Benzoate, m-Toluate, Phenol의 Pseudomonas putida에 의한 생분해

It this study, basic data were obtained for the treatment of industrial waste water which includes aromatic compounds. Substrate concentrations used were 100ppm, 500ppm, and 1,000pprn and initial pH's were pH6, pH7, and pH8 in order to obtain the optimum conditions for treating benzoate, m-toluate, and phenol by Pseudomonas putida(KCTC 1644). Durations were 20hrs for 100ppm, 40hrs for 500ppm, and 60hrs for 1,000ppm before the static growth of Pseudomonas putida. 100% of 100ppm benzoate(0.31g cell/1) was biodegraded at pH6, pH7, and pH8 before 20hrs, 52.8% of 500ppm at pH8 in 40hrs, and 27.9% of 1,000ppm at pH8 in 60hrs. The best initial pH was pH8 for the biodegradation and the growth of Pseudomonas putida in benzoate medium. For m-toluate, the best initial pH was also pH8. At this pH, 40.6% of 10Dppm(0.31 cell/1), 21.9% of 500ppm, and 14.1% of 1,000ppm m-toluate were biodegraded respectively in limited time. But for phenol, the best initial pH was pH7. At this point, 9.8% of 100ppm(0.218 cell/1), 7.1% of 500ppm, and 4.7% of 1,000ppm phenol were biodegraded respectively. Therefore, the best carbon source in this experiment was benzoate. Pseudomonas putida was also able to biodegrade m-cresol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and benzaldehyde.
Breeding of Tetraploid in Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.)A. DC. by Colchicine treatment

Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Platycodon grandiflorum in Campanulaceae. The most successful colchicine treatment for tetraploid production in P. grandiflorum was soaking treatment using 0.01 and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 hour and 12 hours, respectively. Morphological characteristics of both diploid and tetraploid were similar, but tetraploid plants had more leaves. Compared to diploid, tetraploid had the larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploids was 20∼40% heavier than that of diploid.
Breeding of Tetraploid in Codonopsis lanceolata (Sieb. et Zucc.) Trautvetter by Colchicine Treatment

Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Codonopsis lanceolata. Three tetraploid plants of C. lanceolata were produced from seeds which absorbed 0.1 % colchicine solution for 12 hours, and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 and 6 hours from seedlings, respectively. But tetraploid was not produced from shoot tips treated by colchicine solution. Compared to diploid, tetraploid plants had larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploid plants was 1.4∼3.6 times heavier than diploid plants.
Design of T-S(Takagi-Sugeno) Fuzzy Control Systems Under the Bound on the Output Energy

This paper presents a new T-S(Tae-Sugeno) fuzzy controller design method satisfying the output energy bound. Maximum output energy via a quadratic Lyapunov function to obtain the bound on output energy is derived. LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality) problems which satisfy an output energy bound for both of the continuous-time and discrete-time T-S fuzzy control system are also derived. Solving these LMIs simultaneously, we find a common symmetric positive definite matrix P which guarantees the global asymptotic stability of the system and stable feedback gains K's satisfying the output energy bound. A simple example demonstrates validity of the proposed design method.

