The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.

This paper introduces trust measurement that is composed of trust variables and fuzzy cognitive map. The improved trust measuring method using a stratified FCM can be used to measure the level of risk involved in a specific auction transaction concerned. To reduce the auction transaction cost and time, the proposed system recommends a differentiated transaction protocol according to the risk based on trust measurement. In this system, trust measurement can also be applied for differentiated and varied auction services.

The experiments were carried out on toxicological comparisons of the new insect growth regu- lators(IGR) against the fall webworm(Hyhamtria cunea) and the house fly(Musca domestica). The LC50 values of tebufenozide, chlorfluazuron and diflubenzuron against the Hyphantria cunea in the 3rd instar stage within the 1st generation collected in cheongju, were 6.0894, 7.7768 and 9.1322 ppm, respectively. In toxicological studies at the 0.5ppm level of chlorfluazuron and buprofezin against the different larval stages of Musca domestica, the ratio of pupation was 20%~35% at the 1st instars, but not shown at the 2nd and 3rd instars, while, the ratio of emergence showed the decreasing tendency at the different stages. In high doses(5, 25, 50, 500ppm) of chlorfluazuron and pyriprozyfen against the house fly in the 2nd instars, the ratio of pupation in chlorfluazuron showed the decreasing tendency at the high dose but pyriproxyfen did not. The ratios of emergence in two IGR showed 0% without regard to dose. In determination(LC50) of the tested IGR against the house fly in the 2nd instars, the ratio of pupation did not show any differences in all IGRs, but the ratio of emergence showed a decreasing tendency with the increasing doses. The LC50 values of pyriproxyfen, chlorfluazuron and buprofezin were 0.0527, 0.0898 and 13.7669 ppm, respectively.

Amyloidosis is a disease resulting in deposition of amyloid in the body. The disease can be either primary or secondary. The amyloidosis of urinary bladder is more usually affected by primary amyloidosis and also very rare. The patient with primary amyloidosis of the bladder usually presents with gross hematuria. The amyloidosis resembles bladder cancer in cystoscopy. It can be confirmed by biopsy. The treatment consists of medication (e.g., steroid, antitumor agent, cholchicine, DMSO) and/or transurethral resection. The standard treatment is mephalan and prednisolone. A 49-year-old man complained of recently developed gross hematuria without abdominal pain. We examined urinary bladder cystoscope for gross hematuria. It revealed small bulging mass on trigone are a of bladder. Therefore we did bladder biopsy. Finally, it revealed bladder amyloidosis. The patient was improved by medication (mephalan 2mg and prednisolone 1 mg/kg po daily). We report an unusual case of amyloidosis involving bladder.

The following conclusion has been derived from the foregoing results of analysis and observation. First, we found, in this proposed system, reliability, objecivity, and individuality. Second, this type of system must be able to measure numerable testees. Third, testees are regulated that they are brought to the same condition in which their willful adventage are not allowed, Fourth, when considering the foundamental physical strength and skills can be evaluated in general throughout all skills areas of physical education, the following items of skills are recognized to have the advantages and disadvantages which relatively lack or relieve one another. However, under various conditions of the prevailing system of the entrance physical test, the following measurable items of physical skills selected are concluded as having highest validity primarily for the physical entrance examination. 1. A survey of insect fauna on the national park of Mt. Woalack was conducted at monthly from April to October in 1988. The identification of collected insect was recorded 373 species in 42 families and 16 orders in 1988. Total numbers of identification on Mt. Woalack recorded 633 species in 135 families and 16 orders. The 91 species among them were unrecorded in our country until now. Also the 180 species were found the insect pests on the Mt. Wolack.

