        숙성과 겔 성분이 MCM-41의 결정성에 미치는 효과에 대한 XRD 연구

        The reaction gel mixtures of molar composition (0.3${\sim}$2.1) $SiO_2:\;(0.10{\sim}0.50)\;CTABr:\;0.15{\sim}0.23)\;TMAOH:\;(20{\sim}100)\;H_2O$ we prepared and then aged at room temperature for a definite duration. The aged gel is reacted hydrothermally at $150^{\circ}C$ for 2 days. The pH of reaction gel during synthesis is strongly influenced by the concentration of TMAOH and silica source. The pH change affects the phase of product, which is monitored by X-ray diffractometer. With increasing the TMAOH ratio from 0.19 to 0.23, the gel becomes more basic, and the product involves more lamellar phase. At TMAOH ratio lower than 0.19, the hexagonal phase is lower with decrease of pH. The content of the lamellar phase increases at a lower $SiO_2$ concentration, and higher concentrations have a clear detrimental effect on the crystallinity ofMCM-41 due to an excess silica source. The best quality MCM-41 is synthesized from a reaction gel composition of $1.0\;SiO_2:\;0.27\;CTABr:\;0.19\;TMAOH:\;40\;H_2O$. The pH values of this gel, aged one for 24 hr, and reacted one at $150^{\circ}C$ for 2 days are 12.3, 11.5, and 10.5, respectively. Gel aging for 24 h is essential for preparing high quality MCM-41. Longer aging causes a decrease of hexagonal phase. (0.3${\sim}$2.1) $SiO_2:\;(0.10{\sim}0.50)\;CTABr:\;0.15{\sim}0.23)\;TMAOH:\;(20{\sim}100)\;H_2O$의 비를 가진 겔 혼합물을 실온에서 정한 시간 동안 숙성시킨 다음, $150^{\circ}C$ 에서 48시간 동안 수열 반응시킨다. 합성과정에서 측정된 pH는 TMAOH와 실리카의 농도에 따라 변화되었으며, pH의 변화는 생성물의 상에 영향을 주었다. 생성물의 상은 X-선 회절기로 측정되었다. 0.19에서 0.23 범위에서 TMAOH 비율이 증가함에 따라, 겔의 염기성이 증가하고, 생성물 내 판상이 증가한다. TMAOH의 비가 0.19 이하에서는 pH가 감소하면서 육각상이 감소한다. $SiO_2$의 농도가 낮은 경우, 판상의 양이 증가하고, 높은 농도에서는 과다한 실리카원으로 인하여 MCM-41의 결정성이 저하된다. 결정성이 가장 우수한 MCM-41이 합성된 혼합물의 농도비는 $1.0\;SiO_2:\;0.27\;CTABr:\;0.19\;TMAOH:\;40\;H_2O$이었으며, 이 겔의 초기 pH와 24시간 동안 숙성 후의 pH와 $150^{\circ}C$에서 2일간 반응 후의 pH는 각각 12.3, 1 1.5, 10.5였다. MCM-41의 결정성을 높히기 위해서는 숙성이 필수적이며 하루 정도의 숙성이 가장 적당하였다. 하루 이상의 숙성은 육각상의 비율을 감소시킨다.

        朴寿南がつづるもうひとつの沖縄戦史-映画「아리랑アリランのうた-オキナワからの証言」(1991)と「ぬちがふぅ(命果報)-玉砕場からの証言」(2012)を中心に-

