        남자 중학생의 심폐지구력 평가를 위한 심박수 활용 PACER V . O2max 추정

        This study was to develop the equation to estimate maximal oxygen uptake(V .O2max) of 20m multistage PACER with heart rate in middle school boys and validate the equation. Result : The first,Corelation between GXT V .O2max and PACER V .O2max was significant, which meant that multistage PACER might be valid method for V .O2max with the comparision of GXT V .O2max. The second, equation for estimating V . O2max with heart rate, repetition in PACER was like this : V .O2max(mlg/kg/min) = 27.371 + [0.093 × repetition] +[0.104 × HR(beat/min)] : error range 2.99 ml/kg/min. The third, the correlation(r = .856) between estimated V . O2max and measured V .O2max in PACER was significant statistically(p < .01). The fourth, in the result of cross validity by using independent sample 30 students, estimated V .O2max from equation and measured V .O2max of PACER had significant correlation (r = .840)(p < .01). The fifth, % error between estimated V .O2max and measured V .O2max was 9.54% and the mean difference was −.25(±2.95) ml/kg/min. Conclusion : The results of this study suggested that equation for estimating of V .O2max with heart rate in multistage 20m PACER provide the closest V .O2max in middle school boys.

        최대하 PACER 검사를 통한 비만 남자 중학생의 VO<sub>2max</sub> 추정

        The purpose of this study was to develop the equation of $\dot{V}O_{2max}$ by $sub_{max}imal$ PACER method for obese middle school boys. For this, $_{max}$imal test using Bruce protocol in lab was performed and then PACER $_{max}imal$ test with portable $\dot{V}O_{2max}$ equipment. To decide the level of submaximal test, during PACER with portable equipment, we found the section in which target hreat rate(over 75%$HR_{max}$) and then per section(75%,80%,85%,90%,95%) metabolic responses were recorded, with which we analyzed multiple regression by stepwise method. Model 1(at 90%$HR_{max}$): $\dot{V}O_{2max}$(ml/kg/min) = 142.721-0.275(repetition)-0.48(HR)+0.177(weight)-1.536(age)[%error 3.90ml/kg/min; performance until 2 stage(13 repetition)]. Model 2(at 95%$HR_{max}$): $\dot{V}O_{2max}$(ml/kg/min) = 182.851-0.103(repetition)-0.744(HR)+0.186(weight)-0.324(age)[%error 4.51ml/kg/min; performance until 3 stage(25 repetitions)]. estimated $\dot{V}O_{2max}$ from Model 1 was different about $3.25{\pm}6.32ml/kg/min$(%error=6.84%), otherwise model 2 was $3.16{\pm}4.54ml/kg/min$(%error=5.75%). considering %HRmax, as the submaximal test model 1 might be fit more than model 2 for obese middle school boys. 본 연구는 남자 비만 중학생을 대상으로 최대하 방법의 PACER 검사를 통해 최대산소섭취량($\dot{V}O_{2max}$)을 추정할 수 있는 추정식을 개발하고자 중학교 남자 비만 학생 57명을 대상으로 Bruce 프로토콜의 최대운동부하검사와 PACER 검사를 실시하였다. 최대하 수준을 결정하기 위해 PACER 운동 중 목표심박수(75%$HR_{max}$ 이상)가 나타나는 왕복횟수 구간별 대사반응을 측정하였으며, $%HR_{max}$ 구간별(75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%) 대사반응 지표를 단계적 선택법으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음의 모형이 산출되었다. 모형 1(90%$HR_{max}$의 모형): $\dot{V}O_{2max}$(ml/kg/min) = 142.721-0.275(왕복횟수)-0.48(심박수)+0.177(체중)-1.536(연령)[표준오차 3.90ml/kg/min; 2단계까지 운동진행]. 모형 2(95%$HR_{max}$의 모형): $\dot{V}O_{2max}$(ml/kg/min) = 182.851-0.103(왕복횟수)-0.744(심박수)+0.186(체중)-0.324(연령)[표준오차 4.51ml/kg/min; 3단계까지 운동진행]. 모형 1의 추정된 $\dot{V}O_{2max}$와 실측 $\dot{V}O_{2max}$간 차이 평균은 $3.25{\pm}6.32ml/kg/min$(%error=6.84%), 모형 2는 $3.16{\pm}4.54ml/kg/min$(%error=5.75%). 비만인 대상자들에게 최대하 운동방법으로는 심박수와 운동지속시간이 짧았던 모형 1이 모형 2보다 적합한 형태로 생각된다.

