중추성 및 말초성 안구운동장애 사례에 대한 고찰 - 한방치료를 시행한 3례를 중심으로

Objectives : To report three cases of eye movement impairment: internuclear ophthalmoplegia (INO) due to pontine infarction, traumatic abducens nerve palsy, and abducens nerve involvement in Miller-Fisher syndrome. Cases Summary : There were three cases. First, a 64-year-old woman, who was given a diagnosis of INO due to pontine infarction, had left gaze palsy of her right eye while the convergence was intact. Second, a 34-year-old man had abduction impairment of his right eye after a traffic accident. Third, a 66-year-old man, who was diagnosed with Miller-Fisher syndrome, had left gaze palsy of his left eye. Their symptoms improved substantially and their anxieties were relieved after treatment with herbal medicine and acupuncture. Conclusions : There has been no certain cure for eye movement impairment yet. In this report, we present three successful cases of patients with eye movement impairment and show that Korean medical treatment could be a solution for this incurable disease.

본 연구는 기존 군 발전기 규격에 대한 기준요약표, 구매요구서의 요구조건 등을 비교 하여 군 발전기의 표준화 관련 기본적인 조건을 분석 하였다. 또한 발전기 각 기본성능에 대한 검토를 통해 발전기 물품구매구서와 품질보증 활동의 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 운용환경에 따라 상이하여 표준화가 불가한 요구조건에 대해서는 계약 전 또는 계약 후 협의 시활용될 수 있도록 체크시트로 작성하였다. 군 발전기 중 상용 전환이 가능한 사항에 대해 연구를 함으로서 예산 절감 및 상용 인버터 발전기의 적용 여부를 분석해보았다. 해당연구는 향후 군 발전기 물품구매요구서 신규작성 및 개선, 품질보증활동의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purposes of this study are to find out the concepts of aims and educational aims, and the growth theory of John Dewey. John Dewey's criteria of good aims can be summarized as followd: (1) The established aim should be an outgrowth of exisisting condition. (2) The aim should be flexible, that is to say, it should be capable of alteration to meet circumstances. (3) The aim must always represent the liberation of avtivities. The educational application of these criteria of good aims is as follows: (1) The educational aim should be founded upon the intrinsic activities and needs of the given individual to be educated. (2) The educational aim should be capable of beng translated into a method of cooperation with the avtivities of those instructions. (3) Educators have to be on their guard against the educational aims that can be alleged to be general and ultimate. The concept of growth as good educational aims is as follows:the primary condition of growth is immaturity.Immaturity means the possibility of growth, i.e.the ability to be developed. The positive aspect of possibility gives the key to understanding the two chief traits of immaturity, i.e. dependence and plasticity. From a social point of view, dependence denotes a power rather than a parasitism; inother words,it involves interdepedndence. On the other handmplasticity is essentiality the ability to learn out of experience; in other words, the power to retain from one experience something which is available in coping with the difficulties of a later situation. This means the power to modify actions on the basis of the results of prior experiences, i.e. the power to develop dispositions. In conclusion life is growth, and developing or growing is life itself. Translated to its educational equivalents, this means that the educational process has no end beyond the growing life itself, and that the educational process is reorganizing or reconstructng continuously for life's intellectual growth.
