        In order to check and develop an effective use of public physical facilities. We have consulted the statistical data, the concerned officials from countries, cities and provinces, and the questionnaire. Then we have analized the nation's present situation of physical facilities according to their founders, kinds, and localities, and thereby we obtained the following results and problems abot the situation of management and the use of physical facilities in Chungbuk province: 1. The nation and the local government should open the public physical facilities to the people of the community and increase the percentage of their users by enlarging the lacking facilities as needed by the community. 2. It is necessary to support the physical activities of people in the community by stationing a leader in the facilities, organizing clubs, and developing programs. 3. It is necessary to induce people to take active part in the physical activities by publicizing the method of using the facilities, organizations, programs, and detailed activities. 4. The public facilities should be equipped with the attendant things and also controled by an employed manager. 5. Financial support should be continued till the management of the facilities is self-dependant and activated. 6. The use of physical facilities smould contribute to the health and physical abilities of people and the love of the facilities and nation.

        교정용 광중합형 및 화학중합형 레진접착제의 전단결합강도와 파절양상에 대한 연구

        Light-cured orthodotic composite resin has been widely advertised recently for use in bonding brackets.However,the curability of light-cured resin waves are diffused through metal brackets in questionable. The purposes of this study were to evaluate shear bond strenght and failure patterns of visible light-cured resin(Lightbond) and chemically cured-resin(Mono-Lok 2),and to determine the relative value of light-cured resin as an alternative to conventional chemically cured resin.Each of the two resins was tested on twently extracted human first premolars.Standard edgewise mental brackets were bonded to the teeth in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendation.After bonding,the teeth were stored for 24 hours at 37℃,100% huminity.The shear bond strenght was tested with a universal testing machine(Instron 4302),at 0.5mm/min crosshead speed.After debonding,brackets and enamel surfaces were examines with a scanning electron microscope and a stereoscopic microscope. The results were as follows: 1.Mental brackets bonded with Lightbond showed statistically highershear bond strenght than mental brackets bonded with Mono-Lok 2. 2.The predominant failure site in Lightbond was the enamel-resin interface,and in Mono-Lok 2 it was the resin itself. 3.Enamel cracks were not found in any specimen. The above results suggest that direct bonding of metal brackets enamel with light-cured resin bonding agent can be used effectively in clinics.

      • 흰쥐 정소 간질세포의 발생에 관한 형태학적 연구

        It is well known that interstitial cell of Leydig is developed from the mesenchymal cell in the intestitial tissue of the testis during fetal period, but it gradually regressed until puberty when mature Leydig cell is derived from the mesenchyme of interstitial tissue of fetal Leydig cell. The function of the Leydig cell is synthesis and secretion of testosterone which influences on differentiation of male geritalia at fetal period, and revealation of male secondary sexual characteristies and differentiation of sperm at puberty. To investigate the differentiation of interstitial cell in interstitium and ultrastructural changes of interstitial cell in rat testis and ultrastructural changes of interstitial cell in rat testis and relation to testosterone secretion, the author has studied this experiment. Fetal rats on the 16th, 18th and 20th gestational days and rats on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day, 2nd, 3rd and 8th week after birth were used as experimental animals. Some of obtained testis were stained with hematoxylin and eosin for light microscopic study, and other specimens were double stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate for electron microscopic study. The results were as follows: 1. On the 16th day of pregnancy, a few of round eosinophilic Leydig cells are firstly observed in the interstitium of testis in fetal rat. On the 18th and 20th day of pregnance, 1st and 3rd day of neonatal life, a number of Leydig cells forming cellular cord were observed. On the 1st and 2nd week after birth, number and size of Leydig cell are markedly reduced but on teh 3rd week after birth Leydig cells are reappeared. On the 8th week after birth distribution of Leydig cells is similar to that in adult rat testis. 2. On the 18th and 20th day pregnancy, and 1st and 3rd day of neonatal life, circular or oval shaped mitochondria matrix were observed in the Leydig cell. On the 1st and 2nd week after birth, giant mitochondria and mitochondria with disorganized mitochondrial crista were revealed. On the 3rd and 8th week after birth, appearances of mitochondria were similar to that in Leydig cell of the rat testis on the 20th day of pregnancy. 3. Numerous and round cisternae of smooth endoplasmic reticulum were observed in Leydig cell of rat testis on the 18th and 20th day of pregnancy. 1st and 3rd day of neonatal life, and 1st week after birth . Horseshoe-shaped deformity and reduction in number of cisternae of smooth endopalmic reticulum were revealed in Leydig cells on the 2nd week after birth. Numerous and round cisternae of smooth endoplasmic reticulum were seen on the 3rd and 8th week after birth. 4. A few lipid droplets were revealed in Leydig cell of rat testis on the 18th day of pregnancy, but many lipid droplets were observed in Leydig cells of rat testis on the 20th day of gestation, 1st and 3rd day of neonatal life, and 1st week after birth. Numbers of lipid droplets were gradually decreased after 2nd week of postnatal life. 5. Many autophagic vacuoles were observed in Leydig cells would be firstly differentiated from the mesenchymeal cells in interstitium of fetal rat testis on the 16th day of pregnancy, and proliferated from the 18th day of pregnancy to the 1st day of neonatal life, and then gradually regressed before the puberty, but at the begining of puberty adult type of Leydig cell be proliferated.

