<P>Through tin precursor chemistry, SnSe nanocrystals were phase-selectively prepared. Monomeric N-heterocyclic stannylene, [Me<SUB>2</SUB>Si(N<SUP>t</SUP>Bu)<SUB>2</SUB>Sn:], having lone pair electrons, was prepared by a literature method, and it had a direct reactivity toward selenium powder. The resultant dimerized compound with a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio of Sn to Se was used as a precursor to synthesize tin selenides. Thermolysis of the precursor solution in oleylamine resulted in SnSe plates. The oriented attachment of SnSe plates through (100) crystalline planes formed the SnSe nanocolumns, which were characterized by SEM, TEM, PXRD, EDS, and XPS. The indirect band gap of the SnSe nanocolumns was red-shifted, compared with those of SnSe plates. The SnSe nanocolumns showed an increased photocurrent under visible light irradiation. We believe that similar precursor chemistry in this work can be further extended to group IVA elements.</P><P>Through tin precursor chemistry, SnSe nanocrystals were phase-selectively prepared. 우울증상 및 정신건강 보호-취약요인 선별평가를 위한 배터리 평가도구의 개발

이 연구 결과, 우울증상 뿐 아니라 그에 대한 보호-취약 요인을 통합적으로 평가할 수 있는 PROVE 평가도구가 개발되었고, PROVE의 5가지 하위 영역들 모두 비교적 높은 내적 합치도 및 타당도를 보여 타당한 측정 도구로 평가되었다. 각 하위 영역들은 기존의 척도들과 비교했을 때 좀 더 세세한 항목들을 추가해서 평가한다는 강점이 있고, 검사 항목들 간 상관관계도 유의미하여 유기적으로 잘 연결된 하나의 배터리로 개발되었다. 이 평가도구는 정신건강 선별 과정에 있어 우울증에 대한 심층적, 다면적 이해를 높이고, 더 나아가 우울증의 예방이나 평가, 진단, 치료 과정에 유용하게 이용될 것으로 예상된다. Objectives This study developed a battery test that allows a comprehensive evaluation of depressive symptoms and related protective-vulnerable factors to screen for depression and mental health and examined the reliability and validity of the test. Methods PROtective and Vulnerable factors battEry test (PROVE) consisting of five sub-sections was developed: depressive symptomatology (PROVE-DS), suicide risk (PROVE-SR), and three protective-vulnerable factors, which were adult attachment type (PROVE-ATT), adverse childhood experience (PROVE-ACE), and mentalization capacity (PROVE-MC). Two hundred and thirteen subjects completed the PROVE test and other comparative scales, and the analysis was carried out based on the data. Results The PROVE test showed good convergent, discriminant, and concurrent validity as well as adequate internal consistency. In addition, five sub-sections of the PROVE test showed significant relevance to each other. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that the PROVE test is a reliable and valid test, which will be useful for the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of depression in various clinical settings.

The present study was conducted to investigate serotype distribution and biofilm formation of Actinobacillus (A.) pleuropneumoniae isolated from pneumonic lungs of pigs. A total of 37 A. pleuropneumoniae were isolated between January 2009 and June 2010. Serotypes of A. pleuropneumoniae isolates were determined using two different PCRs. The majority of isolates belonged to serotype 5 (n=31, 83.8%), and the others belonged to serotype 1 (n=4, 10.8%), and 2 (n=2, 5.4%), respectively. The ability of biofilm formation of the isolates was also determined by quantitative microtiter plate assay. Biofilm formation was observed in both 23 (62.2%) of the 37 field isolates and seven (43.8%) of the 16 reference strains. On the other hand, biofilm formation was various according to the serotypes: 20 (64.5%) of serotype 5, and three (75.0%) of serotype 1. However, two isolates of serotype 2 did not produce the biofilm in this study. Consequently, A. pleuropneumoniae serotype 5 was the most frequently detected (83.8% of the isolates), and 23 (62.2%) of 37 isolates exhibited biofilm positive phenotype in this study.
Safety Factor Simulation of Hydraulic Mechanical Transmission of Agricultural Tractor