        재일조선인 2세 영화감독 박수남은 다수의 다큐멘터리 영화 제작을 통해 조선인군부와 위안부피해자의 증언을 기록하여 왔다. 조선인 전쟁피해자들의 ‘한(恨)’을 기록한 그녀의 영화는 식민지배 역사의 실태를 파악·이해할 수 있는 귀중한 사료이다. 최근 일본에서는 그녀의 영화가 지닌 영화·사료적 가치를 재조명하는 움직임이 조금씩 나타나고 있다. 하지만 정작 그녀의 조국인 한국에서는 그 존재조차 잘 알려져 있지 않으며, 재일조선인 영화연구에서도 본격적인 연구대상이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 박수남 영화연구의 일환으로 오키나와전투에 강제 동원된 조선인군부와 위안부피해자의 증언을 기록한 영화 〈아리랑のうた-オキナワからの証言〉과 〈ぬちがふぅ(命果報)-玉砕場からの証言〉에 주목하여, 그녀가 조선인 전쟁피해자들의 전쟁 기억을 어떻게 기록하고 있는지를 벤야민(Walter Benjamin)의 역사 구성 원리를 토대로 살펴보았다. 특히 벤야민이 자신의 역사관을 현실화하는 방법으로 중요시하였던 ‘몽타주’ 개념에 초점을 두어 박수남의 영화가 일본/일본인의 ‘피해’와 ‘희생’으로 요약되는 전후 일본의 자국중심주의적 전사(戰史)에 새로운 해석의 가능성을 제시하고 있음을 밝혀 보고자 하였다. The second-generation Zainichi film director Park Soo-nam has produced a number of documentary films which contain testimonies of Korean military laborers and comfort women. Her movies have recorded the unique ‘Han’ sentiment of Korean war victims, and are invaluable historical records allowing a better understanding of the realities of Japan’s colonial rule. Recently, there are moves to shed a new light on her movies’ historical value in Japan. Ironically, Park Soo-nam is hardly known as a film director in her homeland, Korea, and her works have yet to become a subject of research on Zainichi film. This paper, as a part of research on Park Soo-nam’s films, studies how she has recorded war memories of Korean war victims, largely by drawing on the constitutive principles of Walter Benjamin’s view of history. This study focuses on her movies 〈Song of Arirang-voices from Okinawa〉 and 〈Nuchigafu-Life is a Treasure “Gyokusai” Stories in the Battle of Okinawa〉, which record testimonies of forcibly mobilized comfort women and Korean military laborers sent to Okinawa. It pays particular attention to the concept of “montage,” which Benjamin valued realize his view of history. and thus tries to determine that Park Soo-nam’s movies suggest possibly a new interpretation of the postwar Japanese self-centric war history, which can be summarized as the suffering and sacrifice on the part of Japan/Japanese population.

        태백선수촌에서의 3주간 훈련이 엘리트 복싱선수들의 Hct과 Hb의 농도, 운동효율성 및 3km 달리기 기록에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 태백선수촌 훈련장(1,330m)에서의 훈련이 고지대 적응효과를 유발할 수 있는가를 규명하기 위한 것이었다. 국가대표 복싱팀 22명을 대상으로 동일 량과 동일 강도의 훈련을 각각 3주간 해수면 훈련(태능선수촌, 100m)과 태백선수촌 훈련(1,330m)을 실시한 후 Hct(%)과 Hb의 농도(g/dl), 3km 달리기기록, VO2max (ml/kg/min), 운동효율성(VO2/velocity)과 최대점증부하검사 시 회복기 젖산 및 심박수 반응(안정시, 운동직후, 휴식 3분, 5분, 15분) 등을 분석하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 최대점증부하검사 시 탈진시까지의 운동소요시간이 유의하게 증가하였다(3분 9초 증가, p<.001). 최대점증부하검사 중 14km/h 속도에서의 운동효율성은 태백선수촌 훈련 전·후 간의 비교에서 유의한 차이가 발생하지 않았다(p>.05). 3km 달리기 제1차, 2차 기록 측정시 평균속도는 각각 16.37± 1.30km/h, 16.95±1.38km/h로 제1차 기록에 비해 제2차 기록이 0.58km/h 향상되었다(22초의 기록 단축, p=.0004). 태백선수촌 훈련 후 Hct의 경우, 약 9.17% (p<.001) 그리고 Hb는 8.74%(p<.001) 유의하게 증가하였다. 혈장량 변화율(%)은 시기간(F= 54.09, p<.001), 집단간(F= 12.07, p<.01) 그리고 상호작용(집단×시기, F= 7.17, p<.05) 모두 유의한 차이가 발생하였으며, 태백선수촌 훈련 후 그 양상이 더욱 두드러지게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 3주간의 태백선수촌(1,330m)에서의 훈련은 2,000m 이상의 고지대 체류 효과를 유발할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. To investigate the training effect at the Taebaek training center(1,330m) on running economy(RE), hematocrit(Hct, %), hemoglobin(Hb, g/dl), 3km running record(3-KR), and VO2max, 22 elite national boxing players(n=22) trained at the similar training intensity and volume for 20days at 100m and for 20days at 1,330m. RE was assessed during submaximal treadmill runs at 14km/h before and after completion of intervention. VO2, heart rate, and blood lactate concentration were determined during the final 60s of each run, whereas Hb, Hct, 3km record, VO2max, and expended running time on the treadmill during incremental test were measured on a separate occasion. All testing was performed under normoxic conditions at approximately 100m. RE after 20days training at 1,330m compared with 20days training at 100m was not significantly different(p>.05). However, expended running time(3m 9s, p<.001) on the treadmill during incremental test was significantly improved. In addition, 3-KR was improved from 16.37±1.30km/h to 16.95±1.38km/h(p<.001). As a blood variables, Hct(%) and Hb(g/dl) were significantly increased both 9.17% (Hct, p<.001) and 8.74%(Hb, p<.001). We conclude that 20 days of training at 1,330m altitude improved the 3-KR and expended time on the treadmill during the incremental test as well as increased Hct and Hb concentration of elite national boxing players.