        질문지법을 이용한 성인의 최대산소섭취량 추정 : A questionnaire approach

        It has been well known that maximal oxygen uptake(V˙o_2max) is ca-nsidered a good indicator or ca diorespiratory fitness of aerobic power. However, direct measurement of V˙o_2max requires expensive laboratory equipments such as oxygen analyzer and carbon dioxide analyzer. The purpose of this study was threrfore to predict V˙o_2max from a simplified questionnaire pertaining to the evaluation of cardiorespiratory endurance and to evaluate cross-validation of the developed questionnaire could be generalized to other samples. The questionnaire consisted of 5 Question concerning the current walking ability, long-running ability in youth, current exercise habits, responses to rush-up of stairs(imaginatory response), and body composition. The V˙o_2max estimated by our questionnaire was not significantly different from the criterion measured V˙o_2max. Test-retest reliability of the questionnaire on 31 subjects was 0.92 as determined by Spearman's correlation coefficient. The correlation between the measured and V˙o_2max(ml/kg/min) estimated from the simplified questionnaire was 0.868(SEE=5.12ml/kg/min) in men(n=201) and 0.853(SEE=5.54ml/kg/min) in women(m=127), indicating either a relatively high relationship between the two variables. The cross-validity of the questionnaire using directly measured V˙o_2max as the criterion was very good(r=0.874). These results suggested that the indirect assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness from questionnaire survey accurately estimates V˙o_2max, and is safe and suitable for measuring aerobic power in epidemiologic studies of people between the ages of 30-70 yr. However, the slightly less acurate V˙o_2max prediction were observed in the highly active men and elderly.

        원문 : 초등학생의 손가락 길이 비율(2D:4D)에 따른 체격 및 체력비교

        본 연구에서는 체육영재선발에 지원한 2~5학년 남녀 초등학생 441명을 대상으로 두 번째 손가락과 네 번째 손가락 비율(2D:4D ratio)에 따른 체격요인(신장, 체중, BMI, 좌고, 흉위, 체지방률), 체력(앉아 농구공던지기, 제자리멀리뛰기, 50m달리기, 사이드스텝테스트, 윗몸일으키기, 하프스쿼트 점프, 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기, 왕복오래달리기), KOSTASS의 종목적합률, V˙ O2max의 차이를 비교하였다. 이를 위하여 남녀 학년별로 2D:4D 비율에 따라 높음(75%이상), 중간(25~75%미만), 낮음(25%미만) 그룹으로 구분한 후 요인별 결과를 비교하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남녀간 2D:4D 비율은 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으며, 남학생이 여학생보다 낮은 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 2학년 남학생의 체지방률은 2D:4D 비율에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 4학년 남학생의 좌고, 체중, 흉위, 체지방률, BMI와 5학년 좌고에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 여학생은 모든 체격요인에서 2D:4D 비율에 의한 차이가 없었다. 넷째, 4학년 남학생은 윗몸일으키기, 하프스쿼트점프, 제자리멀리뛰기, 체전굴에서 2D:4D 비율에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 다섯째, 여학생은 모든 학년에서 2D:4D 비율에 따라 종목적합률의 차이는 없었으며, 남학생은 2학년과 4학년에서 2D:4D 비율에 따른 종목적합률의 차이가 나타났다. 여섯째, 여학생의 2D:4D 비율에 따라 V˙ O2max에는 차이가 있었으며, 남학생은 2D:4D 비율과 V˙ O2max 간 유의한 부적상관(r=-.217)이 있었다. 이상의 결과에서처럼 일부 항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으나 2D:4D 비율에 따른 일관된 성향이나 특징을 관찰할 수 없었다. 따라서 체육영재에 지원하는 남녀 초등학생을 대상으로 2D:4D 비율에 따른 체격 및 체력의 차이가 명확하지 않음에 따라 예측인자 지표로서 2D:4D 관련성을 확인할 수 없음으로 2D:4D 비율이 체육영재 선발에 지원하는 초등학생들에 대한 운동능력을 평가하기 위한 예측지표로서 부적합할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between 2D:4D digit ratio and physique, physical fitness of 2nd~5th grade elementary school students who applied the selection test for sports talented children program. 441 students took X-ray pictures for 2D:4D digit ratio and participated the several tests including body measurement, basal physical fitness test, sports relevance ratio and GXT for V˙ O2max For the comparison, all of participants were divided into three groups according 2D:4D digit ratio(high: over 75%, middle: 25~75%, low: below 25%), and then all results such as physique, fitness and V˙ O2max were compared among groups. Results were followed as below: The first, 2D:4D between boy and girl were no significant difference, but there were tendency that boy’s 2D:4D were lower than girl’s. The second, while difference in sitting height, weight, chest circumference, %fat, BMI of 4th grade boy, boy’s %fat of 2nd grade and sitting height of 5th grade boy were different according 2D:4D digit ratio. The third, there were no significant difference in all physique of girl. The fourth, on the comparison of fitness according 2D:4D digit ratio, sit-up, half-squat jump, standing long jump, sit & reach record of 4th grade boy were different significantly. On the other hand, any basal fitness record of all of grade girl was not different significantly according 2D:4D digit ratio, even any tendency was not shown. The fifth, boy’s sports relevance ratio of 2nd and 4th grade were different according 2D:4D digit ratio, but not in girl’s sports relevance ratio. The sixth, while high group of digit ratio in girl showed higher V˙ O2max than low group, boy’s V˙ O2max had the tendency of negative correlation with 2D:4D digit ratio. However, we didn’t find any consistent distinct feature of 2D:4D ratio suggested by other research works. Therefore, we concluded that 2D:4D digit ratio might have not enough influence to predict physique and fitness ability.

