      • Cefoperazone(T-1551)의 약리학적 연구

        The pharmacological and microbiological studies of Cefoperazone (T-1551, Toyama Chemical Co., Japan) were conducted in vitro and in vivo. The studies included stability and physicochemical characteristics, antimicrobial activity, animal and human pharmacokinetics, animal pharmacodynamics and safety evaluation of Cefoperazone sodium for injection. 1) Stability and physicochemical characteristics. Sodium salt of cefoperazone for injection had a general appearance of white crystalline powder which contained 0.5% water, and of which melting point was $187.2^{\circ}C$. The pH's of 10% and 25% aqueous solutions were 5.03 ana 5.16 at $25^{\circ}C$. The preparations of cefoperazone did not contain any pyrogenic substances and did not liberate histamine in cats. The drug was highly compatible with common infusion solutions including 5% Dextrose solution and no significant potency decrease was observed in 5 hours after mixing. Powdered cefoperazone sodium contained in hermetically sealed and ligt-shielded container was highly stable at $4^circ}C{\sim}37^{\circ}C$ for 12 weeks. When stored at $4^{\circ}C$ the potency was retained almost completely for up to one year. 2) Antimicrobial activity against clinical isolates. Among the 230 clinical isolates included, Salmonella typhi was the most susceptible to cefoperazone, with 100% inhibition at MIC of ${\leq}0.5{\mu}g/ml$. Cefoperazone was also highly active against Streptococcus pyogenes(group A), Kletsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella flexneri, with 100% inhibition at $16{\mu}g/ml$ or less. More than 80% of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes and Salmonella paratyphi was inhibited at ${\leq}16{\mu}/ml$, while Enterobacter cloaceae, Serratia marcescens and Pseudomonas aerogenosa were somewhat less sensitive to cefoperagone, with inhibitions of 60%, 55% and 35% respectively at the same MIC. 3) Animal pharmacokinetics Serum concentration, organ distritution and excretion of cefoperazone in rats were observed after single intramuscular injections at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg. The extent of protein binding to human plasma protein was also measured in vitro br equilibrium dialysis method. The mean Peak serum concentrations of $7.4{\mu}g/ml$ and $16.4{\mu}/ml$ were obtained at 30 min. after administration of cefoperazone at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg respectively. The tissue concentrations of cefoperazone measured at 30 and 60 min. were highest in kidney. And the concentrations of the drug in kidney, liver and small intestine were much higher than in blood. Urinary and fecal excretion over 24 hours after injetcion ranged form 12.5% to 15.0% in urine and from 19.6% to 25.0% in feces, indicating that the gastrointestinal system is more important than renal system for the excretion of cefoperazone. The extent of binding to human plasma protein measured by equilibrium dialysis was $76.3%{\sim}76.9%$, which was somewhat lower than the others utilizing centrifugal ultrafiltration method. 4) Animal pharmacodynamics Central nervous system : Effects of cefoperazone on the spontaneous movement and general behavioral patterns of rats, the pentobarbital sleeping time in mice and the body temperature in rabbits were observed. Single intraperitoneal injections at doses of $500{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ in rats did not affect the spontaneous movement ana the general behavioral patterns of the animal. Doses of $125{\sim}500mg/kg$ of cefoperazone injected intraperitonealy in mice neither increased nor decreased the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time. In rabbits the normal body temperature was maintained following the single intravenous injections of $125{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ dose.         IT분야 공학교육인증 이수자의 실무역량에 대한 기업과 졸업생 인식 비교

        본 논문은 IT분야를 중심으로 실무역량에 대한 기업과 공학교육인증을 이수한 사원의 시각차를 분석하여 공학교육인증 제도 도입 이후의 그 효과 정도를 동 제도의 수요자 입장에서 점검하여 보았다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 공학교육인증의 12개 학습성과를 기초로 기업이 필요로 할 것으로 예측되는 실무역량을 도출하였고, 기업체 인사(부서장)와 공학교육인증 프로그램을 이수한 사원(졸업생) 각각에 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석했다. 분석 결과 첫째, 실무역량별 필요정도에서 ‘의사소통 및 협업능력’을 가장 필요한 역량으로, ‘수학․과학 등 기초 학문에 대한 지식’을 상대적으로 필요정도가 가장 낮은 역량으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학교육을 통한 습득정도에 있어서 두 집단이 ‘전공기초 지식’을 대학에서 가장 많이 배운 역량으로, ‘창의성․인내 등 인성적 측면’을 대학교육이 가장 제공하지 못한 역량으로 응답하였다. 셋째, 대기업과 중소․벤처기업으로 구분한 기업규모에 따른 비교․분석 결과, 대학교육을 통한 실무역량별 습득정도는 기업규모에 따라 다소 차이가 있었다. This study examined the extent to which Accreditation for Engineering Education(AEE) have effect on personnel practice on information technology by analyzing the views on practical competencies different between management and employees who completed AEE. Practical competencies predicted as employee requirement were drawn based on 12 learning products of AEE and previous studies. A survey was conducted on each of management chiefs and employees(college graduates) who completed AEE in college. The data gathered were analyzed. The results are as follows. ‘Communication and Coordination Ability' is required the most, whereas 'Academic Knowledge such as Maths, Science, etc' is required the least. Second, it is shown that Graduates considered 'Writing Report & Presentation Ability' and 'Foreign Language & Sense of Globalization' more required for business practice than management. Third, in the acquired level by college education, both responded that 'Knowledge of College Major' is the most acquired, whereas 'Attitudes such as Endurance, etc' is the least acquired. Comparative analysis depending on the management size(large/small and midium enterprise) has shown that the required level of each practical competency is similar to that of total analysis, however the acquired level by college education is different depending on the management size.

