        This paper proposes Internet-based checking scheme for machine-tools with a variant CNC. Checking points defined in this research are classified into two categories such as structured point and operational point. The formal includes the vibration of bearing, temperature of spindle unit and another periodical management. And the latter includes oil checking, clamp locking/unlocking and machining on/off status. Through this research, for the global management of variant CNC machines interspersed with CAC and OAC in manufacturing system, the suitable environment for Internet-based checking of variant CNC machines was designed and the checking methods for CAC and OAC machines were compared with each other.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion.       • Breeding of Tetraploid in Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.)A. DC. by Colchicine treatment

        Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Platycodon grandiflorum in Campanulaceae. The most successful colchicine treatment for tetraploid production in P. grandiflorum was soaking treatment using 0.01 and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 hour and 12 hours, respectively. Morphological characteristics of both diploid and tetraploid were similar, but tetraploid plants had more leaves. Compared to diploid, tetraploid had the larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploids was 20∼40% heavier than that of diploid.

      • HDPE 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 강도 및 변형특성

        본 연구는 폐비닐 펠렛을 도로포장재료로 재활용하여 자원절약 및 아스팔트 혼합물의 품질향상을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 폐비닐의 첨가량별 배합설계를 수행하여 적정 폐비닐 첨가량과 최적 아스팔트 함량으로 편마암과 화강암 2가지 골재와 폐비닐인 RHDPE의 함량을 4가지로 혼합물을 제작하여 8종류의 재질 혼합물과 2종류의 무개질 혼합물을 제작하였다. 그리고 이 공시체에 대하여 마샬안정도, 간접인장강도 및 Kim test와 반복주행시험 등 실내시험을 통하여 혼합물의 특성을 분석하였다. 폐비닐 첨가량은 RHDPE가 8%일 때 안정도와 간접인장강도 모두 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났고 취성도 나타나지 않았다. RHDPE를 첨가한 혼합물에 대하여 Kim test를 수행한 결과 DR과 DS 모두 높은 상관성을 보였다. 그리고 반복주행시험에서는 RHDPE를 첨가한 혼합물이 일반 혼합물보다 우수하였다. 향후 많은 실험을 통해 RHDPE의 우수성을 입증한다면 소성변형 저항성에 우수한 재료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. This study is a fundamental research for recycled high-density polyethylene (RHDPE) in asphalt mixture for improving roadway pavement. Marshall mix design was conducted and optimum asphalt content(OAC) was determined for dense-graded surface course mixture by RHDPE content. Marshall stability test, indirect tensile strength (ITS) test, wheel tracking trest and Kim-test were carried out to measure the characteristics of RHDPE-added asphalt concretes. From the results of this study, RHDPE in asphalt mixture if possible. It could be considered that adding too much RHDPE in asphalt mixture is not proper. The optimum content of RHDPE was appeared to be 8%. In Kim-test, statistical analysis was performed for each loading head and aggregate to find out correlation between S_(D) values and each rut parameter. The analysis result showed that S_(D) had very high coefficient of determination with rut parameters on the average.

