      • Rifampicin에 의한 것으로 추정되는 위막성 대장염1예

        Pseudomembranous colitis, caused by altering the normal colonic flora and allowing the multiplication of Clostridium difficile, is an deleterious adverse effect of antibiotics. But it is rarely reported by rifampicin. Rifampicin is one of the first line drug in the treatment of tuberculosis and many patients are exposed to its potential adverse effects. We experienced a patient that had abdominal discomfort and hematochezia due to pseudomembranous colitis after receiving antituberculous medication, and which was probably caused by rifampicin. A 82 years old man was admitted with abdominal discomfort and hematochezia for one week. On the past history he had been diagnosed as endobronchial tuberculosis about 4 months ago. Colonoscopy revealed multiple discrete whitish mucosal lesion on rectosigmoid colon, and histologic findings were consistent with pseudomembranous colitis. The antituberculous agents were discontinued and vancomycin was administered. The patient's symptoms were resolved within several days. There was no recurrence after reinstitution of the antituberculous agents excluding rifampicin. We report here on a case of pseudomembranous colitis probably due to rifampicin.

      • AC8A-T6 알루미늄 合金材의 切削加工 特性에 關한 硏究

        In this study, examined the cutting characteristics of alumuminum alloy AC8A-T6 that is used to present car piston materials. And in been holding materials machining empirically escape as result that experiment comparison changing the cutting speed and feed on various condition to choose efficient machining condition. The following results can be summarized from this research. 1.As the cutting speed decreased, principal cutting force and thrust cutting force is increased, and reason that cutting force interacts greatly in the low cutting speed is thought by result by BUE's stabilization. 2.The feed speed and cutting speed increase, friction factor is decrescent and the cause appeared the thrust cutting force is fallen than cutting force relatively because chip flow according to increase of the feed rate is constraint. 3.Though specific cutting resistance grows cutting area and the feed rate are few, the cause was expose that shear angle decreases by rake face of tool gets into negative angle remarkably as wear of a cutting tool or defect part of workpiece is cut. 4.Cutting speed do greatly depth of cut is slow, surface roughness examined closely through an experiment that becomes bad, and know that it can get good surface that process cutting speed because do feed rate by 0.1㎜/rev low more than 250m/min to get good surface roughness can.

      • 判別分析法을 利用한 脂肪肝의 高危險群 豫測

        This study was carried out on 484 persons who visited Dong-A University Hospital Human Dock Center from March to August 1992. The objective of this study is prediction of high risk group of fatty liver from obesity, liver function test, and serum lipid levels using method of discriminant analysis, in general screening of health check, especially abdominal ultrasonography was not done. Result of discriminant analysis were 328 cases in control group, 267 were predicted correctly to be members of control group(81.4%), while 61 were assinged incorrectly to fatty liver group. Similarly, 95 out of 70(73.7%) of the fatty liver group were identified correctly, and 25(26.3%) were misclassified. The overall percentage of cases classified correctly was 79.67%.

        Volunteer Frame and Volunteer Culture

        With the abrupt and rapid social changes and repeated financial crises experienced in Korea, there is an increasing need for welfare support. Due to the still fragile social safety net established by the state, however, the role of civil society in providing supports in the form of voluntary action has become urgent. To promote volunteerism, it is proposed to inculcate what is known in psychology as ‘frame’ of mind and create volunteer culture equipped with volunteer frame. The frame of mind controls and censors human perceptions, cognition, decisions, and behavior, and ten different types of frames are discussed to demonstrate their utility in voluntary action movements. To activate frame into concrete voluntary actions, suggestions are made to build and strengthen institutional infrastructures and mechanism. Special attention is directed to various educational efforts, including the use of multimedia, in addition to formal schooling. 한국사회의 경제적 위기와 함께 사회복지의 욕구는 증가하였으나, 사회적 안정망 구축이 아직 충분하지 않은 현실에서 시민사회의 역할의 중요성이 부각되기 시작했다. 본 연구는 심리학의 ‘프레임(frame)’ 개념을 원용하여 자원봉사운동을 활성화하고 자원봉사문화를 조성하는 방법을 탐색하는 이론적 관점을 제시하고자 한다.

        For the result of excessive development during such a short time suwon became an overpopulated big city. Sporadically formed greens made problems in creating the network which looks as if it is built under obduracy. In this study, I tried to take advantage of the potential of environment friendly city by using water friendly space and characterized networks. Each river will have its own character which will make a unity and establish its own identity. The purpose is to develop suwon to continue as a circulating network.

      • 콘크리트 포장 슬래브의 변형률 측정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate for strain measurement of concrete pavement slab at field. The early-age behaviors of concrete pavement were measured using the strain gages. From the static and dynamic wheel loading tests, the outputs from each gages were recorded. The measured data, also, was compared to those from finite element analysis. The static wheel loading tests were performed in twice, and the dynamic wheel loading tests were performed at the speed 10㎞∼50㎞. The results could be summarized as follows: To embed the strain gage accurately and stably in concrete pavement, a chair and protective box must be used. The protective box must not be affected from the outside vibrating. From the results of early-age strain measurement, it was found that the strain varied at the maximum value of 180 με. From the results of static wheel loading tests, A1, A2 and B gages generally developed a consistent tendency. When comparing the results from the measured at field and the calculated by FEM analysis, the data of A1 and B gages were similar to that from theory. The values from the field test were generally higher than that from the theory. From the results of dynamic wheel loading tests, it was known that the measured strain at field became smaller as the truck speed became faster, indicating the maximum at the range of 12∼13 με.

        칩브레이커 형상변수에 의한 칩유동각 예측

        In machining with cutting tool inserts having complex chip groove shape, the flow, curl and breaking patterns of the chip are different than in flat-face type inserts. In the present work, an effort is made to understand the three basic phe-nomena occurring in a chip since its formation in machining with groove type and pattern type inserts. These are the ini-tial chip flow, the subsequent development of up and side curl and the final chip breaking due to the development of tor-sional and bending stresses. In this paper, chip flow angle in a groove type and pattern type insert is analyzed based on a force ratio method, involving the feed and radial forces in flat-face type, groove type and pattern type inserts. The expres-sion for chip flow angle in groove type and pattern type inserts is also verified experimentally using high speed filming techniques.
