고온 고압 조건하의 기포유동층 반응기에서의 입자 마모특성

Attrition characteristics of PKM1-SU particles, CO2 absorbents for pre-combustion CO2 capture process, and FCCparticles, catalytic particles for hydro cracking of crude oil, were investigated at high temperature and high pressure conditions. Particle attrition tests were executed at various kinds of temperature (0-400 ℃) and pressure (0-20 bar) conditions in a cylindertype bubbling fluidized bed with 15.1 cm diameter, 120 cm height and 1 mm orifice-sparger tube. Attrited particles before andafter tests were analyzed by BET, optical microscopy, and particle size analyzer. Effects of bed material height (solid inventory)and steam injection were also verified by using ASTM D5757-95, conventional attrition test method. 연소전 CO2 흡수제인 PKM1-SU와 원유의 접촉분해 촉매인 FCC (fluid catalytic cracking)입자의 고온, 고압 조건 마모 실험을 수행하였다. 지름 15.1 cm, 높이 120 cm에 스파저 튜브(sparger tube, 1 mm 오리피스)를 장착한 원통형 기포유동층반응기를 이용하여, 다양한 온도조건(0~400 ℃), 압력조건(0~20 bar)에서 입자마모 실험을 수행하였다. BET, 광학현미경, 입도분석기 등을 이용하여 실험 전, 후 입자를 분석 하였다. 또한 기존의 마모도 측정 방법인 ASTM D5757-95방법을 이용하여 층물질의 높이(4.4~10.2 cm) 및 수분 주입이 입자 마모에 미치는 영향에 대하여 확인하였다.

In this study, newly measured experimental data of carbon dioxide (CO<sub>2</sub>) solubilities in aqueous MEA (primary), DIPA (secondary), MDEA (tertiary), AMP (steric hindrance) and their mixture solutions are provided with thermodynamic models, such as Kent Eisenberg, Deshmukh Mather, electrolyte NRTL, electrolyte UNIQUAC models. The solubility measurements were carried out over a wide temperature range (313.15-403.15 K) and at various amine concentration conditions (20, 30, and 40 wt%) with static method. CO<sub>2</sub> partial pressure, liquid phase concentrations for all components including carbamates and bicarbonate, pH, the heats of absorption, and cyclic capacity for all amine concentrations, temperatures, and CO<sub>2</sub> loading conditions could obtained by using in house model.

The activation of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and bornchial biopsies has been reported in patients with bronchial asthma, Thus we measured the concentration of serum IgE, specific IgE, subsets of lymphocyte, and its expression of FceRII, interleukin-2 receptor(IL -2R) and HLA-DR in 131 patients with bronchial asthma and 58 normal subjects to seacrh the effect of activation of T lymphocyte on the synthesis of IgE The results were as follows '. 1) The concentration of serum IgE was higher in patients with extrinsic and intrinsic bronchial asthma (EBA, IBA) and atopic control when compared with that of normal control (p<0. 05). And the IgE was lower in EBA with immunotherapy when compared with that of EBA without immunotherapy. 2) The percentage of FceRII positive non-T lymphocyte was higher in EBA when compared with that of IBA and normal control(p<0.05). But the percentage of FcRII positive non-T lymphocyte was well correlated with that af FceRII positive T lymphocyte in norrnal contrd and patients with bronchial asthma(r=0.2283, p =0.003). 3) The concentration of serum IgE was nat correlated with the concentraion of specific IgE and the percentage of FceRII positive non -T lytnphocyte, but the concentration of specific IgE was well correlated with the percentage af FcRII positive non-T lymphocyte(r=0.3613, p =0. 0015) . 4) The percentage of IL-2R positive T lymphocyte was higher in atopic control, IBA and EBA when compared with that of normal control, and the percentage of IL-2R positive helper T cell was higher in IBA when compared with that of normal control, The percentage af FcRII positive non-T lymphocyte was well correlated with the percentage of helper T cell, IL-2R positive helper T cell, HLA-DR positive T lymphocyte in normal control and patients with IBA and EBA. As result the activation of peripheral lymphocyte, especially helper T cell, may affect the synthesis of serurn IgE via the FceRII positive non- T lymphocyte.

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of serum CA-125 in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer with complete remission after primary adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods We reviewed the records of 120 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer who underwent primary surgery followed by adjuvant therapy at our institution between January 1998 and December 2005. Results The median progression free survival was 21.6 months and 12.5 months in patients with nadir CA-125 levels ≤10 U/mL and 10 to 35 U/mL, respectively. Median overall survival in the same respective order was 130.2 months and 35.3 months. The level of serum CA-125 after the first cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy was most significantly higher in the recurrent group compared with the non-recurrent group. The optimal cut point of CA-125 on the receiver operating characteristic curve was 35 U/mL. Median progression free survival was 64.6 months and 12.8 months in patients with nadir CA-125 levels ≤35 U/mL and >35 U/mL, respectively, after first cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusion Serum CA-125 level after the first cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy is a strong independent prognostic factor for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer with complete response.