        在日映画<血と骨>に表われた暴力性研究

        After the war, the appearance of leftish Japanese (Jai-nichi) movie directors and their active working with expiating on suppression of Korean lead making a lot of movies which showed remorse of dominating Korea and represented negative view to the rounding-up of discrimination. But Japanese tend to evaluate those movies as reconstructing of minority in Japanese society. We should understand those movies with different point of view. The appearance of Jai-nich was built on close relationship with social and historical circumstances at that time so it’s certain to come at it from another angle. In this study, the Korean-Japanese film 〈Blood and Bones〉 is analyzed in different angle with Japanese view. This movie showed a history of first generation of Jai-nichi through a life of one man (Jun-Pyeong Kim). The Jai-nichi narratives in movies were regarded as a mirror of a Japanese society in transition towards becoming a multiracial country; a fact which post-war Japanese society strove to ignore and eliminate. The presence of a Jai-nichi identity in film, which emerged from the Japanese occupation of Korea represented a unique viewpoint. This study took a skeptical look at this interpretation, and analyzed the protagonist, Jun-Pyeong Kim’s brutality in historical and social perspective. The movie was separated to seven major sequences and analyzed to understand a structure and development of narrative. Greimas’ semiotic square model was used to grasp a diverse meaning of the narrative structure. The character’s acts were analyzed in social and political context and a relationship between Jun-Pyeon Kim and 3 other women became known as an important clue of analyzing Kim’s drastic brutality. So the study tried to find the origin of brutality applying that relationship into Greima’s actor model and Semiotic Square. This study concludes that the brutality of the protagonist, Jun-Pyeong Kim in the film『Blood and Bones』came from Japan"s colonial rule of Korea. In other words, Kim’s several violent behaviors were symbolic of Jai-nichi who lived in the period of unstable and sudden changed imperialism of Japan and it was disclosed through this movie.

        映画「青~CHONG~」からみる在日朝鮮人3世の自己アイデンティティ

        This study reviewed the self-identity of third generation Zainichis through the movie “Blue~CHONG~”, which was produced by Lee, Sang-Il, a third generation Zainichi, as part of his graduation work at the Japan Institute of the Moving Image. This movie has been highly regarded as realistically representing the ambiguous and complex issue of self-identity among third generation Zainichis through the life of Joseon school students. This is distinct from other movies portraying the agonies of the Zainichis, an ethnic minority. However, this movie has not gained popularity among the public as it is an independent film. Third generation Zainichis are more closely connected with the Japanese society than their former generations. I studied how they perceive the “Nation” and how they define themselves to develop self-identities. This work helps understand third generation Zainichis with a perspective different from text images produced by the Korean’s position, while also working as reminder of the third generation Zainichi’s self-identity issue which has not come to the fore.