      • 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 변형강도 측정 연구

        본 논문은 아스팔트 혼합물의 소성변형 저항성과 상관성이 높은 특성치를 찾고자 Kim test를 개발하여 현재 적용성 연구결과를 다루고 있다. 이 논문은 새로운 강도특성치인 변형강도(S_(D))를 개발하는 Kim, test 연구의 4단계 연구 결과이다. 13 mm 골재(편마암, 화강암)와 입도(밀입도, 갭입도) 5가지 폴리머로 제조한 8가지 바인더로 두 가지 입도에서 소성변형 저항성이 다른 32가지 혼합물을 만들었다. 슬래브(305㎜×305㎜×62㎜)공시체를 제조하여 한쪽은 Kim, test를 수행하기 위하여 18 cm정도로 잘라서 코어를 3개 채취하고 다른 한쪽은 12cm크기로 하여 반복주행시험을 실시하였다. Kim, test는 하중봉 3(0.75), 4(1.0)을 사용하였다. W/T시험으로부터 최종 침하 깊이와 동적안정도의 두 가지 소성변형 계수를 각 혼합물별로 구했다. 각 하중봉과 골재별, 입도별로 S_(D)와 소성변형 계수간의 통계적 상관관계 분석을 수행한 결과 S_(D)와 소성변형 계수와의 결정계수가 매우 높게 (R²>0.95) 나타났다. 하중봉 4(1.0)이 3(0.75)보다 다소 높은 상관성을 보였다. 향후 Kim test실험에서 하중봉 4(1.0)을 사용하고 4단계 방법을 이용한다면 소성변형 특성치인 침하깊이(DR)와 동적안정도(DS)와의 상관성이 매우 큰 시험법이 될 것이다. 또한 변형강도의 파괴 메커니즘은 콘크리트의 펀칭파괴와 유사하여 콘크리트의 전단강도 추정식을 근거로 아스팔트 콘크리트의 재료 특성에 적합한 추정식 계수 ◁ 원문 수식 참조 ▷ 를 얻었다. 이 식을 이용한다면 아스팔트 콘크리트가 견딜 수 있는 임계하중을 변형강도에 근거하여 추정할 수 있을 것이다. This study shows predictability of rut parameters of modified and unmodified asphalt concretes based on the deformation strength (S_(D)) which is calculated from the maximum load, deformation and size variables of loading head under simple static loading. This paper is the result of latest studies, phase 4 which is a part of Kim, Test studies for developing a new strength property for asphalt concrete. Two aggregates, gneiss and granite, two gradations, dense-graded, gap-graded, with maximum, size of 13mm and eight binders using different contents of five polymers (RLDPE, RHDPE, LDPE, SBS, SBR) were used to produce 32 different mixtures. A slab (305㎜×305㎜×62㎜) was cut into two pieces(18cm and 12cm width) and three 10cm cores were taken for S_(D) test from the larger piece and wheel tracking test was performed on the smaller piece. Kim test was performed using loading head 4(1.0), 3(0.75). Two rut parameters, depth of rut and dynamic stability, from the rut depth-cycle curve from a WT test were obtained for each mixture. Statistical analysis were performed for each loading head, aggregate, and gradation to find out correlation between S_(D) values and each rut parameter. The analysis results showed that S_(D) had high R² (over 0.95) on the average with rut parameters. The loading head 4(1.0) showed R² better than 3(0.75). It is concluded that S_(D) is the property that has excellent predictability for rut parameter of asphalt concretes. An equation, ◁ 원문 수식 참조 ▷ was obtained based on the equation of concrete shear load creating punching failure and current test data, because the failure mechanism of S_(D) is similar to punching failure of concrete. In the equation, P is shearing force creating punching effect, b is length of perimeter of punching area and d is depth of specimen. If this formula is used, a critical load for deformation failure will be predicted based on the S_(D).

      • Breeding of Tetraploid in Codonopsis lanceolata (Sieb. et Zucc.) Trautvetter by Colchicine Treatment

        Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Codonopsis lanceolata. Three tetraploid plants of C. lanceolata were produced from seeds which absorbed 0.1 % colchicine solution for 12 hours, and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 and 6 hours from seedlings, respectively. But tetraploid was not produced from shoot tips treated by colchicine solution. Compared to diploid, tetraploid plants had larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploid plants was 1.4∼3.6 times heavier than diploid plants.

      • HDPE 폐비닐 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 강도 및 공용 특성 연구

        국산 Lidocaine 알칼리화를 위한 Bicarbonate 혼합시 침전유발 최소량에 대한 고찰

        Background : When local anesthetics for regional anesthesia is used, usually small amounts of bicar-bonate are added for rapid onset. This addition gives the mixed solution a more alkaline pH. The following result is an increased unionized form of the local anesthetic and rapid penetration of the drug into tiissue. Unfortunately, no data about adequate mixing volumes of domestic lidocaine and bicarbonate is available. Methods : We examined six mixing pairs of two kinds of 2% lidocaines and three kinds of 8.4% bicarbonates for minimum volumes of bicarbonate to cause a precipitation of 2% 20 ml lidocaine. Results : The mean volumes of bicarbonate to cause precipitation were 1.54 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Kwang-Myung bicarbonate, 2.90 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Dae-Won bicarbonate, 2.73 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Je-Il bicarbonate, 0.97 ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Kwang-Myung bicarbonate, 1.26ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Dae-Won bicarbonate and 1.39 ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Je-Il bicarbonate. Conclusions : We conclude that the Kwang-Myung lidocaine and the Je-Il lidocaine could cause precipitation when mixing with a smaller bicarbonate volume than foreign textbook recommended.         임대주택법 일부개정법률안의 문제