        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        성인 여성의 최대하 운동 중의 대사반응, 신체변인 및 심박수를 이용한 최대산소섭취량 추정식 개발

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to develop the prediction model of O2max using submaximal metabolic responses from the Bruce protocol, and General Variables and HR responses for South Korean adult women. [METHOD] The subjects were consisted of 198 South Korean adult women They were participated maximal exercise testing with Bruce treadmill protocol(Bruce et al., 1973), and the general physical variables and the metabolic responses were measured in the end of the first(3 minute) and second stage(6 minute). Measurement items were Age, WT, HT, BMI, and VO2, VCO2, VE, HR of 3 and 6 minute, time to HR 150 bpm. To determine the predicted model of VO2max, multiple and simple regression analysis with stepwise methods analysis were applied. [RESULT] Analyzing with all variables using stepwise method, the multiple R of total variable model were 0.719 and 0.732(p<.01), SEE were 3.47, 3.41 ml/kg/min, CV were 10.5, 10.3%. VO2 max = 38.943 + 6minVO2*.130 + BMI*-.339 + 3minVO2*.369 + 3minHR*-.062 + Age*-.058. The multiple R of 3 minutes model were 0.673, 0.681, SEE were 3.66, 3.63 ml/kg/min, CV was 11.1, 11.00%(p<.01). The multiple R of 6 minutes model were 0.649, 0.692, SEE were 3.58, 3.76 ml/kg/min, CV were 11.4, 10.8%. The multiple R of general variables model were 0.571, 0.588, SEE were 4.06, 4.01 ml/kg/min, CV were 12.3, 12.2%. VO2 max = 74.582 + BMI*-.688 + Age*-.075 + Height*-.141. The R of HR 150 model was 0.157, SEE was 4.88 ml/kg/min, CV was 14.8%. The multicolinearity did not appeared on all of model. [CONCLUSION] In conclusion, with considering usefulness and convenience through the validity of these prediction models, the prediction model of maximal oxygen consumption recommended total model, general variables model, 6 and 3 minute model, and HR 150 model by tunes. [서론] 본 연구의 목적은 운동검사에서 일반적으로 많이 사용하는 Bruce protocol을 이용한 최대하 운동 중의 대사반응과 신체변인 및 심박수 반응을 이용하여 최대산소섭취량을 추정하는 모형을 개발하고 모형간 추정의 타당도를 비교․분석하는 데 있다. [방법] 연구대상은 성인 여성 198명(32.3±14.1세)이며 Bruce protocol을 이용하여 최대운동부하검사를 실시하였고, 1단계와 2단계 종료 시점의 대사반응을 측정하였다. 측정항목은 O2(ml/kg/min), CO2(ml/kg/min), E(L/min) 및 HR(bpm), HR가 150bpm과 170bpm에 도달하는 시간, Bruce protocol 6분과 3분 심박수 차이 등이었다. 신체자료와 최대하 운동 중 대사반응을 이용하여 최대산소섭취량을 산출하는 모형을 개발하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 모든 변수를 단계별 분석법으로 분석한 전체모형의 R은 0.719와 0.732이고(p<.01) 추정의 표준오차(SEE)는 3.47과 3.41 ml/kg/min, 변동계수(CV)는 10.5와 10.3%이었으며(p<.01). 모형은 다음과 같다. O2 max = 38.943 + 6분O2*.130 + BMI*-.339 + 3분O2*.369 + 3분HR*-.062 + Age*-.058. 단계별분석법으로 분석한 3분모형1과 모형2의 R은 0.673과 0.681이고, SEE는 3.66와 3.63 ml/kg/min, CV는 11.1과 11.0%로 나타났고(p<.01), 다중공선성이 나타나지 않았다. 6분모형1과 모형2의 R은 0.649와 0.692이었고(p<.01), SEE는 3.76과 3.58 ml/kg/min, 변동계수(CV)는 11.4와 10.8%로 나타났다(p<.01). 신체변인 모형1과 모형2의 R은 0.571과 0.588이고, SEE는 4.06과 4.01 ml/kg/min, CV는 12.3과 12.2%로 나타났으며(p<.01), 모형은 다음과 같다. O2 max = 74.582 + BMI*-.688 + Age*-.075 + Height*-.141. 심박수 모형인 HR150모형의 R은 0.157로 다소 낮게 나타났고, SEE는 4.88 ml/kg/min, CV는 14.8%로 나타났다. [결론] 최대산소섭취량 추정식의 타당도는 최대산소섭취량 추정에는 전체모형, 6분모형, 3분모형, 신체변인 모형 및 HR150모형 순으로 나타났다. 추정식의 타당도, 유용성과 간편성을 고려하면 신체변인 모형과 3분 모형이 권장되고 6분운동을 수행한 경우에는 전체모형과 6분모형이 권장되는 것으로 나타났다.

