Recently, many a multimedia software is introduce named CD-title due to equipment of multimedia environment. This paper describes design and implement of multimedia program for guidance of cultural assets and a way of use possessed in a national Chonju museum. Our system use ToolBook as authoring tools, designs system for convenience of user to the highest degree considered. Different point from others provides image enlargement and image processing ability for more delicate observance about surface of cultural assets. Image enlargement is composed of five steps, provides image processing such as bright control and edge enhancement and implement interface through combination of C-routine and ToolBook.

We performed a variety of lymphocyte stimulation tests, delayed hypersensitivity skin tests, and enumeration of several lymphocyte subpopulations in 21 patients with gastric cancer who did not receive any form of anticancer therapy, and in 20 healthy controls. The gastric cancer patients had significantly decreased number and total score of positive reactions in delayed hypersensitivity skin tests compared with the healthy controls. The percent of CD_(4) positive lymphocytes in the gastric cancer patients was significantly decreased compared to the normal control subjects, but it had no correlation with the total score of delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions. The ratio of helper to suppressor cells was lower in the cancer group. The uptake of 3H-thymidine was markedly depressed in cancer patients when stimulated with various mitogens. There was little correlation between any of the stimulation tests and any of the lymphocyte subpopulation proportions to delayed hypersensitivity cutaneous reactions. Optimal proliferative response was found in lymphocytes stimulated with 10 micrograms of concanavalin-A and 10 microgram of phytohemagglutinin. Advanced stage patients had greatly depressed delayed hypersensitivity skin reactions and proliferative responses to mitogens compared with localized diseases. These results suggest that gastric cancer patients have depressed cellular immune functions, which mainly result from the decreased helper cells and defects in functional proliferative response to mitogens. Interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma restored the in vitro proliferative response of lymphocyte in patients with gastric cancer.

Ionic liquids have being investigated for many applications including reaction solvent, separation medium, and electrolytes of supercapacitor and solar cell. Since ionic liquids are liquids which are entirely composed of ions, they can have high ionic conductivity. They are also non-volatile and non-flammable, and exist as liquid state over a wide range of temperature compared with organic solvents commercially used. Therefore, when they can be used as electrolytes, it can make more safe battery than commercial one. In this study, a series of ionic liquids was synthesized and ionic liquids were soaked into microporous P(VdF-HFP) membrane, the polymer electrolytes were also prepared. Microporous membrane was prepared by phase inversion method. Their thermal stability was preformed by TGA and their electrochemical properties were evaluated with ionic conductivity, electrochemical stability and cyclic voltammogram.

Purpose: Netarsudil is a Rho kinase inhibitor and the first new class of clinically useful ocular hypotensive agents. In this study, we conducted a systematic literature review and meta-analysis to summarize and synthesize the available evidence on the efficacy and safety of fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy with netarsudil/latanoprost in patients with glaucoma. Methods: We identified relevant studies in PubMed, Ovid Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Central until April 2021. The quality of the studies and the level of evidence were assessed using the Risk of Bias tool. Efficacy was measured as the mean difference in reducing intraocular pressure (IOP), and safety was assessed by the risk of conjunctival hyperemia (CH) due to FDC therapy, netarsudil monotherapy, or latanoprost monotherapy. Results: Four studies met the predefined eligibility criteria and were included in the meta-analysis. The mean difference in the reduction in IOP after 2 weeks and 4 to 6 weeks of drug administration was -2.41 mmHg (95% confidence interval [CI], -2.95 to -1.87) and -1.77 mmHg (95% CI, -2.31 to -1.87), respectively, in patients receiving FDC therapy versus those receiving latanoprost monotherapy. On the other hand, latanoprost monotherapy had a greater effect in reducing IOP than netarsudil monotherapy after 4 to 6 weeks of administration (mean difference, 0.95 mmHg; 95% CI, 0.43 to 1.47). The risk of CH was significantly higher with both FDC therapy and netarsudil monotherapy compared to latanoprost monotherapy in week 12, where the relative ratio was 3.01 (95% CI, 1.95 to 4.66) and 2.33 (95% CI, 1.54 to 3.54), each. Conclusions: Netarsudil/latanoprost FDC therapy has a significantly greater effect on reducing IOP than latanoprost alone. The symptoms of CH were mostly mild, and only a few glaucoma patients discontinued the medication owing to CH in earlier clinical trials. Therefore, it would be beneficial to consider the administration of netarsudil/latanoprost FDC therapy in patients with glaucoma.

<P><B>Objective</B></P><P>The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of globus pallidus interna deep brain stimulation (GPi-DBS) for treating dystonia due to the <I>GNAL</I> mutation.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>We provide the first report of a dystonia patient with a genetically confirmed <I>GNAL</I> mutation in the Korean population and reviewed the literature on patients with the <I>GNAL</I> mutation who underwent GPi-DBS. We compared the effectiveness of DBS in patients with the <I>GNAL</I> mutation compared to that in patients with DYT1 and DYT6 in a previous study.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>Patients with the <I>GNAL</I> mutation and those with DYT1 had higher early responder rates (<I>GNAL</I>, 5/5, 100%; DYT1, 7/7, 100%) than did patients with DYT6 (<I>p</I> = 0.047). The responder rates at late follow-up did not differ statistically among the three groups (<I>p</I> = 0.278). The decrease in the dystonia motor scale score in the <I>GNAL</I> group was 46.9% at early follow-up and 63.4% at late follow-up.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>GPi-DBS would be an effective treatment option for dystonia patients with the <I>GNAL</I> mutation who are resistant to medication or botulinum toxin treatment.</P>

노후 시설물이 높은 비율을 차지하게 되면서 유지관리 분야에 드론과 AI를 활용한 안전점검관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 드론을 활용해 인력의 한계를 극복하고, AI를 활용한 이미지 분석을 통해 보다 객관적인 시선으로 손상검출을 가능하게 한다. 하지만 시설물의 손상 정보에 따른 구조물의 위험수준이 다르기 때문에 단순 이미지 검출뿐 아니라 손상수준검출을 통한 정밀한 판단이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 GPS를 활용하여 손상수준정보를 나타낼 수 있는 가능성을 보여줌으로써 향후 시설물 유지관리에 있어 보다 정밀한 안전점검을 진행 할 수 있도록 하는 것에 목표가 있다.