        Development of a Monitoring System for Water-borne Bacteria by a Molecular Technique, PCR-RELP-sequence Analysis

        Since water borne infection causes acute diseases and results in spread of diseases by secondary infection, the prevention is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to have a method that is rapid and effective to monitor pathogenic bacteria in drinking water. In this study, we employed a systematic method, Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis, to develop an effective monitoring system for possible bacterial contaminants in drinking water. For this purpose, PCR primers were derived from 992 bp region of the 16s rRNA gene that is highly conserved through the different species of prokaryotes. To test whether the PCR primers designed are indeed useful for detecting all the possible microbial contaminants in the water, the primers were used to amplify 16s rRNA regions of different microbial water-borne pathogens such as E. coli, Salmonella, Yersinia, Listeria, and Staphylococcus. As expected, all of tested microorganisms amplified expected size of PCR products indicating designed PCR primers for 16s rRNA indeed can be useful to amplify all different microbial water-borne pathogens in the water. Furthermore, to test whether these 16s rRNA based PCR primers can detect bacterial populations present in the water, water samples taken from diverse sources, such as river, tap, and sewage, were used for amplification. PCR products were for then subjected for cloning into a T-vector to generate a library containing 16s rRNA sequences from various bacteria. With cloned PCR products, RFLP analysis was done using PCR products digested with restriction enzyme such as Hae Ⅲ to obtain species-specific RFLP profiles. After PCR-RFLP, the bacterial clones which showed the same RFLP profiles were regarded as the same ones, and the clones which showed distinctive RFLP profiles were subsequently subjected for sequence analysis for species identification. By this PCR-RFLP analysis, we were able to reveal diverse populations of bacteria living in water. In brief, in unsterilized natural river water, over 60 different species of bacteria were found. On the other hand, no PCR products were detected in drinking tap-water. The results from this study clearly indicate that the PCR-RFLP-sequence analysis can be a useful method for monitoring diverse, perhaps pathogenic bacteria contaminated in water in a rapid fashion.

        다중 질의 결합을 통한 검색 효과의 개선

        일반적으로 주어진 정보 요구에 대하여 서로 다른 사용자는 서로 다른 질의를 생성할 수 있으며, 또는 한명의 사용자가 통제어의 사용 여부에 따라 서로 다른 질의를 생성할 수 있다. 최근 정보 검색 분야의 연구들은 이러한 서로 다른 질의 표현의 서로 다른 문서 집합을 검색함을 보여준다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 사용자 질의에 대하여 다양한 적합성 피드백 방법을 적용함으로써 다중의 질의들을 자동으로 생성한 후, 생성된 다중 질의들을 다시 하나의 질의로 결합하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 자동으로 생성된 다중의 질의들을 결합함으로써 보다 높은 검색 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 입증한다 Different users or the same user using controlled versus free-text vocabularies could generate different queries for the same information need. It has been known in the information retrieval literature that different query representations may retrieve different sets of documents. In this paper, we first generate multiple query vectors from a given information problem by using different relevance feedback methods. Then we combine the multiple query vectors into a single query vector. We also show through experiments that significant improvements can be achieved by the combination of the multiple query vectors

        Carcinous pain is severe and continuous so difficult to alleviate. Western drugs give rise to reation such as anoresia, constipation, voniting, general weakness and dyspnea, And they cause tolerence. External treatment is a way to put a patch or rub a liquid on the skin. The patch and liquid are made from herb medicine. In china, they have a good effect of alleviating carcinous pain to make use of external treatment. Usually they use the medicine with effect of reprecussion(消腫)removing obstruction(散結), activating blood flow and removing blood stasis (活血化瘀)such like Borneloum(水片). Bufonis Venenum (蟾?), Aconiti Ciliane Tubber(草鳥), Arisaematis Rhizoma(南星), Asari herba cum Radice (細辛)etc. We can get the alleviating effect more quickly and prevent reaction through extermal treatment.