Tractors are agricultural machines that perform various farming operations. As the tractors work on various terrains such as slope land, and reclaimed land, uneven field, various types of transmission have been used. Gears are components of transmission and transmit the power of an engine to a machine and offer numerous speed ratios, a compact structure, and high efficiency of power transmission. In the automotive and construction machinery field, powertrain design uses simulation software. However, transmission of tractor design for agricultural applications uses the empirical method because of the wide range of load fluctuations in agricultural fields. Recently, continuously variable transmissions have been widely used in field tractors. The continuously variable transmission is composed of planetary gear system, helical gear sets, hydrostatic unit, and hydraulic values. Planetary gears system is composed of planetary gears, carriers, sun gears, and ring gears, and have various gear ratios according to various combinations of gears. However, planetary gear system has difficulty in designing and assembling. So, virtual modeling and analysis of planetary gear system using simulation software are needed. In this study, the planetary gear system applied in continuously variable transmission of agricultural tractor was developed by using the gear analysis software Romax DESIGNER. In addition, safety factor and lifetime of planetary gear system were evaluated in various input load conditions. Finally, safety factor and lifetime of planetary gear system were compared in various conditions.

In this study, it was attempted to ferment mealworm to materialize low-molecular proteins. Mealworm were used as a medium composition through a delipidation process. Delipidation was extracted with edible normal-hexane at 24°C. for 48 hours, dried and powdered. The inoculation strain was Saccharomyces cerevisiae (KSH-Y141029), and the medium composition was formulated with hydrous crystalline glucose, yeast extract, and delipidated mealworm powder in consideration of the industrial process. Fermentation conditions were established by measuring pH, sugar content, reducing sugar, bacterial count, and free amino acid content according to time after anaerobic fermentation at 30°C. for 72 hours. It was then extracted and materialized. As a result, pH, sugar content, and reducing sugar content decreased as fermentation progressed, and population of S. cerevisiae and free amino acid content increased. Therefore, it is thought that it will be possible to use it from a livestock protein source to a future insect protein source through the development of fermented materials using edible insects.
Development of a multiplex-PCR for the rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 from raw beef

Esherichia coli O157 : H7의 slt I, slt II, uid A 및 eaeA 4종 유전자를 동시에 검출하기 위한 multiplex PCR 기법을 확립하고 쇠고기중 직접 E coli O157 : H7 검출시험을 실시하였다. 4 set의 primers를 이용한 multiplex PCR 기법으로 31종의 장내세균에 대한 특이성을 조사한 결과 E coli O157 : H7 에서 1,087bp (eae A), 584bp (slt II), 348bp (slt I) 또는 252bp (uid A)크기의 DNA를 동시에 특이적으로 검출할 수 있었다. E coli O157 : H7 15주는 모두 uid A 및 eae A 유전자가 동시에 검출되었고, 다른 장내세균에서는 검출되지 않았다. slt I 또는 slt II 유전자를 가지고 있는 E coli 표준균주 24종을 이용하여 multiplex PCR 기법과 Vero cell cytotoxicity assay을 비교검사한 결과 베로톡신 산생능과 PCR법의 결과는 일치하였다. mutiplex PCR 기법의 쇠고기중 검출한계는 modified EC(mEC)에서 증균없이는 E coli O157 : H7균 $10^4cells/g$ 이상에서 검출이 가능하였으나 mEC에 1차 증균후 modified TSB 증균하였을 경우에는 10cells/g이하까지도 검출이 가능하였다. 개발된 multiplex PCR 기법을 쇠고기 40종에 직접 적용한 결과 E coli O157 : H7은 검출되지 않았으나 slt I 및 slt II유전자를 가지고 있는 E coli 4종이 검출되었으며, 이들의 혈청형은 O6, O112, O115 및 O139 였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 multiplex PCR은 쇠고기중 E coli O157 : H7을 신속하고 특이적으로 검출하는데 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.
크롬주철의 기계적 성질에 미치는 합금원소 ( V , Ti ) 와 열처리의 영향에 관한 연구

N/A The study aims to investigate the influence of alloying elements(V, Ti) and heat treatment on the mechanical properties in hypo-eutectic chromium cast iron. Before heat treatment, all of the specimen were fully annealed(950℃×5hr) to homogenize their structures. The influence of heat treatment and alloying elements(V, Ti) on hardness, retained austenite volume, and charpy impact energy as well as tensile strength of the specimen was tested systematically. Retained austenite decreased with the increase of V and Ti, but incresed with the increase of number of cycles. The impact energy decreased, and hardness and tensile strength increased with the increase of alloying elements (V, Ti) and the decrease of the number of cycles. The hardness and tensile strength increased, but impact energy decreased with the increase of V and Ti elements and the temperature of destabillization heat treatment. After the destabillization heat treatment at the same temperature, the impact energy is increased, while hardness and tensile strength decreased as the increase of tempering temperature. Retained austenite increased with increase of destabilizatoin heat treatment temperature, while decrease with the increase of tempering temperature.