3차 PLL SYSTEM에서의 flicker noise 분석

본 논문에서는 PLL 시스템의 보다 실제적인 모델인 3차 시스템을 통하여 저주파 대역에서 문제가 되는 flicker noise가 어떠한 양상을 나타내는가를 알아보려 한다. 3차에서 해석의 복잡성으로 그 수학적 분석이 난해하지만 최적화 된 2차 필터를 통한 pseudo-damping factor의 도입으로 전체적인 flicker variance의 해석이 용이하도록 시도하였다. 3차에서의 flicker variance의 수식적인 유도를 보이고 이를 2차 시스템에서 발생되는 flicker noise에 대한 variance와 비교하려 한다. In this paper, using third-order system of the PLL we analyze the aspect of flicker noise appearing troubles in the low frequency band. Since it is difficult to analyze mathematically flicker noise in the third-order system of the PLL, introducing the concept of pseudo-damping factor using the optimized second-filter makes an ease of the access of the flicker-noise variance. We'll show a numerical formula of flicker variance in the third-order system of the PLL which is compared with that of 1/f noise variance in the second-order system of the PLL.

It is considered a general experience that migration from rural to urban areas will go on in any developing countries pursuing economic development through industralization. In Korea, migration is considered one of the serious socio- economic problems because it has been made excessively fast than any other countries' experiences. The socio- economic problems originates in migration can be classified in two ways ; the one is the overpopulated problems of urban areas and emptied villages problems of rural areas, and the other is the shartage agricultural labor farce problems symbolized by the increasing idle cultivated land. To relieve migration effectively, the developing policies should be converted from pursuing fast industralization and urbanization to balance growth between areas and industries. Moreover problem solving political measure should be converted from partial and corresponding approaches to total approaches containing economic, social and institutional side-view.

The experiment was conducted to elucidate the differences of isozyme pattern and activity to esterase in susceptible and chlorpyrifos-(Rc), dichlorvos-(Rd) and permethrin-(Rp) resistant strains of female house flies(Musca domestica L.) using the methods of agar gel electrophoresis and filter paper test. And the results were summarized as follows. 1.Esterase isozyme showed eleven bands in the susceptible and three resistant strains by agar gel electrophoresis. 1) Esterase isozyme bands were Estα1β1, Estα2β2, Estα3β3, -Estα1β1 in the head, Estα1β1, Estα2β2, Estβ6, -Estα1β1, -Estα4β4 in the thorax and Estα1β1, Estα2β2, -Estα1β1, -Estα5β5 in the abdomen of the susceptible and resistant strains. 2) Estα5β5 was detected in all part(head, thorax, abdomen) of resistant strains, and Estα4β4 was not detected in the head and thorax of resistant strains. 3) -Estα2β2 showed more high activity in the thorax of Rc strain than the other strains. 4) Only -Estα3β3 was detected in all part of Rd strain. 5) -Estα2β2 was not detected in all part, and Estα3β3, Estα4β4, Estβ6 were not detected in the abdomen of Rp strain, however, those were detected in susceptible strain. 2.Esterase-α and -β activities appeared in the head, thorax and abdomen of susceptible and resistant strains by filter paper test. 1) Esterase-α showed more high activity than esterase-β. 2) Esterase-α activities were 1.15, 1.18 and 1.03 times in the head, 0.87, 1.18 and 0.89 times in the thorax and 0.82, 1.51 and 1.30 times in the abdomen of Rc, Rd and Rp strains to the susceptible strain, respectively. 3) Esterase-β activities were lower 0.66, 0.77, 0.70 times in the head, 0.84, 0.90, 0.90 times in the thorax of Rc, Rd and Rp strains than susceptible strain, but higher 1.19, 1.28, 1.25 times in the abdomen, respectively.

Abstract-After biotransformation of myrcene with Aspergillus niger KCCM 32005, its neutral metabolites were isolated from the conversion broths and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Myrcene was converted into various terpenoids. Among them the five compounds, which were considered to be important as flavor, were identified as follows; terpinen-4-ol. α-terpineol, trans-carveol, cis-carveol, and carvone. Higher production was accomplished when the amount of myrcene was kept at lower but steady concentration by portion-wise introduction to the culture broth.