        대학생의 최대산소섭취량 예측을 위한 Åstrand 자전거 검사 최적운동부하 설정과 추정식 개발

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal exercise load for developing a reliable prediction model of O2max from sex, age, exercise load, mean heart rate, and energy expenditure using Åstrand Bicycle test. [METHOD] The subjects (20‘s men and women, n=34) were entitled Åstrand bicycle test as submaximal exercise test. The test was initiated with the intensities which had been suggested by previous study (intensity 1 or A1 and intensity 2 or A2) and that was 50W-lower than those each(intensity 3 or N1, the intensity 4 or N2). The optimal level of exercise load was obtained from both predicted O2max and measured O2max using Bruce protocol stress test. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to derive a regression equation for energy consumption using gender, age, exercise, mean heart rate. [RESULTS] The highest correlation(r = 0.692, p<0.001) between the four methods was the one of conventional methods, A2 which initiated 150W(3.0kp) for men and 125W(2.5kp) for women. Between the new methods, N2 was found to be the most appropriate (p<0.001), N2 which initiated 100W(2.0kp) for men and 75W(1.5kp) for women, but it showed lower correlation (r=0.555) than conventional methods(A1 and A2). For the precited model to estimate energy consumption using age, exercise, mean heart rate during Åstrand bicycle test, the suitability F = 10.117 (p<0.001) and coefficient of determination R2= 58.3% were found. The estimated regression equation was O2max(ml/kg/min)=78.764+(-13.915×gender)+(-0.861×age)+(0.053×exercise) +(-0.074×mean heart). [CONCLUSION] A2 is the most appropriate method for Åstrand bicycle test. Although they showed similar level of suitability, N2 was more appropriate within the newly modified methods. In addition, the prediction for O2max with four variables appears to be suitable as the coefficient of determination(variance) was reasonable, i.e., R2 = 58.3%. [서론] 본 연구의 목적은 Åstrand 자전거 검사를 이용하여 신뢰성 있는 최대산소섭취량을 추정할 수 있는 최적운동부하를 선정하고, 성, 연령, 운동부하와 평균심박수를 이용한 에너지 소비량 추정 공식을 개발하는데 있다. [방법] 연구대상은 20대 남․녀 총 34명이며 Åstrand 자전거 검사를 이용한 최대하운동부하검사를 하였으며, 최초 운동부하는 남자, 여자 각각 선행연구에서 제시한 2개의 기존 강도(부하1, 부하2)와 기존 강도에서 50W씩 강도를 낮춘 강도(부하3, 부하4)로 총 4가지의 강도로 실시하였다. 예측된 최대산소섭취량과 Bruce protocol을 이용한 트레드밀 최대운동부하검사를 통해 얻어진 실측값을 비교하여 최정운동부하를 선정하였다. 성, 연령, 운동부하, 평균심박수를 이용한 에너지소비량 회귀식을 도출하기 위하여 다단계방식의 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. [결과] 4가지 방법 중 가장 상관관계가 높은 것은 기존 방법 중 하나인 A2로 초기 강도를 남자는 150W(3.0kp), 여자는 125W(2.5kp)로 추정하는 방법이었다(r=0.692, p< 0.001). 기존의 부하를 변형한 새로운 방법 중에서 가장 적합한 것은 N2로 초기 강도를 남자는 100W(2.0kp), 여자는 75W(1.5kp)로 추정하는 방법이었지만(p< 0.001) 기존 방법인 A1과 A2에 비해 표준상관계수는 다소 낮게 나타났다(r=0.555). Åstrand 자전거 검사를 이용한, 연령, 운동부하, 평균심박수를 통한 에너지소비량 추정 결과 모델의 적합성은 F=10.117(p< 0.001), 결정계수 R2=58.3%로 나타났으며, 이에 따른 추정회귀식은 다음과 같다. O2max(ml/kg/min) = 78.764 + (-13.915 × 성별) + (-0.861 × 연령) + (0.053 × 운동부하) + (-0.074 × 평균심박수) [결론] Åstrand 자전거 검사 방법에서 사용하던 부하방법 중 하나인 A2 방법이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 운동부하를 줄여 새롭게 변형한 방법중에서는 거의 비슷한 수준이였지만, N2 방법이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최대산소섭취량을 예측하기 위한 4가지 변인을 이용한 추정회귀식의 결정계수(설명력)는 R2=58.3%로 나타나 최대산소섭취량을 추정하는 공식으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