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Hyeongbangdojok-san on 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients who were diagnosed as Soyangin.Methods : 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients were treated by Hyeongbangdojok-san. The effect of treatment was measured by EASI score, VAS score, photographs.Results : EASI score and VAS score decreased as a result of Hyeongbangdojok-san treatment in 4 patients.Conclusions : These case-studies showed an efficient result of using Hyeongbangdojok-san in the seborrheic dermatitis of Soyangin. And an author consider that continuous clinical study will be needed in Korean medical dermatology.

        미국주식시장이 국제주식시장에 미치는 정보전이효과에 관한 실증적 연구

        In this paper, we study the transmission of return and volatility spillover of the U.S. stock market on the international stock market by using daily data. We empirically analysis that U.S. stock market have volatility spillover effect on the international market. To analyze our empirical test, we employ GJR-GARCH(1,1) model which is designed to measure the transmission of return and volatility spillover of U.S. stock market to the each of the country stock market. The result of our tests show that index return of every countries strongly react to U.S. stock market excepting for China. Volatility spillover of S&P 500 affect differently on the international stock market volatility among the each countries. 본 연구는 각 국의 대표 주가지수 데이터를 이용하여 미국의 주식시장이 국제주식시장에 미치는 수익률전이효과와 변동성전이효과를 살펴보았다. 국제주식시장을 대표하는 주가지수설정을 위해, 선진금융시장과 신흥금융시장의 지수데이터를 고르게 선정하였으며, 본 연구에서는 미국의 S&P 500을 포함한 총 13개국의 일별 데이터를 사용하였다. 그리고 약 10년간의 데이터 기간을 두 기간으로 분류하여 과거 주식시장의 정보전이효과와 최근 주식시장의 정보전이효과를 비교해 보았다. 본 연구에서는 미국주식시장이 각 국가의 주식시장에 미치는 수익률전이효과와 변동성전이효과를 동시에 살펴보기 위하여 GJR-GARCH(1,1) 모형을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 수익률전이효과의 경우는 중국을 제외하고는 샘플 데이터로 사용한 모든 국가의 지수들이 S&P 500의 영향을 매우 강하게 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 변동성전이효과의 경우는 각 국가와 하위기간별로 다른 양상을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 우선 한국과 말레이시아는 하위기간을 두 기간으로 분류하여 보았을 때 변동성전이효과를 보이다가 그 효과가 사라지는 현상을 보였으며, 대만과 스페인은 변동성전이효과를 보이지 않다가 최근 주식시장에서 변동성전이효과가 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 다른 국가의 주식시장들은 미국주식시장의 변동성에는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

        감성 요인을 이용한 전자제품의 기구 감성 평가 모형 - 휴대폰 버튼 클릭감을 중심으로

        Many researches have been done on emotional design that is focused on the product`s appearance and emotional marketing that can simulate experiential factors, and products that reflect their result are being developed as well. However, there is little research on evaluating the customers`emotion from structural aspects, which they can feel while using the product, and reflecting it in order to improve the product quality. In this study, we present i) a model that can evaluate the customers`emotion from structural aspect of electronic goods and ii) a function that can predict the emotion by case study with a mobile phone`s button click feeling. Structural emotion of electronic goods and relevant factors was defined. Then, a model for evaluating structural emotion was developed by summarizing the correlation model between these. In order to actualize this model as a function, primary evaluation test was conducted on the mobile phone`s button click feeling. The result of this research can suggest a way to improve the emotional satisfaction prior to the product development.

        음악을 구성하는 중요한 3 가지 분류는 가락, 리듬, 박자이다. 성악을 학습하기 위하여 가락의 대표적인 속성인 음정을 분석한다. 서로 다른 음정은 각기 고유한 주파수를 갖고 있으므로, 주파 수를 분석 함으로써 음정의 옳고 그름을 판단 할 수 있고, 이를 토대로 사용자를 교육할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 상에서 사용자의 음성을 인식 하고 주파수로 변환하는 알고리 즘과 주파수와 음정 매칭 알고리즘을 제안한다.