Neurofibroma is benign neurogenic tumor originated from nerve tissue-Schwann cell, fibroblast, perineural cell. They have no sexual predirection and generally no symptom. Neurofibroma is classified to solitary type and multiple type and is rare in oral resion. They located in soft tissue of tongue, lip, palate and oral mucosa in form of sessile and pedunculated mass and are rare intraosseous region. 본 연구는 폐비닐 펠렛을 도로포장재료로 재활용하여 자원절약 및 아스팔트 혼합물의 품질향상을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 폐비닐의 첨가량별 배합설계를 수행하여 적정 폐비닐 첨가량과 최적 아스팔트 함량으로 편마암과 화강암 2가지 골재와 폐비닐인 RHDPE의 함량을 4가지로 혼합물을 제작하여 8종류의 재질 혼합물과 2종류의 무개질 혼합물을 제작하였다. 그리고 이 공시체에 대하여 마샬안정도, 간접인장강도 및 Kim test와 반복주행시험 등 실내시험을 통하여 혼합물의 특성을 분석하였다. 폐비닐 첨가량은 RHDPE가 8%일 때 안정도와 간접인장강도 모두 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났고 취성도 나타나지 않았다. RHDPE를 첨가한 혼합물에 대하여 Kim test를 수행한 결과 DR과 DS 모두 높은 상관성을 보였다. 그리고 반복주행시험에서는 RHDPE를 첨가한 혼합물이 일반 혼합물보다 우수하였다. 향후 많은 실험을 통해 RHDPE의 우수성을 입증한다면 소성변형 저항성에 우수한 재료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. This study is a fundamental research for recycled high-density polyethylene (RHDPE) in asphalt mixture for improving roadway pavement. Marshall mix design was conducted and optimum asphalt content(OAC) was determined for dense-graded surface course mixture by RHDPE content. Marshall stability test, indirect tensile strength (ITS) test, wheel tracking trest and Kim-test were carried out to measure the characteristics of RHDPE-added asphalt concretes. From the results of this study, RHDPE in asphalt mixture if possible. It could be considered that adding too much RHDPE in asphalt mixture is not proper. The optimum content of RHDPE was appeared to be 8%. In Kim-test, statistical analysis was performed for each loading head and aggregate to find out correlation between S_(D) values and each rut parameter. The analysis result showed that S_(D) had very high coefficient of determination with rut parameters on the average.

MPTP 독성물질이 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적으로 작용하여 산화성 손상에 의한 신경세포사를 일으키는 것을 이용하여 파킨슨병의 동물모델을 만들고, 이를 통해서 아폼토시스를 비롯한 포사의 기전에 대한 연구 및 너코틴의 신경세포 보호효과 여부를 판정하는 실험을 병행하고자 하였다. 파킨슨꾐의 동물모델을 MPTf 독성 물질을 이용하여 확립하였으며, MPTP(30mgag, i.p.)를 투여한 후 1, 2,3, 4, 5일째 흑질 조직을 채춰하여 tarm로 박걸하여 tyrosine hydroxylase 면역조직화학염색을 수행하여 cell countif우한 결과, control은 57.635ce11s, 1일째 친.OfDells,2일째 57.9±6cells,3일릴 없.3±죠ells, 4일째 49.0츠3cells, 5일째 39.4±Scells료 4, 3일째 뚜렷한 신경세포 수의 감소를 보였다. 신경세포사 기전 규명을 위한 아폼토시스 분걱에서는 벼PTP 투여 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 조직을 채취하여 Hoechst staining, TUNEL staining을 수곡하였는데 양성 반응을 보인 신경세포는 관찰되지 않아. 아폼토시스로 인한 세포사가 관찰되지 않았다. bIPTP 파킨슨병 동물모델에서 nicotine 보호효과 탐색에 관한 실험은 nicat푸e 0.2mgAg을 5일 퐁안 투여 후 리『fP(30mgag)를 CS7Bt/6 마은스에 복강 내주사로 nicotine과 병용 투여한 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 뇌를 적출하땄다. 신경세포사가 뚜렷이 관찰되기 시작하는 4, 5일째의 신경세포 수의 감소 정도를 20. 30% 정도 약화시키는 경향을 보였으나, nicotine 보호효과에 대한 추가 실헝이 현재 수행 중에 있다. The cause of Parkinson's disease (PD) is largely unknown. However, free radical toxicit? may plaf a role ip. the degeneration of substantia nigra, which is the Hajorfocus of pathological damages in PD. Recently, a neuroprotective effect of nicotine in PD has been suggested. Therefore, the mechanism of neurodegenerafion and protective potential o( nicotine in PD were investigated in the experimental modeB of Pll using a neurotoxin, C57BL/6mice were administered with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP, 30 mg/kg,j.p.). The degree of neurodegenerafion was determined by immunohistochemical stainiHB oftyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH-positive cells on nigral sections were found 56.0 ±4, 57.9 ±6,52.315ce11s, 49.0±3cells, and 39,4±Scells at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively (controls : 57.6±Scells). Hoechst and TUNEL staining showed no evidence of apoptosis. The exandnation on themice co-adrunistered with nicotine(0.2mgAg) and MPTP(30mgag) revealed a tendency ofnicotine protective effects. At days 4 and 5, the degree of TH-positive cells was decreased by20-30%, In corclusiffn, the role of apoptosis was not evidenced in this MPTP modeB of PB.The possible proteccon by nicotine should be elucidated with further studies.