        성인 남성의 최대하 운동시 대사반응 및 1,200 m 달리기 기록을 이용한 최대산소섭취량 추정식 개발 및 타당도

        임재형, 전유정, 장혁기, 김효중, 김기홍, 이병근. 성인 남성의 최대하 운동시 대사반응 및 1,200 m 달리기 기록을 이용한 최대산소섭취량 추정식 개발 및 타당도. 운동과학, 제21권 제2호, 231-242, 2012. 본 연구의 목적은 운동부하검사에서 일반적으로 많이 사용하는 Bruce protocol을 이용한 최대하 운동의 대사반응, 주요 시점의 심박수 기록 및 1,200 m 달리기 기록을 이용하여 최대산소섭취량을 추정하는 모형을 개발하고 모형간 추정의 타당도를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 성인 남성 255명(1,200 m 달리기는133명)이며 Bruce protocol을 이용하여 최대운동부하검사를 실시하였고, 3분인 1단계와 6분인 2단계 종료 시점의 대사반응을 측정하였다. 측정항목은 V.O2(㎖㎖/㎏/min), V.CO2(㎖/㎏/min), V.E(L/min) 및 HR(bpm), HR가 150 bpm과 170 bpm에 도달하는 시간, Bruceprotocol 6분과 3분 심박수 차이, 1,200 m 달리기 기록 등이었다. 신체자료와 최대하 운동 중 대사반응을 이용하여 최대산소섭취량을 산출하는 모형을 개발하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 모든 변수를 동시투입법으로 분석한 전체모형의 R은 0.642이고 (p<.01) 추정의 표준오차(SEE)는 4.38 ㎖/㎏/min, 변동계수(CV)는 10.8%이었으나(p<.01), 다중공선성이 나타났다. 단계별분석법으로 분석한 3분모형1과 모형2의 R은 0.341과 0.461이고, SEE는 6.05와 5.72 ㎖/㎏/min, CV는 14.9와 14.1%로 나타났고(p<.01), 다중공선성이 나타나지 않았다. 6분모형1과 모형2의 R은 0.350과 0.456이었고(p<.01), SEE는 6.03과 5.74 ㎖/㎏/min, 변동계수(CV)는 14.9와 14.2%로 나타났으며(p<.01), 다중공선성이 나타나지 않았다. 6분HR-3분HR 모형의 R은 0.150, HR150모형은 0.151, HR170모형은 0.154로 나소 낮게 나타났고, SEE는 6.36~6.37 ㎖/㎏/min으로 유사하게 나타났고, CV도 15.7%로 유사하게 나타났다. 1,200 m 달리기 모형의 R은 0.444이고, SEE는 4.82 ㎖/㎏/min, CV는 11.9%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 Bruce protocol을 이용하여 실시한 최대산소섭취량 추정방법 중 실용적인 유용성과 간편성을 고려하면 대사반응을 이용한 6분모형과 3분모형이 적합한 모형으로 나타났고, 심박수 모형과 달리기 모형은 추정의 정확도가 다소 낮게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to develop the prediction model of V.O2max using submaximal metabolic responses from the Bruce protocol, HR responses at several stages and 1,200 m running record, and to compare and analyse the validity of these prediction models. The subjects were consisted of 255 male(133 male for 1,200 m running). They were participated maximal exercise testing with Bruce protocol, and the metabolic responses were measured in the end of the first(3 minute), second stage(6 minute), and 1,200 m running record. Measurement items were V.O2(./뇋/min), V.CO2(./뇋/min), V.E(L/min), HR(bpm) of 3 and 6 minute, time to HR 150 bpm and 170 bpm, HR difference between Bruce protocol 6 and 3 minute, 1,200 m running record. Analyzing with all variables using enter method, the multiple R of total variable model was 0.642(p<.01), SEE was 4.38 ./뇋/min, CV was 10.8 %, but multicolinearity was appeared. The multiple R of 3 minutes model 1 and model 2 were 0.341 and 0.461, SEE was 6.05 and 5.72 ./뇋/min, CV was 14.9 and 14.1%, and multicolinearity did not appeared. The multiple R of 6 minutes model 1 and model 2 were 0.350 and 0.456, SEE was 6.03 and 5.74 ./뇋/min, CV was 14.9 and 14.2%, and multicolinearity did not appeared. The R of HR 170 and HR 170 model were 0.151 and 0.154, SEE were 6.36~6.37 ./뇋/min, CV were 15.7%. The R of 1,200 m running model was 0.444, SEE was 4.82 ./뇋/min, CV were 11.9%. In conclusion, with considering usefulness and convenience through the validity of these prediction models, the prediction model of V. O2max recommended 6 and 3 minute model, and the validity of HR model and 1,200 m running model were moderately low.