      • 한글ㆍ영문 겸용 Word Processor System 개발에 관한 연구

        The design theory and implementation of a word processor system with more efficient processing of Korean and English text are studied. A screen editing method is implemented which is more flexible to handle the texts. Convinient control of the keyboards, cursors moving, texts editing, line marking and block operations are considered. The codes to avoid the complexity and inefficiency which are caused by difference of the code length between the Korean and English characters are reconstructed. File management systems and algorithms for executing the control commands are also studied. As a result, a successful word processor system is designed and implemental which performs a complete screen editing system. The performance of the system includes flexible cursor movement, margin setting, block operations of insertion, deletion and copying any sizes of the line and blocks; and also, the printout routines for size variation of the characters are worked out.

        The IP-based converged network has various characteristics such as fast service development, Web-based service that user selects directly, many service provider, various technique, soft and quick change of technology base, and guarantee of QoS/SLA through infra that many services are linked to. In NGN, various kinds of services should be offered to the exact user according to promised SLA. But, it is possible that network information that NMS keeps does not match with correct user information actually. Because the legacy NMS has risky possibility to have incorrect user access information, the other systems using this can not provide and manage the deployed services to the operator. In this paper, we propose a system that can manage and configure network resources efficiently to provide QoS/SLA-guaranteed services.

      • 알레르기 환자에서 특이알레르겐 항체 양성율과 관련요인

        Recently, allergic diseases are very prevalent in Korea, resulting in physical and economic losses during the life. It is well-known that the principle therapy is identification, eradication, and desensitization of allergens. There are many allergic diagnostic tools for identification of specific-allergens. However, none of them is satisfied with its efficiency due to lack of validity. Recently MAST-CLA has been widely used in the allergic clinical fields because of its simplicity and simultaneous identification of allergens. This study was designed to determine the positivity of allergen-specific antibodies using MAST-CLA in patients with allergic diseases, and evaluate the efficacy for allergen detection, compared to results of skin prick test. During June 2000 - September 2001, 325 study subjects visited Soonchunhyang University Chunan Hospital for the evaluation of allergic problems. Among them, 289 subjects were diagnosed with allergic disease and included for the study. Thirty four subjects visited children's allergic unit were evaluated specific allergens using a skin prick test at the same time. Our result as follows; 1. The positive rates of allergen-specific antibodies and total IgE were 51.2% and 73.4%, retrospectively. 2. There was significant difference in positive rate in age group, showing highest in teen ages(73.6%), but insignificant difference in sex in allergen-specific antibodies. 3. The positive rate was 60.4% in allergic rhinitis, 51.3% in allergic dermatitis, 46.9% in bronchial asthma, and 39.1% in urticaria in order(P=0.073). 4. Significant difference in month or season was observed, with highest rate in April(78.1%) and May(72.1%). The highest season was in spring(62.7%), and then summer(52.8%), fall(50.3%), and winter(41.4%) in order (P=0.04). 5. The three highest allergen-specific antibodies were D. pteronyssinus(39.3%), D. farinae(38.3%), and house dust(24.3%) in Korean inhalant pannel, However, in food pannel types of allergen-specific antibody were different as D. farinae(18.5%), Alternaria(18.5%), house dust(17.3%). 6. There were significant agreements between MAST-CLA and Skin prick test (D. farianae Kappa=0.636;D. pteronyssinus Kappa=0.78, both P<0.001) In conclusion, MAST-CLA could detect allergen-specific antibodies in patients with allergic diseases as a simple and valid tool of screening of allergy. Especially, it could be a useful measure of multiple allergens simultaneously in children However, more detailed allergens and valid assay for unmeasured allergens should be identified for Korean-specific allergens.