        혈중 지질과 염증반응을 고려한 최적의 일회성 운동강도 모색

        이 연구는 다양한 일회성 운동강도 처치의 비교를 통해 혈중지질 반응에 긍정적이면서도 염증반응이 증가되지 않는 최적의 일회성 운동강도를 규명하는 것이었다. 이 연구를 위해 10명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 자전거를 이용한 최대점증부하검사를 실시하여 각 개인의 무산소역치(Individual Anaerobic threshold; IAT)를 결정하였다. IAT강도에서의 심박수를 100% 강도로 결정하고 Kavornen 공식을 활용하여 70, 80, 90,100, 110% IAT 강도에서의 심박수와 각 강도별로 300kcal를 소비하는데 소요되는 시간이 결정되었다. 실험참여자들은 무선할당방식으로 각 강도에서 300kcal를 소비하는 운동처치를 주당 1회씩 실시하였으며 매운동처치마다 운동 전, 운동 중(150kcal소비시점), 운동 직후, 휴식 30분, 휴식 90분에 상완정맥에서 혈액을 채혈하였다. 또한 아무런 자극이 없는 수준과의 비교를 위해 좌식안정을 취하며 동일한 시기에 혈액만 채혈하는 control 집단도 함께 구성하였다. 수집된 혈액에서 혈중지질(HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC)과 염증지표(hs-CRP, WBC와 하위변인)를 관찰하여 얻은 결과는 80%와 90% IAT에서의 운동이 운동 후 90분까지 TG를 운동 전에 비해 약 10%정도 낮추는 것으로 나타났고, 염증반응은 110%IAT까지 크게 증가되지 않는 것으로 나타나 혈중지질에 긍정적이면서도 염증반응을 증가시키지 않는 운동강도는 80~90% IAT인 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimal acute exercise intensity which has positive effect on the blood lipid concentrations and didn`t increase inflammation, through the comparison of various acute exercise intensity treatments. For this, 10 participants underwent bicycle graded exercise test and by this, their individual anaerobic threshold (IAT) was decided. The heart rate (HR) at the IAT was settled at 100% intensity, and the HR of 70, 80, 90, 100, 110% intensity was calculated by the using the Kavornen formula, and the consumption time for 300kcal at each intensity was decided. All kind of intensities were applied by counter balance method to subjects at one week intervals, and they consumed 300kcal during every exercise trial. One time of control treatment was added to the treatment which consist of blood sampling while resting at chair. the blood sample was collected at pre-exercise, during exercise (at the time of consuming 150kcal), post exercise (PE), 30min after from PE, and 90min after from PE. From the blood, blood lipid (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC) and inflammation parameter (hs-CRP, WBC, WBC subfraction) was analyzed. The result was that 80%, 90% IAT lower TG about 10% until 90min after from PE when compare with pre-exercise while the inflammation response didn`t increased until 110%IAT. It can be concluded that the optimal intensity which has positive effect for blood lipid and didn`t increased inflammation response appeared at 80% and 90% IAT.

        야구선수의 편향적인 팔운동이 척추측만변위에 미치는 영향

        To goal of this investigation was to study an influence of deflective arm movement of baseball players on their scoliosis. Ten right-handed and eight left-handed baseball players were selected and were took by radiography(X-ray) photographs to get information on scoliosis. Cobb`s Method was used to determine scoliosis based on their X-ray photographs. SPSS` t-test was used to determine group differences between the two groups. In addion, to determine the relationship between athletes` carrier and 15 vertebrates Pearson correlation was conducted. The results were that 13 out of 18 players(72%) have over 5o(degree) of curve: 7 out of 10 right-handed players(70%) have 5.86o(±0.85˚) of average deflection, while 6 out of 8 left-handed players(75%) have 7.06o(±1.83˚) of average deflection. However, any of right deflection player group or the left deflection player group did not have the scoliosis which is to a certain direction according to its deflection style(p>.05). The types of curve were thoracic curve(38.46%), double structural curve and lumbar curve(38.46%), and thoracolumbar curve(15.38%). The factor of athletic career was not an important factor for scoliosis. Based on these results, the college baseball players had 72% of the scoliosis that means repeated deflective arm movement affects on the scoliosis. Therefore, coaches and leaders should teach appropriately to prevent the scoliosis occurred from repeated deflective arm movement.
