensity in optical disc drives. An envelope of the data signal is extracted and utilized to detect the optical axis misalignment. Then an adjustment input is added to the driving input of the tracking actuator to shift the objective lens to the optical axis. Finally, the feasibility is verified by a series of experiments.

      • 실버세대를 위한 핸드폰의 조작패널에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of this study is the modeling of older adult's index finger to determine the dimensions of key buttons in the mobil phone for the older adult, since our previous result showed that the movement time of old persons was affected by the interaction of the moving distance and the button size[1]. Also, our preliminary observation of older adults showed a different switching activity from younger generation. It requires that the dimension of button for easy dialing and switching mechanism of button for feedback of switching are needed further study, since the operation time of older people is related to the size of button and operation distance. The previous our results showed the operational time increased as reducing the button size or expanding of the operational distance[2,3]. However their is no available data nor quantitative data in several guidelines for developing universal products. Most of guidelines suggest that the bigger switch and the larger size font are better for older adults, but the minimized size of mobile phone does not mean more comfort. That suggests the size of button in universal mobile phone needs to be optimized to satisfy the demand of universal design or older adults. Total 60 of above 65 older adults, 20 in the biggest city, 20 in the medium city, 20 in the rural agricultural area, participated in our investigation for modeling their index finger. 95 percentile of the effective width for index fingers of them was 6.94mm and 99 percentile was 7.49mm. The effective width suggests that the area of a certain key button has to be occupied by itself without any superimposing of any another key button. The result shows that the minimum of touching region of the pushed button is the circle with the diameter of 7.49mm at least and this reason has to be a physical interference free from the other key button or the structural configuration.

      • 전국 고등학교 교사 테니스대회 인구통계학적 분석과 만족도

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction and some variables of subjects who participated at the tennis tournament for the high school teachers. 136 teachers got received a survey with the method of self-evaluation that was a scale developed by Parrasuramaqn, Zeithaml, and berry(1994). All data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0, and the significance level was p<.05. The result was as follows: 1. Relationship between participators' general traits and participation at the contest. The result showed that they favored mostly the participation for the tournament if their average incomes per month were 2 -3 million won, their ages in the forties, the frequency excercise per week three times at least, or its experience above 10 years. the most subjects got the information of the tournament from professors who called directly. 2. The satisfaction for the equipment. The subjects were highly satisfied with the souvenirs, tennis courts, transportation, and other services. 3. The satisfaction for the service They wear very satisfied with the guide for the contest and the prize for the winners. Their opinions for the opening ceremony, the held season, the participating fee, and the schedule of the tournament, however, were neither satisfying nor dissatisfying. the result showed that the subjects were satisfied with the food and beverage a little.

      • 조정에 관한 연구를 위한 실험 환경 설계

        In building Intelligent Agent Societies(IASs), it is important to design and implement coordination in accordance with the known requirements and anticipated working conditions of the IAS in question. Coordination has been defined as the process of managing dependencies between activities in an IAS. Unfortunately, currently there is little theoretical support that could help in this process. Therefore, our final goal is to generate a empirically-based theory of coordination. In order to get basic data for constructing a theory of coordination, firstly we need to develop an experimental environment to conduct rigorously designed experiments in which control variables operated under well-defined conditions and performance measures were observed. In this paper, we outline our approach to design the experimental environment, that is based on the Unified Modeling Language(UML).