        The bill, a partial amendment to the Housing Act, is submitted to the Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Committee of the National Assembly at Congressman Kim Tae-ho’s proposal, with major support of tenants in Kim-hae area. It is argued that the amendment is written for the tenants. The amendment includes some new provisions and other partially amended provisions. The main contents are comprised of provisions regarding the recovery of the full amount of the National Housing Fund, the criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale and the upper limit, retrospective application of the criteria, approval by the head of a Si, the head of Gun, or the head of Gu of rental conditions, and relevant penal provisions. Those provisions are for lowering the appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale by changing the criteria and ultimately for promoting tenants who reside in public rental housing to own a home. The main point is to retrospectively apply the same criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale to ten-year public rental housing units, as applied to five-year public rental housing units. Because the appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale directly affects interests between a landlord and a tenant after the tenancy is terminated, it is necessary to analyze the criteria for appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing units for sale, the upper limit, and the timing for the application of the appraisal prices, in terms of the objectives of policies for rental housing and impartiality between landlords and tenants. Especially, after the simulation of the upper limit of appraisal prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale in an area such as Pan-gyo where housing prices had dramatically risen, the result turned out that the real prices relating to the conversion of rental housing for sale, if the conversion is made after the termination of ten year rental period, is projected to range from 160 percent to 200 percent of the housing prices (construction cost) at the time of the recruitment of occupants. In cases of ten year rental housing units, since the profits of rental business operators are guaranteed for a rental period by law, the housing prices seems to rise higher. The more housing prices rise in the relevant area, the prices for the conversion of rental housing for sale seems to rise higher. Thus, it turned out that such increase deprived tenants of the opportunity to own a home. Also, the deprivation was against the objectives of the policies for rental housing. 이 논문의 분석대상이 된 임대주택법의 일부개정법률안은 김해지역의 임차인들이 주축이 되어 김태호의원의 대표발의로 국회의 국토해양위원회에 제출되었던 법률안이다. 그래서 임차인들을 위한 개정안이라고 주장하며, 그 주요내용을 보면, 국민주택기금의 전액 환수, 분양전환가격의 산정기준과 상한선 및 소급적 적용, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 임대조건 승인, 임대조건의 승인 및 그 벌칙에 관한 것을 일부 신설ㆍ개정하는 것이다. 주요내용들 중에서 분양전환가격을 산정하는 방식의 변경을 통해 분양전환가격의 인하를 유도하고, 궁극적으로 공공임대주택에서 거주하는 임차인들의 내집마련을 도모하고자하는 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 그 핵심적인 내용은 현재 5년 임대주택에 적용되는 분양전환가격의 산정기준과 상한선을 10년 임대주택에 대하여 동일하게 적용하되, 소급적으로 적용하려는 것이 특징이다. 임대기간 만료 후 분양전환을 할 때 산정되는 분양전환가격의 크기는 임차인과 임대인간의 이해관계에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 사항이기 때문에 분양전환가격의 산정기준과상한선 및 그 적용시기를 임대주택정책의 목적 및 임차인과 임대인 간의 형평성 등의 관점에서 분석할 필요가 있다. 특히 주택가격이 크게 상승한 (판교)지역에 대한 분양전환가격의 상한선을 시뮬레이션을 해본 결과, 10년 임대기간 만료 후 분양전환이 될 경우 예상되는 실질 분양전환가격은 최초 입주자 모집당시의 주택가격(건설원가)의 160%~200%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 10년 임대주택의 경우, 임대기간 중 임대사업자의 이윤까지 보전해주면서 해당 지역에서 주택가격이 상승하면 상승할수록 실질 분양전환가격의 크기는 더욱더 크게 증가함으로써 사실상 임차인들의 내집마련 기회가 박탈되고, 이것은 결국 임대주택정책의 목적에 반하는 것으로 나타났다.
