Abstract- In a plasma source ion implantation, the target is successively biased by negative voltage pulses with an intrinsic finite rise time, resulting in the time-dependent sheath formation around the target. Measurement of time-dependent sheath during the pulse rise show the ion matrix sheath development which is in proportion to square root of time and pulse rise rate over plasma density but independent of the ion mass.

본 미니 게임은 웨이터라는 직업을 모티브로 하여서 남녀노소 누구나 재미를 느낌과 동시에 기억력 향상시켜 주는 게임제작이라는 목적아래 제작되었다.본 논문에서는 이 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고자 한다.이 게임은 제3회 AGC(한국 아마추어 게임제작 공모전)에서 우수 작으로 선정되었다.
향기요법이 통증을 주소증으로 입원한 환자의 수면장애에 미치는 영향

Objectives :The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aroma therapy on sleep disorder patients with musculoskeletal pain. Methods :The 44 patients were divided into 2 groups: Experimental group(Exp. group) was treated with aroma therapy and control group was treated except aroma therapy. To evaluate the efficiency of aroma therapy, the Korean sleep scale A(Jin-Joo Oh, Mi-Soon Song, Sin-Mi Kim. 1998) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were applied before treatment and after 5 days treatment. Results :1. The Experimental group has improved statistical significance in sleep disorder score as compare to the control group. 2. The improvement of sleep disorder score of Exp.group has difference according to impression. 3. The improvement of sleep disorder has an effect on pain decrease. Conclusions :Aroma therapy has effects of improvement on sleep disorder with musculoskeletal pain.
참깨 斑點細菌病 病原細菌 Pseudomonas sesami에 관한 硏究

Incidences of bacterial leaf spot in plant of sesame (sesamum indicum L.) were widely observed at sesame production fields in Gyeongsan area of Gyeongbug province in 1983. To investigate the morphological and physiological characteristics of the causal bacterium, some isolates were obtained from the diseased plants of sesame. On the basis of the bacteriological and biochemical tests of the isolates, the causal bacterium was identified to be Pseudomonas sesami. From the results of present study, the bacterium is considered to be classified into a independent species, Pseudomonas sesami, which is listed in Addendum I of Berger's manual 8th edition.
약한 외부자장에 의한 유도결합형 플라즈마에서의 Helicon wave발생에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 대면적 금속반응기에 I3.56MHz RF 전력을 인가하여 ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma)를 발생하고, 외부에 약한 자기장(B<70G)을 인가하였을 때 플라즈마 내부에서 helicon wave의 전파현상을 관찰하였다. 기존의 ICP에 사용되는 안테나와 달리 직경이 서로 다른 두 개의 1turn 안테나를 직렬연결하여 안테나의 내부와 외부에 흐르는 전류의 방향을 반대가 되도록 하였다. 안테나에 의해 유도되는 자기장의 시간에 따른 변화량( ∂B/ ∂t)을 자기탐침을 이용하여 측정하였으며 유도되는 자기장의 θ방향성분을 측정하여 비대칭성을 갖는 m =1 mode임을 확인하였다. 발생된 플라즈마의 밀도는 Langmuir탐침을 이용하여 측정하였고, 측정된 밀도는 2.4 X 10^(10)cm^(-3) ~ 2.25 X 10^(11)cm^(-3) 이었다. 측정한 밀도와 외부에 주어진 자기장을 dispersion relation에 대입하여 계산된 wave number와 자기탐침을 이용하여 측정한 wave number를 비교하여 전파된 wave가 helicon wave 와 일치함을 확인하였다. This study was on the helicon wave propagation in an ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma), which was generated by I3.56MHz RF power in a large area metal chamber with low external B-field(B<70G). Unlike a usual antenna for ICP, two different diameter I-turn antenna was connected in serial to opposing a current flowing the inner and the outer antenna. Time dependent B-Field( ∂B/ ∂t ), induced by the antenna was measured by a magnetic probe. It was confirmed m=I mode wave propagation by measuring θ component of the induced B-field. Plasma density was measured by Langmuir probe. It was 2.4 X 10^(10)cm^(-3) ~ 2.25 X 10^(11)cm^(-3)? By comparing a wavenumber which is calculated from the measured density and external B-field to a wavenumber measured by the magnetic probe, the helicon wave propagation has been confirmed.