        남자대학 테니스 선수의 하계훈련을 위한 한방음료섭취가 체력, 최대산소섭취량 및 환기량에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of herbal drinks intake for sultriness match physical fitness, V O2max and V˙E2 in male tennis players. Eighteen male tennis players in B city volunteered to participate in the study after signing consent forms. Experimental group had herbal drinks intake with tennis exercise group (n=9). Tennis exercise program was done 5 times a week for 4 weeks with an intensity of 70-90% HRR and 15~17 RPE. The participants received Herbal drinks(770㎖) daily for 4 weeks; The results of this study were as follows: Physical fitness in the herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased and the herbal drinks intake group was higher than that of the tennis exercise group. V O2 max in herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased and the herbal drinks intake group was higher than that of the tennis exercise group. V E2 in the herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that herbal drinks for sultriness match intake improve physical fitness, V O2 max and V E2 in male tennis players.

        남자 대학생의 최대산소섭취량과 운동 후 회복률 간의 상관관계 분석

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze changes in heart rate recovery (HRR) and lactate recovery rate (LRR) after the graded maximal exercise test in physically active male college students, and to investigate the relationship between three factors (V· O2max, HRR, and LRR) closely related to exercise performance. Method: The subjects (22 males) conducted a one-way repeated measure sANOVA to analyze changes in heart rate recovery and lactate recovery rate according to the graded maximal exercise test, and Bonferroni correction was applied for multiple comparisons. In addiotin, the relationship between the three fa-c tors was verified by the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Heart rate recovery (9.18%, p<.001) and lactate recovery rate (14.14%, p<.01) showed the most significant recovery patterns 1 minute after the exercise load test. Maximum oxygen uptake (V· O2max) did not appear to correlate with heart rate and lactate recovery rate, but heart rate recovery and lactate recovery rate showed a positive correlation (p<.05). Conclusion: Monitoring heart rate recovery and lactate recovery rate is suggested as essential for developing programs to control exercise intensity parameters.