Study Design : Spine fusion with fixation procedure is associated with substantial operative blood loss, which frequently necessitates transfusion. The authors evaluated the safety and efficacy of intraoperative autotransfusion using Cell Saver during spinal surgery. Summary of Literature Review : It has been reported that the contraindications to the use of intraoperative autologous transfusion are malignancy, infection, and gross wound contamination. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intraoperative autotransfusion using Cell Saver during spine surgery. Material and Methods : We retrospectively reviewed 62 patients who had operation for lumbosacral spinal stenosis and hypotensive anesthesia. Among them, Group Ⅰwhich received autotrans fusion using Cell Savers included 26 patients with fusion of 2 segments, and Group Ⅱ as control group included 13 patients. Group Ⅲ which received autotransfusion using Cell Savers included 17 patients with function of 3 segments, and Group Ⅳ as control group included 6 patients. We analyzed the amount of intraoperative blood salvage using a Cell Saver, the amount of total homologous transfusion amount, intraoperative blood loss, the amount of postoperative drainage amount and perioperative changes of hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet count. Results : There was no statistical significance between Cell-Saver group and control group in amount of total homologous transfusion and intraoperative(except in 2 segment of fusion using cell saver: 86.5% increased) & postoperative blood loss(p>0.05). The circulatory balance(amount of intraoperative blood salvage using a Cell Saver plus amount of total homologous transfusion minus amount of total blood loss) was statistical significance between Cell-Saver group and Control group. The Cell-Saver group had positive balance and Control group had negative balance. There were no statistical differance in the evolusion of hemoglobin, hematoocrit and platelet count between Cell-Saver group and Control group(p>0.05). There was no transfusion reaction and thromboembolic disease in all group. Conclusion : In retrospective study, Cell Savers was safe and immediate availability in orthopedic surgery such as spinal surgery. It was effective methods for storing a sufficient volume of blood for spine surgery without affecting the patient's postoperative hemodynamic ststes, too. It was possible to operation without intraoperative homologous blood transfusion in 2 or 3 segment fusion. We may need further study.

This study analyzes the defect causes under the investigation of collapse situation in form-shore system through the analysis of design criteria, loading and work conditions. Specifically, these defect causes can be classified as the three cases from the results of the investigation. Those are the external, design and construction defects which are closely related. So, one defect can induce another defect and this can lead to the collapse accident of form-shore system. Therefore, this study presents the improvement method to solve the problems relating to the design process and the actual construction application according to the defect causes.
2차원 해석을 이용한 지하복합구조물 설계의 문제점 : 지하철 정거장을 중심으로

본 연구에서는, 3차원 지하구조물이 2차원 뼈대조구조해석에 의해서 설계될 때의 문제점 들, 즉 갑작스런 단면의 변화, 개구부, 길이방향으로의 지반상태의 변화들이 검토 되어진다. 구조물들 3차원 해석에서 실제구조물과 가능한한 가장 근사하게 FEM에 의해 이상화되어진다. 본 연구로부터, 다음과 같은 두가지 결론을 내릴수 있다. 첫째, 개구부가 존재하는 곳에서는 보다 정확한 휨 모멘트분포를 얻기 위해 3차원이나 판이론에 의한 세부적인 해석이 수행되어져야 한다. 둘째, 건조수축, 수화열 그리고 힘의 분배에 대한 길이방향 보강을 결정하기 위해서는 더 세심한 검토가 필요하다. In this study, the problems when 3-D underground structures were designed by using 2-D plane frame structure analyses, such as sudden changes of sections, openings, and the variations of the ground conditions in the longitudinal directions, were investigated. The structures were idealized by FEM as close as possible to the real structures in 3-D. From this study, the authors conclude following two results. First, 3-D or detailed analysis with plate theory where openings exist must be carried out to obtain more accurate bending moment distribution. Second, a more refined investigation is needed to determine the longitudinal reinforcement due to shrinkage, the heat of hydration and the distribution of forces.
